Poetry is one of the literary works that has lines and stanzas consisting of several choices of words that contain meaning so as to produce a series of sentences that are beautiful, charming, heartfelt and contains deep meaning. Poetry is also a form of expression of feelings from the poet which is a description of the surrounding environment. This affects the poet in creating his work, one of which is about love, love is something human that is experienced by every person on this earth. Sometimes love does not always go as desired, everyone must feel lost for various reasons. In this case, how do we interpret love and loss from the perspective of a poet. This research will dissect Kahil Gibran's poem titled Cinta yang Agung which aims to find and explore more about love and loss by dissecting the structure in the poem. The research uses a structural approach which results in knowing how the concept of love and loss is viewed from the physical and inner structure of the poem. And from the poem we can learn how to learn to be sincere and let go to reach a free and spacious heart.

This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

This research is motivated by the author's curiosity about the implied meaning of poetry. The purpose of this analysis is to find out in detail the meaning of each inner and physical structure. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a structural approach. The results of this study found the entire physical structure and inner structure in the poem "Sajak Atas Nama" by Mustofa Bisri. The structure the physical consists of diction, concrete words, style of language, and imagery. Meanwhile, the inner structure includes the theme, tone, atmosphere, and message.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

This research focuses on code mixing that occurs in uploads to the Instagram account @ganjar_pranowo. Data were obtained from Instagram social media relating to multilingual and bilingual interaction processes that occur in society. All data was obtained and presented using a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques using listening techniques. The method used to write data is the equivalent method with the translational equivalent technique. The data consists of uploading sentences in Indonesian, Javanese and English on the Instagram account of Ganjar Pranowo (@ganjar_pranowo). There are 11 data showing internal code mixing, consisting of 6 forms of words, 4 forms of phrases and 1 form of sentences. In internal code mixing, all data is in Javanese. There are 15 data showing external code mixing which are divided into 8 data in the form of words and 7 data in the form of phrases. External code mixing consisted of 14 data in English and only 1 data in another foreign language, namely Korean. The entire function of code mixing on the Instagram account @ganjar_pranowo is to familiarize and attract readers' attention.

A patient with hypertension who receives a treatment, implements a diet program, and carries out activities must comply with the recommendations of health workers. Objective: To find out the level of medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Selokerto Village. Method: This study was a quntitative study  with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample was 100 people with hypertension at Selokerto Village and they were taken by total sampling method. Result: The results of this study were 63 (63%) respondents with a high level of medication adherence and 37 (37%) respondents with a moderate level of medication adherence. Conclusion: The level of medication adherence in Selokerto Village was dominantly good medication adherence. Recommendation: For further research, researchers are expected to examine the factors associated with medication adherence.

Background : The period of breastfeeding in children aged 0-6 months is one part of the first 1,000 days of life (golden period). Exclusive breastfeeding aims to guarantee the right to exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months by taking into account the growth and development of the baby. Some mothers find it difficult to express breast milk because more and more mothers are influenced by myths. When a mother is concerned about her baby's ability to breastfeed, the hormone oxytocin decreases, causing her to stop producing and eventually breastfeed soon after birth. One way to stimulate the mother's prolactin and oxytocin hormones after giving birth is breastfeeding massage. Writing purpose : To determine the effectiveness of the combination of consumption of smoothy spinach and oketani massage to increase the amount of milk production in postpartum mothers in the UPT area dcomparison of giving snakehead fish extract and smoothy spinach to increasing hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the UPT Puskesmas Kalri Karawang area in 2023. Research methods : This type of research used is quantitative research. This research method is experimental with the type of Quasy Experimental (pseudo-experimental) with a post test only design approach.This research was conducted in the UPT Kalri Health Center, Karawarang December 2022 to January 2023. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers at the Mukoyurli Buol Hospital with a total of 63 people. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 32 research samples. Research result : The results of the independent statistical test sample T test obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that the combination of smoothy spinach and massage oketani has a significant effect on milk production. Conclusion : There is a significant relationship between the combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage on milk production.It is hoped that health workers (doctors, midwives, nurses) can assist postpartum mothers in communicating providing information and education about the benefits of a combination of smoothy spinach and oketani massage in helping patient families to provide oxytocin reflex massage to postpartum mothers.

