This research aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of sharia banking listed on the Sharia Capital Market or the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2016-2020 period. In this study, a purposive sampling technique was used in sampling so that a sample of 11 sharia banking companies was obtained. The type of data used in this research is secondary data which is then assisted by using the SPSS application to carry out data analysis techniques. And in measuring financial performance using Return On Assets (ROA). The results of this research can be concluded that Institutional Ownership has a significant effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking based on multiple linear analysis tests. The results also show that the Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant influence on the financial performance of sharia banking. And the audit committee also has a significant influence on the financial performance of sharia banking. The limitations of the research are the limited information published by sharia banking so that some of the population cannot be used as research samples and the research period is relatively short, namely only 5 years so that the research carried out by researchers does not reflect the long-term condition of the company and the data obtained is still not optimal. Suggestions for future researchers are to take a longer research period so that the data obtained can be more optimal.

Banking, which acts as a financial middleman, is crucial to a country's economy. One definition of a bank is an entity whose primary business is to accept deposits from the general public and then make loans, savings accounts, and other financial products and services available to residents of the community in order to raise everyone's quality of living. People's credit banks (BPR) in Indonesia are financial institutions that conduct their operations in accordance with traditional banking practices and/or sharia law. This research set out to quantify the impact of external funding and risk management on the bottom lines of Indonesia's islamic rural banks. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 29) was used for all statistical analyses and data processing. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are buying and selling activities and providing services to the community with the aim of making a profit, but the empowerment of MSMEs is not due to the fact that there are still many obstacles, such as the difficulty for MSMEs to obtain financing facilities from financial institutions, so they are forced to take out loans from loan sharks whose interest rates are high and suffocating. thus causing businesses to go out of business, to overcome this problem MSMEs need Islamic financial institutions with a profit sharing scheme, namely mudharabah contracts or financing/investments which are usually mudharabah products found in Islamic Cooperatives, Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI), Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the Syirkah Bersama Cooperative (KSBB) are both working together to create a new innovation in the form of Mudharabah Linked Waqf which optimizes and manages cash waqf funds in an organized manner so that it is hoped that it can help MSMEs to develop further.

Liquidity management is a very complex problem in bank operations. The main cause of bank bankruptcy, both large and small, is not due to failure in financing which results in losses, but rather due to the inability of banks to manage liquidity. This article discusses liquidity management by utilizing the Bank Indonesia Sharia System (SBIS) and PUAS transactions. However, that the two methods have not fully resolved the actual problems faced by Islamic banking in allocating unused funds due to excess liquidity. This study was conducted through a literature search covering various solutions and alternatives to overcome the obstacles faced by Islamic banking in managing its liquidity. To support this study, secondary data was used obtained from Islamic Banking Statistics and the Financial Services Authority. Based on this study, it means that the central bank needs to develop the existing instruments in the PUAS provided by Bank Indonesia as the monetary authority. It is hoped that the liquidity problems faced by Islamic banking can be overcome more effectively.

Academic reconstruction is crucial to developing a more dynamic and innovative Sharia banking product that can compete with current conventional banking products. The aim of this study is to study the legal basis, structure, and implementation of this multi-barrier in the sharia banking business. In this study, library research methods are used. The data sources used consist of books and other relevant sources, such as DSN MUI fatwa related to this research topic. The results of the research showed that al-jam'u bainal uqud or multi akad was a major advance in the development of sharia banking products. This is a new discipline that has never been discussed in classical fiction books. As long as these multi-acts do not violate Islamic principles and values, the scholars give permission. The purpose of this multi-acade is to clarify rights and duties and to prevent iniquity, which will benefit mankind both in this world and in the Hereafter. In the product of mutanaqishah (MMq), there are many obstacles, such as syirkah, ijarah, and sale; in the history of muntahiyah bit-tamlik (IMBT), there is wa'd (promises), ijarah and sale, and both form a single product. There is a ta'alluq between these akad-akad and each other.

This research suggests a connection between sharia banking and sharia governance, particularly in Indonesia. The qualitative data for the study were gathered using the library approach. In this study, secondary data from books and articles on the subject that were gathered from reputable research publications were utilised. The necessity for sharia banking services as well as the expanding diversity of products are what are driving the growth of the sharia banking business. The findings of the literature research indicate that it is crucial for the Islamic banking sector to understand how popular it is becoming. All organisations under oppression need Islamic governance because it promotes and upholds Islamic banking and finance. The findings of this study suggest that Bank Indonesia laws control the application of Islamic sharia in Indonesia. Indonesian sharia banking must comply to sharia principles and is governed by a number of laws and regulations pertaining to the conduct of transactions. However, Indonesian Islamic banks have not yet been able to incorporate Islamic governance into their day-to-day activities.
