Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role as a driver of Indonesia's economy. The management of MSMEs in Indonesia has the problem of limited knowledge to calculate the right cost of goods sold because they do not understand the concept of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). To deal with these problems, MSME actors need to understand the concept of COGS Sold to optimize profits and minimize business losses. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are literature studies and field studies. Meanwhile, the community service analysis technique consists of the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The result of this research from community service is to provide relevant knowledge to the community about the urgency of financial records in entrepreneurship. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used to increase sales of broom sticks from palm fronds based on the SWOT method. To find out what indicators were studied in the research on marketing strategies for broom sticks from palm fronds using the SWOT method. This research uses a quantitative method where in When data collection is carried out using the Quantitative method, a questionnaire will be distributed containing indicators related to the SWOT method. Meanwhile, in data processing, data analysis will be carried out using quantitative methods, namely in the form of calculating the weight of the values ​​obtained in the questionnaire distributed to the marketing department in the MSME Business Partners. From the results of data processing, it was found that the Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) of strength and weakness factors had a score of 2.99 and the External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) above obtained a score of 2.79. From the matrix above, it is known that IFAS is in cell II and EFAS is in cell IV, which means that the strategy will refer to growth or development.

This research aims to find out the marketing mix strategy for ornamental fish to increase sales volume at PT Agung Aquatic Marine, Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal environment. The results of this research show that an IFAS score of 2.87 indicates a strong internal position, an EFAS score of 2.59 shows that the company responds to existing opportunities in a good way and avoids threats in its industrial market. The Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in an aggressive state, which is very profitable for the company. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is that the company maintains and utilizes quality and varied products so that market segmentation becomes wider or increases, maintains consumer trust by being consistent in the performance provided and actively communicating to create mutually beneficial agreements.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the Accurate application on the efficiency of sales data input at Depo Lakban Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The validity test results show that all statement items are valid, with correlation values greater than the critical value. The instrument's reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha, which showed a value of 0.945 > 0.600, indicating that the instrument is reliable. The normality test showed that the data is normally distributed with a significance value of 0.143 > 0.05. The regression results show that the Accurate application (X1) has a coefficient of 0.364 with a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05, while another factor (X2) has a coefficient of 0.673 with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. The obtained regression equation is Y = 0.901 + 0.364X1 + 0.673X2. The t-test and F-test show that both independent variables significantly influence the efficiency of sales data input. This research concludes that the use of the Accurate application has an influence on the management of sales data input at the Surabaya Lakban Depo Company. And the understanding of Depo Lakban Surabaya employees also influences the company's management.

This final project is created to fulfill the graduation requirements for a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing at FEB UNPAD. This final project is designed to help Bakso Malang Jezzy increase its sales, which have declined over the past 3 years. The researcher hopes that this project can provide a reference for food and beverage business owners to improve conversion rates using digital marketing strategies. Bakso Malang Jezzy has 18 branches spread across Bekasi City and Bogor Regency. Bakso Malang Jezzy operates differently from other Bakso Malang vendors by using a buffet technique. Additionally, the production house for all Bakso Malang Jezzy branches is centralized at Jl. Payangan Mess. Al, Jatisari, Jatiasih, Bekasi, West Java, which serves as the meat processing and quality control center. The proposed digital marketing strategy includes the use of social media such as TikTok and Instagram, as well as search engine optimization and content marketing to increase visibility and customer engagement. With this strategy, Bakso Malang Jezzy is expected to increase sales conversions and strengthen its market position. The theoretical benefits of this project include contributions to the digital marketing literature, while the practical benefits include increased sales and brand positioning for Bakso Malang Jezzy.

