Syntax is a branch of linguistics that studies grammar in an utterance. One of the objects of study of syntax is phrases. Phrases are grammatical units consisting of two or more words that do not exceed the function limit. This study aims to use phrases that focus on noun phrases, verb phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative texts in social studies learning books for class VII of the independent curriculum. This study used a descriptive qualitative data analysis method by searching, finding, determining, and analyzing the phrases in the narrative text of social studies learning books for class VIII of the independence curriculum. In analyzing the data using the approach of theoretical study of syntax and using the study of documents as a method of data collection. As for the results obtained from this analysis in the form of finding seven noun phrases as the most used phrases in the text, three verb phrases, and five adjective phrases that are appropriate to their respective uses. It is hoped that this research will help many people, especially those pursuing education, better understand the different types of verb phrases, noun phrases, and adjective phrases in narrative text sentences.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance (2) The effect of organizational commitment on employee performce.This study used a quantitative method approach with the study population being all employees of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Bombana Regency with a total sample of 30 respondents. Instrument testing in this study used the Validity test and Reliability with SPSS 26.0. The research data analysis with a total 35 respondents technique used the structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable on employee performance as indicated by the t-statistic value of 8,405 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000, while the variable Organizational Commitment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance indicated by the t-value statistic of 0,142 with a P-Values ​​of 0.000.

This research aims to determine: (1) The influence of celebrity endorsements on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency), (2) The influence of promotions on purchasing decisions (Study on TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency). This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is TikTok Shop users in Kolaka Regency. Meanwhile, the sample for this research consisted of 130 respondents with sample determination using purposive sampling technique. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with SmartPLS 4.0. The use of interactive digital-based learning media has become an increasingly important topic in the field of education, especially at MI Azzainiyah II. This media offers the potential to enhance students' literacy and numeracy skills and enrich their learning experiences. However, to maximize its benefits, it is important to understand the perceptions and experiences of students, teachers, and educational staff regarding the use of this media. This research utilizes an interview approach as the primary method for data collection. Interviews are conducted with two groups of participants: students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Azzainiyah II and teachers/educational staff involved in the use of interactive learning media. The interview questions focus on the students' level of literacy and numeracy, their learning experiences, the effectiveness of learning media, and the challenges faced by teachers in integrating this media into the curriculum. From the results of the interviews with students, it is expected to reveal how interactive learning media contributes to improving their literacy and numeracy skills. Furthermore, students' perceptions and experiences in using this media will also be analyzed. From the interviews with teachers and educational staff, the effectiveness of using this learning media in enhancing classroom learning will be discussed. The challenges faced by teachers in integrating this media and the solutions they propose will also be an important part of the discussion. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for further development in the use of interactive learning media at MI Azzainiyah II.

The purpose of this research is to explain a strategic approach to the training and development of the Human Resources of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) in facing organizational change challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and a literature study approach. The research is conducted at the Office of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Bima District. In this research, the data analysis technique used is the interactive model according to Miles and Huberman, which consists of three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research results show that in the context of natural disasters that are prone in this region, disaster preparedness, disaster management, and emergency response coordination are the top priorities in the training strategy. Involvement of the local community, collaboration with other institutions, and learning from previous experiences are essential elements that can strengthen the readiness of the BPBD in Bima District. Continuous evaluation, career development, utilization of local human resources, and technological innovation are supportive elements in a comprehensive training strategy. Recommendations include the development of long-term training plans, enhanced inter-agency collaboration, and investment in technology that supports disaster management and training. Facing future challenges, such as climate change that can increase the risk of natural disasters, the BPBD in Bima District must continually update their training strategy and ensure that their response to organizational changes and disasters remains relevant and responsive. Therefore, the training and development strategy for HR in the BPBD in Bima District can help strengthen their preparedness and responsiveness in facing the challenges in this region.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by analyzing and describing the problems found. This research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Secondary data was obtained from books, previous research, and articles related to research related to employee job satisfaction. Researchers also used a data collection method in the form of a survey sent to 20 employees. The purpose of this research is to determine employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ from various departments and also knows the factors that trigger job satisfaction for employees at PT. XYZ. The results of this research show that the majority of employees express a fairly high level of job satisfaction with their work, but there are still some employees who do not feel job satisfaction with their work or work environment. This research provides insight for company management which can enable the company to identify ways that can be implemented in an effort to increase employee job satisfaction at PT. XYZ. Thus, there will be an increase in overall company performance.

