This study aims to describe the principle of perseverance taught by Elijah through his exemplary life, explain Elijah's strategies in facing life's challenges, and identify the meaning of Elijah's faith and its relevance to everyday life. Elijah demonstrated extraordinary perseverance in his obedience to God, as seen in his story in 1 Kings 17:1-6. He remained faithful to the mission given by God, despite facing various challenges, including spiritual conflict, physical threats, social isolation, and inner turmoil. The pinnacle of Elijah's faith is seen in his confrontation with the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel, where Elijah challenged idol worship with a strong conviction in God's power. Character education is an important aspect in the formation of individuals with superior and moral personalities. Character education aims to foster positive values, discipline, responsibility, and social concern in students in order to be able to contribute constructively to the community and the surrounding environment. One of the important factors in the success of character education in schools is the visionary leadership of the principal. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study that focuses on the visionary leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah Cikelet in developing the character of students in the school environment. The data sources in this study consist of school principals as the main informants, as well as teachers and education staff as supporting informants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah Cikelet has implemented visionary leadership effectively through the preparation of the school's vision and mission which is oriented towards the formation of religious character, discipline, and responsibility of students. The principal also plays a role as a motivator and role model, who is able to inspire and encourage all school residents, both teachers and students, to actively participate in creating a learning environment with character and noble character.

In the independent curriculum, there is Pancasila education learning as one of the school's missions. Using Pancasila learning refers to the character education that each individual has, differences in character can cause disputes, divisions, and trigger deviant behavior. Implementation of Citizenship Education learning uses differentiated learning based on Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational philosophy. This implementation refers to learning outcomes in the independent curriculum, namely about local wisdom and character, where this becomes basic learning so that students when they are in society are aware of how to behave and position themselves, especially in loving their homeland. Pancasila values ​​and the application of Citizenship Education learning are contained in the Pancasila principles which include the values ​​of mutual cooperation, honesty, responsibility among friends, the surrounding environment and responsibility for what one does. The values ​​that can be contained in Pancasila contain many religious values ​​(first principle), human values ​​(second principle), unity values ​​(third principle), wisdom values ​​(fourth principle), and finally social values ​​(fifth principle). Pancasila values ​​are the way of life for the Indonesian people to build the character values ​​of Indonesian society.

The increased of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) can be lowered through by various efforts, one of them with quality Antenatal Care (ANC). Quality of ANC services can be given by several health workers who work together in giving services to patients through the Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC). IPC or interprofessional collaboration can improve health service quality. The purpose of this study is to find out an overview of the level of perception of health workers about IPC on ANC services in Lubuk Buaya Health Center. This study is descriptive research using crosssectional design. The study sample is 30 health workers who are determined by the total sampling method. Data collection use the Collaborative Practice Assessment Tools (CPAT) questionnaire. The results of the study can be found that all health workers (100%) have a high perception of IPC in ANC services with components of connection among members, coordination and division of roles, and missions, goals, and objectives have the highest percentage (100%) and decision-making and conflict management components have the lowest percentage (10%). All health professions consist of GPs, midwives, nurses, dentists, pharmacists, nutritionists, and ATLM have a high perception (100%) of IPC on ANC services. The dentist professions have a high perception of all eight components, meanwhile other professions have a high perception of the seven components of perception and have a moderate perception in one component of perception, that is the components of decision making and conflict management. In general, health workers have a high perception of IPC in ANC services, but there are still a moderate perception in one components of perception so efforts are needed to improve IPC competence in that component.

The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 39 employees using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The analysis used was data quality testing (validity test and reliability test), classical assumption test, hypothesis testing (T test and F test), and coefficient of determination test with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. Based on the results obtained, motivation and work environment significantly affects employee performance both partially and simultaneously.

As an important institution in society, the Church's goals must include environmental management. The Church can inspire its members to apply ecological ideals to everyday life by upholding this duty. The Church can play a leading role in nature protection by taking concrete steps and educating the public about the value of ecology in a faith-filled life. The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in various aspects of life, including one’s faith and how the church functions. In this article, we discuss the concept of Missio Dei (God’s mission) in the context of the digital age. We also explore how this concept can be applied to the church’s strategies and roles, particularly those of specialised ministers. This article identifies the challenges and opportunities facing the church as it proclaims the Gospel in the digital space, including the risks of digital fatigue, the spread of false teachings, and excessive reliance on media. Specialised ministers play a crucial role in maintaining theological integrity and ethical standards while bridging the Gospel message with digital culture. Conversely, digital media opens new doors for creative ministry, global evangelism, and the formation of bold faith communities. It is added that digital ethics are essential for maintaining the integrity of the Gospel and the dignity of the congregation. Overall, this research asserts that the technological era is not an obstacle to the church’s purpose. Rather, it is a new field that requires faith, wisdom, and innovation to be utilised.  