Digital literacy refers to a person's ability to use, understand, and participate in the digital environment effectively. The development of information technology has changed the scope of the marketing world in recent years. Marketing communication methods that were previously traditional and conventional have now been integrated into the digital world. Digital marketing has become one of the media that is often used by business people because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are gradually starting to abandon conventional marketing models and switch to modern marketing.The development of information technology is growing rapidly. Some activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) utilize information technology to run their business. One of them is the MSME Anak Rantau Iced Tea. Through the community service team, training on digital marketing was carried out as an effort to develop the Iced Tea Children of Rantau MSMEs The results of this activity showed that business actors participated in the training activities carefully. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the actors in understanding marketing digitalization

In the rapid development of the food and beverage industry, overproduction and unsold food have led to a high amount of food waste, making Indonesia one of the largest food waste producers in the world. Data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) in 2021 shows that Indonesia produces 23-40 million tons of food waste annually, which negatively impacts the environment, natural resources, and the economy. This research aims to create a website that serves as a platform for selling leftover food to reduce food waste issues in Indonesia. The method used in designing this website is the Design Thinking method, which consists of five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. Data for this method is collected through surveys and interviews with respondents. By creating this website, it is hoped to connect food business operators, such as restaurants, cafes, and bakeries, with consumers, allowing them to interact and providing an effective solution to reduce food waste in Indonesia. Additionally, it is expected that this website can minimize the waste of still-edible food for everyone. By ordering through this online platform, customers can get food at half the normal price.

This research aims to design a website-based online store by utilizing a recommendation system with content-based filtering. The recommendation system is useful to help buyers get product suggestions that are in accordance with their preferences. The development method used in this research is the Waterfall model with the stages of needs analysis, design, program code generation, and testing. Researchers also use the UML model to help design the system and use the Laravel framework for website development. Based on the results of this study, the online store system designed has benefits for customers, because they can shop anywhere without having to come to the store directly. The recommendation system used also helps customers in choosing perfumes that match their preferences.

In the digital era, the advancement of information technology is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency in retail businesses. This study aims to design and develop a sales and inventory information system with a shelf mapping feature for Toserba Decky, which faces challenges in managing stock and manual transactions. The methodology employed is the Waterfall approach, encompassing requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system testing. Data was collected through direct observation, literature review, and analysis of the store's shelf layout. The findings indicate that the developed system can improve data accuracy, reduce recording errors, and expedite product searching. The implications of this research suggest that an effective information system in managing transactions and inventory can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This study recommends regular system updates and technical support to ensure optimal system performance and security.

MJM is a leading workshop in Malang that focuses on car repairs and is known for its reliable reputation and quality service on Jl. Lake Tondano Raya F5/A26, Sawojajar. These workshops offer a variety of services, from engine to car body repairs, which makes manual transactions difficult and time-consuming due to increased service and cost complexity. This research aims to simplify transaction and operational processes in MJM workshops by developing supporting applications that include recording customer transactions, spare parts stock management, monitoring employee attendance, and mechanic payroll. The information technology provided can improve service quality, optimize operations, strengthen competitiveness, enable a sustainable approach, increase data accuracy, and support more timely decisions. The methodology used is waterfall, which follows a certain flow process starting from requirements analysis, planning, design, software development, testing, to the maintenance stage. The research focus is on the initial development of the system to ensure that the system functions well in the maintenance phase. The Operational Management Information System designed for MJM workshops includes important features such as recording spare parts, purchase and sale transactions for spare parts, service and car wash transactions, stock taking records, management of damaged or lost goods, stock cards, cash flow, and reports. transaction. This system is expected to reduce manual errors, provide better service, and improve overall operational performance.

Advances in information technology have become a major influence on society in meeting needs, quality and convenience. One example of technological progress is online sales. E-commerce or online shops can make it easier for people to shop with time efficiency, accuracy and quality and can make it easier for the shop to sell because it can promote the products it sells more widely and get maximum profits. This research focuses on designing the UI/UX for cosmetic sales at beauty cosmetic stores. Researchers found problems in beauty cosmetic stores in that store management was still manual, only using social media as promotion without an online sales platform so that the income obtained from sales was not optimal. The method used in designing the UI/UX for selling cosmetics at this beauty cosmetic shop is using the prototype method. The results of this research are the UI/UX design for selling cosmetics at beauty cosmetic shops which can make it easier for beauty cosmetic shops to market their products. It is hoped that this learning media can increase people's interest in shopping at beauty cosmetic stores.

