Digital business transformation has become one of the main necessities for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to compete in the modern era. This research discusses implementing digital marketing strategies through an entrepreneurship mentoring program for Mooi Gift MSMEs, which focuses on hampers and gift products in Malang. The methods used include individual approaches, training, and rebranding, to improve operational efficiency, digitalizing bookkeeping, and optimizing digital marketing. The mentoring results include the creation of e-commerce accounts, social media rebranding, digital financial management training, and website development to expand market reach. The findings indicate that digital marketing strategies can enhance SMEs' visibility and competitiveness while positively impacting product sales and branding. This study recommends continuously monitoring and developing digital marketing strategies so MSMEs can constantly adapt to market dynamics.

This program aims to increase the income of MSME housewives through innovation and modification of donut topping products. This program is designed to empower housewives with new skills in making and marketing more interesting and varied donuts. Through training and mentoring, it is hoped that housewives can improve the quality of their products, attract more customers, and ultimately increase family income. The method used to develop the Skills Training Program is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach involves the active participation of SME owners, namely housewives, as program stakeholders. Data collection techniques include interviews, surveys and observations, while the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively by coding data and compiling narratives to identify relevant problems and solutions. The result of this work, namely the UKM skills improvement program for housewives, is a comprehensive initiative that involves the active participation of UKM owners and stakeholders. This includes technical, managerial, financial and financial literacy training to increase production and competitiveness of SMEs. The program also covers aspects such as information technology, social skills, environmental sustainability and collaboration to empower SMEs as a whole. With this holistic approach, it is hoped that SMEs can develop and contribute to local economic growth and have wider market opportunities, especially for housewives in general.

Social media plays an important role in supporting innovation and digitalization of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. This research aims to understand how social media affects the growth of MSMEs through marketing strategies and interactions with consumers. The method used is qualitative analysis on several case studies of MSMEs that successfully use social media. The results show that social media increases product visibility and allows MSMEs to interact directly with customers, understand their neaeds, and adapt quickly to market trends. In addition, feedback from consumers on social media drives product and service innovation. The conclusion of this study is that social media not only improves the competitiveness of MSMEs, but also contributes to national economic growth. The suggestion for MSMEs is to utilize social media proactively and take part in digital marketing training.The implications of this study emphasize the need for support from the government and related institutions in the form of training programs and access to technology to strengthen the capabilities of MSMEs in the digital era. Thus, social media can be a strategic tool for sustainable growth and innovation in the MSME sector.

As an effort to optimize the quality of human resources, the role of education has never been spared in producing forward-thinking human resources along with the development of the times. Where this is a very extraordinary thing to improve student achievements, both academic and non-academic. Madrasah Aliyah Amanatul Ummah Special Intelligent Class Program for Special Talents is considered to have been maximized in improving achievement in students, so that they are able to go to university, this has been proven by the existence of students who are accepted at their favorite universities, even the Middle East and Europe. This study uses a qualitative type of research with a case study approach. The object of this research was carried out at Madrasah Aliyah Amanatul Ummah Special Intelligent Class Program for Special Talents, Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, Data analysis techniques using Milles Huberman with three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, describing and verifying conclusions. The validity of the data used is perseverance in observation, extending research time in the field and triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of this study show that there are two ways to manage the special intelligent class program for special talents in improving student achievement: 1) Opening an olim class program. 2) The dauroh system, of these two systems, is very influential to increase the achievement of students, which of the students will be ready if there is an efent of the competition which later from the competition will get a certificate, then the certificate is used for one of the students to enter college.   

This study investigates the impact of public policy on social welfare, specifically through the lens of social assistance programs in the digital era. As technology continues to evolve, the implementation of social assistance programs has transformed, leading to new opportunities for enhancing service delivery and accessibility. This research employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative case studies to assess the effectiveness of these programs in improving social welfare outcomes. The findings reveal that while digital tools can enhance the reach and efficiency of social assistance initiatives, challenges such as digital divide and data privacy concerns must be addressed to ensure equitable access for all beneficiaries. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of integrating technology into public policy frameworks to foster sustainable social welfare improvements in an increasingly digital world.

