The development of the world financial system has led to the increasing importance of the role of professional financial institution management. Financial institutions are institutions that manage financial resources from other parties to be used for more productive activities. Advances in technology, information systems, and market openness at a wider level, for example at the global level, require financial institutions to be more careful in managing their business so as not to fall into losses that can involve many parties. This potential loss can arise from an institution's failure to manage the risks it faces, both financial risk, business risk and systemic risk. Therefore, proper risk management for a financial institution is a must.

Bintan Regency has abundant marine and fishery potential because most of it’s territory is the ocean. Micro enterprises with the type of marine fisheries are in third place after culinary and retail in this district. However, there are still some problems in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Binan Regency, including the lack of digital marketing implementation for micro business actors. This study aims to find out how DKUPP is strategy is in developing marine and fisheries potential based micro enterprises in Bintan Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results (1) On the indicators of creating a good business climate, DKUPP Bintan Regency has implemented several practices or programs in order to develop micro enterprises, especially those based on marine and fisheries potential in Bintan Regency. (2) In producing integrated information, DKUPP Bintan Regency disseminated all information to micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency through Whatsapp Gropus, Instagram social media, radio broadcast and writing to the sub district. (3) In the establishment of a consultation center, DKUPP Bintan Regency has and Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) but can’t run optimally because human resources are still inadequate and the PLUT building is still far from the reach of micro enterpreneurs in Bintan Regency. (4) In creating a join marketing system, DKUPP Bintan Regency has carried out several methods, including by holding bazaars, promoting micro business products via Whatsapp and implementing a new policy plans related to e-catalogue and reinforcement. (5) On the indicators of creating research and development institutions, Bintan Regency does not yet have a research center specifically designated for business actors in Bintan Regency. The conclusion of the research is that the strategy implemented by DKUPP Bintan Regency has not run optimally because there are still several obstacles in the development process.

  The study is based on the problems that occurred in passport management at the immigration office of class ii before the release of the apapo and m-passport applications, and the supervision and services that passport care applicants face such as less effective assurance of service, inefficient institutional performance efficiency, queue issues at the slow service bureau, People had to wait a long time to manage passports, but sometimes it was also unclear that their services, once applied online, still lacked the requirement of service to manage passports and were unable to schedule the days and times. Immigration office class II TPI Tanjung Balai Karimun applies to information technologies based on applications systems and some service innovations such as friendly ham, eazy passport, sicross and sijamat are a step to make it easier in the process of better passport management management. The study aims to know the effect after information technology has been applied to passport management services and to use a qualitative approach or type of descriptive with the paradigm used is constructivism, which suggests that knowledge is not only the construct of subject thought studied and related to this study of the subjective and subjective realities rather than the product of experience alone, But it is a construct by thinking with the application of applications for information technology service. The theory used by the sangkala (2013) analysed is five major indicators or strategies of innovation in the government sector: integrated services, decentralized services and monitoring services, joint operation, citizen outreach, and the introduction of communication and information technology. Instruments of data gathering that are interviews, observations, and documentation and data triangulation. The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Hypertension or high blood disease is actually a disorder of blood vessels that results in the supply of oxygen and nutrients carried by the blood is hampered to the body tissues in need.hypertension is often called the silent killer dark killer, because it includes diseases that women are declared hypertensive if their blood pressure is 160/95 mmHg. (Nurhaidar, 2010).In addition to hypertension, gout is now also a topic that is very much discussed by women, because most uric acid attacks women, especially the elderly. However, in this day and age it is not only the elderly who can get gout, adults can also get this gout. Irianto in his book entitled Public Health Science said that gout is referred to as a degenerative disease because the incidence rate is related to the degeneration process in old age that takes place according to time and age. (Simamora and Saragih 2019).  Research conducted in the scientific journal Permas shows the results that of the 13 causes of gout, most of the causes are diet and lifestyle. So that those who should be more susceptible to gout are men because their serum uric acid levels are higher than women.(Sulistyoningtyas and Khusnul Dwihestie 2022).Community service activity entitled  "Socialization on the Application of Ergonomic Gymnastics to Reduce Blood Pressure in Kabil Village, Kavling Baru, RT 003 RW 013, Danau Indah Punggur" The activity was welcomed by RW 013 Kavling Baru, Punggur with the hope of getting information about handling hypertension and gout, so as to control and prevent various kinds of disorders of the cardiovascular system in the form of hypertension,  heart, or stroke that can interfere with public health.

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. Companies engaged in finance, in the form of capital, namely the provision of savings and loan capital. The number of employees is 22. In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

Therefore, the service team will create an information system that can produce appropriate, relevant, accountable and accurate information for internal and external interests. The first is providing assistance in the management of financial transactions carried out by Partners. Therefore, several approaches can be used to overcome this problem, such as counseling, socialization, methoring and implementation in assisting the preparation of financial reports.The results of this servive show that the knowledge and expertise on CV. Malakewi Mitra Abadi regarding the preparation of financial reports using the Miscrosoft Excel program or manually has increased. Financial reports that include accounting data are readily available to partners.

