In this study there are two variables that influence each other, namely the independent variable, namely the Key Performance Indicator and the Work Environment. Which affects the dependent variable, namely Tazbiya Brands Employee Performance. Research using quantitative methods with saturated sampling of 40 employees as respondents. The Key Performance Indicator variable has a t value> t table (4.216> 2.026) with a significant 0.00> 0.05 so that the Key Performance Indicator has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment variable has a t value> t table (1.958> 2.026) with a significant 0.038> 0.05 so that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Key Performance Indicator and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the above analysis, it can be concluded that the Tazbiya brands company has performance appraisal indicators that need to be considered as evaluation material so that it affects employee performance and has a good work environment in the company.

The study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and financial attitude on financial management owned by students. The research method used in this study was the student of Management study Program Faculty of  Social and Politic University of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka (USN Kolaka). In the even semester 2019-2020. There were 225 student. The sampleused in this study amounted to 140 students using random sampling technique. The data used in this study are primary data. Namely by distributing questionnarres. The data analysis technique used in this study regarding financial literacy and financial attitude shown that both has a significant positive influence on financial management practices with a t-statistic value of 3,923 and p-value of 0,000 for financial literacy and financial attitude variable is posit ive with a t-statistic value of 4,074 and p-value 0,000.

This study aims to determine : (1) The Effect Of Work Life Balance On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. (2) The Effect Of Work Discipline On The Performance Of Employees Of The Kolaka District Environmental Service Office. This study used a quantitative method approach. The sample in this study amounted to43 respondents using the sampling technique, namely the census. Research instrument testing using validity test and reliability test with SPSS 24.00.The research data analysis technique uses the Structural Equating Modeling (SEM-PLS) method with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the work life balance variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.814 and P-values of 0.002, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as shown by the T-Statistic value of 2.266 and P-values of 0.012.

This research aims to determine: 1) The influence of compensation on job satisfaction of employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. (2) The Influence of Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this research used observation studies, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this research is all employees who work at the East Kolaka Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 34 people, with the sample determined using census techniques. Research instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the research results, it is known that the Compensation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, which is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.020. And the Motivation Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, this is shown by a P-Values ​​value of 0.000.

This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of Organizational Climate on Job Satisfaction Employee at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Oficce, (2) The Effect of Organizatonal Climate on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office, (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. This research uses a quantitative method approach. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population of this study were all ASN employees at Kolaka District Religious Ministry Office. While the sample of this study amounted to 41 employee by determining the sample using the census technique. Testing of research instruments using validity tests and reliability tests with SPSS 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through measurement model testing (outer model) and structural model testing (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0.  Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.012.  And the Organizational Climate variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.030. And the Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Perfomance as indicated by the P-Values value of 0.000.

The Depok City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency is a government institution that handles staffing within the Depok City Government. This study aims to determine the influence of competence and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at BKPSDM Depok City Government. The population in this study was all BKPSDM employees, with a sample of 65 respondents taken using the total sampling technique. Data was obtained using questionnaires and interviews. This research uses data quality test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and determination test. The results showed that partial competence had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because t count (11.220) > t table (1.999) and significant values below 0.05. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because t count (4.802) > t table (1.999) and the significant value is below 0.05. The results of the study based on the F test showed that the two independent variables consisting of competence and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the BKPSDM Depok City Government with F values calculated at 397.866 > 3.14 while viewed from the significance values of 0.001 < 0.05.

This research aims to determine the influence of communication, conflict and work discipline on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 Sekar Ayu Kediri employees and calculated using the SPSS Version 25 application. Data analysis techniques used included Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity , Linearity), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t Test, F Test, and R2 Coefficient of Determination Test. In the Validity Test, it is known that all question items (X1, X2, Then in the reliability test, it is known that the Cronbach Alpha value is > 0.60 so that the indicators for each question are declared reliable. In the t test it is known that all items have a positive value and <0.05 so that all items (Communication, Conflict, Work Discipline) have a partial effect on employee performance. Furthermore, in the F test it is known that the value of Sig. for all items together it is 0.000 < 0.05 so that all items are declared to have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. The final test, namely the R2 Coefficient of Determination Test, shows a result of 95.2%, which means that the variables of communication, conflict and work discipline can really influence employee performance and with this result it can be said that this research is successful because it has an Rsquare value > 50%.

