Aqiqah, the slaughter of animals as a form of gratitude for the birth of a child, is a tradition that has long been practiced by Muslims. However, as time goes by, the meaning and purpose behind this tradition sometimes becomes blurred, even trapped in empty ritualism. This article aims to explore the meaning and purpose of aqiqah based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a literature review method with a focus on verses and interpretations related to aqiqah, this research concludes that aqiqah is more than just a tradition. Aqiqah is a form of devotion to Allah SWT, a form of gratitude for the blessing of the birth of a child, and a prayer for the child's safety and blessings in this world and the afterlife. Through slaughtering animals, aqiqah also contains social and human values, such as sharing with the community and building relationships. This article invites readers to reflect again on the practice of aqiqah, not only as a formality, but as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT and carrying out Islamic teachings with wisdom. In this way, aqiqah can be a moment full of meaning and bring blessings to children and families.

Religious moderation plays a crucial role in Indonesia, a society with diverse beliefs and religious backgrounds. Religious leaders, with government support, strive to prevent violence and intolerance in Indonesia. One approach used is interfaith moderation. The concept of moderate Islam becomes a significant religious perspective in addressing diversity in Indonesia. To strengthen the role of Islamic schools (madrasah) in combating radicalism and extremism, religious moderation needs to be incorporated into the madrasah curriculum. The aim of this approach is to mediate between two extreme poles while emphasizing the importance of internalizing religious teachings on one side and understanding the context of religious texts on the other side. To examine this issue, the research was conducted using qualitative methods, particularly a case study. This method aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding of individuals, groups, or situations. In analyzing the data, the researcher applied an interactive model. Data analysis activities include data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results indicate that religious moderation instilled in students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Khairat Kwandang, North Gorontalo Regency, not only occurs in formal settings but is also integrated into every learning session. One form of moderation practiced by students is providing advice to fellow students, fostering a sense of care among them.

Beauty and elegance are characteristics that are inherent in a woman and cannot be separated, beauty is often contested using the term beauty contest. Beauty can be seen from different perspectives, for example skin color, slender body shape and straight or wavy hair. Currently, girls from adolescence to adulthood are competing to be beautiful, the term often used for beauty tools is skincare. Focusing on body beauty and facial beauty makes women forget about the beauty of their hearts. Caring for and cleaning the body is the right action to do, this means that we respect the body that God has given us. However, it is much more important than just body beauty, character beauty is also the main thing, it would really be better if inner beauty and physical beauty (innerbeauty) could be had. A person's inner beauty can lead him to the gates of success, like the story of Queen Esther (Esther 2:1-18). This research uses a literature review method. This research aims to examine how the beauty of a person's character is the main foundation for behavior, thereby bringing success in a person's life.

The global economic recession is a global economic downturn that affects the domestic economies of countries in the world. The stronger the economic dependence of one country on the global economy, the faster a recession will occur in that country. In 2020 the country of Indonesia and even the world are exposed to the COVID-19 virus which has an impact on the country's economic growth, even the world economy. This is the trigger for an economic recession. This has led to many different public perspectives on the occurrence of a global economic recession whose opinions or reactions are expressed on social media Youtube. The data was obtained by crawling techniques from social media Youtube with a total of 500 comments used. The data is then labeled (class) with a lexicon-based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, it was obtained 185 positive labeled data (37%) and 315 negative opinions (63%). The data preprocessing stage is carried out in preparation for the data to be processed for sentiment analysis. Of the many opinions obtained, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the 2023 global economic recession will be carried out using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm. This study also applied the TF-IDF word weighting method with the n-gram feature used, namely bigram (n=1). The system will be evaluated using a confusion matrix. The implementation results show a prediction model with a total of 500 opinion data with a comparison of training data and test data of 9:1, producing an accuracy value of 84.00%, a precision value of 75.00%, a recall of 30.00%, and an f1-score of 42.86%. The performance of the system model built in this study can be said to be good.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global business entites, organizational effectiveness plays an increasingly crucial role. The success or failure of an organization is heavily dependent on the quality of human resources, recognized as the most vital organizational assets. This research aims to measure human resource accounting and explore the concept of behavioral accounting in two critical contexts: human resource accounting (HRA) and social accounting. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on past and current phenomena. Findings indicate that, from a conventional accounting perspective, human resources have not been fully recognized as assets. Human resource accounting is a novel concept in financial accounting, requiring further research. This understanding emphasizes that employees are considered organizational assets through a cost or human value approach. The implication is the need for integrating behavioral dimensions in human resource management and social aspects in accounting decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness holistically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral accounting theory and practice, providing insights into the role of accounting in social and human resource contexts.

