ABSTRACT , The working relationship of employees and leaders can determine the level, benefits of the Work Environment and Employee Performance of the company they feel. Any positive work relationship can help create a healthy work environment and environment for employees. The purpose of this research is to find out how the work environment affects the work productivity of employees at the AMC Unit of PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport. This study used a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation which was carried out from 1 March to 31 March 2023. Respondents from this study were all employees of AMC PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport with a total of 15 people. testing the results of this research using IBM SPSS 23 Statistics For Windows. The results showed that variable X (Work Environment) on variable Y (Employee Performance) in the AMC Unit with a simple linear regression test showed a strong influence by obtaining a correlation coefficient of 0.576 and a large effect with a coefficient of determination test of 33.1%. Therefore, the work environment must be maintained or improved so that the performance of the AMC Unit personnel of PT. Angkasa Pura I at Yogyakarta International Airport maintains and improves its performance in the room and in the field.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Samsung di Jakarta. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. Studi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi langsung ke tiga toko yang menjual produk Samsung di Jakarta, observasi ini meliputi wawancara langsung dan penarikan pendapat konsumen tentang variabel penelitian yang diteliti menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Sedangkan metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Produk, Promosi Penjualan dan Ekuitas Merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

The purpose of this research is to disclose influence of applicating good corporate governance to profitability in the company food and beverage listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. So that the sample obtained was 14 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021 with a total observational data of 4 years of observation. The data collection technique used is the source of financial statement data using secondary data taken through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 software tools. The results of this study indicate that the audit committee has no significant effect on profitability. Independent commissioners have a significant effect on profitability. Institutional ownership has a significant effect on profitability. This study examines the correlation between corporate governance and voluntary disclosure of information. The sample used was companies that conducted an IPO on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018. Using purposive sampling technique, 129 data were obtained. The analytical tool used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The study found that the number of board of directors influenced voluntary disclosure of information, while foreign  ownership, institutional ownership, management  ownership, public share ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees were not found to influence voluntary disclosure.GCG, . voluntary disclosure, foreign   ownership, institutional ownership 

This research was conducted to examine the influence of personality, motivation and social environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. Case Study of Management Study Program students at Tidar University. This study took a sample of 175 respondents where the data was taken by the questionnaire method. This research is a research with quantitative method, where research data is tested using classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of personality, motivation and social environment together on students' interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, personality and social environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. However, motivation shows a positive and insignificant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to be a material consideration for the University and also the awareness of students to develop the spirit and interest in entrepreneurship so that it can give birth to many entrepreneurs and contribute to the country's economy.

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, workload and incentives on employee loyalty. Data was collected using a questionnaire on employees of the Public and State Property Section, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta. The sampling technique is saturated with a total of 35 respondents. The analytical tool used is descriptive (primary data) by using a questionnaire assisted by a Likert scale and given to respondents. The analytical tool used is SPSS software version 25. The results of multiple linear analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method. Y = 2.382 + 0.202 (X1) + 0.452 (X2) + 0.151 (X3) + €, so that it can be partially concluded that Career Development does not have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty, Workload and Incentives have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty in General and Property Sections State, Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in Jakarta.                                                                    

This research departs from the phenomenon of interpersonal relationships that are owned by the children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Orphanage which are still low and medium, this is marked by the orphans who do not know each other closely, do not understand each other's personal characteristics, are not familiar, lack of cooperation, orphans they still lack the courage to express their ideas or opinions, there are still social conflicts between them, they close themselves off because they lack confidence in getting along with other orphans, they lack a sense of initiative in making friends and working together. Researchers try to provide group guidance services with sociodrama techniques to orphanages to improve interpersonal relationships, the goal to be achieved in this study is to find out whether or not there are significant differences in the interpersonal relationships of orphanage children before and after being given sociodrama technique group guidance services, as well as effective whether or not the sociodrama technique group guidance services to improve the interpersonal relations skills of orphans at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. This research is classified as a pre-experimental study using a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study was the adolescent children of the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Orphanage, Riau. The population is young women at the Al-Ghasyiyah Bathin Solapan Duri Riau Orphanage, totaling 20 people. The sample is adolescents who are indicated to have a poor level of interpersonal relations, namely 8 people, sampling based on purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used non-parametric statistical tests using the Wilcoxon signed rank test method with the help of Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.00. pretest and posttest. From the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation, a significant p-value of 0.011 < α (α = 0.05) is obtained, which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. From the results of the calculation of the Wilcoxon test, it can be interpreted that the interpersonal relationship skills of the orphans increased after being given treatment, namely the sociodrama technique Group Guidance Service.

