Concept: Journal of Social Humanities and Education 2024 Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi Yappi Makassar

This research aims to analyze public relations strategies to improve the quality of public administration services through KUBERSERI in Plumpang District. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theoretical basis used in this research is the Cutlip, Center & Broom theory, namely that there are 4 indicators of public relations strategy, including fact finding (situation analysis), planning, action and communication (action and communication), and evaluation (evaluation). And for service quality variables, a theory is used which consists of 5 indicators, namely tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results of the research show that Plumpang District has implemented a strategy to improve the quality of administrative services well. Although in general Plumpang District has implemented efforts or strategies to improve the quality of its services, there are still several indicators that need to be improved in order to influence the community's expectations of obtaining quality services in Plumpang District.

The aim of this research is to examine the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in educational administration to increase transparency and accountability at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation. This research uses a qualitative approach and case study method, data collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the application of AI at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation in several aspects of educational administration, including student data management, financial management and teacher performance evaluation, can improve operational efficiency and more accurate reporting mechanisms. The application of AI can speed up the decision-making process and provide easier access to relevant information for all stakeholders. These findings show that the integration of AI technology not only provides a good level of transparency in the management of educational foundations but also increases accountability for the parties involved. Therefore, the application of AI can be used as a significant innovation in efforts to improve the management of education administration at the Garuda Khatulistiwa Education Foundation

Along with the development of technology, the use of computers as a tool really needs to be used, especially in the health sector. The Prabumulih City General Hospital is the only hospital owned by the Prabumulih City Government and is a first-level referral. The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.

This research aims to investigate the influence of knowledge about the school environment and views on teachers' living conditions on the interest of 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program students in choosing the teaching profession. This study was conducted using a survey method on a sample of students from the class of 2020 who were currently studying in the program. Data was collected through a questionnaire which included questions about their knowledge of the school environment and their perceptions of teachers' living conditions. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to determine the relationship between these variables and students' interest in becoming teachers. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the interest of 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students in choosing the teaching profession. The implications of this research can help formulate education policies that are more targeted in attracting and retaining quality teacher candidates.

In selling goods, there is an administrative process that goes through in companies and the business world, starting from data input to archiving sales and financial file data. This process is carried out so that the goods sales files can be well organized. Therefore, this journal aims to determine the process of inputting and archiving sales and financial files in the sale of goods at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. This journal uses interview and observation methods in sales flow, data input, and archiving sales and financial file data. Through this method can discover the technology used in data input and the steps in archiving structured files and sales data. The results of this journal show that there is a sales flow process starting from receiving the order until the goods are dispatched, after the goods are dispatched, there are data and files that are input and archived as files to be saved and easily searched if needed.

In Indonesia, there are still many residents who still lack understanding of the administration of population administration. This research aims to examine the population administration management system in Alun-Alun Contong Village, Surabaya. With a focus on the implementation of digital information technology in population data management. The research methods used include direct observation and interviews with village officials. The results showed that Alun-Alun Contong Village has implemented a digitalization system through the Klampid New Generation (KNG) application, which makes it easier for residents to take care of population documents. However, there are still obstacles such as the lack of socialization to the community and limited access to technology for some residents. The conclusion of this research is that there is a need for increased socialization, training for village officials, and improved technological infrastructure to support a more efficient and inclusive administrative system. This research is expected to be a reference for local governments in an effort to improve the quality of population administration services in urban village areas

Di Indonesia dalam menjamin ketertiban dan keamanan hukum untuk pengoperasian bangunan gedung, salah satunya pekerjaan umum harus memenuhi persyaratan teknis kontruksi dan administrasi. Gedung Pusat Kegiatan Mahasiswa (PKM) & Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu gedung yang terdapat di salah satu Politeknik yang dapat di akses oleh seluruh anggota dilingkungan kampus baik mahasiswa, civitas, maupun bagi penyandang disabilitas fisik. Penyandang disabilitas fisik mempunyai kendala dalam mobilitas. Oleh karena itu, penyandang disabilitas fisik tidak dapat melakukan aktivitas normal pada umumnya tanpa adanya aksebilitas yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan aksebilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas fisik. Metode dalam penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik perolehan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan review terhadap dokumen yang bersangkutan dengan objek yang dievaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gedung Pusat Kegiatan Mahasiswa (PKM) dan Perpustakaan di Politeknik ini sebagian besar masih belum memenuhi standar teknis serta belum adanya fasilitas pendukung bagi penyandang disabilitas fisik yang mendasarkan pada regulasi menteri PUPR No 14/PRT/M/2017 mengenai persyaratan  kenyamanan bangunan gedung dan PP No 16 tahun 2021 perihal  bangunan gedung. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan evaluasi untuk dapat mengoptimalkan aksebilitas pada Gedung Pusat Kegiatan Mahasiswa (PKM) dan Perpustakaan Politeknik.