This writing is motivated by the phenomenon from the observations in Nagari Mungo that tend to lead to the negative, such as dating behavior that has been done by many students even though they are still at school, fighting behavior that often occurs to solve problems between individuals that should be resolved in a good way and can be  reconcile well.  This is not in accordance with the concept of a spiritual attitude which shows one's thoughts, words, and actions that are always carried out based on divine values ​​or religious teachings.  This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach.  Collecting data in this writing the writer obtained through interviews, observation and documentation.  The data source for this writing uses the key informants of the Akidah Akhlak teacher, and the supporting informants are students.  Data analysis techniques that the authors do are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.  Then the data validity technique uses Source Triagulation.  Based on the results of the study, it can be understood that the role of aqidah moral teachers in developing the spiritual attitude of students at the Al Munawwarah Li Binail Ummah Nagari Mungo Foundation, Luak District, 50 Kota District has an important role in developing students' spiritual attitudes, namely as role models, teachers, mentors, and motivators.

Retirement is an important event that marks the change from adult life to old life.   One of the things that need to be prepared in facing retirement is to reduce the workload as retirement approaches.  The sociological transition theory developed by William Bridges, known as the "Bridges Transition Model," underscores the importance of understanding and managing change as a transitional process involving three main stages: suffix, neutral, and beginning, The theory of social capital proposed by Pierre Bourdieu can provide relevant understanding related to the phenomenon of teacher adaptation in retirement. This theory emphasizes the importance of social networks and relationships in the lives of individuals, and considers social capital as a valuable resource.  The study used a qualitative approach, which showed that teachers who had strong social networks during their careers were more likely to have social support and resources that could help them in post-retirement adaptation.  Teachers who have strong social networks during their careers are better able to cope with the challenges of post-retirement adaptation.  On the other hand, the results also show that teachers who lack social capital or have a more limited social network will have difficulty in post-retirement adaptation.

This, of course, requires the right media in online learning to support the application of online learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah MI Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. This study aims 1) To find out the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic for Class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis. 2) To find out the obstacles to implementing online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic for fifth grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach using a qualitative naturalistic approach. the object of this research is the Head of Madrasah teachers of class V and students of class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamic Community Association Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Sukajati Haurgeulis . The data source of this research uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of online learning is very helpful in the process of conveying information from the material to be studied. In online learning media besides that the WhatsApp application is a means of learning activities, so that the learning process becomes more effective and makes it easy for teachers and students in the communication process while carrying out online learning. Obstacles in using the WhatsApp application in online learning, namely signal interference which results in WhatsApp being difficult to access, another obstacle, namely the lack of effectiveness in the learning process, teachers cannot directly see the earnestness of students, cellphone memory which quickly fills up with documents that are difficult to enter will be hampered

Thematic learning in elementary schools has several special characteristics that distinguish it from other learning approaches. Children of school age / 6-12 years are called school age, because children have finished kindergarten as a real preparatory institution. It is called the ripe period for learning, because the child has tried to achieve something, but the activity of playing development is only aimed at getting pleasure when doing the activity itself. It is called a mature period for school, because children already want new abilities, which can be provided by schools (Nasution Noehi, 1993: 44). According to Banett, et al., the characteristics of elementary school age children are as follows. (1) They are naturally curious and interested in the world around them. One of the decline in body systems experienced by adult women is the urinary system. In an adult woman, the decrease in the hormone estrogen causes atrophy of the urethral tissue and the effects of childbirth cause weakness of the pelvic floor muscles which can lead to disturbances in controlling urine output, which is called urinary incontinence. The impact of urinary incontinence is experiencing irritation in the area around the vagina, feeling embarrassed, withdrawing from the environment and can lead to depression. Efforts that can be made to overcome urinary incontinence include non-pharmacological therapy in the form of Kegel exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of urinary incontinence before and after being given Kegel exercises. This study uses a quantitative method with a Quasi Experimental design with a Pre-post test approach to Non-equivalent Control Group, the sample in this study amounted to 39 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of this study showed that the average level of mild urinary incontinence in pre-test women in the intervention group I was 12 people (60%) and post-test was 15 people (75%) then 5 people were normal (25%). While the level of mild urinary incontinence in pre-test women in the intervention group II was 9 people (47.4%) and at the post-test as many as 16 people (84.2%) then found normal as many as 3 people (15.8% )    

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the prevalence of parenting and stunting worldwide is 22 percent or as many as 149.2 million in 2020. Stunting is caused by multi-dimensional factors and not only caused by malnutrition experienced by pregnant women and children under five, another cause is poor parenting practices, including the lack of knowledge of mothers about health and nutrition before and during pregnancy, as well as after mothers give birth. Purpose of Writing : To determine the relationship between parenting style and the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 12-59 months in Pasirhaur village in 2022. Research Methods : Case control research with a quantitative approach. A sample of 82 mothers with toddlers in November 2022. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Results of the study : Poor parenting styles were more common in cases of stunting, with 31 people (75.6%) than good parenting styles for stunted toddlers, with 10 people (24.4%). In the chy-square test, the results of parenting variables for mothers' knowledge were lacking P value 0.008 <0.05, Not exclusive breastfeeding P value 0.03 <0.05, not MP-ASI P value 0.055 <0.05 , and care for sick children who lack P value 0.012 <0.05, so the analysis is that there is a relationship between parenting parents and stunting in toddlers aged 12-59 months in Pasirhaur Village in 2022. Conclusion : Good parenting can reduce the risk of stunting in toddlers and it is hoped that health workers, especially midwives