This study aims to analyze the level of anxiety of Arabic Language Education students towards the Final Semester Exam of Qiraatul Kutub course. The method used in this study was a questionnaire survey distributed to Arabic Language Education students at one of the universities. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to identify factors that influence anxiety levels, as well as their impact on students' academic achievement. The results showed that most students experienced moderate levels of anxiety, with the main causative factors being academic pressure, lack of preparation, and environmental expectations. These findings are expected to enable lecturers to design more effective support programs to help students overcome academic anxiety, so that they can improve their academic achievement during exams in the Qiraatul Kutub course. The method used in this study was a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to 10 Arabic Language Education students at UIN SMH Banten. The questionnaire included 10 items that measured anxiety levels based on a Likert scale of 1 to 4. The results of the analysis showed that 65% of respondents felt high levels of anxiety, 25% had moderate levels of anxiety, and 10% had low levels of anxiety. Factors contributing to anxiety include lack of preparation (70%), pressure from expectations from parents and teachers (60%), and lack of social support (55%). In addition, 80% of students with high levels of anxiety admitted to having difficulty managing their study time, and 75% of them felt doubtful about their own abilities. academic.

This research analyzes the role of the Mater et Magistra encyclical in building social awareness among Catholics. Using a qualitative method with a literature study approach, this research examines encyclical documents, books, articles, and related official Church documents. The main focus of the research is the principles contained in Mater et Magistra, such as human dignity, general welfare, justice and solidarity, as well as their relevance to modern social issues. The results show that Mater et Magistra was not only relevant in its time, but also provides concrete guidance to deal with current social challenges, such as poverty, economic injustice, and human rights violations. The encyclical encourages Catholics to actively engage in social activities, advocate for just policies, and establish programs that support the welfare of society. Thus, Mater et Magistra remains an important reference in promoting the values of social justice and solidarity in a global society. The encyclical is not only an ethical guide, but also an effective educational tool to inspire Catholics to face social change and become agents of change in their communities.

The digital era has created a generation of digital natives with superior technology adaptability. However, to achieve success in the world of work, soft skills competencies remain an important factor that supports individual success. This study aims to explore the role of soft skills competencies in digital natives in building a successful career. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with young digital native workers in various industry sectors. The results showed that interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, adaptability, and time management were the main elements that contributed to their success. The findings highlight the importance of synergy between technical and soft skills in facing the complex challenges of the world of work. The implications of this study offer insights for organizations to develop training programs that are holistic and support the development of soft skills as part of a human capital capacity building strategy.

The rapid advancements in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) have significantly transformed various industries in Indonesia. While these technologies enhance efficiency and productivity, they also pose severe challenges to employment, notably the increasing prevalence of layoffs (PHK). This article critically analyzes the legal framework in Indonesia governing worker protection against layoffs caused by automation and AI. It highlights the inadequacies in current regulations, such as the Employment Law and the Job Creation Law, in addressing the unique challenges posed by digital transformation. Using a normative legal approach, the study emphasizes the need for adaptive policies, including reskilling, upskilling, and enhanced social security programs like the Employment Loss Insurance (JKP). Lessons from countries like Germany and Singapore underline the importance of government and industry collaboration in workforce readiness. The findings advocate for a holistic and inclusive policy framework to mitigate automation’s adverse effects while leveraging its potential for sustainable development.

By focusing on innovative and user-centered solutions, this research aims to design a more relevant and acceptable subsidized homeownership model for Generation Z. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for housing developers and policymakers in designing more efficient and appropriate housing policies and programs that align with the socio-economic dynamics of Generation Z.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between speed and dribbling skills in eighth grade students. Dribbling skills are one of the basic skills in football that are important for the effectiveness of the game. Speed ​​in dribbling the ball plays a key role in improving an individual's ability to face opponents and carry out effective attacks. The research approach used is quantitative with a correlational method. The population in this study were all eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Dumoga, with samples selected randomly. The research instruments included a speed test and a dribbling skills test, each of which was measured through a standardized trial. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between speed and dribbling skills with a Pearson correlation value of -0.65 and a significance of 0.001. This indicates that students who have higher speed tend to have better dribbling skills. This finding is consistent with previous studies stating that speed is an important factor in the development of dribbling skills. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that coaches and sports teachers focus more on speed training in soccer training programs to improve students' dribbling skills.