This study aims to determine the state of political literacy of the Keboansikepl community, as well as to understand the role of the KPU in the context of the state of political literacy. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, to reveal phenomena related to political literacy based on the results of research documents conducted by the Sidoarjo Regency KPU. as well as information from informants from the KPU of East Java Province. The results of the study conclude that the state of political literacy in the Keboansikep community is still very limited only to literacy related to the electoral process and does not reflect education that is oriented towards strengthening the system of understanding and actualizing the rights and obligations of citizens. The new political education is carried out by the KPU through socialization activities, technical guidance (technical guidance) and voter education which it will carry out in the context of the agenda for the stages of the election that will be held as election organizers. The state does not yet have an educational program to improve systemic and sustainable political literacy. The disappointment of the voting community towards the attitude and performance of the leaders and representatives of the people from the general election results in an anomalous phenomenon where the public is known to have knowledge and understanding of politics but it is not consistent with their attitudes and behavior. In political education, the KPU plays a role in conveying information about the election events it holds and providing political education to the public which is only limited to the electoral context for the sake of increasing the percentage of voters turned out and decreasing the percentage of invalid votes

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.

To improve and supervise the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Probolinggo Regency Government, the local Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) made a breakthrough with a reporting application. Performance reporting through an application called SIKePPo or the Probolinggo Regency Government Employee Performance Information System application. The program implementation by the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Probolinggo Regency seeks to improve personnel management and administration quickly, precisely and accurately. Although this program has been implemented well, it has not yet achieved optimal results. This study seeks to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of program policies in the BKD of Probolinggo Regency. The two problems studied are: (1) the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD, and (2) the factors that influence the implementation of the SIKePPo program. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD and the factors that hindered the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the application of Edwards III theory and Bambang Sunggono theory. Data was collected by means of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The selection of informants used purposive sampling technique, and qualitative data analysis was inductive. The results showed that the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the BKD of Probolinggo Regency was running quite well in accordance with the four elements that determine policy implementation, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the web-based SIKePPo program at the Probolinggo District BKD are related to policy content, HR support, infrastructure and communication facilities.

Advances in technology have made Accounting Information Systems an inseparable part of all forms of organization. Organizations use standardized systems to ensure a balance of comparison and reporting. The application of the Accounting Information System (SIA) in non-governmental organizations has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles. This study seeks to explore the use of accounting information systems used by non-governmental organizations in the Central Java region and to determine whether these organizations are capable of designing systems independently in accordance with international standards. The study also evaluates system usage, user competence, system quality, design capabilities and their impact on financial reporting. The research method used surveys and interviews of 50 employees of non-governmental organizations who had used accounting information systems. Quantitative data processing using the SPSS program and thematic analysis for interview results. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Accounting Confirmation System and financial reporting. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between AIS and financial reporting. However, it was also found that not all were able to design the SIA independently due to a shortage of experts and funding.

This study seeks to determine the effect of Accounting Information System (AIS) on the financial performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the aim of investigating the impact of recording systems, financial reporting systems, budget control systems, and cash management systems on financial performance. Entering and documenting daily business transactions manually has become impractical and from here organizations have realized the usefulness of adopting AIS to improve company performance. The study's findings provide valuable insights for SME owners, policymakers, and researchers interested in improving the financial performance of small businesses. adopt a descriptive research design and target 1640 SMEs This study used questionnaires as data collection instruments. Trials are conducted to ensure the validity and reliability of the tool. The Statistics Package for Social Sciences version 24 is used to analyze data using descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results of this study show that there is a strong significant relationship between the financial reporting system and the financial performance of SMEs. In addition, several ways are also provided to improve the effectiveness of AIS which has a significant impact on the financial performance of SMEs. From the results found, it is advisable to research further on the same research area. In addition, several recommendations are given to improve financial performance through effective AIS for SME owners and policy makers.

The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.

Information technology is growing rapidly from year to year. In the field of education, learning processes based on information technology are no longer unavoidable. Online learning is a scheme called e-learning that has the effect of transforming traditional education into a digital system. In this study, the data collection method used was interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information or data related to the research focus. The design of this application system uses an approach with the waterfall method which consists of the requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing/verification, and maintenance stages, with a web-based programming language including HTML for display design, PHP for creating dynamic websites and SQL as a data storage container. . The results of this research are that this e-learning application can optimize students' understanding of learning, images, animation, audio and video and the teaching and learning process continues when students or teachers are unable to attend..

Media information related to the internship is still difficult to obtain, making it difficult for students and students to search for internships. Information about apprenticeships is sometimes incomplete in providing the required requirements as well as unclear registration methods. Sometimes there are students and students who don't have a place for paid internships according to their expertise and so far. This study aims to build a system that can be utilized to provide convenience for students and students in finding information on paid internships and searching data using sequential searching methods. The sequential searching method is used to search for the status of paid internship applications whether accepted or rejected based on the internship application number. From the results of testing the data search as much as 15 times out of 350 data using the sequential searching method, the average value of the search time is 15.336 ms, the fastest search process is 10.982 ms and the longest search process is 19.634 ms.