Telkomunikasi or what we usually know as Telkom is a company operating in the communications sector and is currently the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia, not only PT. Telkom is also the sixth largest company in the world. Public Relations is an important part of maintaining a company's image. This thesis discusses the strategy of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta in maintaining the company's image. There are 1 main problems contained in it, namely: what is the public relations strategy of PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk in Jakarta in maintaining the company's image? This type of research is descriptive qualitative. With a communication research approach, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results can be concluded as follows: Public relations strategy at PT. Telkom Indonesia in maintaining its corporate image, namely: (1) arranging media relations/media partnership activities. (2) establishing good/harmonious relationships within the company both within the company environment (internal public) and with the environment outside the company (external public) Business carried out by PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk in maintaining the company's image, namely (1) maximizing good and excellent service to consumers, channeling concern through the help of corporate social responsibility (CSR). (2) strengthening employee duties, in order to achieve the company's vision and mission in maintaining the company's image as part of public relations duties. From the results of this research, strategies for activities carried out in a company must understand the importance of the techniques used as strategies, especially public relations strategies to help carry out company activities to achieve goals or vision and mission.

In contemporary Indonesia, Neo-Sufism has emerged as a significant paradigm for Islamic social da'wah, particularly in response to growing spiritual disorientation, religious radicalism, and socio-cultural fragmentation in urban contexts. This research explores how institutionalized Sufi orders, especially those rooted in traditional tarekat such as TQN is redefining their spiritual missions through transformative, socially-engaged practices. Using a qualitative library-based methodology, the study analyzes primary and secondary texts to trace how core Sufi values—such as ikhlas (sincerity), sabr (patience), and zuhd (asceticism)—are applied within modern da'wah strategies. Rather than functioning as apolitical or inward-facing traditions, these Sufi orders have implemented socially responsive initiatives including pesantren-based empowerment, Sufi clinics, and ethical microeconomics. The findings challenge stereotypes of Sufism as detached from social realities and instead position Neo-Sufism as a framework for moral reform and community development. This rearticulation of Sufism not only addresses urban spiritual crises but also contributes a sustainable and values-based model of religious engagement. To ensure continued relevance, the study recommends strengthening urban Sufi literacy and institutional collaboration among tarekat networks.

Abstract. Educational institutions that are classified as having independence to a certain extent are Islamic boarding schools, both in terms of funding and in providing education. Not a few Islamic boarding schools have been able to properly implement the al-itimad principle a la alnafs, the al-najah principle, namely relying on oneself and optimizing one's potential as the basis for success, there are even some Islamic boarding schools that are able to empower the local economy. In this research, the researcher tries to take an approach that is closely related to what will be researched, where the approach is used as a reference in the research process. The method in this research is that the researcher uses qualitative data collection techniques with descriptive methods to provide a systematic description of the situation, facts and phenomena found in the location to be studied. The research results show that in its efforts to build the independence of Islamic boarding schools. To build the independence of Islamic boarding schools, not only with a vision and mission, it is necessary to have funds to support the Islamic boarding school.       keywords: Management, financing and independence  

This study investigates the influence of Koinonia (fellowship), Diakonia (service), and Marturia (witness) on congregational satisfaction at HKBP Cijantung Church. Through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative regression analysis and qualitative theological reflection, the research explores how these dimensions contribute to members' spiritual fulfilment and overall satisfaction within the church community. Statistical findings reveal a significant positive correlation between active engagement in fellowship activities, service-oriented initiatives, evangelistic efforts, and higher levels of congregational satisfaction. Theological insights underscore the biblical foundations of Koinonia, Diakonia, and Marturia, highlighting their role in shaping church identity and mission. Practical implications suggest enhancing these dimensions to foster community bonding, address social needs, and empower members in their faith journey. This research contributes to understanding the integral role of spiritual practices in church life and offers insights for church leaders seeking to cultivate vibrant, spiritually enriching communities.

Riko Prayudi. This study aims to analyze the DPMPTSP Strategy Formulation in Planning Tourism Investments in Prabumulih City. The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that from the aspect of vision and mission, it can be guaranteed that the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Prabumulih city has tried to realize the vision that has been set by carrying out several missions that have been determined. Identification of External Opportunities and Threats of an Organization From the Aspects of Identification and External Threats An organization can open that there are still many opportunities for Prabumulih City to develop but also many future threats if the Prabumulih City DPMPTSP does not improve and does not adapt to the times. From the aspect of Awareness of the Strengths of Internal Strengths and Weaknesses, it can be said that there is tourism potential and hotels that can support investment into Prabumulih city, while the weakness is in the minimal natural tourism potential and the problem of weak human resources. From the aspect of Long-Term Determination that the long-term goal of what DPMPTSP wants to achieve in planning tourism investment in Prabumulih City is to make Prabumulih city a developed city and then increase the economic growth of the Prabumulih City community. From the aspect of Searching for Alternative Strategies, it can be said that the strategic plan has been implemented properly through the vision, mission and goals that have been set so that it is easier to realize what is the hope of making Prabumih City Prima.

