Banks that carry out their business activities based on sharia principles, or principles of Islamic law, are called sharia banks. As time goes by, Islamic banks are starting to have more Muslim customers. Bank BSI Kc Kualasimpang, for example, has active Muslim customers. Muslims are known to have great interest in Islamic sharia banking. BSI Bank Kc. Kualasimpang operates based on sharia principles and does not provide payment services. Because the data was obtained from direct observations at BSI Kc Kualasimpang, this is a type of field research. This study uses a qualitative methodology. Primary and secondary data were used in this research. Primary data consists of a description of the factors that influence non-Muslim customers. Secondary data consists of books related to the research topic. The author found two components: internal and external factors. The research results show that of the internal and external factors studied, the dominant external factors influencing non-Muslim customers' interest in BSI Kc Kualasimpang are promotion, service, location and social level. Work and motivation are internal factors. The more promotions and services offered by banks to non-Muslim customers, the more likely they will join an Islamic bank.

This research aims to describe the application of the precautionary principle in dealing with bad credit and to determine the assessment in providing financing to PT. BSM Kcp Script. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.

This study aims to determine the application of accounting principles that have been carried out by mosques with mosques that still do not apply accounting principles so that the accountability of their financial statements can be relied upon. This study uses the type of Qualitative Research and Descriptive Approach method, namely analyzing and describing the Application of Accounting Principles and Financial Management in Mosques in Kotanopan District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is field research with the form of observation interviews, documentation, and content analysis. From this research it is known that the application of accounting principles has a very large influence on the accountability or accountability of the mosque's financial statements. Based on data collected from various sources, it can be seen that the principles that are less considered in making mosque financial reports are the principle of full disclosure and the principle of realization, so that the accountability of mosque financial reports becomes less transparent. Then to account for the mosque's financial statements, the mosque manager has similarities in providing information to the public and interested parties in the mosque's financial statements, but differs in making financial reports.

This thesis is entitled Analysis of the Application of Islamic Business Ethics in Business Success (Study on Ilham's rempeyek business in Jambi City). This study aims to determine the application of Islamic business ethics in accordance with the principles of Islamic business ethics according to Faisal Badroen and the indicators of business success are capital, income, sales volume, production output and labor. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, where in collecting data the researcher uses observation, interview and documentation methods. The results showed that Ilham's peanut brittle business had implemented Islamic business ethics well in running his business and had a positive impact on the success of his business. Obstacles in applying Islamic business ethics to Ilham's peanut brittle business in Jambi city are keeping promises caused by a lack of manpower in the production sector causing delays in product delivery to consumers and inaccuracy in delivering products to consumers. The solution in applying Islamic business ethics to Ilham's peanut brittle business in the city of Jambi is to recruit workers, especially in the production sector so that production results can meet consumer demands and be more careful and thorough when delivering products to consumers.

Ethics is not just about taking responsibility; if we are not careful and ethical in our in our activities on social media, we will suffer consequences and break the law. Ethics in the digital world can be seen from various perspectives, including ethics of personal use, business ethics, political ethics, and others. In addition to ethics, in the digital world there is also something called privacy policy. Privacy policy emerged from the common law system, system as a self-regulatory approach. Privacy policies are tailored to the principles of personal data protection principles established by national laws and regulations. There are ethical issues in the utilization of big data that need to be addressed. Decision-making based on data may become biased and unfair due to improper data analysis. Big data is a trend that covers every field of technology.

The monetary crisis has greatly impacted Indonesian society, leading to a moral crisis. This can be seen from the increasing crime rate and unemployment. This tends to cause one of the crimes that often occurs, which is theft. The application of standard articles in cases with relatively small valued goods will certainly increase the piling up of cases and the prolonged handling of a case. Not infrequently, these cases are forced to be resolved in a long period of time and end up in the Supreme Court. This study aims to find out the decision of the Medan High Court Number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn regarding theft. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach, which is an approach carried out by analyzing and interpreting theoretical matters regarding principles, legal interpretation and comparative law. The results of the analysis and discussion in this study are that in the case of the criminal act of theft with case number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn, the Defendant, Tamim Hasyim Als Tamim, was found guilty by the Panel of Judges for committing the criminal act of "Aggravated Theft Committed Repeatedly" based on the alternative indictment submitted by the Public Prosecutor. As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 10 months in prison. In the case of the criminal act of theft with case number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn.