Unregistered marriage (nikah sirri) is a phenomenon that has attracted the attention of many, both from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. This study aims to critically examine nikah sirri, including its definition, legal basis, and the social impacts it causes. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data from various sources, including legal literature, interviews, and case studies. The results show that although nikah sirri is recognized under Islamic law, its practice often conflicts with the state's legal protection and can have negative consequences, especially for women and children. The issue of nikah sirri is complex as it involves two different legal domains—religious law and state law. On the one hand, nikah sirri may be considered valid according to Islamic principles if it fulfills the requirements and pillars of marriage. On the other hand, since it is not recorded in the state’s administrative system, it raises several legal and social issues, particularly regarding the protection of women's and children's rights. Therefore, a well-structured problem formulation is needed to thoroughly explore the conflicts and gaps between Islamic law and positive law in addressing the practice of nikah sirri.

This research aims to analyze the judge's decision regarding environmental crimes committed by corporations through Decision Number 190/Pid.B/LH/2020/PN Plw. This research uses a type of normative research with three approaches for the purposes of legal analysis and explanation, namely the case approach, statutory approach and conceptual approach. In contrast to previous research, this research specifically describes how judges interpret judges' interpretations in deciding cases of environmental crimes committed by corporations in more detail, not only from a criminal law perspective but also from the perspective of environmental law itself. The results of this research show that the Defendant in the "a quo" case is not a human being/person who can physically act and speak in front of the court, but rather a corporation with a legal entity, so in this case the Defendant PT. APAI must be represented by its administrator, namely Mr. GKE who is the Director of PT. WHAT. The defendant's actions were categorized as gross negligence because they reflected very serious negligence because they had a significant impact and were detrimental to the wider community. The defendant was not sentenced to prison but was only sentenced to a minimum fine in accordance with the provisions of Article 99 Paragraph (1). The defendant was also sentenced to additional punishment or disciplinary action in the form of reparation for the consequences of the criminal act even though this article was not included in the prosecutor's indictment. The additional punishment imposed is in the form of the amount of costs required to improve the environment in the amount of land that has been determined by taking into account the polluter pays principle and the precautionary principle. For this reason, the imposition of additional criminal sanctions should be decided by considering the concept of sustainable and environmentally sound development by taking into account various aspects including social, economic and environmental.

Regarding the arrival of Islam in Indonesia, different perspectives emerge, influenced by the complexity of the phenomenon that Islam does not have a single origin in one place or a specific group.  This diversity of theories is shaped by differences in historians' evidence, interests, religious subjectivities, and  ideologies.  Although  the early arrival of Islam was concluded in 1963, research on the process of the arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia continues to develop, providing opportunities to refine or strengthen existing theories.  Ulama (Islamic scholars) play a central role in the early arrival and development of Islam in Indonesia. Arab merchants, who were also Islamic scholars, formed the first group to propagate and develop Islam, followed by professional Sufi dais (religious leaders).  The  Sufi ulama figures are closely related to two main figures: the 4,444 traders who spread Islam through trade, the economic center of society, and the sultans, who spread Islam through  authority. These features of the spread of Islam effectively contributed to the growth of Islam. The ulama developed Islam through three main channels: culture (preaching, educatin, art, culture, marriage), struture (politics and power), and economics (through trade routes). In other words, the Islaization process in Indonesia is influenced by political power and the spirit of da'wah.  In this context, keywords such as the entry of Islam in Indonesia, the development of Islam in Indonesia, the role of ulama and Sufis, and da'wah are central points for understanding these power relations.
