Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. With an administrative information system that has been integrated in a database, it will facilitate the process of financial calculations and the existence of a Client Server-based school administrative information system will connect between sections, namely the administrative section, school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation making it easier to access financial information. school any time

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. Current technology has developed rapidly, computers are one of them. Almost all types of jobs require a computer to complete the task. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

The state considers that all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, constitute violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity. The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the integrity and harmony of a household can be disrupted if the quality and self-control cannot be maintained, ultimately leading to domestic violence and causing a sense of insecurity or injustice to those within the household. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were factual and rapid in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The results showed that every individual within a household, in carrying out their rights and responsibilities, must be guided by religion. Such principles need to be nurtured and developed to build the integrity of a household.

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented.

Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Background: Improving the quality of life of Indonesian people can be done through educational efforts both at school and outside of school. The School Health Business (UKS) is a basic health business aimed at schools and is the duty of the public health center to achieve health and improve learning achievement of school children). One of the functions of the UKS is as a forum for providing early health education especially for school children. Method: Before the implementation of the activity, the number of students involved amounted to 40 people, while the selection of students based on grade 8 and grade 9 would be selected again after getting extension activities and transforming as a UKS cadre. Activity Methods Used (1) Lecture and Demonstration Methods to discuss General Knowledge about School Health Enterprises (UKS), the role and participation of students in UKS activities, Efforts to Encourage, (2) Learning Methods Used to Transfer Assistance or Skills from the Value System Owned resource person to students. As a guest speaker providing health examination exercises for special UKS cadre students consisting of general physical examination and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing). Results: The results of the data collection obtained for SMP did not have its own UKS room ,but it was still combined with the primary school room which was still in the same building. Schools do not have UKS cadres and have never done UKS program activities. The level of student knowledge related to UKS is also very low. Conclusion: the level of student knowledge after counseling was found as many as 36 (86%) people have good knowledge and 6 people (14%) have enough knowledge. This shows that the provision of counseling and training can increase student knowledge. Suggestions, for SatyaSai Junior High School and Denut 3 Public Health Center to make a policy about the importance of UKS and to continue the program to have UKS space and to form a UKS structure so that good student behavior is formed to increase PHBS in schools and to follow up

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.

Testing data using multiple linear regression analysis. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, regional financial accounting system, government accounting standards, internal control, the quality of local financial statements at the Regional Work Unit Unit in Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire in the Regional Work Unit Unit of Semarang City. Respondents in this research are Echelon III and Echelon IV. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the help of software SPSS version 16. Semarang Mini Iron Shop has 5 employees and a leader. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The development of technology is now something that is universal and can be utilized in various human lives. One of them is in business. In this era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality of service. In this case, Eka Jaya Electronics Shop is used as a place of research, because in this place the system is still manual and not well managed, so that errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.
