DHARMA EKONOMI 2022 sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Dharmaputra Semarang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap audit delay. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penelitian tahun 2018 – 2021 yang berjumlah sebanyak 30 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018 – 2021. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis regresi linier berganda yang dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS versi 24.0 for windows.             Hasil dari penelitian yang diperoleh secara parsial (uji-t) menunjukan bahwa nilai t-hitung profitabilitas (X1) adalah sebesar –3,423 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,001. Maka t-hitung > t-tabel (–3,423 > 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Nilai t-hitung solvabilitas (X2) adalah sebesar –3,875 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000. Maka t-hitung > t-tabel (–3,875 > 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel solvabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap audit delay. Nilai t-hitung ukuran perusahaan (X3) adalah sebesar 1,372 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,176. Maka t-hitung < t-tabel (1,372 < 2,008) dan nilai signifikasi > 0,05 (0,176 > 0,05). Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap audit delay. Nilai F-hitung sebesar 8,755 dan F-tabel sebesar 2,786 atau F-hitung > F-tabel dengan nilai signifikasi yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan pernyataan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas, solvabilitas, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan (uji-f) atau secara bersama – sama berpengaruh terhadap audit delay.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of stock prices and volume at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk before and during covid-19 pandemic. Type of this research used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Data analysis techniques using Paired Simple T-Test with SPSS 25. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.733 (p > 0.05). So Hi is rejected, Ho is accepted, which means there is no significant difference to the stock price of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk, before and during the covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T-Test on the stock volume of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk can be concluded that the significance value is 0.043 (p < 0.05). So, Hi is accepted, Ho is rejected, which means that there is a significant difference in share volume.

The purpose of this study was to determine the input analysis of Team Composition (HOCH MODEL) Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau. Primary data wa s collected through a questionnaire as a tool to prove the results of the study, the dat analysis technique in this study used SPSS, the sampling technique that has been selected is the Descriptive Analysis method (82 Lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University). This research aims to examine the influence of hedonistic style, spiritual intelligence, and financial literacy on students' personal financial management   at   the   Faculty   of   Economics,    Indonesian   Christian University,  Toraja.  This  research  utilizes  quantitative  methodologies. There  are 1,845  students  enrolled  in the Faculty  of Economics  at the Indonesian Christian University Toraja. The Slovin formula was applied to 95 individuals as research samples. Primary data and secondary data are the types of data that are used, and the SPSS version 25 program is used to manage them. Questionnaires  utilizing the probability sampling approach, proportionate  stratified random sampling, are among the data collecting methods. This research employs instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing as data analysis approaches. At a significance level of 5%, the results of the  study  indicated  that  financial  literacy  did  not  have  a  significant positive influence on the personal financial management of students, whereas the hedonistic  style variable had a positive but non-significant effect. Spiritual intelligence has a beneficial and significant impact on the financial management of pupils. Styles of hedonism, spiritual intelligence, and financial literacy all have positive and significant effects on personal financial management, as evidenced by the estimated F value of 32.210, which is more than the F table value of 2.705 and has a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

This study focuses on location, product innovation, and service quality affecting consumer satisfaction. In addition, the investigated question is “Do location, product innovation, and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo?” Furthermore, the objective of this study was to find out to what extent the effect of location, innovation, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. The employed data collection method was a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using a validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). To facilitate the data processing, researchers used SPSS v. 25. The results of the t-test examining the effect of location on customer satisfaction showed that t_count was > t_table (0.734 > 1.66792) with a significant level below 0.1 (i.e., 0.000). Thus, the location does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, H_O is accepted, meaning that the location does not partially affect customer satisfaction. In addition, the results of the t-test examining the effect of innovation on customer satisfaction presented that t_count  was > t_table (3.253 < 1.66792), indicating that innovation has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Additionally, the results of the t-test examining the effect of service quality on satisfaction revealed that t_count  was > t_table (3.455 > 1.66792). Therefore, H_a is accepted, meaning that service quality affects consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Apart from that, the results of the F test showed that F_count  was > F_table (19.203 > 3.13), indicating that location, innovation, and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination presented an R-squared of 0.462 or 46%. This shows that the percentage of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 46% while the remaining 54% is from the influence of other variables not observed in this study.

Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are required to submit audited annual financial reports to the public, which information will then be used by interested parties for consideration in making decisions. However, in fact not all issuers are able to publish their annual financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. So that this study aims to determine the effect of financial performance on the delay in the publication of audited financial statements mediated by audit report lag. The object of research is issuers with consumer cyclicals and consumer non-cyclicals sectors and late in publishing their audited financial reports, observation period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and resulted in 46 samples. The research method used is statistical t test, path analysis and Sobel test using the help of the IBM SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on audit report lag, profitability has no effect on delays in the publication of audited financial statements, audit report lag affects delays publication of audited financial statements, and audit report lag succeeded in mediating profitability against the delay in publication of audited financial statements.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah reward dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 karyawan di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Makassar Utara. Kemudian Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS) V.25.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel reward (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja dan variabel reward (X1)memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan komitmen organisasi (X2). Secara simultan kedua variabel bebas reward (X1) dan komitmen organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yakni disiplin kerja(Y).

Meningkatkan hasil produk yang berkualitas tinggi menjadi salah satu tujuan utama dari kegiatan proses produksi yang dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah responden 176 karyawan bagian produksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuesioner (angket) dan studi pustaka. Pengujian kualitas pada instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan korelasi, sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 26. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk dengan nilai R-Square sebesar 0,487. Analisis ini hanya dilakukan pada satu perusahaan manufaktur dan tidak memperhitungkan variabel lain atau variabel moderator yang ikut mempengaruhi kualitas produk.

This study aims to determine the effect of partially significant career development on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the effect of partially significant work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency, to determine the development of career and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 61 employees consisting of 41 civil servants, 7 regional honorary employees, and 13 non-permanent employees at the Department of Communication and Information, Bima Regency. The sample in this study were 41 civil servants with the sampling technique used, namely the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that career development had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, career development and work motivation had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Communication and Informatics Statistics Bima Regency.

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Persepsi Harga, Cita Rasa, dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen di Kober Mie Setan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Persepsi Harga (X1), Cita Rasa (X2), Promosi (X3), dan Loyalitas Konsumen (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi,wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner atau angket pada konsumen Kober Mie Setan Kediri. Pada penelitian ini memiliki populasi sejumlah 350 responden serta sampel sejumlah 187 responden dengan teknik analisa uji instrumen, uji prasyarat analisis, dan pengujian hipotesis diharapkan dapat menjawab empat rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini. Analisa dikerjakan dengan Software SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil uji yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Persepsi Harga (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; 2) Cita Rasa (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; 3) Promosi (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan; Persepsi Harga (X1), Cita Rasa (X2), dan Promosi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen (Y) di Kober Mie Setan

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara variabel disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif karena mengarah kepada metode pengukuran dan sampel untuk menguji variabel dan hipotesis. Dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 28, peneliti melakukan beberapa pengujian antara lain uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji koefisien determinasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan tetap, dan semua karyawan tetap digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian (sampel jenuh). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Fasilitas kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan disiplin kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi membuat investor tertarik untuk menanamkan modalnya pada perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja keuangan perusahaan seperti profitabilitas, struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan kebijakan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah 86 perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 48 laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2020. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen secara signifikan mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan dividen tidak signifikan dan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan komunikasi yang efektif, motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu 40 orang karyawan UD. Kondang Roso dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji t, uji F, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel komunikasi efektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Secara simultan variabel komunikasi efektif, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada UD. Kondang Roso.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompensasi langsung, kompensasi tidak langsung serta kinerja karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pada Departemen Quality Control PT Kideco Jaya Agung Kecamatan Batu Sopang Kabupaten Paser Kalimantan Timur yaitu 36 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner (angket) dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif persentase dan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,869 + 0,586 X1 + 0,197 X2. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil hipotesis uji F menunjukan Fhitung : 29,061 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000. Karena probabilitas signifikan jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0  ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sedangkan hasil hipotesis uji parsial untuk variabel kompensasi tidak langsung diperoleh thitung  = 1,525 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,137 > 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha  diterima. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial H2 yang menyatakan bahwa “Ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan kompensasi tidak langsung secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan”, diterima. Dan untuk kompensasi langsung diperoleh thitung  = 5,964 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha  diterima. Koefesien Determinasi diketahui bahwa nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,616. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi  kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan adalah 61,6 %.