Penelitian ini bertujuan supaya menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan workplace spirituality pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis eksplanatori yang menjelaskan fakta/data-data yang diperoleh dengan metode survey menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung ke DP3AP2KB Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 101 pegawai, skala likert dipergunakan dalam studi ini. Metode analisis statistik mempergunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, menggunakan SPSS Versi 24. Penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terkuat untuk me ingkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (2) workplace spirituality berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai melalui keterikatan pegawai, (3) self efficacy berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai, dan (4) workplace spirituality berpengaruh langsung pada kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine the Simultaneous and Partial Effects between Product Quality and Promotional Strategies on Consumer Buying Interest (Survey on wedding photography and videograph vendors Hillostory Tasikmalaya). The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sample used is 40 respondents. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study show that simultaneously product quality and promotional strategies have a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially, product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially the promotion strategy has an effect on consumer buying interest.    

One of the most crucial language components that students should master is vocabulary. It is caused vocabulary is always used in everyday activities. Nevertheless, the students have difficulty when learning vocabulary and the lack of ability of students in remembering new vocabulary in English. Based on the problems, as a resulted to conduct teaching vocabulary mastery by the use of media namely word wall to help students improving their vocabulary mastery. This research was conducted to the seventh grade of SMPN 3 Kec. Pangkalan Koto Baru. In this study, researcher used quantitative method with quasi-experimental design by comparing two classes. The subject of this study was seventh grade, namely VII1 and VII2. VII1 was experimental class with 25 students and VII2 was control class with 25 students. The research instrument was vocabulary test. The data was analyzed by using Independent Sample t-test in SPSS 26. This study indicated that there was significant difference in achievement of students’ vocabulary mastery between the students who were taught by using word wall media and without using Word Wall media. It can be seen from p-value which was smaller than the alpha value (0.000<0.05). From the results of the data, teaching vocabulary mastery through word wall media gave more significant effect to increase students’ vocabulary mastery.

Quality of service caused by human resources, facilities, and referrals that are not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study were all visitors who came to the Puskesmas. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The mnumber of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that the tangible dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the reliable dimension has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, the responsiveness dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the assurance dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, the empathy dimension has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The most dominant dimension of influence is tangible, while the lowest is responsiveness. Tangible, reliable, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions simultaneously have a significant influence on patient satisfaction. The results of the study are expected that the management of the Banja Loweh Community Health Center, Fifty Cities District, will further improve service quality, especially on the lowest responsiveness dimension.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work stress and work life balance on employee productivity at PT. Pacific Medan industry. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observations and population questionnaires used are employees who work at PT. Pacific Medan Industri, with a population of 207. The number of samples drawn using the Slovin formula, the sample obtained was 68 respondents with = 0.1 . Data processing using SPSS Version 23 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing.The results of the research variable work experience partially positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. The government initiated farmer cards to improve the distribution of subsidized fertilizers that were still not on the target. However, in some areas the effectiveness of distributing subsidized fertilizers using farm cards is unknown. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizers in Cibeuti Village, Kawalu District, Tasikmalaya City. The population in this study was farmers who received farmer cards with a total of 559 people who were then sampled using a random sampling technique of 85 people. This research was conducted using two methods, namely observation and interview. Observation is carried out by collecting data carried out through direct observation of farmers included in the farmer group in Cibeuti Village. The data analysis used is  multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. From the results of this study, the level of effectiveness of farmer cards, the distribution of subsidized fertilizers in the Cibeuti area of Tasikmalaya City is very effective and the most effective, indicator of the distribution of subsidized fertilizers is on time, whose efficiency value is 0.005 which means less than 0.05.

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely a researcher who describes the research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees totaling 17 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, namely the entire population was used as a sample. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding the variables of Employee Competence and Service Quality. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 19 program. The results of this study are that Employee Competence significantly influences Service Quality with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Employee Competence Variable (X) of 0.321, meaning that if X is increased by 1 then Y will increase by 0.321, this shows that the better the employee's competence, the better the quality of service at the Rakam Lombok Timur Village Office. The sig value of 0.038 illustrates that Employee Competence has a positive and significant influence on Service Quality, meaning that the better the Employee Competence, the Service Quality will increase. Service is said to be of quality or satisfactory if the community is satisfied with the service provided and can meet the expectations of the community.

