This research aims to optimize the distribution of goods through the application of transportation methods at UD Kurnia Jaya. The main problem faced is how to minimize transportation costs in delivering rice to various agents. The Northwest Corner (NWC) method is used for the initial solution in processing supply and demand data. The results of the study show that the total minimum cost obtained for rice delivery is Rp 1,480,000 in one transportation. This study underscores the importance of applying transportation methods to improve distribution cost efficiency. It is hoped that this result can be a reference for MSMEs in managing logistics and increasing competitiveness through more optimal distribution management

This research aims to design a new warehouse layout at Alfamart with a dedicated storage method to increase material storage capacity. The instrument cluster assembly process at Alfamart is very dependent on the smooth supply of materials. The increase in production capacity from 2,500 units/day to 3,000 units/day in 2021 causes a larger need for storage space. The main problem identified is the limitation of the material placement area in the old warehouse. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the types of goods placement policies and optimal facility layout. The research method used is a combination of literature study and data collection from the research site. The results of the analysis show that the new layout design can increase the storage capacity up to 30%, from 240 pallets to 312 pallets. The new layout not only improves the placement of goods, but also increases operational efficiency through wider lanes, clear zoning systems, and better lighting. Thus, this research makes a significant contribution to warehouse management at Alfamart, ensuring that all materials can be stored and accessed in accordance with the established standards.

A business feasibility study is an in-depth analysis process to assess whether a business or project is feasible to run. This process includes a review of various interrelated aspects, such as market aspects, finance, field facts, and other factors. The market aspect focuses on demand, supply, and competition in the market that is the target of the business, while the financial aspect assesses the business's ability to generate profits and meet financial obligations. Financial analysis involves planning funds, capital structure, and estimating costs and revenues needed for operations. Investment, financing, and dividend decisions are very important in managing a company's finances, especially for start-up companies. The use of analysis tools such as financial ratios and the Economic Value Added (EVA) method allows companies to assess their financial performance and efficiency. Risk analysis is also an important part of decision making to minimize potential losses. Overall, a business feasibility study helps companies plan long-term strategies, manage risks, and ensure the continuity and growth of their business.

Iraq needs to correct public finances to achieve stability and rebuild financial reserves, by adopting a program to measure and analyze the current situation and forecast macroeconomic policies to eliminate the imbalance between domestic demand and aggregate supply, which is usually manifested in the problems of the balance of payments, high inflation, and low output growth, and financial programming is an essential tool for managing policies to achieve stability and rebuild financial reserves.Analyze the current situation and forecast macroeconomic policies to address economic imbalances. However, there is a difficulty in applying the financial programming tool because of  the lack  of accurate information systems to estimate the rate of inflation, unemployment, economic growth, exchange rate, balance of payments and the general budget, in addition to irrational fiscal policy that depends on excessive expansion of government spending, with the sovereignty and control of the public sector over the macroeconomy, compared to the weak and weak role of the private sector. This study aims to optimize transportation costs at CV Herba Sedunia by applying the Vogel's Approximation Method (VAM). The research data include shipping costs, supply, and demand from two warehouses to five distribution regions: East Java, Central Java, West Java, DIY & Banten, and Outside Java. VAM was employed to determine an efficient initial solution for distributing 1,250 product units, resulting in a total transportation cost of IDR 18,150,000. The shipping allocation was designed based on a combination of the lowest shipping costs and warehouse supply capacity, maximizing distribution efficiency. This study demonstrates that mathematical approaches like VAM can significantly reduce operational costs while providing strategic flexibility to adapt to changes in costs or demand.

This service aims to socialize the mathematical connection to the concept of Element (demand and supply for MSME products in North Pelawi Village, Babalan District, Langkat Regency. This service activity is carried out by a service team consisting of lecturers and students who aim to provide briefings in the form of socialization to the community of business actors and MSME owners where with this activity it is hoped that there will be awareness and motivation of business actors to relieve the importance of applying mathematical concepts in the context of the connection or tension between the amount of demand and supply. So to predict the amount of demand and the amount of supply at a certain price is not difficult. Because with the ability to predict and control the number of goods offered, the price will be able to be conditioned to be stable and still within reasonable limits. For this reason, the role of business actors has a great influence on the sustainability and development of the business carried out so that the goal of obtaining maximum profits for better MSME performance is obtained. This service was carried out in North Pelawi Village by previously recording business actors around North Pelawi Village with the aim that MSMEs that have been run so far can better apply an understanding of mathematical concepts that are connected to the demand and supply elements for products produced in a certain period or period of time.

In the current era of globalization and technology, computers, RFID are examples of information technology tools that are indispensable for meeting human needs in almost every aspect of life, including the management of infrastructure and equipment lending.According to direct research at Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School, there are only two workers who handle facilities and infrastructure. In carrying out their work assignments, they still experience difficulties. Excess workload and the process of borrowing tools that still lacks a sense of responsibility, so that the results of the work are not maximized. The existence of increasingly sophisticated technology, the management of infrastructure and equipment lending can be done with the help of technological tools that will be implemented in this school. This research aims to make it easier to administer, because this school has not yet added a new workforce. This research can be designed with the help of software (Bootstrap, MySql), programming (PHP, Arduino IDE) and equipment (NodeMCU ESP8266, RFID, LCD, I2C, buzzer, power supply, breadboard, jumper cables, resistors, LEDs) to provide data information. more accurate, effective, efficient and provide a good working atmosphere in this school. It is hoped that this research can reduce work overload and create a sense of responsibility in borrowing equipment, using local networks (wifi / handphone) and computers or laptops, with the research method used is research and development (R&D).

This study explores the impact of cybersecurity risk disclosure on customer-supplier relationships in corporate supply chains through a qualitative literature review approach. The findings reveal that transparency in cybersecurity risk disclosure enhances trust, relationship stability, and operational efficiency within supply chains. Conversely, a lack of disclosure or poor risk management can damage reputations, create uncertainty, and weaken collaboration between business partners. The study also highlights the importance of adequate regulations, risk mitigation strategies, and the adoption of new technologies in managing cybersecurity. While offering significant insights, this study has limitations, including reliance on secondary literature and variations in industry contexts. Future research is recommended to include empirical testing and the exploration of new technologies to strengthen cybersecurity risk management in supply chains.

The national blood demand is estimated to reach around 5.5 million bags per year, while the available blood supply is only around 4.1 million bags. This results in a significant annual blood shortage, approximately 1.4 million bags. The root cause of the main problem of unmet blood needs lies in the lack of public awareness. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public education and awareness about the importance of blood donation and the high demand for blood. Activities include counseling and blood type testing of the ABO and Rh systems using the slide test method. The examination results show that the most common blood type found in Lampegan Village is type O, while the least common is type B. Almost all of them have Rh-positive blood type, and Rh-negative was found in one resident. Knowing the exact blood type and adopting a healthy lifestyle can help someone become a blood donor. Blood type testing is a persuasive strategy to raise public awareness about the importance of blood types and the benefits of blood donation.