Human resources are all employees of a company who want to feel comfortable and happy. When working, an employee must have a big commitment to the company to be able to assist the company in achieving the expected goals, ,and the company must also foster job satisfaction for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach method, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, with the results of the t-test being 10.613 > t-table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Job satisfaction significantly impacts employee performance,with the results of t count 7.731 > t table 2.01174 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. The results of testing the independent variable’s simultaneous influence on the dependent variable obtained a value of Fcount = 158.967 > Ftable value of 3.20, so that means there is a positive and significant influence between organizational trust in job satisfaction and CV employee performance. Research aims to determine the effect of industrial work practices (prakerin) and productive subjects on entrepreneurial interest through the Self-Efficacy of students majoring in Online Business and Marketing at SMKN 1 Jombang. The sample in this study was 103 students. The results of the research describe that partially 1) No influence of industrial work practices (prakerin) on entrepreneurial interest, 2) Positive and significant influence on productive subjects on entrepreneurial interest, 3) Positive and significant influence on Self-Efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, 4) Finding a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices (prakerin) on Self-Efficacy, 5) Not finding the effect of productive subjects on Self-Efficacy, 6) Finding a positive and significant influence on industrial work practices on interest in entrepreneurship through Self-Efficacy as a moderating variable, 7) Found positive and significant effect of productive subjects on interest in entrepreneurship through Self-Efficacy as a moderating variable.

The purpose of this research is to find out how professional training and career development impact employee performance. The South Sulawesi Province Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is the subject of this inspection. This research uses primary data; Samples were obtained using random sampling and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The samples collected were 40 employees. The survey results were tested for reliability and validity using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and F test. Positive and significant results were obtained through analysis of the relationship between employee performance variables (Y) and training variables (X1), with a significance level of (0.004 <0.05). Positive and significant results were obtained using the career development variable (X2) with a significance threshold of t (0.000 <0.05). However, based on the results of simultaneous tests with a significance level of t < a (0.000 – <0.05), the variables are employee performance (Y) and professional training (X1) and career development (X2) as well as conveying positive and meaningful results to others.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency. The object in this study is Employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the hypothesis of this study using SPSS application version 26. The population in this study is permanent employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk Rantepao Branch Office, North Toraja Regency as many as 103 respondents. This research shows that Workload and Work Environment do not affect together. By testing the coefficient of determination, a value of 0.269 or 26.9% was obtained. The Job Satisfaction variable can be explained by the Workload and Work Environment variables while the remaining 73.1% is explained by other variables.

This research is motivated by a company operating in the convection/sewing sector. The aim of this research is to explain the influence of competence, work experience, work commitment on the productivity of production employees. This research was carried out at CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all 47 production employees of CV Zaada Usaha Mulia Kediri. The technique used for analysis is the IBM SPSS program version 22. The data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test. The results of this test concluded that the t test results showed that the competency variable partially had a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.003 and a t value of 3.119. The work experience variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.356 and a t-count value of 0.933. The work commitment variable partially has a significant positive effect on employee productivity with a significant value of 0.004 and a t value of 3.075. And the results of the f test show that the variables competency, work experience and work commitment have a significant effect on the productivity of production employees with a significant value of 0.000 and an F value of 20.909.

