This community service aims to improve patient knowledge after spinal anesthesia through structured counseling activities. Spinal anesthesia often causes anxiety and is dangerous for patients, especially related to side effects and the recovery process. Lack of understanding can lead to non-compliance with medical injuries, which has the potential to prolong the recovery period and increase risk complications. Therefore, counseling is carried out by providing direct education to patients and families using educational media such as leaflets and interactive discussions. This approach not only helps improve patient understanding of spinal anesthesia procedures but also plays a role in reducing anxiety and increasing compliance with postoperative care. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the level of patient knowledge, which has an impact on a better recovery experience. Thus, this counseling program contributes to improving the quality of health services and patient satisfaction at PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital, as well as being a model of educational intervention that can be applied in various other health facilities.

Occupational Health and Safety are conditions in work that are healthy and safe, both for the job, the company and for the community and environment around the factory or workplace. One of the K3 Standards according to the Ministry of Health as intended in paragraph (1) is aimed at preventing and reducing occupational diseases and other illnesses, as well as work accidents among employees, and creating safe, comfortable and efficient offices to encourage work productivity.The research method used in this research is library research which uses literature as the main object. This research carried out descriptive analysis, namely trying to describe the Occupational Health and Safety of Radiotherapy services when using LINAC aircraft. To find out Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services, researchers reviewed several literature including books, articles and journals related to Occupational Health and Safety in Radiotherapy services in several hospitals in Indonesia. The research results show that creating occupational health and safety in radiodiagnostic and radiotherapy services requires component compatibility. Good equipment, examination room design that complies with the rules, appropriate procedures, security systems, health monitoring of officers and policies from the highest responsible persons.

Penelitian ini dituangkan dalam Tugas Akhir yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT Hadji Kalla Daya Cabang Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penulis menggambarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang diperoleh di lapangan. Metode ini merupakan penyajian data yang bersumber dari permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan, dan permasalahan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan berdasarkan teori-teori yang ada. Setelah menganalisa data dan mengukur kinerja pegawai dengan menggunakan data pelanggaran, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa PT Hadji Kalla Cabang Daya Makassar telah menerapkan standar operasional prosedur dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan penjualan dan eksistensi perusahaan yang berdiri sejak tahun 1952 hingga sekarang. terus mengalami masalah. perkembangan.  

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency. 

The State of Indonesia in providing protection for patients who receive medical services, doctors and dentists in carrying out medical practices are required to provide medical services according to professional standards and standard operating procedures in accordance with Indonesian law no. 29 of 2004 article 51 letter a,.Informed consent is one of the requirements that must be met before doctors perform medical procedures on their patients.  However, even though there is Indonesian Law No. 29 of 2004, there are still doctors who commit negligence by providing services that are not in accordance with procedures by not asking for approval for medical actions that lead to malpractice claims from their patients.. The research conducted is classified as normative juridical research, using primary legal materials and secondary materials from laws and regulations, court decisions, legal theory, and existing journals as a basis.. The doctor's error by taking actions that are not in accordance with the procedure in the form of without asking for informed consent is an administrative violation so it is categorized as administrative malpractice. Indonesian Supreme Court Decision No. 233 K/PID.SUS/2021 which imposes a prison sentence in an administrative malpractice case on a legal basis that has been declared non-binding by the Indonesian Constitutional Court is an act of carelessness. However, the guilty verdict for the defendant was already correct, because the defendant did not give informed consent before carrying out a risky procedure for his patient

