This training aims to provide understanding and skills to participants in using the mail merge technique to make invitation letters to parents en masse. Mass invitation letters are often required in educational contexts, such as parent meetings at schools. The mail merge method allows for the creation of personalized and efficient invitation letters, by combining data from separate sources into a letter template. During the training, participants will be taught about mail merge concepts, data preparation steps, creating letter templates using word processing software, and merging data into templates. The training will also discuss the benefits of using mail merge, including time efficiency and accuracy in conveying information to parents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants are expected to master the steps in making mass invitation letters using mail merge. The results of this training are expected to give participants the ability to create personalized and efficient invitation letters to parents in various contexts, including education and other organizations. Thus, this training contributes in improving the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving sending mass invitation letters to parents.

Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

The optimization of ship crew changes and Maritime Employment Agreement (MEA) contracts implementation is a crucial challenge in the shipping industry. This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

Trade liberalization or free trade is a condition in which a country engages in trade with other nations without any barriers. The process towards achieving free trade is referred to as trade liberalization. One of the goals of trade liberalization is to promote economic growth by capturing both static and dynamic benefits of trade through more efficient allocation of resources. This research aims to examine the impact of international trade liberalization on export-import growth in five ASEAN countries. The study employs a qualitative descriptive research approach using literature review methods, drawing information from previous research journals and utilizing data obtained from the World Bank. The research is conducted in five ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The results of this research explain that trade liberalization and economic openness provide access to knowledge for developing countries and create a more competitive environment, forcing domestic producers to improve the quality of their products to remain competitive with foreign producers. Trade liberalization is associated with opening market access for a country's export products to the world. The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

The quality of a product depends on how the manufacturer applies the supply of raw materials used. The application of a good supply of raw materials can expedite the production process. There are many factors that affect the smooth production process. One of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the production process is the supply of raw materials. Raw materials in the production process include raw materials, semi-finished materials and finished goods. In running its business, Kedai Surabi Gapura experiences difficulties in terms of implementing raw material supplies considering the large number of orders that the shop receives every month so that Kedai Surabi Gapura cannot determine the number of priority raw material needs that must be purchased according to production needs. Surabi Gapura requires an appropriate method of supplying raw materials for production. By applying the raw material inventory classification method, it is hoped that Kedai Surabi can find out the priority classification of raw materials used based on raw material prices, in this case related to capital. Shop owners need to implement raw material inventory planning and control because to find out what the difference is between the costs incurred for purchasing raw materials and the amount of raw material requirements according to the daily production target. In addition to the raw material inventory classification method needed in an effort to expedite the production process, the shop also needs to apply the right raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, raw material maintenance costs arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials, it is hoped that the Surabi Gapura Shop will place orders in economical quantities to determine the point of reordering raw materials so that the costs incurred by the Surabi Gapura Shop are efficient.The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative descriptive method. In this study the method used aims to determine the appropriate method of inventory of production raw materials with the raw material inventory classification method and the correct raw material ordering method in order to save costs incurred such as transportation costs for sending raw materials, raw material storage costs, ordering costs, maintenance costs for raw materials arising from inventory. By applying the EOQ method for reordering raw materials.From the results of calculations using the POM QM For Windows software based on the results of data processing using the ABC class classification analysis method for raw materials from 15 types of raw materials, they can be classified based on their respective classes according to the amount and investment value or rupiah spent to obtain these raw materials. Then by using the calculation of the EOQ method with the POM QM For Windows software, business owners can find out the optimal number of orders in the production process, namely the optimal number of orders is at 8,869.52 units, that is, if the demand in one day is 250 units.

Bar bending schedule is a systeem of bending patterns of reinforcement that includes data on diameter, shape, length and number of reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to obtain images of bar bending schedule documents, pile cap foundation iron volumes and find out whether Autodesk Revit software is more efficient and effective than conventional methods. This research uses quantitative methods and the manufacturing process uses the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with autodesk revit software. The results showed that the use of Autodesk Revit software makes it more effective, especially in making bar bending schedule documents, because everything is made automatically. The volume of pile cap iron produced by Autodesk Revit software is 46,878 kg has a difference with the existing (conventional) volume. The volume result of autodesk revit software is less with a difference of 1.29%. This shows that Autodesk Revit software is more efficient in terms of calculating the volume of concrete iron.

A This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Blended Learning models towards Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities and Self-Regulated, (2) the improvement of student’s mathematical problem solving and self regulated learning (3) the advantages of the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning model. This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research using library research methods. The data in this study were obtained from a collection of literature such as theses and journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion, namely Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities And Self-Regulated. The results show that, 1) Blended Learning Model has a great effect on students' problem solving abilities based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.56 where this number is included in the high category and Blended Learning Model has a great effect on student’s self-regulated based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.73  2) There is an increase in  mathematical the student's problem solving abilities and self-regulated learning that are taught through blended learning models. This can be seen from the achievement of N-Gain value and indicators in the experimental class in the literature which is generally better than the control class. 3) Based on the analysis, it was found that the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning. it can be obtained that the advantages of blended learning models as follows: (a) Learning is more effective and efficient, (b) Improve accessibility. with blended learning, it is easier for learning participants to access material learning. and disadvantages of blended learning is Not evenly distributed facilities owned by students, such as computers and internet access. Even though blended learning requires adequate internet access, if the network is inadequate it will make it difficult for participants to take part in independent learning via online.