the purpose of this study is to identify public service innovations, namely the SAMBARA (West Java Mobile Samsat) application in paying motor vehicle taxes. This research seeks to explore the benefits of this Sambara innovation for the people of West Java. This study used a qualitative research method with a literature study approach. Some of the findings from this research are that the Sambara innovation can make payments online, can find out a map of the Samsat location, can check vehicle data, can verify vehicle tax using the NIK and vehicle frame number. Other findings are supporting factors, namely cooperation and support from various parties as well as the position of the private sector which contributes to operational provision. However, in making tax payments the Sambara application still has problems and there is still low understanding and lack of information to the public about the Sambara application.

This investigation aims to learn more about love and hatred in Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. This research is qualitative since the data are in the form of words rather than numbers. In collecting the data, the writer used primary and secondary sources. The primary source is the play, Romeo and Juliet. The secondary sources are books, the internet, and some relevant articles. In analyzing the data, the writer used a mimetic approach. The result shows that human beings are born to love each other. However, in Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare portrays not only love but also hatred that destroys the lives of human beings who are falling in love with each other. Shakespeare portrays a couple who are not allowed to continue their love relationship because their families are against each other. They are not allowed to meet each other because the families hate each other. Romeo and Juliet is a tragedy written by William Shakespeare early in his career about two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families.

This research intends to find out the struggle of Afro-American women against discrimination in Alice Walker’s The Color Purple. This research is qualitative, which means that the data are in the form of words; thus, the data came from the novel and other books that are relevant to this research. A mimetic approach is used in data analysis to unearth the literary work as an imitation or reflection of aspects of human life, such as sociological, historical, or psychological background that is related to the topic. The result shows that the Afro-American women that are pictured in Celie’s life should struggle against both white and black discrimination. The whites did not accept the existence of the blacks and treated them cruelly through violence, rape, and murder. On the other side, the black man oppressed the Afro-American woman through sex abuse, physical abuse, and economic depression. The black women were living under the protection of men. However, their protection is no better than dominance and subservience. Even though Celie was treated abruptly and disrespectfully by her father and her husband, she could face it bravely, increasing her knowledge and insights, achieving financial success, and being happy in her life. Therefore, she achieves self-esteem, self-acceptance, economic independence, and, above all, freedom for the whole of her life. This is the realization of African American women's desire to gain recognition as individuals who deserve fair and equal treatment.

This research is mainly intended to reveal the old southern pride reflected in the characteristics of Amanda, a southern lady. In conducting this research, the writer uses qualitative research, in which the data are collected in the form of words and the writer is the key instrument. The data were taken from the work itself and other relevant books supporting the data. In analyzing the data, the writer uses a mimetic approach, which considers that literary work is a reflection and imitation of aspects of the universe. The result of this research shows that in the southern part of America before the Civil War, there was a custom called "southern gentility." This is one of the aristocratic values that consists of the manner of speech, the way of wearing the clothes, and the manner of treating the caller: the way to welcome and praise the gentleman caller, his wealth, and his beauty. This southern gentility represents old southern pride or honor. These values are reflected in Amanda’s attitude as an old southerner. However, a change in period is followed by a change in values; the aristocratic values mentioned above are no longer all relevant to the new South's way of life because they faded away after the Civil War in 1861-1865. Amanda, as an old southerner, has always held these values; however, realizing that they are no longer applicable in the present, she attempts to adapt the new southern values. Yet, she is too late to adjust because her son, who possesses new southern values, refuses to accept her advice, so he runs away.

The purpose of the study is to find out the character of Ralph in William Golding’s Lord of the Flies. This is qualitative research since the data collected is in the form of words rather than numbers. Data are taken from a primary source, which is the novel itself, and secondary sources, which are other books and relevant references, to support the analysis. In analyzing the data, the writer applies an objective approach.The results show that Ralph, as the major character in the Lord of the Flies novel, shows how a good leader should be. He displayed specific characteristics that define a good leader. By possessing the ability to show initiative, responsibility, courage, and determination on the island, he becomes the remarkable leader he is. The character of Ralph also showed his morality. He does not forget that he is a human being. He kept fighting so he could survive with his friends. He knows that he has to be responsible for his friend and never turn his back on him. His character in this novel reminds us that we should have a good sense of responsibility for ourselves, especially for others.
