Along with the development of MSMEs in Banjarkemantren Village, it is necessary to make a breakthrough by increasing productivity. With increased productivity, it can directly increase profits. With a simple concept of dynamo motor to gear box. From the gear box is connected to a 10 cm pulley and forwarded with a v belt to a 30 cm pulley, so that the dynamo speed can be lowered. The mixer can be modified from the old mixer by opening the other 2 sides for wider reach. From here a simple kneading machine was created that can improve the manual method with the machine so that the production of bread dough can increase.

Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.    

Abstract. Absorption of labor is an important problem in national development where the number is increasing from year to year as a result of the increase in population, while the available job opportunities are limited in number, so that the unemployment rate in several cities is increasing. A high level of investment will increase production capacity which will eventually lead to the creation of new jobs. That way, the unemployment rate can be reduced and people's incomes will increase. This research is a quantitative research with secondary data in the 2015-2021 observation period. Data collection in this study uses the documentation method for data on Population 15+ Working, Investment and Minimum Wage obtained from BPS, Department of Manpower and Office of Investment. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Overall, the results of multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing can be concluded that partially investment and minimum wages have no significant effect on employment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, it shows that the investment and minimum wage variables have no simultaneous effect on employment in Indonesia. The lack of effect of investment on labor absorption in Indonesia is due to the fact that more investment is channeled into the capital-intensive project sector (services) compared to the labor-intensive project sector, where the capital-intensive project sector absorbs only a small amount of labor. Meanwhile, the minimum wage has no effect on labor absorption because the majority of the working population in Indonesia have received relatively high wages or exceeded the minimum wage. Employment. In everyday life, trucks are used to transport goods. Not infrequently seen a lot of use of trucks that exceed the carrying capacity. Accidents on the highway include the impact caused by trucks that are overloaded or overloaded. The purpose of this study is to reduce the risk of accidents due to overloading or overloading. The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

Wisata Danau Rusa merupakan salah satu wisata yang dikembangkan oleh  Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kampar. Konsep collaborative governance sangat penting dalam penerapan kolaborasi pengembangan destinasi wisata karena dalam kolaborasi ini tidak hanya melibatkan pemerintah saja, melainkan melibatkan masyarakat dan pokdarwis. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan wisata danau rusa di Kabupaten Kampar dan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bersifat deskriptif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Purwanti yaitu: 1.Principled Engagement (Keterlibatan Prinsip), 2. Shared Motivation (Motivasi Bersama), 3. Capacity for Join action (Kapasitas Untuk Bergabung). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah program pengembangan destinasi wisata yang sudah berjalan dengan baik karena dibuktikan dengan adanya keterlibatan prinsip yang baik, motivasi bersama yang sudah dipahami, dan keterlibatan prinsip yang telah dijalankan oleh pihak yang berkolaborasi. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor partisipasi masyarakat dan anggaran yang minim.    

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.    

Health is a basic right of all people. The main priority at this time is health services for pregnant women. The selection of birth attendants for pregnant women is something that must be considered. Prior to the tripartite partnership, many people chose to give birth with the help of a dukun than to give birth with a health worker. The process of forming a tripartite partnership, namely collaboration between cadres, traditional birth attendants and midwives, began with the signing of the MoU which was directly supervised by the camat, babinsa and lurah. The existence of cadres and traditional birth attendants who continuously accompany pregnant women makes them trust them to use the services of health workers and give birth at health facilities. There was an increase in the number of birth mothers assisted by midwives who partnered with traditional birth attendants at Poskesdes with an average increase of 2. 8% for the past 2 years. The obstacles in implementing this tripartite partnership are the very low level of education of cadres and traditional birth attendants, the remote location of health services and the financial capacity of postpartum mothers.

Distribution routes are generally a problem for every company, including in the public company BULOG Medan Amplas. Therefore, this research uses Clarke and Wright Savings algorithm to obtain optimal mileage by taking into account every consumer demand and vehicle capacity. Calculation results using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm obtained the vehicle mileage of 695.08 km with a savings of 11 km or 1.56%.

This community service aims to carry out location mapping in planning activities to obtain an appropriate and comprehensive design for activities to increase the capacity and quality of roads in the Design area, Gunung Tibar District, Berau Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The method used was photography and direct measurements as well as assessment by a team appointed by the Berau Regency Government, both from the condition of the road to measuring the distance of the road whose quality would be improved at a 1,300m location stretching from the Jalan Poros Tanjung Batu area to the end of the Persimpangan Jalan Pertanian.

This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted as an effort to strengthen organizational capacity in improving the performance of Dasawisma in Bukit Timah Subdistrict, Dumai City, particularly in management and organizational practices. The main problems faced by the community partners included suboptimal organizational functions, limited understanding of organizational management, administration, and simple financial recording, which affected participation and program sustainability. This program aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of Dasawisma members regarding effective organizational management and administrative practices. The methods applied were participatory counseling and assistance through lectures, interactive discussions, and practical exercises on organizational management and basic bookkeeping. The results indicated an improvement in members’ understanding of organizational roles and functions, increased motivation and active participation, and the emergence of collective awareness about the importance of administration and collaboration. Furthermore, the program encouraged more structured and organized behavior, serving as an initial step toward strengthening Dasawisma’s institutional capacity.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the suboptimal organizational governance and tourism service management at Bahtera Beach. The main issues included limited managerial capacity among local tourism managers, the absence of clear service standards, and weak coordination among local tourism stakeholders. This program aimed to strengthen institutional capacity, improve the quality of visitor services, and promote more participatory and sustainable destination governance. The program applied a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, joint planning, training on tourism service management, development of basic service standards, and field mentoring. The beneficiaries were local tourism management groups and community members directly involved in tourism services at Bahtera Beach. The results indicate improved understanding among managers regarding structured organizational governance and service management. Clearer task distribution, the implementation of basic service standards for visitors, and increased awareness of cleanliness and visitor comfort were observed as tangible improvements. In addition, the emergence of local leaders who actively coordinate service activities and support program sustainability became an important outcome. Overall, this program contributed to strengthening institutional capacity and enhancing the quality of the tourism experience at Bahtera Beach.

This Community Service Program (PkM) was motivated by the low quality of administrative order in the bookkeeping and document management system of Dasawisma Anggur Merah 3 RT 08, Bukit Timah Village, characterized by unsystematic data recording, weak documentation practices, and limited understanding of accountable and organized administration. The objective of this program was to strengthen the capacity of Dasawisma in implementing orderly administration through the development of structured, transparent, and sustainable bookkeeping and documentation systems. The method applied was a participatory community organizing approach, implemented through socialization, technical assistance, simple bookkeeping training, hands-on documentation practices, and participatory evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in the understanding of Dasawisma members regarding the importance of administrative order, behavioral changes in record-keeping and document management, the establishment of a more structured bookkeeping system, and the emergence of collective awareness of administration as a foundation for program planning and decision-making. In addition, local leaders (local leaders) emerged as driving forces in strengthening administrative management and institutional capacity. This program contributes to the creation of more professional, accountable, and sustainable governance of Dasawisma organizations in community-based empowerment initiatives.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance leadership capacity and organizational management skills of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch cadres through the strengthening of Islamic values ​​and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented during the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2) using lectures, interactive discussions, and leadership simulations. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants throughout the program. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and organizational planning and management skills. Furthermore, the program increased participants' awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values ​​as an ethical foundation in student organizational leadership practices. This PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres as future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and strong commitment to community service.

This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.