Loyalitas Pelanggan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya adalah Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan. Dari ketiganya, mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan Loyalitas Pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dalam menggunakan jasa Gojek Online di kota Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi penelitian adalah Loyalitas Pelanggan di kota Semarang dengan pengambilan sistem sampel dengan jumlah 100 responden (sampel). Variabel pada penelitian terdiri dari: Variabel bebas Inovasi (X1), Kepercayaan (X2), dan Kemudahan (X3) serta variabel terikat yaitu Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). Model penelitiannya adalah analisi regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dengan alat bantu statistic program SPSS V.22 diperoleh persamaan regresi linear berganda adalah Y= 0,533+ 0,223 X1 + 0,460 X2 + 0,245 X3 + µ. Hasil persamaan linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Inovasi terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (t hitung 2,580 > t table sebesar 1,98498), Kepercayaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan ( t hitung 4,042 > t tabel 1,98498), Kemudahan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (t hitung 2,597 > t table 1,98498), secara individual Inovasi, Kepercayaan dan Kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Pengaruh ketiga variabel penelitian sangat kuat dengan nilai koefisien (R Square) yang diperoleh sebesar 61,9% terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan 37,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak terdeteksi pada penelitian ini.

The current problems of income inequality, slow economic growth, and other interrelated complexities are all directly linked to poverty. Finally, all nations must fight poverty in order to provide a recognized and prosperous life for their citizens. Therefore, the aim of this study is to ascertain how poverty will change in Central Java Province between 2017 and 2021 as a result of inequality in income distribution and economic growth. Using quantitative research techniques, this research. Inequality of Income Distribution, Economic Growth, and Poverty The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province in 2017–2021 is a secondary data source with time series data. In addition, other methods were used to collect and analyze the data. and processed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the partial and simultaneous test results show that the Inequality of Income Distribution and Economic Growth does not have an insignificant effect on the Poverty Level. But secondly, when the correlation and determination tests were carried out, the results showed that the two independent variables had a relationship of 64.1% and an influence of 41.1% on the Poverty Level in Central Java Province for the 2017-2021 period.

This research will show how external debt and also the level of FDI affect the GRDP of case studies in the Makassar region from 2009-2013. The theory of multiple linear regression analysis is applied in quantitative research methodology. Secondary data from the Makassar Central Bureau of Statistics is used as a data source. Information only regarding the amount of Indonesian loans, the total level of realization of FDI inflows by Indonesia, but also figures regarding the degree and total local national GRDP of Makassar City were all collected using straight literary elements using figures for the period 2009 to 2013 (5 years). The quantitative approach is indeed a technique used to assess the level of guiding decisions in one component having several other characteristics using the SPSS 25 application. Thus, producing an initial model that shows a positive and beneficial effect of the independent variables external debt and FDI is relevant to the dependent variable of City GRDP Macassar. This shows that it is important to increase these two variables because the GRDP level of Makassar city will also increase.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of customer experience, consumer confidence, prices and flight ticket purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application for UNIMAR AMNI Semarang Students. The sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents who used airline ticket services in the Traveloka application. By using probability sampling technique, namely by random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Customer experience, consumer trust, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 0.095 + 0.484.X1 + 0.195.X2 +0.295.X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the increase in the number of passengers is the price variable with a regression coefficient of 0.095. And the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.780 or 78.0% which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by customer experience, consumer confidence and price variables which are 63.8% and other factors that influence passenger decisions are 36.2 % or 0.362.
