Abad ke-19 dapat dikatakan sebagai era peralihan sastra klasik ke sastra modern di kawasan Nusantara. Salah satu karya yang masih disalin pada masa ini adalah naskah-naskah yang berisi cerita MahabharataNaskah-naskah tersebut disalin untuk beberapa kepentingan, di antaranya untuk tujuan pendidikan dan penyewaan. Penelitian ini menguraikan sistem penyewaan naskah Melayu yang berisi cerita Mahabharata pada masa tersebut. Selanjutnya, analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan sejarah sastra. Kajian dilakukan dengan menganalisis kolofon naskah yang berisi cerita Mahabharata yang ada di koleksi Perpustakaan Nasional RI. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat memberikan gambaran sistem penyewaan naskah cerita Mahabharata di Melayu pada abad ke-19. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa sistem penyewaan naskah cerita Mahabharata di Melayu memperlihatkan fungsi nilai ekonomi sastra pada masa tersebut. Selain itu, proses penyalinannya berfungsi sebagai usaha mempopulerkan cerita Mahabharata dan pemertahanan budaya tulis Arab-Melayu.

Recruitment is the main task of the human resources department to find qualified candidates for open positions in a company or organization. The problem that is often faced by companies during recruitment is the difficulty in determining applicants who meet the criteria. A decision support system is defined as a system that helps a manager's work to overcome problems by providing data for selected decisions. The decision support system has a decision support method that is the profile matching method.The results of research that has carried out the profile matching method for recruiting new employees are carried out by comparing the input value with the company's target value so that the difference in GAP can be known. Then weighting is carried out on each aspect of the existing criteria after the GAP value is known. To determine the total value, the core factor and secondary factor are grouped based on the weighting results. With the results of the total value then ranking is carried out to obtain the final result.

This research has specific objectives, namely (1) Describing religious values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (2) Describe the social values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (3) Describe the cultural values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. (4) Describe the moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The basic theory in this research is structuralism theory. Structuralism theory is seen as a literary approach that emphasizes the study of the relationship between the building blocks concerned. This type of research is qualitative research, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis method is a method carried out by describing the facts which is then followed by analysis. Research methods such as reading techniques, recording things that are considered to contain religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values in the novel Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko, analyzing the extrinsic elements in the form of religious values, social values, cultural values, moral values, concluding the results study. The data source used is a literary work in the form of a novel entitled Elegi Tawa Niyusa by Lin Aiko. The result of this research is the discovery of extrinsic elements contained in the novel, namely the values contained in the novel, namely religious values in the form of keeping prayers, surrendering to God, perfecting worship, being filial to parents. Social values in the form of an attitude of respect or appreciation, an attitude of caring for each other, an attitude of caring for or protecting each other, and empathy for fellow creatures created by God. Cultural values that take the form of free association. Moral values that take the form of responsibility. The conclusion is surrender to God, mutual respect or respect, avoid promiscuity, always be responsible for the actions or decisions you have chosen.

This research discusses sexual violence against the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday by Laili Muttamimah. Therefore, this study aims to describe: (1) the form of sexual violence experienced by the female protagonist in the novel Mayday Mayday, (2) the implications for learning to identify novels for grade XI high school students.This research uses a qualitative approach. The data source of this research is the novel Mayday Mayday. The object of this research is all forms of sexual violence experienced by the main female character in the novel Mayday Mayday. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The forms of sexual violence contained in the novel Mayday Mayday are physical sexual harassment, non-physical sexual harassment, rape, sexual torture, and discrimination of the victim's gender identity. The results of this study are used in short story learning for grade XI high school students, in accordance with KD 3.6 analyzing the message of the novel fiction book read by understanding the content of the message conveyed by the author aims to develop reasoning skills.

The Wedding Agreement novel by Mia Chuz is a form of written literature containing code-mixed language elements. Code mixing is presented in the form of inserting English elements into Indonesian. The purpose of this study was to describe the form of linguistic elements, the causal factors and the function of mixing the English code in the novel Wedding Agreement by Mia Chuz and the implications for learning advertising texts, slogans and posters for class VIII SMP. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach using content analysis techniques. The results of the study found 120 data containing the form of linguistic elements of English code mixing in the form of inserting elements in the form of words, phrases, basters, and clauses as well as 7 causal factors and 8 functions of English code mixing in Mia Chuz's novel Wedding Agreement.