This study aims to see the effect of the effectiveness of electronic attendance (finger print) on employee discipline, both in terms of attendance level, convenience and comfort in the attendance process and the application of electronic attendance (finger print) in making it easier for superiors to see employee discipline both in terms of attendance, as well as employee discipline. The results of the study show that the application of finger print attendance has increased employee work discipline, seen from the achievement of targets after the application of finger print attendance has been achieved, where it is known that there are still many employees who are disciplined at work such as arriving on time to the office. Adaptability, employees already understand the procedures regulations for using finger print attendance and being able to adjust from manual attendance to finger print attendance due to previous trials. Job satisfaction for employees is good because of additional employee income (TPP). While the responsibilities of the employees have progressed but not maximized, because there are still employees who leave the office after filling in absences for personal needs. has not increased, there are still many employees who come late to the office. This study discusses the effect of finger print absences on employee discipline. This research is motivated by the problem of the level of punctuality of employees when entering and leaving work, so that it becomes an interesting phenomenon to study. ABSTRACT Background and purpose: The phenomenon that is happening in the community is the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination program, this raises the pros and cons, including the people of Cepaka Village, Kediri Tabanan. Therefore, researchers are interested in digging deeper into the public's perception of the Covid-19 vaccination Methods: The design of this study is a qualitative research with an exploratory approach. Data were collected through in-depth online interview techniques with related informants and the data were analyzed thematically which would be presented in narrative form. Results and Discussion: This study found that all informants had the perception that this Covid-19 infection was very dangerous and could cause death. The signs and symptoms that appear are not too significant, ranging from fever, cough, shortness of breath, decreased smell and stamina, but there are also sufferers who are asymptomatic. All informants made prevention efforts with 3M plus regular exercise, consuming nutritious food, vitamins and consuming homemade herbal ingredients at home. All of these informants agreed to carry out a vaccination program because they believed that the benefits of the vaccine would outweigh the disadvantages. Conclusions and Suggestions: All informants in this study understand well the dangers of Covid-19 infection and always try to do prevention with health protocols. These informants strongly agreed to be vaccinated even though they did not really understand the procedure and the impact of the vaccine. Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. This proof is divided into two propositions, First, Argument a novitate mundi (dalil al-huduts), which emphasizes the temporality of the universe, and has actually been used popularly by Muslim theologians with a general procedure, proving the temporality of the universe, second, the postulate of possibility (dalil al-imkan), focuses on arguments from contingency. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. After the formula for the nature of salbiyah is applied to all Gods, it can be seen that all Gods are void Gods, except Allah SWT who is true.  

The problem in this study is the low quality of learning Business Economics class X Office Automation and Governance, which is known from the average student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics only reaching 67.43, in other words it has not reached the specified KKM, which is equal to 78, this is due to the lack of use of media images with learning models in the teaching and learning process, lack of student interest, and low student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. Therefore, this research discusses the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model to improve student learning outcomes in class X Business Economics Automation and Office Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda. This study uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, the research procedure used is in the form of cycles and each cycle is carried out through four stages, namely: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique was carried out using qualitative techniques, while the data collection tool used was a question instrument. The subjects of this study were class X students of Office Automation and Governance at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda with a total of 35 students. The results showed that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning Business Economics. This can be seen from the completeness of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle, namely 18 students (51.43%), there was an increase in cycle I, namely 27 students (77.14%) and in cycle II it increased to 35 students (100%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of media images with the Examples Non Examples learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Business Economics class X Office Automation and Management at SMK Negeri 8 Samarinda.

A common disease experienced by the elderly is hypertension. Cases of hypertension in Demak are quite high, one of them is in Mranggen village. This reality proves that many people still ignore hypertension. Because there are sufferers who feel no symptoms and there are symptoms such as headaches, weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath and blurred vision. If not treated immediately it will cause complications such as kidney failure, stroke, coronary heart disease and retinopathy. It is of course important to make efforts to control blood pressure. A combination of non-pharmacological management of deep breathing exercise and religious music is one of the efforts that can be made. The purpose of this study was to describe the administration of a combination of deep breathing exercise and religious music therapy to the blood pressure of elderly hypertensive patients. This research uses descriptive case study research with a nursing care process approach.The number of samples is 2 respondents, with the criteria of elderly clients who have hypertension, clients who do not take medication during hypertension in order to determine the effectiveness of the action, clients who can communicate well, and clients who are willing to be respondents. Deep breathing exercises and religious music are carried out once a day for 3 days in 1 week with a duration of 15 minutes. Blood pressure measurement using a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope. Blood pressure measurements were taken before and after the procedure. The results showed that the blood pressure of respondent 1 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes, the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 160/70 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure became 150/60 mm Hg. In respondent 2 before and after being given deep breathing exercise therapy and religious music for 3 consecutive days with a duration of 15 minutes the blood pressure on the first day before receiving therapy was 179/80 mmHg and after being given therapy for 3 days on the last day the blood pressure was 156/70 mmHg .

