. Film as a mass communication medium not only functions as entertainment, but also as a means of representing power relations in society. Miracle in Cell No. 7 works by Hanung Bramantyo show various forms of official domination and legal inequality which are relevant to be studied through a hegemony perspective. This research aims to describe the forms of hegemony that appear in the film and interpret the social criticism conveyed through the narrative and visualization. The research uses qualitative methods with listening and note-taking techniques, then the data is analyzed through reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions based on Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony. The research results show that this film contains four forms of hegemony: ideological hegemony through the instillation of disciplinary values; hegemony of power through apparatus domination and abuse of authority; cultural hegemony through the imposition of a single standard of behavior; and moral hegemony through the formation of ethical judgments that benefit those in power. These findings indicate that films not only present emotional stories, but also present criticism of legal injustice and structural domination. This research confirms that visual media plays an important role in forming public awareness regarding the practice of power in social life.

Pancasila as the foundation of the state and the national ideology of Indonesia, has a very important function in shaping the moral values, ethics, as well as the attitudes and behavior of state officials. However, the reality of the persistent prevalence of corruption cases reflects a gap between the values contained in Pancasila and the practices of national and state life. This article aims to examine the implementation of Pancasila values in efforts to prevent and address corruption cases in Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review method, conducted through an examination of laws and regulations, scientific journals, and various relevant literary sources. The discussion results show that each principle of Pancasila contains anti-corruption values, such as belief in God that instills honesty, humanitarian values that uphold justice, the value of unity that rejects the interests of certain groups, democratic values that emphasize trustworthiness, and the value of social justice for all Indonesian people. However, the implementation of these values has not been carried out optimally due to weak law enforcement and low moral awareness. Therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen Pancasila education, improve the integrity of state officials, and build a collective commitment to realize clean and just governance.

Education in Islam plays a vital role in developing human potential holistically, where knowledge serves as the primary indicator of an individual's quality. This study aims to examine the virtue of knowledgeable people from the Quranic perspective, focusing on the theological and pedagogical analysis of Surah Al-Mujadalah verse 11. The method employed is descriptive qualitative through library research with a thematic exegesis (tafsir) approach. The results indicate that QS. Al-Mujadalah verse 11 establishes a hierarchy of human dignity based on the integration of faith and knowledge, rather than social or material status. These findings confirm that the elevation of rank encompasses a worldly dimension in the form of moral authority and an otherworldly dimension in the form of high positions before Allah. The implications of this research for contemporary Islamic education emphasize the importance of eliminating the dichotomy between religious and general sciences to cultivate the insan kamil (perfect human), who possesses a balance of intellectual intelligence, spiritual depth, and social responsibility. The study concludes that the virtue of knowledge in Islam is always grounded in transcendental values that bridge theory, faith, and practical deeds.

This study aims to understand how the spirit of innovation and the meaning of entrepreneurship are constructed through the lived experiences of startup business actors in the digital economy era. Using a qualitative narrative inquiry approach within the social constructivist paradigm, this research explores how startup entrepreneurs interpret innovation, resilience in the face of failure, and social responsibility as integral parts of their entrepreneurial identity. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis of startups in the technology, education, and creative economy sectors in Indonesia. Narrative thematic analysis reveals that innovation is understood not merely as a business strategy but also as a form of self-expression and the construction of entrepreneurial identity. Failure is perceived as a reflective learning process that shapes resilience and generates new meaning in the entrepreneurial journey. Moreover, entrepreneurship is interpreted as a meaningful journey that integrates economic goals with social and moral values. The digital ecosystem functions as a social space where entrepreneurial values are negotiated, shared, and reinforced through interaction and collaboration. These findings affirm that entrepreneurship in the digital era is a social process involving creativity, ethical reflection, and sustainable innovation. Theoretically, this study contributes to expanding the understanding of entrepreneurship as a social practice, while practically emphasizing the importance of reflective learning and value awareness in building a sustainable and meaningful startup ecosystem for society.