Sales activities through online marketplaces today are not just about making product visuals, product titles, and descriptions as attractive as possible. The presence of the live streaming feature can be utilized by sellers to reach more buyers with faster and more intimate interactions. Erigo is one of the sellers who utilizes the Shopee Live live streaming feature provided by Shopee. Erigo collaborated with the idol group JKT48 in various forms of promotion, one of which was by involving JKT48 members in live streaming activities on Shopee Live. There was an increase in the number of viewers and turnover obtained by Erigo when JKT48 members were actively involved in live streaming activities through Shopee Live. The popularity of JKT48 and fan fanaticism are important in the success of the collaboration carried out by Erigo and JKT48.

User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) memainkan peran integral dalam membantu aplikasi agar lebih menonjol. Oleh karena itu harus memiliki UI/UX yang terintegritas dalam aplikasi seluler tidak hanya membantu bisnis untuk menarik lebih banyak pengguna tetapi juga meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Toko Kue Global adalah salah satu toko yang masih mengguanakan metode manual hanya melalui whatsapp dan instagram saja mempromosikan penjualan toko ini, untuk memajukan bisnisnya membutuhkan desain aplikasi penjualan untuk membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan proses pemesanan. Dengan pembuatan aplikasi tersebut akan dilakukan UI dan UI terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan metode User Journey Map (UJM). Hasil perancangan  ini akan dilakukan  dengan menggunakan metode pengujian System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan metode perancangan dan metode pengujian pada penelitian ini didapatkan nilai rata-rata 85 dengan grade A (Excellent) melalui kuisioner yang dilakukan pada 20 responden. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa hasil perancangan UI dan UX aplikasi penjualan ini dapat diterima dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.

Perancangan UI/UX sebelum memulai pengembangan aplikasi adalah langkah strategis yang krusial. UI/UX yang baik tidak hanya meningkatkan kepuasan dan retensi pengguna tetapi juga mengurangi biaya dan waktu pengembangan, serta membantu membangun brand yang kuat. Pada pembuatan aplikasi mobile perlu dibuatkannya UI/UX, UI/UX merupakan salah satu hal utama dalam pembuatan sebuah aplikasi yang menjadi faktor penentu dalam menaikan traffic penjualan. Activity Centered Design (ACD) merupakan pendekatan yang berpusat pada aktivitas yang menganggap aktivitas sebagai tujuan tingkat tertinggi dan memandang motivasi untuk berpartisipasi dalam suatu aktivitas dan hasil yang diinginkan dari berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas itu adalah sama. Proses ACD memiliki empat tahapan yaitu requirement, desain, implementasi dan evaluasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan antarmuka yaitu metode Activity Centered Design, metode ini dikenal sebagai suatu metode yang fokus pada aktivitas pengguna produk Setelah dilakukan hasil pengujian SUS dari 15 responden maka diperoleh dari nilai rata-rata atau SUS Score sebanyak 84,16. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan interface prototype aplikasi mobile penjualan alat bulutangkis GOR Siti Sofiah dengan menggunakan metode Activity Centered Design dengam fitur yang telah disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna dan telah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan pengujian usability dengan perhitungan System Usability Scale (SUS) diperoleh nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 84,16 Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rancangan prototype yang dibuat sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

Furniture has high added value and significant global competitiveness, largely due to the diversity of natural raw materials available in Indonesia, such as wood, rattan, and bamboo, as well as distinctive and high-quality designs. This advantage is supported by the skills and competence of the available human resources, making Indonesian furniture superior to products from other countries. Product quality is a key element in winning market competition, as it impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Masnur Joglo, a furniture company located on Jl. Muara Karya, specializes in producing various types of furniture from high-quality woods such as super mahogany and red teak. However, the purchasing system, which requires customers to visit the store directly and manually record prices, results in inefficiencies in terms of time and transportation costs. Customers often need to visit multiple stores to find the desired product, which is an inefficient process. To address these challenges, this study proposes the development of an Android-based sales application as a solution. This application is designed to expand Masnur Joglo's market reach and facilitate online ordering of furniture products, anytime and anywhere. The study aims to design and develop an Android-based sales information system that can enhance operational efficiency and streamline the sales process while better meeting customer needs. The application development method employs the waterfall model and uses MySQL and Firebase databases.

