This research uses the Wilcoxon Signed Rank test with a significant value of α=(<0.05). The test results from this research were that most respondents experienced a decrease in stress levels as evidenced by the presence of a percentage in the mild stress range of 9 people (60.0%), while respondents who experienced moderate levels of stress were 6 people (40.0%) with an average value of The average (mean) stress level after receiving breathing meditation therapy was 8.47. Indicating that the ρ value = <.001, where the ρ value was less than 0.05, so the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, so the alternative hypothesis was accepted (Ha).

The support of a cancer patient's family has a significant impact on the experience and treatment outcomes of chemotherapy. Family support encompasses four main dimensions: emotional, esteem, instrumental, and informational. The presence of emotionally supportive family members can reduce stress levels and improve the mental well-being of patients. Cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy often experience feelings of sadness, despair, and a loss of interest in activities. Some even discontinue chemotherapy. This study aims to investigate the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit. This research employs a quantitative research method, a cross-sectional research design, and total sampling technique. The sample consists of 45 individuals. A questionnaire instrument is used, and Spearman Rank statistical test is applied to examine the relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients. The statistical analysis results with Spearman rho show that the ? value is 0.160 where (? = 0.05), so ?>?, thus Ha is rejected, meaning: "There is no relationship between family support and the stress levels of chemotherapy patients in the Anggrek Tewu Room at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit." The research concludes that the stress levels depend on the characteristics of the chemotherapy patients themselves and how individuals cope with the life problems they face. One of the factors is an individual's beliefs and health values, as well as their ability to determine a treatment program for their own mental readiness to accept changes both physically and socially and the effects of chemotherapy.

Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing cesarean section is a common condition that can negatively impact both physical and psychological well-being before delivery. Anxiety management education is a crucial strategy to help patients manage stress, enhance mental preparedness, and reduce the risk of complications caused by excessive anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of anxiety management education in reducing preoperative anxiety levels in cesarean section patients. The method used involves an educational intervention through a cognitive-based and relaxation approach, including breathing techniques and preoperative counseling. The results indicate that this education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels, as evidenced by the difference in scores before and after the intervention. Therefore, anxiety management education programs should be implemented as part of maternal healthcare services to improve maternal well-being before undergoing a cesarean section.

This study investigates the influence of socioeconomic status (SES) on health behaviors and outcomes among Indonesian adolescents. Using data from schools across regions with varied socio-economic profiles, the research examines how income, education, and family stability affect physical activity, dietary habits, and mental health in adolescents. Results reveal that lower SES is associated with unhealthy behaviors and poorer health outcomes, such as reduced physical activity, imbalanced diets, and higher levels of stress. These findings suggest a pressing need for tailored interventions in low-income areas to improve adolescent health outcomes.

This study aims to conduct a literature review on previous research related to factors influencing employee turnover intention in human resource management. This research falls under the category of library research,. The analysis of theory and relationships between variables is carried out through journals obtained from sources such as Publish or Perish, Mendeley, Google Scholar, and e-books. The findings of the research indicate that employee competency levels have a positive impact on turnover intention, indicating that despite possessing high skills, factors such as employee motivation, salary satisfaction, and organizational climate also play a significant role in influencing turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction were identified as factors having a negative impact on turnover intention. The study also underscores that a positive organizational culture can diminish turnover intention, emphasizing the need to consider other variables such as work environment, leadership style, and organizational commitment. Additionally, the research highlights emotional labor and burnout as significant factors, wherein heightened emotional exhaustion can amplify employees' inclination to leave their jobs. Subsequent research endeavors could explore contextual factors that may moderate or alter the relationship between the identified variables (such as competence, motivation, job satisfaction) and turnover intention.

Pain is an unpleasant sensory-nervous response experience associated with tissue damage. Pain in children during invasive procedures that are not handled properly can make them uncooperative and refuse action, which can hinder the treatment process. Long-term effects that can arise if a child's pain is not reduced or treated are the psychological and physical stress suffered by the child, such as insomnia, depression, changes in appetite, and fatigue. Efforts to overcome pain during blood sampling procedures include audiovisual therapy and  cool  packs.  This  study  aims  to  analyze  the  differences  in  the  effectiveness  of audiovisual therapy and cool packs on pain levels during blood sampling procedures in preschool children.  This  research  is  quantitative  with  a  quasi-experimental two-group posttest  design.  The number  of samples  in this  study was 44  respondents,  who  were divided into two groups using the consecutive sampling technique. Based on the Mann- Whitney test, the results showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of audiovisual therapy  and  cool packs  on  pain  levels  in  blood  sampling  procedures  for preschool children, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Audiovisual therapy and cool packs can  be  used  as  nursing  actions  to  reduce  pain  during  blood  sampling  procedures  in preschool children.

Employee well-being is an important factor in the productivity and success of an organization. Conflict can cause stress, and job dissatisfaction and affect employee welfare. Protracted conflicts or damaging relationships between employees can hinder operational efficiency. There has been much study of the effects of conflict and stress, but not much has been studied about the effect of conflict and stress and organizational change on employee productivity. The purpose of this study is to study the effect of conflict, stress, and organizational change on employee productivity. This research is a survey research with data collection of 300 respondents through questionnaires and interviews. Questions in the survey include the level of conflict experienced, its impact on productivity, and the factors that influence it. There are 3 independent variables, namely conflict, stress, and organizational change.  Its dependent variable is productivity. Linear regression or multiple regression is used to identify the extent to which conflict, stress, and organizational change predict productivity. Also used analysis with SEM. The results showed that the level of conflict in the workplace had a significant negative impact on employee productivity. The level of stress experienced by employees is also related to productivity. High stress leads to a decrease in productivity. Organizational change contributes to higher levels of conflict and stress among employees. However, managing change with good communication and management support can reduce the negative impact of change on productivity. This study concludes that good conflict management, stress management, and effective change management can help increase employee productivity in the work environment. The conclusion of this study provides a foundation for actions and policies that support increased employee productivity in the work environment.
