Job satisfaction is the positive or negative feeling employees have toward their work, which arises from evaluating various aspects of the job. This study aims to analyze and explain the role of organizational climate in mediating the effect of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of Taman Prakerti Bhuana employees through an associative quantitative approach using saturated sampling (census) on 86 employees and Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational climate, while organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and negatively mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. These findings have theoretical implications for Herzberg’s Two-Factor Theory, in which transformational leadership serves as a motivator factor that can increase job satisfaction, while negative perceptions of organizational climate reflect weaknesses in hygiene factors such as policies, communication, and working conditions, thereby potentially reducing satisfaction even when motivators are fulfilled. The practical implication for the management of Taman Prakerti Bhuana is the need for a comprehensive evaluation of internal policies, communication systems, and work environments to strengthen hygiene factors so that transformational leadership, which is already running effectively, can be supported by a more conducive organizational climate and sustainably enhance job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine customer segmentation through K-Means clustering from a customer data management perspective, emphasizing the interpretive value of analytical results rather than solely their computational outcomes. The research addresses a critical issue in contemporary data-driven organizations, where customer analytics is often reduced to technical modeling without sufficient translation into managerial insights. To respond to this gap, the study adopts a qualitative interpretive approach embedded within a quantitative clustering process, positioning clustering as part of a broader information management cycle. The empirical analysis is based on the Mall Customers Dataset obtained from Kaggle, consisting of 200 customer records with numerical attributes representing age, annual income, and spending score. Quantitative processing using K-Means clustering was employed to identify customer segments, while qualitative interpretation was applied to analyze the managerial meaning of each cluster. Data interpretation was supported by analytical documentation, visualization outputs, and reflective analysis of cluster characteristics. The findings reveal four distinct customer segments with different behavioral and economic profiles, each carrying specific strategic implications for customer relationship management and marketing decision-making. The study demonstrates that the primary value of clustering lies not merely in segment formation, but in its ability to transform raw customer data into actionable managerial knowledge. In conclusion, this research contributes to customer analytics literature by integrating data mining techniques with qualitative interpretation, offering a more human-centered and decision-oriented framework for customer data management. Future research is encouraged to extend this approach using organizational case studies or participatory decision-making contexts.

Seagrass beds are coastal ecosystems that have important ecological functions as a provider of habitat, food sources, protection, and reproductive areas for various marine life including Echinoderms. This study aims to analyze the diversity of Echinoderms and their relationship with seagrass distribution in Kiama Beach, Melonguane District, Talaud Islands Regency. The research was conducted in the intertidal zone at three stations using the exploration method with purposive sampling technique. Each station is divided into three plot installation zones measuring 4 × 4 meters, with observations made at low tide. Environmental parameters (temperature and pH), type and number of Echinoderm individuals, and seagrass species were recorded and analyzed using the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and product moment correlations. The results showed that the Echinoderma community consists of two classes and five species: Archaster typicus, Linckia laevigata, Culcita novagueniae, Holothuroidea scabra, and Holothuroidea forskali, with the Asteroidea class dominating (75%). The diversity index (H') value was relatively low at all stations with a range of 0.6261–0.6631. Seagrass beds consist of five species, namely Halophila ovalis, Cymodocea rotundata, Thalassia hemprichii, Halodule uninervis, and Syringodium isoetifolium, with the highest abundance found in Halophila ovalis. Correlation results showed a strong to very strong relationship between the abundance of Echinoderms and certain seagrass types (r = 0.77–0.99) as well as a strong correlation at the overall level of the station (r = 0.74). This study confirms that the presence and abundance of Echinoderms is greatly influenced by the density and composition of seagrass species. These findings provide important baseline data for the management and conservation of seagrass beds as a support for the sustainability of coastal biodiversity.