Amrul Mukminin. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Advertising Tax Contribution in Increasing Local Revenue in Palembang City. This research uses qualitative methods with data observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the advertisement tax management was an effort to increase PAD in Palembang City, to someone who was trying to be managed properly. However, there are indeed several problems where the supervision and participation of the community with illegal billboards is still happening and the implementation of regional regulations is not running properly, therefore the PAD from the advertisement tax has not been maximized. The supporting factor in this research is the availability of Palembang mayor regulation number 18 of 2011 concerning requirements, and fixed procedures for collecting advertisement tax and then Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2004 concerning Development and Retribution for Advertising. In addition, to support the vision, mission and strategic plans of the Tax Management Agency. Two things support the effectiveness of the advertisement tax contribution. Internal and external factors inhibiting factors. Obstacles in internal factors, for example, the application of sanctions for billboards arrears who have just appeared without the knowledge of the officers, and the lack of socialization from the Regional Tax Management Agency so that the public does not know about the existence of regional regulations regarding advertisement tax. Whereas in external factors, for example, the community's low awareness of paying taxes or they tend to avoid and are dishonest in the report on the results of the installation of billboards and taxpayers who live outside the city of Palembang.

This research aims to describe and analyze the role of digital media as a supporter of Church mission services. Digital media is utilized as one of the facilities for church services and digital media is also a challenge for every church. An optimistic attitude is a real attitude that needs to be instilled and carried out by every church as an effort to improve and achieve service goals and quality. Descriptive qualitative method is a research method through literature research used by the author in conducting research. Literature studies are used by the author as a target to provide a sense of awarness and optimism for the progress of media in the world and the church in seeing and making an opportunity not a threat. The results of the discussion and research provide input to a pastor and every congregational leader in a church regarding what things must be improved and improved optimally to utilize digital media that is and continues to develop in supporting church services and spreading the gospel throughout the world.

This study aims to determine the application of good governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP), the research informants consist of staff and employees along with the public who want to take care of licensing letters at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach.The results of this study show that the application of Good Governance principles at the Wajo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP) has been running well, including accountability that has been effective and efficient in terms of achieving strategic objectives that contain vision, mission, goals and objectives, and activities that are equipped with performance indicators and targets to be achieved,  Transparency with the accountability of staff and employees in carrying out their respective duties which are quite professional, Participation shows that the community feels very satisfied with public services, and the Rule of Law is also very good because it is carried out fairly without discriminating against the social status of the community. The conclusion is that the application of the Good Governance Principle at the Wajo Regency DPM-PTSP office has been realized and implemented well.

Background: Emergencies can occur anywhere and anytime, including when natural disasters occur, this first aid is very important to save victims. Based on the vision and mission of Bachelor of Nursing Study Program which excels in disaster, BHD skills must be possessed in dealing with emergency events as prospective medical personnel. Research objective: To determine the knowledge and skills of 8th semester nursing students regarding basic life support at 'Aisyiyah University, Surakarta. Aim: To describe the knowledge and skills of 8th-semester nursing students regarding Basic Life Support at 'Aisyiyah University Surakarta. Methods: This study design is descriptive research using a cross-sectional technique, sample of 62 respondents from the 8th semester students of 'Aisyiyah University Surakarta. Results: Of the 62 respondents, the knowledge level about BHD was predominantly adequate in 45 respondents (72.4%) and good in 17 respondents (27.4%). The skill level in performing BHD was predominantly not passing in 38 respondents (61.3%), with passing skills in 24 respondents (38.7%). Conclusion: From 62 students, the results showed that the average student had a sufficient level of knowledge and skills that had not yet passed.

Ecclesiology, also known as church doctrine, is a field in Christian theology that examines the character, structure, mission, and role of the church as a religious institution. The study of ecclesiology highlights the relationship between the church and God, its people, and the world, and examines how the church plays a role in salvation and ministry. Aspects discussed in ecclesiology include the origins of the church, authority and hierarchy, sacraments, and the church’s obligations in evangelization. Apart from that, this doctrine also underlines the importance of unity, holiness and social responsibility of the church amidst the challenges of the times. Through ecclesiology, the church affirms its identity as a community of believers called to carry out a divine mission in the world.
