The purpose of this study is to describe the results of an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and work environment on organizational commitment through satisfaction. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with sampling or data sources using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% as a processing tool to measure sample size because it is known that the population is more than 100 respondents. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. While testing the hypothesis using the R square test, path analysis test, model fit test. The results of research on PT Solusindo Kreasi Jayatech employees using the SmartPLS 3 calculator and with quantitative research methods, it can be seen that organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on organizational warnings, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Implementation of Management Control Systems in Improving Employee Work Effectiveness at the National Counterterrorism Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (supervised by Mursalim and Fadliah Nasaruddin). The aims of this study were to determine (1) the adequacy of the management control system (SPM) implementation, and (2) the SPM's role in increasing the effectiveness of the work of employees at the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses primary data, namely through the distribution of questionnaires. The research methodology used is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Testing the data using questionnaire answers with a sample consisting of 210 civil servants and TNI/POLRI, 83 PTT and 17 task units of the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the results of the questionnaire testing, it was concluded that the adequacy of the implementation of SPM at the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia was very adequate. And, the role of SPM in increasing the work effectiveness of employees at the BNPT of the Republic of Indonesia, is very important.

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT Natura Indoland employees. The approach used was quantitative, the research design was associative with a total of 95 respondents. The research instrument uses questionnaire distribution, in data analysis using several tests conducted using the SPSS program. The result of the analysis is known that work motivation has no effect on work productivity with a magnitude of -1.71% influence, while organizational culture has an influence on work productivity with a magnitude of 27,56% and a large influence of the two variables X on Y of 66,3%. As a company, we must pay more attention to work motivation and organizational culture in the company so that employee work productivity is maintained.

The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of the work environment, communication, and discipline on employee performance. The background of this study is the phenomenon of inadequate company facilities, budget constraints, poor communication with colleagues, where employees tend to form separate groups, and the low level of discipline and self-awareness of employees and superiors regarding compliance with regulations. The study is quantitative, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. A sample of 41 employees was taken with the saturated sampling approach. The results showed that work facilities had a good and statistically significant effect on staff performance at PT. Prosperous Administration Development, as well as on work communication and work discipline. Furthermore, the impact of work facilities, communication, and discipline on the performance of PT. Bina Administration Sejahtera staff was also significant.

Advances in technology have made Accounting Information Systems an inseparable part of all forms of organization. Organizations use standardized systems to ensure a balance of comparison and reporting. The application of the Accounting Information System (SIA) in non-governmental organizations has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles. This study seeks to explore the use of accounting information systems used by non-governmental organizations in the Central Java region and to determine whether these organizations are capable of designing systems independently in accordance with international standards. The study also evaluates system usage, user competence, system quality, design capabilities and their impact on financial reporting. The research method used surveys and interviews of 50 employees of non-governmental organizations who had used accounting information systems. Quantitative data processing using the SPSS program and thematic analysis for interview results. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Accounting Confirmation System and financial reporting. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between AIS and financial reporting. However, it was also found that not all were able to design the SIA independently due to a shortage of experts and funding.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Competence and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance at the Indonesian University of Education, Tasikmalaya Campus. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if the competence of employees increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees will also increase. Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if knowledge management increases, the performance of Administrative Officers will also increase. Competence and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Administrative Section Employees of the UPI Tasikmalaya Campus. This means that if competence and knowledge management increases, the performance of the Administrative Section Employees also increases.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of empowering teaching staff on work productivity in high school education staff in Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used in this study is a survey method. The population in this study were all high school education staff in Tasikmalaya Regency. Sampling from the study population was carried out using a total sampling technique, namely as many as 53 education staff. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of empowering teaching staff on work productivity in high schools throughout Tasikmalaya Regency. Empowerment of employees is an important strategy for organizations to increase the strength and engagement of their employees with the assumption that empowered employees tend to be more efficient in completing work. Thus, the Principal must maintain the empowerment that has been done before and increase empowerment in terms of credibility with employees such as involving employees in planning and decision-making processes.

Information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. In addition, employee performance is affected by good governance which is not optimal due to the absence of transparent data in improving staff quality and lack of employee involvement in the decision-making process and the competence of human resources is not optimal because there are still many employees who do not have a high level of education and the rapid development of information technology is not followed by an increase in knowledge, skills and work attitudes of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. The research was conducted using a quantitative explanatory survey method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, inferential statistical analysis with multiple regression models. The results of the study inform (1) Good governance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance, the higher the performance of employees at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. This means that the higher the competency, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office. (3) Good governance and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Ciamis District Tourism Office. This means that the better the good governance and competence, the higher the employee performance at the Ciamis Regency Tourism Office.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, turnover intention on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 32 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1), work discipline (X2) and turnover intention (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bima City Business Development Cooperative. with an effect of 66.8%.

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, because in this research it will describe the condition of the object and the researcher plays the role of being the key instrument that will process the data. This research was carried out naturally, this research chose to focus on the conditions existing at the Dessy Course and Training Institute (LKP), Bergas District. The data collection technique in this research uses 3 data collection techniques, namely semi-structured interviews, documentation and triagulation. The data sources in this research are subject sources who have the information needed to support this research, namely managers, teachers, employees, members and alumni of LKP Dessy. LKP is a form of non-formal education unit organized for people who need knowledge, skills, life skills and attitudes to develop themselves, develop their profession, work, do independent business and/or continue their education to a higher level. In carrying out the LKP, good management is also required, namely in the selection of management strategies by the management. Strategic management is a series of managerial decisions and actions that determine company performance in the long term. Strategic management includes long-term planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. This research aims to qualitatively describe strategic management at LKP Dessy, Bergas District. The results of the analysis show that strategic management at LKP Dessy can be described using one of the stages in company development, namely strategic management whose components include environmental observation, strategy formulation by determining the LKP program plan, LKP program planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control.