This research aims to examine the effect of job training and employee placement on work productivity. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test and F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. Results This research shows that the job training variable has a partial effect on work productivity. It is known from the results of the job training t test that the sig. = 0.003 > 0.05 and the employee placement variable has a partial effect on work productivity, this is known from the results of the recruitment t test with a sig value. = 0.005 > 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of research on job training and employee placement have a simultaneous effect on work productivity, this is known from the F test, the sig value. = 0.000 < 0.05

This study aims to examine the effect of job training on employee performance at Class IIB Solok Penitentiary. While the research sample was determined using the saturated sample method by including all research samples in a population, for this research the sample was taken from all employees of Class IIB Solok Correctional Institution as many as 83 people. The types of data used include instrument testing, simple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of job training on employee performance in all employees of Class IIB Solok Penitentiary. This is evidenced by using the t test with a tcount of 2.153 > ttable 1.664 with a significant value of 0.034 <0.05. It can be concluded that job training has an effect on employee performance in class IIB correctional institutions in Solok City or the hypothesis is accepted. This means that the job training provided is very influential for the performance of employees in class IIB correctional institutions in Solok City.

This research aims to determine whether the company's working capital has shown efficiency in increasing better profit growth. The author's research object is PT. Makassar Industrial Zone (Persero). This research method is descriptive research using quantitative methods. Quantitative data is numerical data, data obtained from financial reports. Researchers use data collection techniques accompanied by documentation. The results of the research show that the efficiency ratio shows the turnover of fixed assets that are sold a lot so that the turnover of receivables increases so that profitability can increase profit growth. So it is concluded that profit growth at PT. Makassar Industrial Zone (Persero) working capital management has not been shown to be efficient.

This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. This type of quantitative research, this research uses primary and secondary data. The research sample consisted of 35 employees of SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and test the coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program.The research results show that the t test results of the Leadership Style variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on Employee Performance by getting a sig value. 0.001 < 0.05 and the Work Discipline variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on Employee Performance with a sig. 0.004 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at SMPK Mardi Wiyata Kediri with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. In this research, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R2) Adjusted R square variable Leadership Style and Work Discipline has an influence of 60.5% in influencing employee performance, while the remaining 39.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

This study discusses the influence of the physical work environment and the damage to the performance of ma'arif Udanawu Blitar teachers. the method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were the mothers/fathers of teachers in Ma Ma'arif Udanawu Blitar, totaling 86 teachers. The sample used in this study is the entire population, namely 86 samples. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling technique with saturated sampling technique. Data processing in this study is using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination,. The results of this study are that the physical work environment has a partial effect on performance with a significant 0,000 <0,05. Compensation has a partial effect on performance with a significant 0,005 <0,05. The physical work environment and alarms have a simultaneous effect on performance with a significant 0.000 <0.05.

The aim of this research is to determine the positive and significant influence of using group work methods on the learning outcomes of Christian Religious Education and Character Education for class VIII odd semester students at SMP Negeri 4 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential approaches. The population is all class VIII odd semester students at SMP Negeri 4 Balige for the 2023/2024 academic year who are Protestant Christians totaling 208 people and the sample was determined to be 42 people, namely 20% of the total population. Data was collected using positive closed items with 23 questionnaire items for variable odd semester at SMP Negeri 4 Balige Academic Year 2023/2024: 1) Test analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test obtained value rxy = 0.460 > rtable(a=0.05,n=42) = 0.304 thus it is known that there is positive relationship between variable variable Y. c) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 21.2%. 2) Influence test: Regression equation test, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="58.20"+0.41X. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract. This study aims to examine the influence of Workload, Work Stress, Work Environment, and Employee Compensation and Performance at the Pandanaran Hotel Semarang in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The technique used in this study is non-probability sampling and is processed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis and discussion based on questionnaires distributed to 114 respondents show that workload and work stress partially have a significant effect on employee performance. While the work environment and compensation variables partially have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Hotel Pandanaran Semarang employees in the Covid 19 Pandemic Era.

Human resource management is one of the important factors in an agency. In order to achieve its goals, it requires quality human resources who are competent and qualified and consistent in every job. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work enthusiasm on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri city. The sample in this study was 70 respondents consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. The tool for testing this research is using SPSS 25. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results of this research are that work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, work enthusiasm has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work ethic and work spirit have a joint and significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.