This research was conducted to analyze language errors in the drama script "My Father Pulang" by Usmar Ismail, aiming to identify language errors in the areas of syntax and diction. Then this study describes the mistakes. The method used in this study uses a descriptive-qualitative method. This type of research makes descriptions, makes descriptions, which are factual and accurate with the data. Qualitative methods are used to provide descriptions and explanations that are very clear, objective, analytical, systematic, and critical of language errors in the drama script "My Father Pulang". As for the results of this study there are diction errors, errors in the use of excessive words, and errors in syntax. Diction errors are related to errors in word selection in drama script sentences so that the meaning is not quite right. Errors in the use of excessive words, namely words that are used less effectively in one sentence that has more meaning. While the syntax field errors with inappropriate prepositions and related to morphology.

This research aims to: (1) Describe the value of the character's self-sacrificing struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (2) Describe the value of the struggle for unity of the characters in the novel Step  by J.S. Khairen. (3) Describe the value of the struggle for respect for the characters in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (4) Describe the value of the character's patient struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (5) Describe the value of never giving up struggle of the characters in the novel Step  by J.S. Khairen. (6) Describe the value of the character's cooperative struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen. (7) Describe the implications regarding the value of the character's struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen on literature learning in high school. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used are library techniques, listening techniques and further note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique uses text analysis techniques.The results of this research show that there are values of the characters' struggle in the novel Step by J.S. Khairen which is in accordance with Joyomartono's theory. The author found 25 data which were divided into six, namely 9 data on the value of being willing to sacrifice, 5 data on the value of unity, 2 data on the value of respect, 2 data on the value of patience, 4 data on the value of never giving up, 3 data on the value of cooperation. Apart from that, these values can be implied by studying literature in high school. Based on the 2013 curriculum in KD 3.8 interpret the author’s view of life in the novel read. and KD 4.8 Present the results of the interprestation of the author’s views both orally and in writting. The results of this study can be used as teaching material in studying literature in high school. Teaching materials can be used as a complement to the main textbook source.

The art of speaking characters in Wanita Idaman novels (Translated by Meggy P. Soedjatmiko) by Robert Goolrick: Rhetorical Study this study aims to describe the art of speaking characters based on the study of rhetorical types of dialogue (The art of speaking in discussion, debriefing, negotiation, conversation, and debate) and depiction of the character’s based on the dialogue of the characters in Wanita Idaman novels by Robert Goolrick. This study uses a literary work approach based on the art of speaking figures using the study of dialogic rhetoric. The study of dialogic rhetoric consists of five types of speaking arts, debriefing, negotiation, conversation, and debate. The project of research are the characters Catherine Land, Ralp Truitt, and Mrs. Larsen in the novel Wanita Idaman which was published on July 29 2010 with 406 pages thick. The data techniques. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative analysis techniques. The research rsult obtained in this study are in the form of studie on characters or characters Catherine Land, Ralp Truitt, and Mrs. Larsen based on the art of speaking the study of dialogic rhetoric which consists of the art of speaking discussion, question and answer, negotiation, conversation, ad debate in the novel Wanita Idaman by Robert Goolrick.

The song "Amin Paling Serius" popularized by Sal Priadi and Nadin Amizah is a very unique and magical song because the lyrics use a dialogue format between two male and female characters. The song with orchestral strains composed by Lafa Pratomo as the music producer for the song "Amin Paling Serius" brings listeners to explore their deepest feelings of love and hope. “Amin Paling Serius” tells of the love story of two people who come from two different backgrounds, and both offer their prayers with the most serious amen for their love journey together. The lyrics in this song are also very beautiful and poetic, coupled with a figurative language style that makes the song even more alive. The aims of this study include (1) analyzing the use of figurative language in the lyrics of the song "Amin Paling Serius". (2) Understanding and expressing the meaning of the song "Amin Paling Serius". The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are expected to be able to understand the meaning and use of figurative language in the song "Amin Paling Serius" which was popularized by Sal Priadi and Nadin Amizah.

The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, and find the style of language contained in song lyrics adrift by the time of one of Danilla Jelita Poetri Riyadi's works in the Telisik Album. In the lyrics of the song Adrift by the time of the album Telisik there are interesting words for the author to study based on his language style. Time adrift means "a series of processes" (in one's romantic relationships). And the real meaning in the lyrics of this song is a person's hope for the idol, wanting to have and also wanting to be loved by him. Hoping if his feelings can be accepted by that loved one. This song also describes how a person who is immersed in his longing for his sweetheart but he realizes that he has it alone he has not. This research uses descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data analysis techniques begin by identifying words that contain language style. The research results of this article are exploring and clarifying the style of language as well as the meaning contained in the song

