The rapid development of information technology has encouraged various organizations, including educational institutions, to utilize technology to support their operational activities. One form of information technology utilization in the academic field is the implementation of a web-based library information system. The Amikom Purwokerto library website faces several challenges in its use. One of the main problems encountered is the low level of user access, which is due to the users' limited understanding of the library website's usefulness and a lack of effective information regarding the available features. This situation creates a gap between user needs and the services provided, preventing the library from delivering optimal service. Therefore, strategic information system planning is needed by using the Ward and Peppard method and conducting an analysis using SWOT and Value Chain.

The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is widely known and commonly applied in business strategy. CV Dejeefish was chosen for this SWOT analysis to help develop the company’s business strategy. The objective of this study is to identify the impact of SWOT analysis on business development and to uncover weaknesses, obstacles, and areas for improvement that could enhance the company’s efficiency, quality, and sustainability. The findings indicate that CV Dejeefish is in a relatively strong position, with more strengths than weaknesses and threats. However, CV Dejeefish still needs to implement a combination of SWOT-based business strategies and a SWOT Matrix. Firstly, in the SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy, the company can leverage high-quality broodstock from BBAT to expand its market, adopt the latest technology in aquaculture, and develop value-added products. Secondly, in the WO (Weaknesses-Opportunities) strategy, expanding the use of aquaculture technology and improving responsiveness to climate change and market conditions is strongly recommended. For the ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy, a focus on strict quality control, risk mitigation, and maintaining adequate capital reserves is necessary to address potential threats. Lastly, the WT (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy should involve implementing effective monitoring systems, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and conducting regular evaluations.

Threats from competitors, negative public perception, and strategic mistakes also need to be well anticipated. By maximizing strengths and opportunities and overcoming weaknesses and threats, Hotel Syamsiah can optimize promotional strategies to achieve better results.

The availability of land and bee feed in acacia and palm plantations, as well as opportunities in national and international markets, means that acacia honey cultivation also provides a chance for communities to engage in sustainable businesses while enhancing public awareness of forest and environmental conservation. The cultivation of acacia honey also serves as a preventive solution to the cases of forest and peatland fires that frequently occur in Mak Teduh Village.

The sago plant (Metroxylon sago) is native to Southeast Asia and thrives in swampy areas and riverbanks in Indonesia, with centers of distribution in Papua, Maluku, Sulawesi and Riau. In Papua, sago plays an important role in the social, economic and ecological aspects of the local community, as well as being a staple food consumed for generations. However, rapid development in Jayapura Regency, especially in Nendali Village, threatens the sustainability of the sago forest. This research uses a descriptive method to evaluate the existing condition of sago forest shrinkage through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that development activities have caused the sago forest area to shrink by 114,629.76 m² between 2015 and 2020. Sago forests were converted into built-up land and open land, which amounted to 5,864.59 m² and 5,284.53 m² respectively. The SWOT analysis revealed that despite internal weaknesses, opportunities for sago forest protection exist through existing regulations. Thus, it is expected that the Jayapura District Regulation can be a reference in sustainable development and protection of sago forests for the welfare of local communities.

The quality standards of processed fishery products can be assessed by applying regulations required in the industry, including halal certification and quality assurance systems. The implementation of halal certification and quality assurance system regulations can increase the development of MSMEs, especially with Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning the Halal Assurance System, which requires halal food to be halal certified. One of the factors that cause most MSMEs not to implement halal certification and other regulations is the existence of internal and external problems. This study aims to develop a development strategy for fishery product processing MSMEs by analyzing internal and external factors in implementing halal certification and quality assurance systems. The Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method is used to prioritize alternative strategies based on the SWOT analysis results. This research concludes that the priority strategy for developing fish processing MSMEs is the SO strategies, which include utilizing government programs to form marketing and distribution networks, innovating attractive product packaging following people's lifestyles, utilizing technological advances for promotional activities, marketing, and expanding marketing networks and the need to create a business website so that the market can recognize every product owned by the company.

The Covid-19 pandemic has brought a significant impact on the world of education, including in Indonesia. In response, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture issued Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning for the Second Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year during the Covid-19 Pandemic on November 20, 2020. SMK Kesehatan Binatama, an accredited "A" educational institution in Sinduadi Village focusing on health sciences, has also felt the impact of this pandemic. A SWOT analysis conducted at SMK Kesehatan Binatama revealed issues related to the school's readiness to meet the health protocol standards set by the government for face-to-face learning. As a solution, the school organized assistance and socialization of health protocols. The socialization and counseling aimed to increase knowledge and awareness about Covid-19, as well as efforts to prevent and reduce the risk of its transmission. The assistance focused on maintaining the consistency of health protocol implementation within the school environment. The steps for implementing community service begin with initial observation, identification of partner problems, application for community service permits, followed by implementation of training activities consisting of health protocol counseling and SOP preparation, and ending with mentoring activities consisting of mentoring risk mapping, compliance with risk implementation and preparation of SOPs. The result of this community service activity is to make Binatama Health Vocational School a role model and pilot project for implementing face-to-face learning in Sinduadi Village. This community service activity has targets and outcomes divided into two aspects: services and products. The service aspect includes improving the school's knowledge and readiness in dealing with Covid-19 and conducting face-to-face learning.
