This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence on the influence of financial performance on corporate social responsibility (CSR) in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2020-2024. This quantitative research employs a descriptive explanatory causality approach to examine the relationships between variables. The sample consists of 19 companies selected through purposive sampling, resulting in 95 observations. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Classical assumption tests indicate that the data are normally distributed, while initial autocorrelation issues were addressed using the Cochran Orcutt approach, after which no violations of autocorrelation, multicollinearity, or heteroscedasticity were detected. The results show that return on assets (ROA), current ratio (CR), and net profit margin (NPM) simultaneously influence CSR. Partially, ROA has a negative and significant effect, while CR and NPM have positive and significant effects on CSR. This study contributes to legitimacy theory by providing empirical evidence of the role of financial performance in CSR disclosure within the Indonesian healthcare sector, while the negative effect of ROA offers additional insight into going concern theory. Practically, companies are advised to maintain liquidity levels between 150%-300% and optimize profit margins to support CSR strategies, while investors may use financial ratios as indicators to predict CSR performance.

The study of takhrij al-hadith plays a crucial role in hadith scholarship, involving the tracing of transmission sources and evaluating the authenticity of sanad and matn through systematic analysis. In contemporary studies, differences in scholars’ approaches have led to variations in hadith classification and epistemological orientation. However, comparative research examining methodological criticism, epistemological foundations, and operational procedures of modern takhrij remains limited. This study aims to critically compare the methodologies of Muḥammad Nāṣiruddīn al-Albānī and Muqbil bin Hādī al-Wādiʿī, focusing on their evaluation of sanad and matn. Using a qualitative approach with an integrative literature review, this research analyzes primary works and relevant academic sources. The findings reveal three main epistemological patterns: independent reasoning through cross-narration, methodological caution based on classical authority, and a shared reliance on jarḥ wa taʿdīl. These differences influence hadith classification and reflect varying depths of criticism. The study shows that contemporary hadith criticism forms an epistemological spectrum rather than a strict methodological divide. It also highlights implications for religious practices, including the Megengan tradition in Java, which adapts to socio-economic contexts, and enriches comparative studies in hadith methodology.

This study investigates the use of derivational morphemes in David Goggins' motivational speech, “12 Minutes to Change Your Life,” featured on Huberman's podcast. Derivational morphemes, which create new words and alter grammatical categories, are essential in understanding language development and communication. Despite extensive research on derivational morphemes in various texts, there is limited analysis of their usage in motivational speeches. This study addresses this gap by analyzing Goggins' speech, focusing on identifying and classifying derivational morphemes. Using qualitative methods, the speech was transcribed, and words containing derivational morphemes were analyzed based on the theories of Fromkin, Rodman, and Hyams (2011). The findings reveal 23 instances of derivational morphemes, divided into class-changing and class-maintaining categories. Notable transformations include adjectives to adverbs, verbs to nouns, and adjectives to nouns, with the most frequent being adjectives to adverbs. The study provides insights into the function and impact of derivational morphemes in spoken motivational content, contributing to the broader understanding of morphology in language use.

The circulation of narcotics as a serious crime in Indonesia faces the reality that some types of narcotics have medical benefits when used in limited quantities and under strict supervision, while cannabis plants remain classified as Class I Narcotics in Law No. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, thereby prohibiting their use in health services. This situation raises legal issues regarding the basis for classification, legal qualifications, and the possibility of updating norms so that cannabis can be used for medical purposes. This study aims to analyze the historical and legal basis for the classification of cannabis, its qualification in the national legal system, and to formulate a normative regulatory concept that allows its use for health services. The method used is normative legal research with a historical and comparative approach, through a literature study of primary and secondary legal materials, which are analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the classification of cannabis is rooted in international commitments through the 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs, which was later ratified and adopted into national law, so that legally cannabis is only permitted for research purposes. however, considering the development of science and practice in various countries, it is necessary to update the norms through the formation of a Ministerial Regulation as mandated by Article 6 paragraph (3) of the Narcotics Law as a limited and controlled first step to open up the use of cannabis in health services without neglecting the principle of preventing abuse.

Immature permanent teeth with open apices and pulpal necrosis present a significant challenge in endodontic treatment. Apexification procedures have been developed to stimulate the formation of a hard tissue barrier at the apex, thereby allowing adequate obturation. Objective: This case report aims to describe the evaluation of apexification treatment based on radiographic findings. Case Report: An 8-year-old boy accompanied by his mother presented to PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta Hospital with a history of a fall one week earlier. The affected tooth had previously received a temporary restoration from another dentist. According to the patient’s mother, medication had been placed in tooth to devitalize the pulp prior to temporary filling. Clinical examination revealed that tooth 11 exhibited a fracture involving approximately half of the crown and extending into the pulp chamber. Discussion: Initial radiographic examination in 2018 indicated that immature teeth have lower structural resistance compared with mature teeth; therefore, endodontic intervention such as apexification is required to establish apical barrier and adequate obturation. The material used for apexification in this case was a combining calcium hydroxide and iodoform. In contrast to the initial stage, radiographic evaluation in 2024 demonstrated that root development had progressed to stage V. According to Cvek’s classification of root development, stage V (Cvek stage V) represents a condition in which root development is fully completed. Conclusion: Based on long-term clinical and radiographic evaluation in this case, apexification treatment proved effective in stimulating the formation of an apical barrier and supporting root maturation in immature permanent teeth.

This study investigates the implementation of history learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in developing students' analytical history skills. This research is motivated by the dominance of conventional teaching focused on lectures that emphasize memorization of facts rather than critical and analytical thinking. The study aims to describe how HOTS-based strategies are implemented in history classes and to analyze their impact on students' analytical skills. This research uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data were collected through classroom observations, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings show that before the implementation of HOTS, students' responses were mostly descriptive and limited to recalling factual information. After the implementation of HOTS-based learning through the use of analytical questions, historical case studies, source analysis, and structured group discussions, students showed significant improvement in explaining cause-and-effect relationships, evaluating historical evidence, and building logical arguments. Students became more active in discussions and demonstrated a deeper conceptual understanding than mere memorization. However, several challenges were identified, including students' limited experience in critical thinking, time constraints, and the need for teachers to be better prepared in designing HOTS-oriented learning instruments. Overall, this study concludes that HOTS-based history learning effectively improves students' analytical history skills and shifts the learning orientation from lower-order thinking to higher cognitive engagement. This approach pedagogically contributes to fostering a critical, reflective, and contextual understanding of history that is relevant to the demands of 21st-century education.