The song "Negri-Ngeri" by Marginal is a piece of music that contains a social message and criticism of injustice and difficult life in the country of Indonesia. The lyrics reflect the external reality faced by today's society and created this song based on the current state of society, so that the external reality can clarify the meaning contained in the lyrics. In the past, this song seemed exaggerated and underestimated for some people with the opinion "punk kids don't need government criticism because of their life on the streets and just nonsense" but in fact the song is relevant to the current situation. The band of this song dared to make lyrics that were frontal and offensive to the government, even though the marginal band whose musical background was punk and punk children was just nonsense because of their idealists who lived on the streets and were grumbled, but it turned out to be very relevant to the current situation. In this case, music becomes one of the effective media to convey messages to the general audience. The language used in the song is Indonesian, which is the official language of Indonesia. Marjinal made this song with the aim to voice their dissatisfaction with the state of the country and provide a reminder to the Indonesian people that change needs to be made. The song "Negri Ngeri" is one example of a musical work that can inspire and have a positive influence on society, especially for those who feel marginalized or underappreciated in the existing socio-political system. The result of this study is that we can understand the intention of marginal to make social criticism songs to convey the message so that social people know that there are injustices made by the ruler. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya tuturan ekspresif yang ditemukan pada novel Hubbu karya Mashuri. Novel Hubbu merupakan karya Mashuri yang memperoleh penghargaan dari Dewan Kesenian Jakarta (DKJ). Novel Hubbu karya Mashuri menceritakan kehidupan Jarot yang digadang-gadang sebagai penerus pesantren warisan leluhurnya. Namun, ketika beranjak dewasa,  Jarot dihadapkan dengan berbagai konflik psikologis, antara memilih mengemban tanggung jawab untuk memimpin pesantren warisan leluhur, cinta, dan kehidupan di luar pesantren yang didambakan. Novel Hubbu karya Mashuri  memiliki bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif. Berdasarkan latarbelakang tersebut, rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana bentuk dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam novel Hubbu karya Mashuri? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk  dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam novel Hubbu karya Mashuri. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatf. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik simak bebas libat cakap. Hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bentuk-bentuk tindak tutur ekspresif  berupa tindak tutur meminta maaf, memuji, berterima kasih, mengeluh, memprotes, menyalahkan, mengkritik, marah, dan mengucapkan selamat. Fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif  yang ditemukan adalah mengungkapkan perasaan, mengisyaratkan maksud tertentu, dan memperhalus bahasa.

Peningkatan tipe kepemimpinan militeristis dalam kekristenan di era disrupsi digital ini juga dipicu oleh adanya covid-19 yang melanda negara Indonesia dan membuat percepatan-percepatan teknologi yang semakin meningkat. Adapun inti masalah yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini adalah bagaimana kekurangan dan kelebihan kepemimpinan tipe militeristis, melihat bagaimana kepemimpinan Kristen diera disrupsi digital. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengajak para pembaca mengerti tipe kepemimpinan militeristis ini di dalam kekristenan di era disrupsi digital ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data metode kualitatif. Pemimpin Kristen harus siap dengan digitalisasi sistem pengajaran praktis dan efisien sehingga tidak ada ketertinggalan teknologi yang terjadi. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan seorang pemimpin Kristen yang membuka matanya lebar-lebar  terhadap era disrupsi digital.

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) snack dan cemilan merupakan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh para pelaku usaha dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat. Dalam artikel ini, dilakukan analisis SWOT terhadap pengembangan SDM di UMKM snack dan cemilan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, ditemukan beberapa aspek kekuatan dan peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan, serta kelemahan dan ancaman yang harus dihadapi. Dari hasil analisis SWOT tersebut, beberapa strategi berbasis SWOT yang dapat diterapkan, antara lain mengoptimalkan keterampilan khusus dalam produksi snack dan cemilan, meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, dan memanfaatkan koneksi lokal dengan pemasok bahan baku. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM snack dan cemilan, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan menghadapi tantangan yang ada.  