The number of employee performance that is considered not in accordance with the target causes a decrease in the quality of the company. So it takes an in-depth approach to what causes it to happen. Therefore, this study wants to test whether there is an effect of motivation and work supervision on work productivity with soft skills and social relations as intervening variables on the employees of PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This type of research uses causal research which aims to test hypotheses on a causal relationship between one variable and another, then determines the implications for confirmation of theoretical and empirical models built from Work Motivation and Supervision. The results of the study show that the procurement of human resources has a very large influence on the work productivity of employees at PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa. This is because with quality human resources, PDAM Tirta Silau Piasa will be more consistent in carrying out its functions. In addition, procurement of human resources will create improved performance results compared to previous results.

Information and Communication Technology / IC is very important in the era of globalization. At this time, electronic government (e-gov) has begun to develop as an implementation of the use of information and communication technology in regional and provincial governments. One of the E-gov applications in government organizations is the local or provincial government website. Like the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office which uses the government's website as the simplest tool for viewing e-Government, the content is still in the form of general information needed by the public as information seekers. The problem is how to manage the web-based Government-to-Citizen (G2C) e-Gov model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. Gov at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office. To answer this problem is to use the management function of G.R. terry. This study used an exploratory qualitative research design. The results of the study show that the G2C web-based e-Gov management model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office is in the second stage, namely maturation. This condition can be seen from the planning, organizing, implementing and controlling in culture and the Jambi Provincial Tourism Office. Obstacles in the management of e-Gov based on the G2C web model at the Jambi Province Culture and Tourism Office seen from the process of planning, organizing, implementing, controlling have not been optimal as a whole. Inadequate human resources, lack of outreach to the community, sectoral ego in several local government agencies, and lack of budget from local government. There have been several improvements and change management in several aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Increasing outreach to the community, having good budget planning, and increasing the ability of employees are suggestions for improvement.

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at the Dangung-Dangung Health Center, Fifty Cities District. This type of research is quantitative, where the research process emphasizes objective measurement of results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were all employees of 73 people. The sample collection technique used is the total sampling technique, where total sampling is the sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled, while the number of samples is 73 people obtained from all members of the staff. The type of data used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. By using test instrument test, (validity test and reliability test), analysis descriptive test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

The government is a bureaucratic organization in public service, so the government bureaucratic organization is the leading organization related to public service. In terms of including government institutions as a locus of research is the Office of Population and Civil Registration, providing services regarding population administration, the most important thing is how to provide assistance and convenience to the community in order to fulfill their needs and interests, especially birth certificates. A quality service provided to the community demands there is an effort from all employees who have competence, because any task carried out by each employee contains an element of service which in turn will affect the quality of services or products from the agency where the employee works which is accepted by the community, and community satisfaction using population services in the form of a certificate birth. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significant relationship between competence and quality of service, with the satisfaction of the people who use population administration services.

This study aims to explain the significant influence between Work Discipline, Work Facilities and Work Ability on the Performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates Employees. The research data was obtained by presenting data from the questionnaire results, as well as other research results that are relevant to the object under study. The sample in this study were 43 respondents with a sampling method using purposive sampling where the sample determination technique was based on certain considerations. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study on the Work Discipline variable obtained a tcount value of 1439 <t table 2.042, so the Work Discipline variable has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance, work facilities variable obtained t count 2.220 > ttable 2.042 then work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance, and work ability variable obtained tcount 2.084 > ttable 2.042 then work ability partially has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline variables, work facilities and work ability simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees with the results of the F test obtained Fcount, namely 4.042 > Ftable of 2.852. In addition, it also obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.237 or 23.7%. This indicates that the performance of UPTD PUSKESMAS Wates employees is influenced by work discipline, work facilities and work ability by 23.7%. While the rest is influenced by other independent variables that are not included in this research model, which is equal to 76.3%.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

The application of good governance in public services in the district is expected to create a government system that is more responsive, accountable and oriented to the interests of the community. This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Semarang District Office of Semarang City as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with informants, namely the district head, service section head and service users. The results of the study show that the principles of accountability have been implemented through coordination, program outreach, effective communication, officer competence, commitment, honesty and democracy, the principles of transparency have been implemented through information disclosure and easy access to services, democratic principles have been implemented through the involvement of officers, accountability, integrity, following up on public complaints and a straightforward mechanism. The application of the principle of the Rule of Law is carried out by providing services to the public that are fair and do not discriminate, employees carry out their duties in accordance with existing rules. Factors supporting the implementation of good governance in the East Semarang District Office are effective communication; adequate resources; disposition shows honesty, commitment, and democracy; The bureaucratic structure is reflected in the program implementation mechanism according to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and is easy to understand as stated in the program/policy guidelines and implementing organizational structure. The obstacles are the lack of understanding by the apparatus of the principles of Good Governance, inadequate facilities and lack of discipline by the apparatus during working hours and the lack of community participation.
