This study aims to describe the form of women's empowerment in the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through a case study of the local product business "Mie Des" in Klisat Hamlet, Srihardono Village, Pundong District, Bantul Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of business actors and community leaders. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that women's empowerment in the "Mie Des" business includes five main indicators, namely Opportunities, Support, Strengthening, Protection, and Supervision. Women have an important role in the production, management, and marketing of "Mie Des" products, and demonstrate increasing economic independence. Support from family and community is a significant supporting factor, although access to assistance with production tools is still uneven. In terms of empowerment, business actors acquire new skills and become more confident in making decisions. However, legal protection for women's MSMEs is still minimal, and external supervision has not been carried out continuously.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant contribution to national economic growth and the smooth distribution of goods and services. However, market competition and national economic dynamics pose serious challenges to the sustainability of MSMEs, especially in terms of competitiveness and technological adaptation. The development of digitalization opens up great opportunities for MSMEs to increase production efficiency and expand marketing reach through online sales platforms. Unfortunately, the limited knowledge and skills of MSME actors in managing digital marketing strategies leads to low optimization of this potential. This research aims to examine the needs of MSME assistance in Bangsalsari Village, Jember Regency, in order to increase business capacity and digital marketing effectiveness. The method used is a qualitative approach through field observation and interviews with MSME actors. The results of the study show that structured and sustainable mentoring can increase business actors' understanding of digital strategies, expand market access, and encourage the creation of new jobs. Thus, technology-based assistance programs and local needs are strategic solutions in strengthening the resilience and competitiveness of MSMEs in the midst of national economic challenges.

This study analyzes the role of millennials and Gen Z in driving the growth of halal e-commerce in Indonesia. The global halal industry is projected to reach US$3.36 trillion by 2028, underscoring the importance of strengthening halal e-commerce in Indonesia, which has the largest Muslim population in the world (Kawsar, 2025). Millennials and Gen Z are the dominant users of the internet and digital marketplaces, thus playing a strategic role in expanding the digital halal economic ecosystem. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies and in-depth interviews with consumers and halal digital business actors. The analysis focuses on digital behavior, halal product preferences, and awareness of sharia economic principles. The results show that millennials and Gen Z contribute through three main roles. First, as smart consumers who show high preference and loyalty to certified halal products. Second, as creative business actors who create sharia startups and marketplaces with innovative digital marketing strategies. Third, as agents of change who promote digital halal literacy and strengthen public awareness of the importance of halal products and services. In conclusion, the role of these two generations is not only in consumption, but also in creating a sustainable digital halal business ecosystem, strengthening Indonesia's competitiveness in the global halal industry, and supporting national sharia economic development.

This study aims to identify and analyze the preparation of financial statements based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in the Mebel Kerajinan Jepara business. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using primary data obtained directly from business owners. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, observation of accounting records, and documentation of transaction evidence and records used in preparing financial statements. The data were analyzed descriptively to present systematic, factual, and accurate information about the actual accounting practices in the field. The findings reveal that the preparation of financial statements at Mebel Kerajinan Jepara has not yet fully complied with SAK EMKM. The business only keeps simple records of income and expenses in a notebook without producing complete financial statements such as the statement of financial position, income statement, and notes to the financial statements. The main constraints identified are the limited understanding of the business owners regarding the importance of accounting and the absence of human resources with accounting expertise. These findings highlight the need for assistance, training, and capacity building for business owners in the field of accounting to produce standardized financial reports, enhance business credibility, and support decision-making as well as access to financing. Thus, this study is expected to serve as a reference for local governments, educational institutions, and other related parties in providing accounting guidance to micro and small business actors.

Tedunan Beach in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu, holds exceptional potential as an ecotourism asset, attributed to its authentic and untouched natural landscape, featuring white sand stretches and a unique mangrove ecosystem. Sustainable tourism development, however, demands active participation and entrepreneurship from the local community, which is key to ensuring the equitable distribution of economic benefits and environmental preservation. This research aims to analyze the current community entrepreneurship models, identify challenges hindering business growth, and formulate strategic opportunities for development. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was collected through in-depth interviews with business actors and community leaders, participant observation, and documentation studies. Findings indicate that community-based businesses have grown organically, albeit on a micro scale, encompassing fresh seafood culinary stalls, tourist hut rentals, and local guide services. Nevertheless, this growth is hampered by fundamental constraints: limited access to formal working capital, minimal promotion hindering market penetration, and a lack of professional training in financial management and tourism service standards. In response, an integrated development model is formulated recommending: increasing human resource capacity through business management and tourism awareness training, facilitating access to capital through partnerships, and strengthening digital-based promotion. In conclusion, Tedunan Beach tourism can be sustainable if supported by a comprehensive empowerment program that not only boosts economic income but also essentially fosters a sense of ownership and community responsibility towards the destination's preservation.