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

In the current era of the industrial revolution, Indonesia has also developed information technology which has an important and fundamental role, both for society and the government. This study discusses the application of digital marketing strategies and the role of management information systems in population administration services in Petemanon Village. Living in an all-digital way encourages the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office to present innovations in the use of information technology in the form of web-based public service information systems. The innovation of a website-based public service information system offers many conveniences supported by the implementation of digital marketing strategies through Instagram. The research method used is descriptive research whose data is obtained from observation and documentation. Based on the results of the discussion, it was found that the implementation of digital marketing strategies and management information systems has an important role in assisting the implementation of population administration registration.

Orderly and disciplined work and service is everyone's dream, including village officials, of good and correct service.  This article is the result of a literature and empirical study adapted to developments in employee disciplinary law. The purpose of this writing is simply to provide an overview of information about the legal discipline of government agencies in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to improve performance in services to the community. This research uses a literature review and empirical study approach. Discipline of Wanggarsari village officials to improve performance in accordance with Law Number 9 of 2015 as a result of amendments to Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning regional government and Law No. 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration has not been implemented optimally, because work is not disciplined, not in accordance with the accuracy of completing tasks and so on, so that performance improvements have not been achieved according to expectations, both community expectations and the expectations of the law. The performance of Wanggarsari village officials will improve if Wanggarsari village officials in Wanggar District are aware of and practice work discipline continuously in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In order for the UP2K program to run properly and correctly, it is necessary to have good and correct administrative bookkeeping as well. As well as professional and trustworthy managers are also the main capital for UP2K development. Therefore, there has been assistance in the preparation of administrative bookkeeping UP2K TP. PKK Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village so that the UP2K program Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village can develop for the better. This administrative bookkeeping assistance was given to the Special Group (Poksus) UP2K POKJA II TP. PKK Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village. This assistance is in the form of training in the preparation of UP2K administration books. The Tegalrejo Ceper Klaten Village Government hopes that UP2K will be more developed and professionally managed. The aim of this research is to prove and analyze the influence of Job Rotation, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction which have a significant effect on the performance of administrative employees at CV. Agro Mulia Surabaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale as an answer. Sampling used saturated samples and SPSS 29 as an analysis tool. The data source used is primary data. The sample population is employees in the administration section of CV. Agro Mulia Surabaya totaling 41 employees. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that job rotation has a significant effect on the performance of administrative employees at CV. Agro Mulia Surabaya; Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on the performance of administrative employees at CV. Agro Mulia Surabaya; and Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of administrative employees at CV. Agro Mulia Surabaya.

This research was conducted with a qualitative method in the form of a survey. The source of data to be obtained comes from the results of interviews and observations of teachers and administrative staff. The results of the research obtained state that Muhamdiyah 36 Medan Integrated Elementary School is an orderly and organized educational institution in accordance with the role of administrative functions to be achieved.

