Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a crucial role in fostering good morals in students, enabling them to develop Islamic character and face the challenges of the times with strong spiritual values. However, the implementation of PAI teaching in the field often still prioritizes traditional lecture methods, which lead to less student participation, boredom, and less than satisfactory learning outcomes. This small study aims to explore the PAI learning models and strategies implemented by teachers at the Al-Hidayah Foundation, the challenges they face, and their impact on students. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers. The results revealed that teachers have begun to integrate lecture methods with more innovative learning strategies such as contextual, cooperative, and technology-based, although their implementation has not always been consistent. The main challenges faced include limited infrastructure, a lack of professional training for teachers, and low learning motivation among some students. The visible impact is increased student engagement in the learning process when innovative strategies are implemented, although their effectiveness still needs to be strengthened with support from the institution and parents. Therefore, the Islamic Religious Education teachers at the Al-Hidayah Foundation not only function as teachers, but also as motivators and facilitators in the learning process to ensure that the goals of Islamic education can be achieved properly.

The development of information technology is very important in the world of education. Education taught in Islamic boarding schools is no exception. A teacher at an Islamic boarding school also needs to master technology in the field of multimedia in providing learning videos. This is done in order to help teachers deliver material in a more interesting way to their students. Therefore, a workshop on using Filmora as an alternative for making learning videos is needed. The methods used in this service activity are survey activities, preparation stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The results obtained from this workshop activity were an increase in the abilities of the teachers at the Ar-Rayyan Islamic boarding school. Previously only around 30% of teachers were able to make learning videos, after the workshop was held there are now 85% of teachers who can use technology to make learning videos. Apart from that, the results of the questionnaire analysis distributed to the participants also obtained an average score of 4.1 which is in the good category. The participants (teachers) at the Ar-Rayyan Islamic Boarding School were very enthusiastic in taking part in the workshop activities that had been carried out.

This study aims to determine the influence of tourist experience, service quality, and tourist attractions on revisit intention in Pancoh Ecotourism Village. This village is one of the developing ecotourism-based tourist destinations in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and attracts tourists through its unique nature and local culture. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely tourists who have visited Pancoh Ecotourism Village. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using the partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS) method with the WarpPLS application version 8.0 to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that the variables of service quality and tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on revisit intention. This indicates that improving service quality, such as friendliness, accuracy, and comfort, as well as the development of tourist attractions in the form of natural beauty, local culture, and supporting facilities can encourage tourists to revisit. However, the variable of tourist experience did not have a significant effect on revisit intention, which means that individual experience is not yet a major determining factor in influencing tourist decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of a destination management strategy that focuses on improving the quality of services and tourist attractions to strengthen the sustainability of Pancoh Ecotourism Village.

This activity was conducted at SMP Swasta Galih Agung, an educational institution under the Darularafah Raya Islamic Boarding School Foundation, which aims to develop pious, skilled, and technologically literate students with strong physical and intellectual abilities. At the beginning of the odd semester of the 2023–2024 academic year, the number of female students enrolled was 470, but by the end of the semester, it had decreased to 455, representing a 0.96% decline. The purpose of this study is to perform a ranking analysis for selecting the best teacher based on expertise and teaching performance. The research employs the SMARTER (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks) method, combined with ROC (Rank Order Centroid) weighting and sensitivity analysis to measure the accuracy of ranking results. The findings show that the teacher with code T10 achieved the highest score of 0.521, followed by T7, T1, T2, T5, T11, T12, T8, T4, T9, T6, and T3, with the lowest score being 0.310. The lowest sensitivity value of 0 indicates the most optimal weighting result. The decision support system designed using questionnaires and Excel simplifies data input and assists the principal in making objective and efficient decisions.

This study aims to analyze the patterns of interpersonal communication between teachers and students in an effort to enhance learning motivation at MAN 1 Bogor. The background of this research is the declining enthusiasm for learning among students, which potentially affects the overall quality of education. A decrease in learning motivation is often influenced by both internal and external factors, one of which is the quality of communication between teachers and students in the classroom. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved in-depth interviews with three key informants consisting of two teachers and one student, selected through purposive sampling to obtain relevant and comprehensive information. The findings indicate that openness, empathy, support, and equality demonstrated by teachers are able to foster positive emotional relationships and encourage students’ active participation. One-way, two-way, and circular communication patterns were found to play an important role in creating more effective and meaningful learning interactions. The study concludes that the success of the educational process is not only determined by curriculum and teaching methods but also by the quality of interpersonal communication between teachers and students as a fundamental basis for sustainable learning motivation.

This community service program is designed to enhance the competence of English teachers at SMP N 33 Purworejo in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based learning media, particularly deep learning technology. In the digital era, many teachers still face limitations in integrating intelligent technology into classroom activities, which affects the effectiveness of learning. The program was carried out in four stages: the provision of basic materials on AI and deep learning, technical training on the use of AI applications, practical development of learning media, and mentoring combined with evaluation. The results of this activity show an increase in teachers’ understanding and skills in operating AI tools, with each participant producing at least one AI-based learning media product. Through workshops, teachers learned to use applications such as chatbots, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and AI-assisted language tools to enrich students’ learning experiences. In addition, teachers were guided to design contextual media tailored to curriculum goals and student needs. Mentoring ensured that the products created were tested, improved, and ready to be applied in the classroom. The novelty of this activity lies in its focus on practical implementation of deep learning in junior high school English teaching, positioning teachers not only as users but also as creators of innovative media. Beyond technical competence, this program fosters collaboration among teachers to sustain innovation. In the long term, the outcomes are expected to improve students’ engagement, motivation, and communication skills, and contribute to the establishment of a digital learning ecosystem that supports interactive, effective, and future-oriented education.

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of teachers at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data analysis using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling, specifically saturated sampling, with 45 teacher respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and processed using Microsoft Excel software and SPSS version 22. This study focuses on three main variables: work discipline, work motivation, and job satisfaction, which are believed to affect teacher performance. The results of the study indicate that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on teacher performance, meaning that the better the work discipline of teachers, the higher the performance they produce. However, work motivation and job satisfaction were found not to have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta. This finding suggests that work discipline is more dominant in influencing teacher performance compared to work motivation and job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to provide managerial implications for the school in designing policies to improve teachers' work discipline, which in turn will contribute to the overall improvement of performance within the educational environment of SMK Kartika X-2 South Jakarta.