The existence of gender equality within the organization of the Student Executive Board of the Mulawarman University Student Family which is seen based on reality and what factors influence the achievement of gender equality in the Ministry of Gender within the BEM KM Mulawarman University. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with research data sources of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, and the theories used by the author are Gender theory by Edward Wilson and Feminism theory by Naomi Wolf. The results of this study explain that the reality of gender equality that occurs in the Mulawarman University BEM KM organization in the 2023/2024 BEM KM management has increased towards the involvement of women as leaders and in decision making. In addition, the factors that influence the achievement of gender equality in the gender ministry in the BEM KM organization at Mulawarman University can be seen based on the success and achievement of work programs carried out by the Ministry of Gender. These work programs encourage gender equality awareness and participation through education, empowerment, and overcoming barriers to achieving equality in the organization and ensuring that opportunities are effectively utilized by all parties.

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan dan ditujukan kepada anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani agar anak memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan lebih lanjut. Pelaksanaan program ini sering kali menghadapi kendala, baik internal maupun eksternal. Kendala eksternal yaitu dimana orang tua anak-anak yang acuh tak acuh terhadap kegiatan program yang dilaksanakan di TK tersebut. Program aku suka membaca untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif Program "Aku Senang Membaca Buku" di TK Pembina 1 Medan menunjukkan potensi yang baik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak. Namun, untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih optimal, diperlukan langkah-langkah konkret seperti peningkatan anggaran, penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, serta pelatihan bagi guru.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak usia dini. Peningkatan minat baca dan kemampuan literasi anak yang terobservasi setelah pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat, anak-anak dapat didorong untuk mengembangkan kebiasaan membaca yang baik.

The development of information technology has had a significant impact in various sectors, including in the management of social assistance programs. At the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of Batu Bara Regency, the evaluation process for the implementation of social assistance programs is still carried out manually, which causes delays in data collection, analysis, and report preparation. Therefore, an information system is needed that can help speed up and facilitate the evaluation of the program. This study aims to design a Social Assistance Program Evaluation Information System that can integrate data on aid recipients, types of assistance, recipient status, and program effectiveness evaluation. This system is designed using the Waterfall method which consists of the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The platform used in the development of this system is web-based to facilitate access from various devices. The results of this study show that the design of an integrated information system can increase efficiency in collecting evaluation data and speed up the reporting process to related parties. In addition, this system is expected to increase transparency and accountability in the implementation of social assistance programs, so that the impact of the program can be more measurable and on target.

The researchproblem of the present study revolves around the fact that Iraq is one of the countrieslagging behind in terms of the use of modern technology due to the extraordinaryconditions, which impacted various areas of life, especially the field of informationand communication technology, leading to the weak application of the digitaltransformation process. The present study aims to explore the challenges facingdigital transformation in Iraq and determine the extent of hindering economic growth.The SPSS is employed to reveal the correlation between digital transformationindicators and economic growth in Iraq 2010-2022 . The results of the present studyindicate that there is a slowdown in digital transformation in Iraq due to lack ofinfrastructure and reliance on foreign markets in providing information andcommunication technology resources as a result of not manufacturing them locally .One of the important recommendations of the present study is to spread technical anddigital awareness by providing training programs in order to prepare qualified andtrained human staff that contribute to the management of the digital transformationprocess.

To support an objective and fair selection process, this research implemented the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining outstanding students. The criteria used include the value of memorizing prayers and letters, attendance, discipline, morals, independence, and reading the Koran. This research shows that the SAW method is able to provide results that are structured, transparent, and in accordance with predetermined assessment standards, so that the selection process becomes more effective.  

Community service is one of the implementations of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education aimed at providing tangible solutions to social problems. This program was conducted in RT 34, Karang Joang Subdistrict, Balikpapan, focusing on two main issues: the lack of transparency and security in tenant reporting and the limited access to education for children. The solutions implemented include developing a website-based information system to digitally manage tenant data and interactive educational programs in English and Mathematics. The results show that the website successfully enhanced transparency and security by reducing the potential for fraud cases. Furthermore, the educational programs improved children’s literacy and academic skills, particularly in Mathematics and English. Pre- and post-program analyses revealed significant improvements in the community's digital literacy. Thus, this community service program positively contributes to supporting the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in quality education and strong institutions. The findings emphasize continuous training and development programs to enhance leadership capabilities, ensuring leaders can address evolving organizational demands and drive long-term success.