This research aims to analyze the governance forms implemented by the village government in the breakfast culinary tourism program to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Punden Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. It explores the application of good governance principles in local economic development based on culinary tourism. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the study collected data through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from village officials, MSME actors, and tourists. The study is guided by Sedarmayanti's principles of good governance, particularly participation and accountability, linked to MSME empowerment. The results reveal that the breakfast culinary tourism management has not been optimal. Accountability is weak, as the village government has not registered or mentored MSMEs in the tourism sector to obtain a Business Identification Number (NIB) from the local Cooperative and MSME Office. Additionally, there is a lack of reporting on tax deductions and minimal support for business capital and training, causing many MSMEs to cease operations. From a participatory perspective, the village government has not actively involved community institutions like Pokdarwis, PKK, and Karang Taruna in planning and implementing activities, resulting in weak social support for MSMEs. Overall, the management of breakfast culinary tourism in Punden Rejo Village has not optimally empowered MSMEs due to weak implementation of accountability and participation principles. The success of sustainable tourism depends on cooperation between the village government, MSMEs, and local institutions to build a participatory and accountable tourism management system.

The 2025 Real Work Lecture Program (KKN) of PGRI Wiranegara University (UNIWARA) Team 12 was carried out in Pohjentrek Village with a focus on empowering MSMEs, improving literacy, environmental education, food security, and character education. The main issues identified include low awareness among SME actors regarding the importance of business legality, low basic literacy skills among elementary school students, high rates of open waste burning, and the emergence of social issues related to bullying among teenagers. The methods used include mentoring, socialization, training, and active participation in community activities. The results of the activities showed that 15 MSMEs were successfully registered through OSS, with three of them obtaining NIB and halal certificates; tutoring and regular literacy assistance twice a week improved students' literacy skills; the initiation of a community literacy corner began to be implemented in one of the neighborhood associations (RT); socialization of waste management encouraged four households to practice composting; the introduction of vertical farming through the distribution of vegetable seeds supported family greening and food security; and anti-bullying socialization at SMPN 6 helped students recognize their potential using the SMART method. The conclusion of this program is that KKN is able to provide a multidimensional impact through collaboration between students, the community, and the village government, while strengthening community awareness of business legality, literacy, the environment, food, and character.

The banana chip business in Ledokombo Village, Jember Regency, is one of the sources of livelihood for the local community. However, increasingly fierce business competition has led to a decrease in demand and has an impact on declining turnover of MSME actors. Marketing that is still conventional is one of the factors limiting product reach. This community service activity aims to increase the marketing capacity of MSME actors through digital marketing training. The training was carried out for four weeks with stages: problem analysis, provision of branding and digital marketing materials, assistance in making packaging labels, marketplace accounts (Shopee) and social media (Instagram), as well as monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show that MSME actors understand the importance of digital marketing strategies, are able to create "The King" product packaging labels, and have Shopee and Instagram accounts that are actively used for online sales. Business actors are also getting used to operating digital application features that support the marketing process. This activity has a positive impact on increasing product attractiveness and expanding consumer reach. Thus, digital marketing training has proven to be effective as an innovative solution in facing MSME marketing challenges, as well as being a model for local economic empowerment that can be replicated in other regions with similar characteristics.

The growth of vannamei shrimp is an important indicator in the success of fishery cultivation, where feeding management plays a crucial role. This study aims to determine the influence of feed management on the growth rate of vannamei shrimp and measure the contribution of these variables to growth. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the use of primary and secondary data through participatory observation at the cultivation site. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression test and a determination coefficient (R²) test to answer the problem formulation empirically. The results of the regression test showed that the feed management variable had a positive effect on the Y variable (shrimp growth rate), which means that the better the feed management, the higher the growth rate of vannamei shrimp. The determination coefficient test yielded an R² value of 75.3%, indicating that feeding management made a significant contribution to shrimp growth, while 24.7% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. These findings confirm the importance of structured and efficient feed management in increasing shrimp farming productivity. This research is expected to be a reference for fishery business actors in designing optimal feeding strategies and encouraging further research related to other variables that also affect shrimp growth holistically.

A partnership agreement is a form of business collaboration, either directly or indirectly, that is established based on the principles of mutual need, mutual trust, mutual reinforcement, and mutual benefit. Such partnerships generally involve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) working with larger businesses in order to create a fairer and more sustainable business relationship. However, in practice, the implementation of partnership agreements often does not reflect these fundamental principles. This is also evident in the nucleus-plasma scheme within the palm oil plantation sector, where the relationship between the nucleus companies and plasma farmers tends to show an imbalance of bargaining power. This study aims to examine the application of partnership principles in the implementation of nucleus-plasma agreements in palm oil plantations, viewed from the perspective of prevailing legislation, particularly the Law on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME Law). The findings indicate that the application of partnership principles has not yet been fully implemented consistently. The partnership relationship remains unequal and is largely dominated by the nucleus companies, creating a sense of injustice for plasma farmers. In terms of supervision, the Indonesian Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) plays a crucial role in ensuring that partnership agreements are carried out in line with these principles. One of the measures taken is monitoring the implementation of behavioral change commitments by business actors. KPPU ensures that nucleus companies do not abuse their dominant position and continue to provide fair opportunities for plasma farmers. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of strengthening oversight and enforcing regulations so that the objectives of nucleus-plasma partnerships in palm oil plantations can truly be realized in accordance with the principles mandated by law.