Changes in personnel management are crucial along with increasing demands for the professionalism and competence of teaching staff in Islamic educational institutions. This transformation covers various aspects, starting from recruitment and selection, competency development, to teacher performance evaluation. The research method used in this article is a literature study that analyzes various library sources related to personnel management and Islamic education. The research results show that implementing effective personnel management can increase teacher motivation and performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of learning and student achievement. In addition, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the personnel management process can create a conducive and harmonious work environment, which greatly supports the achievement of Islamic education goals. Pendaftaran tanah melalui PTSL merupakan inisiatif pemerintah untuk memberikan kepastian hukum terkait kepemilikan tanah UUPA. Meskipun bertujuan meminimalisir sengketa, pelaksanaan PTSL, seperti di Kelurahan Purwoyoso, Semarang, terdapat sertifikat dengan cacat administrasi, terutama terkait tumpang tindih hak atas tanah, yang memicu konflik dan memerlukan penyelesaian lebih lanjut berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang penanganan dan penyelesaian kasus pertanahan, Permasalahan yang dibahas adalah tentang 1) Mengapa timbul sengketa terhadap proses pendaftaran tanah melalui PTSL yang mengandung cacat administrasi; 2) Bagaimana upaya penyelesaian sengketa tanah tumpang tindih yang mengandung cacat administrasi; 3) Bagaimana seharusnya mengatasi penerbitan sertifikat tanah tumpang tindih yang mengandung cacat administrasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris dengan menggunakan data sekunder kepustakaan yang didukung dengan data primer dilapangan. Hasil analisis disajikan secara deskriptif. Data dilapangan diambil melalui wawancara dengan pihak ATR/BPN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya penyelesaian sengketa kepemilikan pendaftaran hak atas tanah melalui PTSL yang mengandung cacat administrasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pendaftaran tanah melalui PTSL dapat menimbulkan sengketa jika terdapat cacat administrasi, seperti ketidaklengkapan dokumen, kesalahan identifikasi, konflik kepemilikan, kesalahan data administrasi, pertentangan hukum, masalah sosial dan budaya, serta ketidakpuasan pemilik tanah. Langkah hukum untuk penyelesaian sengketa tumpang tindih sertifikat melibatkan upaya administratif yang dilakukan oleh BPN dengan cara blokir internal hingga proses pembatalan sertifikat. jika diperlukan, langkah hukum melalui PTUN dengan proses penelitian administrasi, pemeriksaan persiapan, persidangan, dan putusan. Pembatalan sertifikat yang cacat hukum administrasi dapat diajukan melalui BPN dan PTUN, dengan opsi pembaharuan atau pendaftaran ulang sebagai solusi yang mungkin.

Pendaftaran Tanah secara Sporadik menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah merupakan pendaftaran hak atas tanah yang dilakukan oleh pemilik tanah untuk pertama kali (konversi). Pendaftaran tanah secara sporadik sangat baik dilakukan bagi tanah yang belum pernah didaftarkan agar supaya administrasi terhadap tanah yang ada di Indonesia ini menjadi lebih teratur lagi. Mengingat pentingnya sertipikat hak milik sebagai surat tanda bukti hak yang berlaku sebagai alat pembuktian yang kuat maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti analisis yuridis pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum. Penelitian ini bersifat yuridis normatif, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer diperoleh dari narasumber perangkat desa dan masyarakat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari pengetahuan dan penelaahan yang dilakukan di perpustakaan berupa karya ilmiah, konsep hukum, pandangan ahli hukum serta jurnal - jurnal yang berkaitan dengan analisis yuridis pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi dalam mewujudkan kepastian hukum di Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pendaftaran tanah memiliki tujuan untuk menjamin kepastian hukum. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 1997, merupakan bentuk pelaksanaan dari pendaftaran tanah yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah dengan alat bukti berupa sertipikat tanah. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam pendaftaran hak atas tanah secara sporadik melalui konversi : Faktor Kurangnya Sarana dan Prasarana, Kurang memahami fungsi dan kegunaan sertipikat, anggapan diperlukan waktu yang lama dalam pengurusan, anggapan alas hak atas tanah yang dimiliki sudah sangat kuat, Anggapan Masyarakat Diperlukan Biaya yang Mahal Untuk Melaksanakan Pendaftaran Tanah. Upaya dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut, dilakukan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya melakukan pendaftaran tanah, maka pemilik bidang tanah tersebut akan mendapatkan dokumen tanda bukti hak sebagai alat bukti kepemilikan atas tanah yang datanya dijamin kepastian Hukumnya. Pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Semarang juga sudah membangun membangun Mal Pelayanan Publik yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam akses pendaftaran tanah.
