Broken home families, which are characterized by the breakdown of parental relationships, can have a negative impact on children's development, including spiritual emptiness. In this context, the role of Christian religious teachers is important in filling the spiritual void of children from broken homes. This article aims to investigate the role of Christian religious teachers in filling the spiritual void of children from broken home families and the strategies that can be used to achieve this. In the introduction, the article explains the meaning of a broken home family and identifies its impact on the child's spiritual emptiness. Then, the article continues by discussing the role of Christian religious teachers in filling the spiritual void in children. Christian religious teachers not only serve as teachers, but also as a source of spiritual support and example for children. Furthermore, the article reviews strategies and approaches that can be used by Christian religious teachers in filling the spiritual void of children from broken home families. Relevant and interactive teaching methods, building emotional relationships with children, and efforts to cultivate spiritual awareness through reflection and meditation are some of the recommended strategies.Through case studies that include the real experiences of Christian religion teachers, this article provides inspiring examples illustrating how Christian religion teachers have succeeded in filling the spiritual void of children from broken homes and achieving effective results. Christian religious education is an important aspect in the formation of character and the development of children. In this context, teacher creativity and the role of parents play a significant role in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. However, there are challenges in terms of a lack of understanding of the importance of creativity, a lack of creative teaching methods, and suboptimal involvement between teachers and parents. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the role of teacher and parent creativity in increasing children's interest in learning through Christian religious education. Through a qualitative approach and data analysis, this study identified existing problems and provided workable solutions. The results of the study show that a deep understanding of the importance of creativity, the use of creative teaching methods, and the active involvement of teachers and parents can encourage children's interest in learning in the context of Christian religious education. This study provides practical recommendations to enhance the role of teacher and parent creativity in strengthening children's interest in learning through Christian religious education, with the hope of improving the quality of Christian religious education that children receive.

Breastfeeding is the process of giving milk to babies or small children with breast milk (ASI) from the mother's breasts. Every effort is made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies, which is called lactation management (Sutanto, 2018). Giving formula milk is not recommended for babies aged 0-6 months, because it can increase the risk of illness and even death in babies. UNCIEF states that giving formula milk can increase by 25 times the incidence of death in babies early in life compared to babies who are given exclusive breast milk.               This study used an analytical research design with a cross-sectional study approach, the population in the study was 50 people using Consecutive Sampling sampling, all subjects who came and met the selection criteria, and were included in the study until the required number of subjects was met. The data analysis used is chi square. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a result of 0.004. These results are smaller than the P value (0.05) or 0.004<0.05, meaning that there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and formula milk feeding, so the hypothesis in this study can be accepted. It is hoped that this research can be used to provide appropriate steps or strategies to encourage the public and health workers to provide exclusive breastfeeding, by minimizing the factors that influence early provision of formula milk.  

Injectable contraception is a way to prevent pregnancy by means of hormonal injections. This type of hormonal contraceptive injection in Indonesia is being used more and more because it works effectively, is practical to use, is relatively cheap and safe. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of 3-month injection birth control and weight gain in women of childbearing age at the Maga Health Center in Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women who are at the Maga Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022, with a total of 36 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 52 people obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square. the results obtained in this study were from 52 respondents, there was a relationship between the knowledge variable and weight gain with a value of p = 0.001, there was a relationship between the variable length of use and weight gain with a value of p = 0.002, there was a relationship between the age variable and weight gain body with a value of p = 0.002, there is a relationship between the education variable and weight gain with a value of p = 0.003 and there is a relationship between the work variable and weight gain with a value of p = 0.001. there is a relationship between knowledge variables and weight gain, there is a relationship between variables of length of use and weight gain, there is a relationship between age variables and weight gain, there is a relationship between education variables and weight gain and there is a relationship between work variables and weight gain . It is suggested to the puskesmas to increase the mother's knowledge to increase counseling related to the use of injecting contraception.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an infectious disease caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus that attacks the immune system. The infection causes a decrease in the defense of the immune system which then makes the body more vulnerable to various other diseases. This study aims to determine the factors that influence pregnant women in examining HIV/AIDS at the Maga Health Center in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women who are at the Maga Health Center in 2022, a total of 50 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 50 people obtained by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square. The results obtained in this study were from 50 respondents, there was a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.025, there was a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.015. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation, there is a relationship between the variable attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation. It is suggested to the puskesmas to increase the knowledge of pregnant women to increase counseling related to VCT examinations.