Film animasi Riko The Series termasuk ke dalam jenis film kartun edukasi yang mengangkat cerita tatacara menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari berdasarkan aturan dan ajaran agama Islam yang bersumber dari al-Quraan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai akhlak yang terdapat dalam film animasi Riko the series karya garis sepuluh yang terdiri dari akhlak terhadap Allah, akhlak terhadap diri sendiri, dan nilai pendidikan akhlak terhadap sesama manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatiff dan menggunakan analisis semiotika. Teknik mengumpulkan data teknik dokumentasi dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah Content analysis yaitu menganalisis isi dialog antar tokoh dan kejadian dalam Film Animasi Riko The Series Karya Garis Sepuluh. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 4 episode yaitu pada episode pertama “lebih baik memaafkan” episode ke-8 pada musim pertama, kedua “keutamaan puasa” episode ke-12 pada musim pertama, ketiga “ayahku pahlawanku” episode ke-16 pada musim pertama, keempat “sahabatku”  episode ke-11 pada musim kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak ditemukan nilai pendidikan akhlak di dalam film Riko The Series. Nilai pendidikan akhlak kepada Allah di antaranya adalah mengajrkan untuk selalu berdoa apapun yang terjadi, menaati perintah Allah, selalu mengingat Allah, melaksanakan segala perintah Allah, berbakti kepada kedua orang tua, selalu bersyukur kepada Allah, mentaati Allah dalam bentuk menyegerakan berbuka, ikhlas terhadap apa yang terjadi,dan taat dalam menjalankan pertintah Allah. Bentuk nilai pendidikan akhlak terhadap diri sendiri adalah sabar terhadap ujian menimpa, selalu menjaga diri, selalu berhati-hati dalam setiap kegiatan, selalu menjaga kebersihan diri, dan bertanggung jawab. Bentuk nilai pendidikan akhlak terhadap sesama manusia adalah saling tolong menolong, pemaaf, selalu mendoakan orang lain untuk ke yang lebih baik, membiasakan menggucapkan salam saat meninggalkan ruangan, saling mengingatkan dalam beribadah kepada Allah, saling menghargai, peduli dan saling mengingatkan.   Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Akhlak, Film Animasi Riko The Series

The meaning of a literary work depends on the use of its stylistic. The use of language style is intended to give a certain effect to a literary work, especially short stories. The object of research used was the short story 'Dancer from Kutai' by Seno Gumira Ajidarma. The purpose of this study is to elaborate the style, meaning and function used in short stories. This study used qualitative descriptive method. In the lexical aspect, the types of words, speech, nouns and verbs are more dominant. In the grammatical aspect, declarative sentences and interrogative sentences often appear. In the rhetorical aspect, there is a perception and imagery

Literary work is a form of expression of human feelings as outlined in oral and written forms. Literary work is a language art that can be enjoyed by oneself and for everyone to enjoy. Poetry is one type of kasya satsra which is an expression of the poet's feelings which is poured using figurative words. The poem entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu" by Heri Isnaini was chosen as research material for poetry studies using a structural approach. The Structural Approach is an approach that examines poetry based on the elements that build poetry in an objective systematic manner. This study aims to describe the physical and mental structures contained in the poem "I Will Not Stop Looking for You" by Heri Isnaini. By analyzing using a structural approach, the writer can find the meaning of a literary work. Through a structural approach, the structures studied are the physical structure and the inner structure of poetry. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative description method used describes the data through words that show the meaning according to the concept. The result of this research is the discovery of all physical and mental structures in a poem by Heri Isnaini entitled "Aku Tidak Akan Berhenti MencariMu ".

Kinerja karyawan merupakan tingkat keberhasilan karyawan dalam menyelesaiakan pekerjaan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapakan menjadi pedoman yang bisa digunakan oleh berbagai perusahaan atau instrasi dalam menentukanp engaruh kinerja karyawan dan untuk meningkatkan  motivasi kerja dari para karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu satpam Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebamyak 110 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan kompensasi berpengaruh positf terhadap kinerja karyawan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap karyawan, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Di era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi berkembang semakin cepat dan tentunya berjalan secara signifikan. Dalam dunia perkantoran, salah satunya otomatisasi dalam pengelolaan arsip perlu menjadi suatu perhatian bagi perusahaan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, tentunya hal ini bertujuan untuk mendorong adanya perubahan dari arsip yang masih bersifat konvensional berkembang menjadi digitalisasi arsip dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang canggih saat ini. Dengan adanya digitalisasi arsip ini, akan memberikan hasil kinerja karyawan dalam pengelolaan arsip yang lebih efektif dan lebih efisien. Pada tempat peneltian yaitu PT. X ini masih mengimplementasikan pengelolaan arsip konvensional dan disertai adanya timbul permasalahan pada karyawan. Pada dasarnya sistem pengelolaan arsip pada perusahaan yang masih bersifat konvensional dapat dikatakan kurang efektif jika dilihat dari hasil produktivitas kerja karyawan yang menurun dan tidak efisien dari segi waktu dalam penemuan arsip kembali. Sehingga melalui artikel ini peneliti bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan terkait digitalisasi arsip sederhana dengan melakukan pemanfaatan pada Microsoft Access. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi dengan studi kasus pada PT. X. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan e-arsip sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Access. 

Kepuasan kerja mencakup berbagai hal seperti kondisi dan kecenderungan perilaku seseorang. Kepuasan-kepuasan itu tidak tampak serta nyata, tetapi dapat diwujudkan dalam suatu hasil pekerjaan. Salah satu masalah yang sangat penting agar mendorong karyawan untuk bekerja dengan lebih produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai khususnya di lingkungan kantor BPN Kabupaten Klaten. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor BPN yang terdiri dari beberapa tingkat jabatan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan Software SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.