In the era of digitalization and rapid technological development, payment systems have undergone significant transformation. One innovation in payments is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which has become increasingly common in various sectors. An in-depth understanding of the implementation of QRIS in the new canteen environment of Jakarta State University will provide valuable insight into how this new technology impacts the transaction process. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Data collection techniques are based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to research. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving the initial goal of improving the payment process, understand the positive impacts that have been generated by the use of QRIS, including increased efficiency, transaction security and convenience for users, and identify obstacles. that may arise in implementing QRIS, such as network problems or additional costs, which may affect its effectiveness. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University has gone well even though several obstacles need to be corrected, such as a lack of consistency in payment rules and a lack of socialization about QRIS. The Policy and Use of QRIS in the new canteen at Jakarta State University has succeeded in achieving order, efficiency, and security in the payment process, simplifying transactions, reducing dependence on cash, reducing the risk of errors, and increasing sales in the canteen. Although there are challenges such as network problems, inadequate smartphones, and administration costs. It is highly recommended that sellers and managers of the New Jakarta State University Canteen continue to implement quality improvements properly. It is necessary to carry out intensive outreach to students and canteen staff regarding QRIS and how to use it, and it is important to ensure that the QRIS system runs smoothly and safely. Thus, the implementation of QRIS in the New Canteen at Jakarta State University provides significant benefits and has the potential to continue to be improved.

Culapculip is a YouTube account founded by Cak Sugik, which contains Islamic teachings. In today's modern era, many people think that preaching is only from pulpit to pulpit. Even though with the sophistication of technology, nowadays preaching can be done anywhere and only need to post it on social media, for example YouTube. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the content of da'wah messages on the YouTube video @culapculip for the period August 2021 resulted in findings, as much as two video included the aspect of faith, where in this aspect the da'wah video was more inclined to discuss belief in Allah SWT and the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Then, as much as 8 video goes into sharia aspects, in this aspect it is more likely to discuss worship performed to Allah SWT. Furthermore, the two videos go into the moral aspect, which in this aspect is more likely to discuss a person's behavior and actions.

This Study examines the low quality of public service provided by Kedaung Village officials,Lack of public knowloedge regarding public service,procedures in kedaung Village,lack of response and attention from Kedaung Village officials to people who need service in Kedaung Village.the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze more broadly regarding the quliy of service at the Kedaung Vilage,south Tangerang City.The Method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach that aims to describe service at the Kedaung Village office.The results of this study use the service quality theory of Zeithaml Berry and Prasurahman,namely Tangible (Direct evidence),Realibility (realibility),Responsiveness (responsiveness),Assurance (guarantee),Empathy (empathy).This shows that the service at the kedaung sub-district office has not run perfectly.On the Realibility indicator,it has not run perfectly,such as the expertise of officers in using supporting facilities in the service process. On the responsiveness indicator,all officer who carry out service are classified as responsive to the community who want perform service or people who have complaints about the ongoing service process.    

The preparation of financial reports for UMKM Mulia Maju Panlong is in accordance with SAK EMKM and to identify any obstacles in preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM for UMKM Mulia Maju Panglong. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with a descriptive approach and preparing financial reports based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from Mulia Maju Panglong. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on data analysis, the research results show that the preparation of financial reports made by Mulia Maju Panglong is not fully in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) and only adapts to the needs of the business without understanding the applicable standards. Mulia Maju Panglong in presenting incomplete financial reports according to those in SAK EMKM by only making two financial reports in the form of a financial position report and a simple profit and loss report. There are several obstacles faced by Mulia Maju Panglong MSMEs in preparing financial reports in accordance with the provisions of SAK EMKM, namely the lack of knowledge of MSME owners regarding SAK EMKM which applies in preparing financial reports, the lack of understanding of MSME owners regarding technology and information and the absence of an obligation for MSMEs to prepare financial reports according to SAK EMKM standards.

This Research Aims To Know: (1) The Effect of Safety Climate on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. (2) The Effect of Perceived Supervisor Safety on Safety Performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. This study used a quantitative method approach, collecting data in this study using observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population in this study are employees who work at PT PLN (Persero) ULPLTD Kolaka. While the sample in this study amounted to 51 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is to test the measurement model (outer model) and test the structural model (inner model) with smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between the safety climate variables on safety performance. What is shown is the statistical value of 2.741, the original sample value is 0.548 and the P-value is 0.006. for the perceived supervisor safety variable has a positive and insignificant effect on safety performance showing a statistical value of 0.944, the original sample value is 0.191 and the P-value is 0.345.

The aim of this research is to describe the efforts of teaching staff in improving the quality of learning with the independent learning curriculum at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results of this research describe the efforts of teaching staff in improving the quality of learning with an independent curriculum at St. Vocational School. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon in 2023 by: delivering interesting learning, getting students used to asking questions, and attending seminars/training. This research concludes that the efforts made by teaching staff to improve the quality of learning with an independent learning curriculum are very necessary at St. Nahanson Parapat Sipoholon Vocational School so that the quality is higher and student achievement increases.