MSMEs in Indonesia play an important role in building the country's economy. There are many obstacles in doing business, especially in MSMEs, such as experiencing a decrease in turnover to closing their business. One of the business hurdles faced is the lack of access to large markets and the lack of skills in utilizing digital technology to expand markets and increase income. The method used in this research is a mentoring method in the form of introducing digitalization in MSMEs. The stages of this mentoring activity begin with observation, interviews, and mentoring. Digital-based MSMEs are businesses that use digital technology, not only in the marketing sector but all business processes of these MSMEs. Digital-based MSMEs are a sector that is growing rapidly due to the adoption of information technology and the internet. The conclusion from the discussion above is the importance of assistance to micro businesses (MSMEs) in facing technological advances by using digitalization to increase sales. However, one of the challenges in this assistance is the lack of technological literacy and limited capital.

Effective sales transaction management is very important for retail businesses. This research aims to develop a comprehensive sales invoice information system at the Sari Agung Semarang store to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales process. The system is designed to simplify invoicing, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide complete sales reporting capabilities. This research involved analysis of current sales processes, system design with a user-friendly interface, and integration with existing accounting and inventory management software. Implementation of this system is expected to increase customer satisfaction, reduce the risk of errors, and provide valuable insights to support better decision making.

However, in increasingly fierce competition, grocery stores must always innovate in developing marketing strategies to increase purchasing power, retain old customers and attract new customers. This research aims to provide an understanding of effective marketing strategies both offline and online. The results of this research show that grocery stores in Benowo District, Surabaya implement diverse and targeted marketing strategies to increase the sales volume of their products in market share.

PT Indo Calli Plast experienced a decline in sales in 2015-2023. Therefore, the company is trying to increase product sales by implementing ISO 9001:22000 in 2023 so that it can compete to customer. This research aims to determine the conditions of ISO implementation at PT Indo Calli Plast and to determine the effect of implementing ISO 9001:22000 on local sales volume at PT Indo Calli Plast. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations and interviews at PT Indo Calli Plast. The data processing method in this research uses a semi-qualitative analysis method, namely a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. SPSS Data Processing, including: Validity and Reliability Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test. The results of this research: The implementation of ISO 9001:22000 has a positive and significant effect on the local sales volume of PT Indo Calli Plast. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) in the table above, obtained an R Square value of 0.844. This means that 84.4% of the Local Sales Volume at PT Indo Calli Plast is influenced by the ISO 9001:22000 Implementation variable, while the remaining 15.6% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Koperasi pesantren dirasa belum maksimal dalam penerapan promosinya, terbukti dengan sedikitnya jumlah nasabah dan angka partisipasinya. Paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam penerapan strategi promosi oleh Koperasi Pondok Pesantren (Kopontren) terhadap peningkatan usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Metode penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian lapangan berbasis empiris sehingga didapatkan hasil penelitian yang langsung bersentuhan dengan data primer/pertama. Dalam penggalian data langsung dilakukan dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara secara bersamaan dengan tujuan mendapatkan data yang komprehensif dan menyeluruh. Sedang metode penelitiannya menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis berbasis spesialisasi kasus berbasis komunitas yaitu pesantren. Strategi promosi yang dilakukan oleh Kopontren yaitu memanfaatkan setiap alat promosi untuk memperkenalkan produk dan layanannya dengan tujuan peningkatan laga. Strategi khususnya dengan pendekatan penjualan personal dan hubungan masyarakat sebagai alat promosi utamanya, karyawan lebih bisa mengambil hati masyarakat dan membina keakraban dengan suasana santai dan tetap memperhatikan etiket yang ada. Data terakhir menunjukkan jumlah anggota lending dan funding selalu mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang diterapkan oleh Koperasi telah berhasil mencapai target dan proyeksi usaha.