This study aims to understand how green accounting practices are constructed as a social reality within organizations and how environmental awareness develops through social interaction, organizational values, and culture. The research adopts an interpretive qualitative approach within the social construction paradigm (Berger & Luckmann, 1966). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis in organizations that have implemented sustainability reporting. The analysis employed an interpretive thematic approach to uncover the meanings underlying environmental accounting practices. The findings indicate that green accounting functions not only as a technical reporting instrument but also as a mechanism for shaping organizational moral and ecological awareness. Environmental awareness is constructed through three main stages: the externalization of sustainability values by leadership, objectivation through policies and reporting systems, and internalization within work behavior and organizational culture. Participatory, reflective, and innovation-oriented organizational cultures strengthen the substantive implementation of green accounting, whereas bureaucratic structures tend to produce symbolic practices or greenwashing. Theoretically, this study reinforces the view that accounting is a social practice that both shapes and is shaped by collective consciousness (Hopwood, 1992; Gray, 2010). Practically, the findings highlight the importance of visionary leadership and social learning spaces in fostering a sustainability-oriented organizational culture. Thus, green accounting is understood as a social process that plays a strategic role in realizing ethical, sustainable, and environmentally responsible organizations.

Humans, as creations of Allah SWT, are entrusted with the mandate to prosper the earth; therefore, divine revelations were sent down, culminating in the Qur’an as the ultimate guide for life. Islam, as a universal religion, emphasizes education as a means to achieve a complete and meaningful life. Islamic education, as defined by scholars such as al-Syaebani, Zakiah Drajat, and Muhaimin, is a process of transforming human behavior in personal, social, and environmental contexts based on Islamic values. This study employs a library research method with a thematic tafsir (maudhu’i) approach to examine the Qur’anic foundations of Islamic education. The findings indicate that verses such as QS. Al-‘Alaq [96]:1–5 highlight the importance of literacy as the starting point of education, QS. Al-Mujadalah [58]:11 affirms the elevated status of the learned, QS. An-Nahl [16]:78 emphasizes human innate potential, QS. Luqman [31]:12–19 stresses character education, and QS. Ali Imran [3]:190–191 underscores the integration of spirituality and intellect. Thus, the Qur’anic foundation provides theological, philosophical, and practical bases for the development of Islamic education aimed at forming insan kamil—individuals who are knowledgeable, faithful, and morally upright. QS. Luqman: 13–19 highlights education based on monotheism and morals, where Luqman advises his children to have faith, do good deeds and be patient. QS. Al-Māidah: 67 emphasizes trust and courage in conveying knowledge, as Allah commanded the Prophet to convey revelation without fear

Gender equality in the religious sphere in Indonesia is a complex phenomenon, shaped by the interaction between theological doctrines, institutional practices, and the socio-cultural context of each tradition. This study employs a qualitative-descriptive approach through literature review to analyze six major religions in Indonesia: Catholicism, Protestantism, Islam, Hindu Dharma, Buddhism, and Confucianism. The analysis focuses on three main dimensions: theological perspectives regarding gender roles and positions, social changes influencing gender relations, and transformations in institutional structures and practices that support gender equality. The findings indicate that historically, women were often placed in subordinate positions due to patriarchal norms, although the core teachings of these religions contain egalitarian principles and recognition of women’s dignity. Contemporary transformations are reflected in the reinterpretation of religious texts and practices that promote gender equality: Catholicism emphasizes the recognition of women’s dignity within the clerical hierarchy; Protestantism opens opportunities for the ordination of female pastors; Islam reinterprets the principles of Qawwamun and family law rights; Balinese Hindu Dharma adjusts women’s roles in rituals and public spheres; Buddhism revives the bhikkhuni order within the sangha; and Confucianism modernizes the interpretation of Wu Lun and San Cong to emphasize mutual responsibilities between husband and wife. In conclusion, despite persistent patriarchal challenges, this study affirms that religion has the potential to act as an agent of social transformation promoting gender equality while maintaining the moral, spiritual, and traditional values distinctive to each tradition. These findings contribute significantly to academic literature, interfaith dialogue, and the development of more gender-inclusive policies.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive literature review on how professional ethics can serve as an effective strategy to prevent fund misuse within organizational financial management. Professional ethics is viewed as a set of moral values, behavioral norms, and professional standards that guide financial managers to perform their duties with honesty, responsibility, and without conflicts of interest. In the context of financial management, these duties include recording, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting financial activities, all of which require accuracy and transparency. The study highlights five main principles of professional ethics: integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior. These principles clarify rules, strengthen accountability, and ensure that financial processes comply with established standards. The literature review shows that applying professional ethics not only encourages individuals to act correctly but also enhances responsibility, improves performance, and strengthens financial oversight. Integrity and objectivity play a crucial role in preventing report manipulation, budget inflation, and fund misuse, as these principles demand moral courage and fair decision-making. Professional competence ensures that every financial process is carried out accurately and in accordance with regulations, while confidentiality protects sensitive information from misuse. Professional behavior emphasizes adherence to laws, organizational policies, and professional standards. The article also identifies several supporting factors that enable the effective implementation of professional ethics, such as strong internal policies, leadership commitment to integrity, an ethical workplace culture, layered supervision systems, and continuous ethics training. Conversely, common challenges include weak internal controls, limited understanding of ethics, organizational pressure, conflicts of interest, and inconsistent application of ethical standards. Therefore, this article underscores that integrating professional ethics into organizational financial policies, procedures, and management systems is a key step in preventing fund misuse and strengthening stakeholder trust in the organization’s transparency and accountability.