Aterosklerosis merupakan kondisi asimtomatik dan salah satu penyebab utama serangan jantung dan stroke yang menjadi penyebab kematian utama di seluruh dunia. Aterosklerosis yang tampak sebagai kalsifikasi pada arkus aorta dapat dideteksi melalui pemeriksaan radiografi toraks untuk melihat derajat keparahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia dengan kalsifikasi aorta pada pemeriksaan radiografi toraks. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik observasional dengan data cross-sectional. Data yang diambil merupakan gambaran kalsifikasi aorta yang terdapat pada radiografi toraks di Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma Jakarta Barat periode Maret 2022 dengan menggunakan teknik consecutive non random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 85 foto radiografi toraks. Analisis data usia dengan derajat keparahan kalsifikasi aorta menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Mayoritas sampel pada usia 46 – 55 tahun sebanyak 30 (35.3%) sampel dan kalsifikasi aorta derajat 1 sebesar 40 (47%). Sebanyak 5 (5.8%) sampel tidak menunjukkan adanya kalsifikasi aorta dan sebanyak 80 (94.1%) menunjukkan adanya kalsifikasi aorta. Hasil analisis uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara usia dengan derajat kalsifikasi aorta pada pemeriksaan radiografi toraks di Rumah Sakit Royal Taruma Jakata Barat dengan p-value = 0.000 (p-value < 0.05).  

The tendency of accounting fraud has attracted a lot of media attention and has become an issue that is often heard and important in the eyes of world business people. Not only in the BUMN sector but also in companies engaged in Merchandising. The city of Padang which is the capital of the province of West Sumatra which also has many companies engaged in Merchandising. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of the effectiveness of internal control and individual morality on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang. This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees who carry out accounting duties and functions in merchandising companies in the city of Padang. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 22. The results showed that the effectiveness of internal control had no effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang, while the individual morality had a negative effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in merchandising companies in the city of Padang.

The public and entrepreneurs at this time (MSMEs) demand convenience in financial transactions. The public or business people do not need to carry cash for payments or transactions. This has an impact on efficiency and effectiveness for all parties which is the hope of the community itself. Cashless payments are now the demands of various parties for the smooth running of business and daily financial activities. Community financial literacy does not directly affect financial inclusion. The cashless variable is a variable capable of mediating the effect of financial literacy on financial inclusion. The population in this study were all SMEs in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. Collecting samples using accidental sampling technique. After going through the stages of compilation and screening, the samples that can be used are 147 samples. The analysis tool uses multiple multiple regression by carrying out other tests such as the normality test, the classical assumption deviation test, the goodness of fit test and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that financial literacy has a significant positive effect on financial inclusion (H1 is proven) and also has an effect on cashless payments (H2 is proven). Cashless payment has a significant positive effect on financial inclusion (H3 is proven). Cashless payments are able to mediate the effect of financial literacy on financial inclusion in MSMEs in Grobogan Regency

This study aims to analyze the effect of work involvement and morale on employee performance at the Sorong DAMRI Office. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and correlations. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews with all employees of the Sorong DAMRI Office as many as 30 respondents using the Saturated Sampling Technique. This study uses the SPSS Version 25 application program for windows, the results of this study indicate that the variables of work involvement and morale on employee performance have a positive and significant effect.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, profit growth, and company size on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Earnings Quality Variables using Quality of Income. The sample method used was purposive sampling. From the population in the Mining Sector Companies during the 2019- 2021 period, 13 companies that met the sample criteria were taken. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that capital structure, profit growth, and company size had no negative and insignificant effects on earnings quality. Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality. The influence of Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profit Growth, and Company Size together has a positive and significant effect on earnings quality in mining sector companies listed on the IDX.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument, and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used was SPSS version 23. The results showed that investment motivation and minimum investment capital had a partially significant positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application, while financial literacy had a partially significant negative effect on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. Financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital simultaneously have a positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application and the most dominant variable in investment interest is investment motivation.