Esources such as capital and office infrastructure. Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. Gender equality is a social construct related to the roles, rights, and characteristics of women and men in society that can change with evolving social dynamics. In Indonesia, gender equality issues are also tied to the principle of justice, which is an integral part of the state ideology, Pancasila. Customary law, on the other hand, is a legal system that develops within specific communities and is not always codified. Customary law in Kemang Indah Village, Riau, is strongly influenced by Islam and Islamic identity. The people of Kemang Indah Village are indigenous to the Kampar tribe and have a historical connection with Minangkabau, with strong Islamic influences evident in their customary law. This research aims to understand the relationship between customary law and the concept of gender equality in Kemang Indah Village. The results of the study show that the village community has successfully harmonized these two principles. Women in Kemang Indah Village have strong roles, even becoming leaders at various levels of community organization. They are also empowered to pursue their interests and talents, with facilities aligned with the applicable customary law. This is evidence that customary law principles can be integrated effectively with the concept of gender equality in the context of Kemang Indah Village. Thus, gender equality and customary law can coexist and mutually support each other in creating a fair and equal society in Kemang Indah Village.

Good parenting will result in the formation of good morals, principles and behavior in children now and in the future. Parents are the main factor in creating children's morals, principles and behavior in living life. Parents provide parenting patterns to children in the form of physical or personal treatment, namely words, attitudes, behavior and actions carried out by parents. Children will adapt and become familiar with the surrounding environment and the interactions with fellow humans that children will have through the parenting style provided by their parents. The family teaches good education which plays an important role in the growth and development of the child's personality The attitude shown by parents can determine family relationships because once a relationship has been formed it tends to last. Parents must be able to understand their children well and recognize their children's attitudes and desires in developing and educating their children without forcing them to be someone else. Interactions carried out between parents and children should not use threatening and judgmental actions but should be diverted to words that tend to be advice or motivational so that children can achieve success in developing good character., authoritarian, indulgent and neglectful parenting.

Effective educational management ensures the clear communication and achievement of goals and objectives in CRE. By organizing the curriculum, setting standards, and implementing teaching strategies, educational management fosters an environment conducive to the spiritual growth and development of students. Moreover, educational management provides guidance for educators in delivering CRE effectively. Through proper planning, coordination, and evaluation, educational management aligns the teaching-learning process with the overall objectives of education. It also facilitates resource allocation to support the implementation of CRE, ensuring that educators receive necessary training and support. The study concludes that integrating sound management principles into CRE is essential for creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture students' spiritual growth. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing the impact of educational management on the quality and effectiveness of CRE programs. Overall, the study underscores the imperative for educators and stakeholders in religious education to embrace best practices in educational management. This study has a formulation of the problem regarding how to apply Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions in traditional markets Sungai Bengkal Market and how to apply Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions in traditional markets in Sungai Bengkal Village based on the principles of Rasulullah Saw. This study uses qualitative methods, the type of data used in this study is primary data and data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation so that the results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics has been going quite well. It is proven by the way traders carry out buying and selling transactions following the principles of Rasulullah SAW such as being honest, trustworthy, precise in weighing, not hoarding goods, not doing al-ghab/tadlis and mutual benefit. Most of them have implemented it even though they don't know that it is included in Islamic business ethics. This is caused by a lack of knowledge about Islamic business ethics and some of the traders also only have elementary and high school graduates.

In this article, we will examine the impact of divorce (Division of Property & Child Custody) where this study was conducted at the Medan District Court. This divorce has a lot of impacts, especially on children. However, this article will focus on the division of assets and child custody as a cause and effect of divorce. This research uses descriptive qualitative and normative legal methods through analytical and observational approaches, with data collection techniques based on literature studies and interviews. Divorce is triggered by various reasons, including disharmonious relations between husband and wife in terms of fulfilling biological needs, issues of different principles of life, differences in income in improving welfare, infidelity. The decision to divorce results in the division of property and child custody, where custody falls to the mother because the child is under 12 years old. Referring to Article 105 KHI, which explains that child custody in divorce with children under 12 years old is given to the mother. Meanwhile, the distribution of assets is in accordance with applicable Islamic law.