Group 06 focuses on MSMEs of duck breeders because one of our flagship programs is to make an egg incubator machine. After the use of this egg incubator machine, the hope is that business people know that there is a more efficient way to improve the welfare of their business, and another thing that is desired is that the people of Nglebak Village are not left behind about technology in the current era of globalization. Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.

In this research we design and build a portable gas leak detection system for household gas distributors. The performance of the designed system is described and evaluated. The system aims to speed up the time in detecting gas leaks. System portability allows implementation and monitoring in the form of a website. System design and performance are assessed and proven effective in detecting gas leaks, providing a reliable and efficient solution for gas distributors. The method used is the conditional method where the gas leak detection system is made with Nodemcu esp8266, sensor mq6, buzzer, step-down lm2596, and led. The results obtained from testing the leak detection system explain the testing and evaluation of the gas cylinder inspection system. The system is designed to check 3kg gas cylinders, category level 1 with numbers 300-500, category level 2 with numbers 500-750, category level 3 with numbers 750-1000, and category level 4 with numbers higher than 1000. Detection of gas leaks in each valve takes about 13 seconds to detect leaking gas, send data to the website and provide output to the buzzer.

Human resources play an important role in helping an organization or company achieve its goals, and as a result, business growth is highly dependent on employee performance. Each employee receives a salary directly from the company, which is distributed at a time determined by the company, in accordance with the terms of the employee agreement with the company. UD Wahyu Printing is still doing it. At the UD Wahyu printing press, payroll calculation activities are still carried out manually using a calculator and manual recording which causes errors in calculating an employee's salary, so an electronic system must be created to overcome this problem. As for a goal to be achieved in this research is to perform a salary calculation of employees by implementing an automatic payroll system to make it more effective and efficient. This study uses a type of qualitative research with interviews and direct observation methods. The results of this study through the stages of implementation and trials carried out that the employee payroll information system at the UD Wahyu printing press can link payroll information with employee attendance procedures, and the data is stored in a database so that reports can be printed. And the system can provide facilities to employees regarding payroll calculations.

The way to win the competition is that restaurants must try to find out what consumers need and want, so that consumers decide to buy their products. So a SWOT analysis is needed, namely Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat that is right in facing the competition in the business world. So that the company gets a big advantage by knowing the SWOT analysis of its marketing strategy.

In the entrepreneurship program, students focus on entrepreneurship or MSMEs where KKNT activities take place. The goals set by students in this service are that the community can develop their business in a more modern, efficient and inclusive way, giving students experience of integration with the environment, serving the community directly, finding various issues and learning to deal with problems faced by the community. The method of implementing community service activities is a qualitative approach with the type of observation, and distributing pamphlets through social media. Bazaar as a marketing channel and product marketing tool introduces consumers to MSME partners. This was achieved through the collaboration of KKN-T students and MSME partners in holding bazaars. This time, in holding the bazaar, MSME players who attend must be able to attract their own consumers. Of course KKN-T students also help market MSME products. The bazaar event is also expected to increase the creativity of students and MSME actors in marketing their products. By holding the Ramadhan Bazaar in Laweyan village, it can increase the income of MSME players and expand the existing market share. In addition, MSME actors have started to create social media accounts and promote their products and are willing to create NIBs to make business easier. About 90% of MSME partners are satisfied with holding the Ramadhan bazaar and find it helpful. This proves that the cooperation of the committee with the existence of a bazaar in Laweyan village helps as well as prospers the goals of the Thematic KKN entrepreneurship scheme.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of empowering teaching staff on work productivity in high school education staff in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study were all high school education staff in Tasikmalaya Regency. Sampling from the study population was carried out using a total sampling technique, namely as many as 53 education staff. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of empowering teaching staff on work productivity in high schools throughout Tasikmalaya Regency. Empowerment of employees is an important strategy for organizations to increase the strength and engagement of their employees with the assumption that empowered employees tend to be more efficient in completing work. Thus, the Principal must maintain the empowerment that has been done before and increase empowerment in terms of credibility with employees such as involving employees in planning and decision-making processes.

Human resource management (HRM) is an important component in any organization or business. The effectiveness of HR management will have an impact on  the company's performance and output. In an Islamic perspective, effective HR management should be built on ideas that uphold Islamic ideals. Allah Almighty has given responsibility to man to manage human resources as effectively as possible. This is related to the idea of trust, which states that everyone is responsible for the property that Allah Almighty has entrusted to him. Man is assigned to use human resources as efficiently as possible by Allah SWT. This relates to the concept of amanah, which states that each individual is responsible for the material possessions that Allah Almighty has given them. Therefore, it is very important to apply justice and kindness in managing human resources. The list of books and articles in this review does not provide a comprehensive picture. Although these restrictions are sufficiently mitigated by the selection of different authors and publications, the results may be improved by a more thorough study. In many types of conflict, including war, religion has been shown to be a motivating factor in demonstrating human commitment and devotion. Knowing how religion functions in business can help develop the potential of HRM. A brief review of Islam's place in business, particularly in HRM, has the potential to have a significant impact.