The result of voting is always dissatisfaction from voters. To become a candidate for the Head of BEM, a selection process is required. When choosing a Student Executive Board Leader, there are several criteria that must be met by prospective candidates. The issue of selecting leaders was also discussed by Andi Rosano in choosing the Village Head. The difficulty for voters is to get a leader candidate who has advantages in different fields. Because of that, a decision support system is needed to assist voters in determining the leader of the Student Executive Board. The Decision Support System using the Analytical Hierachy Process Method can assist voters in selecting candidates for the Student Executive Board leaders. Methodology This research was carried out using a 2 (two) method approach, namely a field study conducted by means of interviews with the student affairs section that takes care of the election of the Student Executive Board Leader and literature study to collect information related to decision support systems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Managerial competence will determine the progress of an educational institution. If the principal's managerial competence is good, it will be able to improve teacher performance. This study aims to describe the relationship between principal managerial competency and teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Sasa Ternate City. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques involved participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of SLB Negeri Sasa Kota Ternate is able to optimize school resources, both teachers and staff, direct students to be role models and take full responsibility for school progress. Patience, caring, hardworking, punctual attitude. The principal tries to establish himself as a leader according to the expectations of the teachers and all parties. So that it can be said that the principal already has a management program to improve teacher performance. The performance of a good teacher does not just happen, there are many factors that affect the high and low performance of a teacher, including internal factors and external factors, internal factors depend on the skills of the teacher himself, while external factors influence a lot, one of which is the principal's leadership competence. . This shows that the managerial principal can provide a positive increase in teacher performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of solvency ratio, capital structure, and social responsibility on financial performance. This research uses 20 samples consisting of 5 companies in the cigarette industry subsector based on the time period 2018-2021. Data is collected from annual reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis in this research uses 3 (three) approaches, including descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that of the six elements, including ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, WC, and CSR, show good financial performance. In addition, DER and DAR measures negatively affect ROA and ROE. This is because the increase in solvency value causes the company's profit to decrease, it means that the company's high debt ownership makes the company pay higher interest so that the company's profit is small. WC and CSR have no impact on ROA and ROE. This is because the company's asset ownership can cover their current debt and CSR implementation can help convince interested parties to invest in the company. Based on the research conducted, the company should minimize the use of debt as funding in its operational activities, because it can affect the profitability of the company which causes a decrease in the value of ROA and ROE. In addition, the company should reconsider the implementation of CSR because it can help create a positive image of the company in the eyes of the public, even though the company's expenses will increase

Children are national assets who have the right to grow and develop optimally. Living on the streets is very dangerous for children. The aim of the research is to determine the application of the principle of regional autonomy in developing social welfare for neglected children and the obstacles in overcoming the problems of abandoned children in Serang City. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. This research concludes that the Regional Government of Serang City, in implementing the principle of regional autonomy for the welfare of neglected children based on Law Number 23 of 2014, has the authority to make regional policies that have an impact on prosperity and general welfare in its region. The Serang City Government is responsible for providing social services to neglected children by providing children's rights and protecting them from the risks and threats of life on the streets. The obstacle to handling the problem of abandoned children is the mindset of abandoned children and families which are still oriented towards financial conditions as the main reference, thereby ignoring risks and other threats of danger. Problems with the level of education, habits of abandoned children and limited budgets provided also become obstacles to the implementation of handling abandoned children..

This study aims to determine the library strategy to obtain library accreditation at SMP Negeri 1 Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design with the main objective of providing an objective description or description of a situation. The method used is observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this study found that the strategies carried out by the head of the library Insan Cendikia to obtain national school library accreditation were procurement of books, procurement of infrastructure, arrangement of equipment in the library, cataloging and human resource development. The supporting factor is the existence of a library card number (NPP), the library building has reached an area of ​​168m² and there is a reading area, work area and bookshelf area and the books are neatly arranged, there is a library management structure, the relationship between the librarian and the head of the library is quite good , the number of collections of library materials has met the national school library standards as many as 2,520 titles with 2,737 copies and professional human resources, while the inhibiting factors are insufficient funding, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, insufficient book procurement, and support from school principals who less strong.

Consumers’ purchasing decision of a product or service can be affected by several factors. In this research there are 5 factors: product, employee service, culture, price and psychological. The purpose of this study is to determine whether these 5 factors are the factor considered by the customers in purchasing products in the selection food shop (Mie Setan). This research uses quantitative approach with 100 respondents as sample. They were obtained with incidental sampling technique. Data were obtained by using questionnaire instrument. Meanwhile, the technique of data analysis used confirmatory factor analysis. The result show that the most determinant Factor of consumers’ decision purchasing is the product.

The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Tax is the biggest source of income for a country in funding the State Budget (APBN). The very large number of MSMEs in Indonesia have a very large potential for levy revenue, so that public authorities must boost levy revenue from MSMEs. However, a significant problem that must be addressed is that the majority of business actors are not registered as taxpayers and do not pay. The purpose of this study is to explain efforts so that business people know more about how to pay their taxes. The preparation of this conceptual article uses a literature review approach. Data collection was carried out by searching and collecting literature sourced from journal articles which were then presented using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that efforts to increase the awareness of MSME actors in paying taxes can use a strategy in the form of outreach about taxation, updating the tax service system, transparency in the management and utilization of tax funds, and making policies or sanctions for MSME actors who do not comply with tax payments.

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the public services available at the Bima Regency Environmental Service in waste management at the Final Disposal Site (TPA). In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. While the location of this research was carried out at the Bima Regency Environmental Service. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Environmental Service is optimal, although it is still hindered by several obstacles related to waste management. The supporting factors such as the performance of employees in providing services, as well as inhibiting factors such as the geographical location of the Bima Regency area, and the lack of availability of land, lack of communication from the Office related to the community, lack of outreach to the community. It can be interpreted that the Quality of Public Services at the Environmental Office for Waste Management at the TPA is maximal enough in providing its services.