In choosing the right learning model, a teacher must pay attention to students' abilities and choose a learning model that can motivate them to learn and develop their potential so they can overcome problems in life. Problem-Based Learning is considered a learning model that can help students maximize their potential and develop skills in solving problems in everyday life. This study aims to critically analyze the application of problem-based learning models in the field of study of Islamic Religious Education. Through a literature study approach, this study focuses on a critical analysis of the basic concepts, principles, and procedures for applying the Problem-Based Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education. The results of the research show that in order to implement PBL in the learning process, teachers should follow the procedures or implementation stages. The procedure for implementing PBL is divided into several steps, namely: problem orientation, organizing students to study (in groups), investigation or data collection, developing and presenting work results, and finally; evaluation and reflection.

Virtual laboratories can provide real learning experiences through computer-aided simulations and activities. Virtual laboratory is rapidly developing its use in science learning because it is proven to provide significant benefits to the process and results of science learning during the pandemic. The limitations of laboratory facilities in genetics learning at the unkhair Biology Education Study program have encouraged the development of virtual practicum strategies and their use in genetic learning with modified free inquiry strategies on the topic of the structure and function of genetic material and reproduction of genetic material. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of virtual laboratories based on student perceptions of the use of virtual laboratory applications and to describe and compare these perceptions with the use of laboratory reality and relevant previous research results. There are five aspects of perception surveyed, namely innovation, motivation, effectiveness, benefits, and presentation of practical procedures. This research method uses a quasi-experimental research design for the characteristics and effectiveness of using virtual laboratories and real laboratories in the Genetics course at the Biology Education Study Program, Khairun University, Ternate on the topic of DNA isolation, chromosomes and mitosis. The results of this study indicate that: the characteristics of Blended Learning practicum in the Genetics course in 4th semester students of Biology study program are: 1) instruction-based practicum; 2) practicum based on data collection and reporting of practicum results; 3) practicum based on proof of concept. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetics practicum in laboratory reality and virtual laboratories based on the perception of student responses is more likely to choose reality laboratories than virtual laboratories. The effectiveness of the implementation of genetic practicum based on the results of the practicum report is known to be not significantly different between the results of the practicum in reality and in the virtual laboratory.

The research aims to determine the application of the Raw Material inventory Accounting System at PT  Industri Kapal  ndonesia (Persero). The type of research used s descriptive qualitative. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research conducted from July to September 2021. The results showed that the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) has been effective, this can be seen by the existence of  interrelated functions. Then the  inventory recording method used  is the perpetual recording method and the FIFO (First  In First Out) valuation method. And the procedures that form the inventory system at PT Industri Kapal  Indonesia (Persero) are quite good because of the division of tasks and documents that can be accounted for.

This article to evaluate the implementation of Student Admission (PPDB) by Zoning System in achieving the vision of educational equality, a case study in the South Tambun Region. Initially, the government issued Permendikbud number 51 of 2018 regarding PPDB BY Zoning System to remove the stigma of favorite and non-favorite schools and facilitate supervision of students. This research uses a qualitative approach, then the concept from James S. Coleman through his book Equality of Educational Opportunity (1967) describes the principles and concepts of equality of educational opportunity distribution in numerous ways. Coleman's study is used to assess the availability of equality of educational opportunity for various groups of students in Indonesia through a zoning system that has a vision of social equality for the community. Based on the results of the study, the zoning system has been running procedurally. However, the goal of equality of educational opportunities is hampered by the limitation of the old value-oriented paradigm and the consequences of new inequalities.

In prescriptive, legal science studies the purpose of law, the values of justice in a law, the good and bad of the rule of law, legal concepts and legal norms. While in applied science, law establishes a procedure, provisions, and limitations in enforcing a legal rule. The purpose of this study is to show that placing the law as a social phenomenon that is only viewed externally; Rather, it enters into the essence of the internal side of the law. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that in each such discourse, the question will be answered: Why is law still needed when there are already other social norms? What does the law want? In a discourse like this, legal science will open a study of legal purposes. So that what is actually going to be deal with is ideal.

The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Partially, it was discovered that the shop environment impacts customer purchasing interest.