The method used was library research, reviewing various relevant literature in the form of books, scientific journals, and other academic sources. The results indicate that learning Aqidah Akhlak plays a crucial role in shaping spiritual awareness, strengthening the values of patience, mujahadah an-nafs (self-control), iffah (self-control), and taqwa (obedience to God), which contribute to increased student self-control. By internalizing the values of monotheism and morality, students are better able to use social media wisely and proportionally.

This community service program was initiated in response to the need to strengthen collaboration between parents and schools in fostering character development and noble morals among elementary school students. The main issue addressed was the lack of structured and sustainable educational collaboration between parents and the school in supporting character-building practices. The program aimed to develop a participatory and reflective collaboration model through a systematic parenting initiative. A qualitative participatory approach based on community engagement was employed, consisting of needs assessment, joint discussion and planning, parenting program design, workshops and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), mentoring and monitoring, as well as evaluation and reflection. The results highlight significant improvements in two-way communication between parents and teachers, increased collective awareness of the family’s strategic role in character education, and the establishment of a regular communication forum as a new social structure within the school community. Positive changes were also observed in parenting practices, including the implementation of positive discipline and empathetic communication at home aligned with school values. The emergence of local parent leaders further strengthened program sustainability. Overall, the participatory educational collaboration model proved effective in promoting social transformation and reinforcing sustainable character and moral development among students.

The increasing number of children facing the law in Indonesia indicates that the repressive legal approach has not been fully effective in addressing juvenile crime. Children, as subjects of law, have social and psychological characteristics that differ from adults, so law enforcement against them must consider humanitarian and educational aspects. This research aims to analyze the factors causing children to commit criminal acts and formulate a model for addressing them based on developing a legal culture rooted in Pancasila values. This research employs a normative juridical method with conceptual and legislative approaches, and analyzes data qualitatively thru literature review and positive legal norms. The research findings indicate that the causes of children committing criminal acts are multidimensional, encompassing family factors, social environment, education, economics, and psychological factors. Therefore, mitigation efforts cannot be done partially, but must be thru a preventive, educational, and restorative approach. This research offers a model for overcoming challenges thru the development of a legal culture based on five main pillars: family, education, society, the state, and the legal system. This model emphasizes the importance of synergy between law enforcement and moral development in accordance with the values of Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Deliberation, and Social Justice. Thus, the development of Pancasila legal culture is expected to realize a child criminal justice system that is humanistic, substantively just, and oriented toward social rehabilitation in accordance with the legal ideals of a Pancasila state of law.

Islamic entrepreneurship education integrates ethical, moral, and spiritual values with practical business practices. This study examines the perspective of the Prophet Muhammad’s hadith on entrepreneurship, emphasizing principles such as honesty, independence, creativity, risk-taking, and social responsibility. Using a qualitative approach, primary hadith sources and scholarly interpretations are analyzed to identify both values and practical implementations of entrepreneurship education in Islam. Findings reveal that the Prophet emphasized self-reliance, productive work, and ethical business conduct, providing practical guidance such as utilizing available resources, step-by-step mentoring, and progressive skill development. Additionally, Islamic entrepreneurship education prioritizes character formation, integrity, and social contribution alongside economic gain. Practical examples from hadith illustrate methods for instilling entrepreneurial values, including prohibitions against unethical transactions, encouragement to work with one’s own hands, and support for independent income generation. The study shows that integrating moral guidance from hadith with business training produces competent, responsible, and ethically grounded entrepreneurs. This framework offers a comprehensive model for modern entrepreneurship education, balancing profitability, ethical conduct, and societal welfare. The research contributes to understanding how Islamic values can form the foundation of sustainable and morally conscious business practices, providing educators and practitioners with actionable insights for cultivating entrepreneurship aligned with Islamic teachings.
