Cephalopelvic Disproportion (CPD) is a condition that describes a discrepancy between maternal and fetal pelvic capacity caused by maternal pelvic abnormalities (pelvic bone size and architecture) or abnormalities in the fetal head (size or presentation) or a combination of both. The dominance of sectio caesarea surgery for cephalopelvic disproportion according to the Basic Health Research Survey in Indonesia in 2010 was quite high at 4.40% of all childbirths. Factors affecting cephalopelvic disproportion can be influenced by both mother and baby. Factors of the mother include body height less than 145 cm, and, the size of the outer and inner pelvis is below normal that the baby is unable to pass through whereas factors in the baby is that the large baby size. Previous studies on pregnant women found that the majority of those who experienced cephalopelvic disproportion were mothers with short postures or a body height of less than 145 cm. Objective : To determine the relationship between maternal height and the incidence of cephalopelvic disproportion at the General Hospital in Mandau Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency period 1 January - 31 December 2017.  Method : This type of research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 253 respondents. Data for height and incidence of CPD using medical record records of Mandau District Hospital Bengkalis Regency period 1 January - 31 December 2017. The data obtained will then be analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. Results : There was a significant relationship between the height of pregnant women with the incidence of CPD in the District Hospital of Mandau, Bengkalis Regency, period 1 January - 31 December 2017 with a p value of 0.00 (p <0,01) and correlation coefficient (r=-0,737) with strength relationship is very strong and negative direction. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the height of pregnant women with the incidence of CPD in the District Hospital of Mandau, Bengkalis Regency, period 1 January - 31 December 2017.

An investigation into the building is carried out to determine the suitability and safety of the building and the strength of the structure. The investigations to be carried out include field and laboratory investigations. This is done to determine the feasibility and safety of existing structures. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this investigation can provide recommendations regarding repair or strengthening methods if necessary, referring to the requirements for Structural Concrete for Buildings SNI 2847:2019 and Procedures for Earthquake Resistance Planning for Building and Non-Building Structures SNI 2847:2019. From the results of structural testing using UPV and Hammer Test, it was found that the structural system is an open frame consisting of plates, beams and columns using concrete material, while the joists use steel plinths. The reinforcing steel used uses plain iron U40 as flexible reinforcement with shear reinforcement with U24. The quality of concrete obtained respectively for column f'c 25 MPa, beam f'c 22 MPa and floor slab f'c 22 MPa. Based on the results of the floor leveling survey to record the potential for building subsidence or floor sagging using a water level, it was concluded that there was no slope found in the building as a whole. The deflection that occurs is local and relatively flat. To meet the requirements, strengthening was carried out by increasing the dimensions of the columns and beams, adding plates to the steel profiles on the flange and web.

Roads are infrastructure that really supports people's living needs. In a broader dimension, the road network has a very important role in regional development, both national, regional and district/city areas according to the function of the road network. The condition of the road damage that occurred on a number of roads in the Makassar city area is increasingly worrying. The reason is that the condition of the road, which was initially slightly damaged due to being abandoned, is now getting worse with deep potholes. As a result, the smoothness of traffic and the safety and comfort of road users are disrupted. This research is intended to provide information regarding the types of road damage that occur, factors causing road damage and mitigation efforts carried out on the Tanjung Bunga metro road, Makassar city. The data collection method is in the form of a visual survey of types of road damage carried out directly in the field and data analysis using the Bina Marga method. The results of research in the field show that the greatest road damage on rigid pavement is grain release with a percentage of 0.076 percent on the left section and 0.089 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of road damage is corner cracking with a percentage of 0.0035 percent on the left section. and 0.0027 percent on the right side. The biggest type of road damage on flexible pavement is grain shedding with a percentage of 0.121 percent on the left section and 0.088 percent on the right section, while the smallest type of damage on the left section is edge cracking with a percentage of 0.003 percent and the type of damage sinking on the right section with a percentage 0.002 percent. Among the most dominant types of damage is grain release.

Soil pH value either with KCl solution or with H2O are two important indicators needed to describe soil acidity. This study aims to determine the distribution of soil pH values in smallholder rubber plantations with different land topography classes in Pelepat Ilir Subdistrict, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The study used a survey method with a toposequence concept approach at a semi-detailed level, where observation points were made based on the upper tread polypedon, middle tread polypedon, and lower tread polypedon at each level of percent slope 15-24%, 8-15%, and 3-8%, and flat tread polypedon at a percent slope of 0-3%. Ten composite soils were taken from a mixture of 3 individual soil samples at each polypedon using a soil drill at a depth of 0-30 cm from the soil surface. Soil pH value analysis was conducted in the laboratory on each composite. The results showed that the pH value of the soil with 1:2 H2O solution was very acidic, and acidic for 1:2.5 KCl solution. The distribution of soil pH values showed that the lower slope had a higher pH value than the middle slope, and the upper slope had the lowest pH. Soil pH values decreased as the slope increased, and soils with flat topography were considered more fertile than those with high slopes. This result can be a recommendation in determining liming and fertilization doses, where higher doses are required for high slope soils than flat soils for optimum agricultural yields.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic examination modality in medical science using a magnetic field without using X-rays. MRI has the advantage of being able to create images and showing clearer and more sensitive anatomical differences in soft tissues in the body such as the extremities, brain, bone marrow and musculoskeletal to establish a clinical diagnosis, one of which is Supraspinatus Injury to the Shoulder. Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft. The patient sample used in this study was a patient with shoulder complaints. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The application of the zoning system to the acceptance of new students gives rise to various perceptions in society. Likewise, what happened in the Kebonsari Village community was that the implementation of the zoning system caused them to have negative and positive perceptions. The purpose of this research is to see the condition of Kebonsari Village regarding zoned school registration with the widespread transfer of Family Cards. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. By using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The research was conducted in Kebonsari Village. The conclusion from the research results shows that in Kebonsari Village where the Family Card was moved due to minimal schooling, only in Kebonsari Village, there are several residents who are not or are not in that domicile. They only include a Family Card with a Surabaya address but they are outside the city of Surabaya for various reasons. This case was discovered by the author while carrying out the Kalimasada program by surveying the residences of residents in the sub-district. This could cause them to be suspected of not knowing their residency and being blocked from being registered in the Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) because the data is blocked because these residents do not actually live in that area.