This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

This paper aims to investigate the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Ships. Eastern Fair at PT. pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

Educational supervision is a very important thing to do to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is a result of work achieved by a teacher in carrying out the tasks assigned to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity as well as time.The research method in this thesis is a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection can use primary data sources and secondary data sources, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation.The results of the study show that the supervisory role of the school principal in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo is to provide guidance to teachers related to theoretical and practical learning, involve teachers in training, provide opportunities for teachers to take part in various education and training at the cluster or sub-district level regularly, subject teacher deliberations (MGMP), supervising teacher deliberations (MGP), and teacher working groups (KKG), as well as seminar workshop discussions, and provision of learning resources. providing motivation to teachers, collaborating with foundations that oversee the Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo, school committees, and the community. The motivation of school principals in improving teacher performance at Nurul Falah Islamic Middle School Mangaran Situbondo through regulation of the physical environment, regulation of the work atmosphere, discipline, applying the principles of rewards and punishments.

Leaders of Islamic Boarding Schools are people who have great influence in a boarding school. As a manager the principal plays a role in managing the educational resources they have. The school principal must be able to bring change to the school he leads to become a quality school by utilizing resources, especially teachers. Teachers are required to master pedagogic, professional, social, and personality competencies, for this reason the real role of the school principal is needed to improve teacher competence. This study uses a qualitative approach. This study aims to identify and describe the role of the principal as a manager in implementing strategies through collaboration and communication at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Tebing Tinggi District, Tanjung Jabung Barat District in terms of Planning, Organizing, Actuating aspects. , Controlling (Supervision), as well as the efforts made by the principal in improving the competence of teachers at the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which includes; school principals' support for teacher competency improvement programs; and facilities provided in an effort to increase teacher competence. The results of this study are that the leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has carried out its role as a manager by carrying out management principles which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Planning (Planning) is carried out by the principal by drafting a school program based on the foundation's policy. Organizing is done by dividing the tasks to each school personnel to jointly run the program that has been made. Actuating (Motivating) is the principal's activity to move each personnel to consciously support the program being run. While Controlling (Supervision) is an activity carried out by the principal to determine the success of the program that has been implemented. The leadership of the Fathul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has provided full support for the teacher competency improvement program by providing opportunities for teachers to continue their studies and involving teachers in various trainings, workshops, and also training. The school principal facilitates the needs of teachers in an effort to increase teacher competence by providing scholarships to teachers to carry out further studies, allowances and other educational facilities.

The research aims to reveal and describe the Aesthetics of Hoyak Badarai Plate Dance Sarai Sarumpun Studio in Padang City. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are data collection, data reduction, data model and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the aesthetics of Piriang hoyak badarai Dance 6 principles, namely the principle of organic unity. Theme Principle, Theme Variation Principle, Balance principle, Development principle and Level Layout principle which are also associated with elements in dance, where dance elements are also divided into 2, namely the main elements such as movement and supporting elements in dance such as floor patterns, dancers, dance accompaniment music, makeup and clothing, property and performance venues. Appearance is one of the fundamental parts that all art objects or art events have.  For art performance, there are three elements that play a role, namely talent, skills, and facilities or media. This element was used to study it as the Aesthetics of Piriang Hoyak Badarai Dance at Sarai Sarumpun Studio in Padang City. Piriang Hoyak Badarai dance is a dance that illustrates the nature of community cooperation in working on rice fields starting from hoeing until rice returns to the granary. This is the background behind the creation of Hoyak Badarai Dance. And the source of the gerkana itself is taken from the Minangkabau Basic Motion.

The purpose of this research is to describe and find out the moral values ​​contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Menangis by Budi Maryono. This study uses a qualitative method. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach and sociology of literature. The data collection technique used in this study was listening, reading, and taking notes. The technique of presenting research data uses informal techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of the study show that there is a moral value contained in the collection of short stories by Ustad Salim Crying by Budi Maryono. There are three types of moral values, namely the human relationship with oneself, the human relationship with God, and the human relationship with the social sphere and the natural environment. The moral values ​​of human relations with oneself include working hard, promising, having principles, responsibility, managing time, never giving up, awareness, regret, and self-improvement. The moral values ​​of human relations with God include praying, trusting God, worshiping God, second chances from God, sacrifice, and surrender. The moral values ​​of human relations with the social sphere and the natural environment include caring, helping, loving, respecting, family responsibilities, advice, helping each other, establishing hospitality, and mother's love.

Corruption is a serious problem that affects many countries around the world. Corruption hurts the economy, undermines the justice system, and hinders social development. Therefore, serious efforts are needed to fight corruption. One of the effective tools in eradicating corruption is forensic accounting. Forensic accounting involves the application of accounting principles and investigative analysis to uncover acts of corruption. This paper aims to explore the role of forensic accounting in eradicating corruption, including the methods used, their use in corruption investigations, and their benefits in the judicial process.