This research was conducted to find out the impact of mathematics learning on the cognitive abilities and life skills of elementary school students. This research uses a questionnaire to find out how they have learned mathematics. This research uses a qualitative approach by utilizing a questionnaire as an instrument. The distribution contained 15 questionnaire statements given to 18 class VI students. The results of the analysis show that most mathematics learning has a positive impact on students' cognitive and life skills. Through mathematics lessons, students can hone their ability to think critically, systematically, so that they can solve problems from the questions they are given and problems found in everyday life. Although there are still many who do not feel the benefits of mathematics itself.

The aim of this research is to motivate and determine students' ability to understand vocabulary with examples of effective children's songs. The benefits of using children's songs include many different media such as pictures, videos, and sounds. Students must learn new vocabulary because vocabulary is an important aspect of learning English. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research results show that the use of children's songs is very significant because students like them and are effective for learning English. The use of children's songs to learn English shows that songs can motivate children's enthusiasm for learning English because learning is fun and does not feel stiff. As for the steps taken to create effective English learning, English teachers should pay attention to several aspects, type of song, and the number of students. , a type of learning activity with songs

The Government of Aceh in 2013 issued Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2013 concerning Social Welfare. North Aceh Regency to overcome this has carried out a variety of policies / programs with the aim of finding solutions in terms of poverty alleviation of coastal communities, but not yet optimal, the number of poverty continues to increase and and decrease from year to year, we can see that the Aceh District Government The North does not seem to be serious in suppressing and overcoming poverty, based on the writer's findings that there are still many of the coastal poverty alleviation programs that are not yet right on targeting the people who are the object of the policy / program. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the implementation of poverty reduction policies in coastal communities in Seunuddon District. To describe the constraints of the government in poverty alleviation of coastal communities. The study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive analysis research. The results showed that the implementation of policies in poverty reduction in coastal communities in Seunuddon District the government worked with the North Aceh Regional Planning and Development Agency (BAPPEDA), North Aceh Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Office, and the Social Service. The Department of Fisheries and Maritime Affairs has implemented and provided socialization to the community regarding poverty alleviation programs for the poor coastal communities, in general the poverty of coastal communities in the District of Seunuddon is influenced by cultural and structural factors. The obstacle of the government in reducing poverty of coastal communities in Seunuddon District, is related to the lack of budget, resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as very limited information.

E-learning or distance learning is expected to improve the quality of learning. This study used an experimental method by providing treatment. The class was divided into two groups, namely the experimental class with the e-learning model and the control class with conventional learning methods. In this study, researchers used a quantitative approach method. The result of this study is to find out the difference between learning with e-learning models with conventional learning.

This research aims to further explore the 'Influence of Influencer Marketing on the Purchase Intent of Kimka Hijab Products on Instagram Social Media.' The variable of Influencer Marketing is examined for its impact on the purchase intent of Kimka hijab products on the Instagram social media platform. The study involved 40 respondents and utilized a quantitative research approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey and then analyzed using simple linear analysis with SPSS 27. The results of the test showed that the variable of influencer marketing has a significant impact, measuring 6.768 with a significance level of less than 0.050 (0.000).

This research aims to develop Biology learning media and determine the feasibility and response of students to E-Learning learning media at SMA Negeri 1 Maesaan, Maesaan District. Data was collected using interviews and questionnaires and then analyzed using quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. Based on the research results on "Development of E-Learning Assisted Biology Learning Media on Excretory Material in Class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Maesaan". It was found that the results of the feasibility test carried out by media experts obtained a result of 93% or "very feasible" to be used with 3 aspects of assessment, namely, technology, content, and media operations. As well as the results of the feasibility test by material experts, the results obtained were 89% or "feasible" to be used with 3 aspects of assessment, namely the technology, content, and material aspects, and the test results of student responses to the E-Book learning media obtained results of 86% with 3 aspects of assessment, namely: 1. Motivation to learn 2. Media effectiveness, 3. Language and communication. The conclusions in this research show that the development stages use a 4D (four-D) model. This 4D (four-D) development model has 4 stages: Define, Design, Develop. Disseminate is very suitable for use by reviewing a feasibility test from media and material experts and looking at the test results of student responses to the excretion system material.

Music genres are becoming increasingly diverse, and many people listen to music because it has benefits such as refreshing, motivating or therapeutic. However, with the increasing number of genres, some listeners have a tendency towards the type of genre they like. In Indonesia itself, there are several popular music genres such as pop, folk, rock, indie and dangdut. Classification of music genres is an interesting topic when looking at this behaviour. Several approaches to classify popular music genres include audio and tabular data approaches. In this research, classifying music genres using an image approach by implementing SuperTML to change the form of tabular data into image form, which is then trained using a pre-trained CNN Densenet, succeeded in achieving an accuracy of 67%.
