Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

The impact of carbon emissions as a major cause of climate change has raised concerns and become a challenge for the international community. To reduce emissions, it is necessary to study the carbon footprint of activities in Al-Amin. The planning of Al Amin Living lab and Industrial Park along with the administration in which various activities produce carbon emissions these activities need to be calculated to find out how much the activity contributes to the emissions produced so that negative impacts on the environment can be minimized. Opportunities for PSE-GR Development Areas with the concept of Eco-Tech-Edu Tourism which has an understanding of Circular Economy Education (CED) is still very minimal in North Sumatra, PSE-GR can be a pioneer in spreading this understanding of CED where the integration of economic and educational activities occurs which at the same time helps maintain the preservation of nature. Encouraged by the development of the Independent Learning Curriculum (ILC), it is hoped that PSE-GR can become a place for research, service, and practicum of the UNPAB academic community that increases awareness of the need for nature conservation. Because Green Technology from across fields of science is still very minimally discussed and is still often partially researched, UNPAB can be an example of the integration of fields of science that become practical, dynamic, educational, and economic value innovations. The existence of 20 ha of land owned by the Prof. DR H Kadirun Yahya Foundation, it is hoped that UNPAB can develop a Living lab ecosystem at least on 10 ha of land. PSE-GR is not expected to be as exclusive as tourist areas in general, with the concept of CED, PSE-GR will not only help become an income generator & source of educational land for the academic community but also help the welfare of the village and the surrounding community. Carbon footprint studies are carried out in 3 scopes according to The Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol), namely emissions from sources owned or directly controlled by the faculty, indirect emissions from electricity consumption, and other indirect emissions (WRI and WBSCD, 2004). Carbon footprint emissions from all three scopes are calculated based on methods from the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) for the national greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory.

Rivers are places, containers, and networks of water irrigation from springs to estuaries. The existence of rivers with their nature that flows from upstream to downstream has the potential for opportunity value and externality effects between upstream and downstream or along river flows (Pangesti, 2000). Eco-Tech-Edu Tourism Combination and integration of learning across applicable programs, the flow of the Babarsari river looks clear and flows well, so this is used in the construction of living labs and industrial parks. In its use as ecotourism, it is necessary to analyze the burden of pollutants. In determining the burden of pollutants, it is necessary to carry out water analysis and water status analysis based on the Decree of the Minister of Environment no. 115 of 2003 concerning guidelines for water quality status.

It is estimated that 60% of deaths in pregnancy occur after delivery and 50% of deaths postpartum within the first 24 hours. After the baby is born, the uterus which during labor contracts and retracts will become hard so that it can close the large blood vessels that lead to the former implantation of the placenta. If the involution process does not go well, a condition called uterine sub involution will arise. If the sub involution of the uterus is not handled properly, it will result in bleeding, for that the mother needs certain exercises that can accelerate the process of involution. According to several studies, to speed up the process of uterine involution, one of the recommended exercises is postpartum gymnastics, an integration model of relaxation techniques and exercises for the 'Otaria' abdominis muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether postpartum exercise model integration of relaxation techniques and 'Otaria' abdominis muscle exercises had an effect on the speed of uterine involution in post partum mothers at PKM Sayung 2, Demak Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental. The design used in this study was Post-test Only Control Group Design. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that respondents who did puerperal exercise 'otaria' experienced uterine involution faster than respondents who did postpartum exercise with a value of (p-value <0.05) at TFU and (p-value <0.05) at lochia.   Keywords: Otaria Postpartum Gymnastics, Uterine Involution Speed

Mental disorders are one of the public health problems in Indonesia. In general, mental disorders are caused by psychological pressure both from outside the individual and from within the individual. Some of the things that cause this is the ignorance of the family and society about this mental disorder (Hawari, 2007). According to WHO or the World Health Organization (2002) states that the prevalence of mental health problems is currently quite high, 25% of the world's population has suffered from mental health problems, 1% of which are severe mental disorders. The potential for a person to be susceptible to mental disorders is indeed high, every time 450 million people around the world are affected by mental, nervous, and behavioral problems. One form of mental disorder that is found throughout the world is a severe mental disorder, namely Schizophrenia (Hawari, 2007). Schizophrenia comes from two words, namely schizo which means cracked or broken and phrenia which means soul. Thus, people who suffer from schizophrenic mental disorders are people who experience mental fractures or personality cracks. Schizophrenia can arise because of the integration between biological, psychosocial and environmental factors (Sinaga, 2007). In schizophrenic patients there is personal disintegration and personal division. Emotional and intellectual behavior becomes ambiguous (compound), and has serious disorders and has regression or total dementia. Schizophrenic patients escape from the reality of life and remain silent in their fantasy world (Kartono, 2010).
