Rossama Pratama Clinic is one of the health service providers for the community, which is located on Street Taman RT/RW 01/03 Sukajadi Village, East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra Province. The lack of information conveyed to the public has resulted in a lack of public knowledge about the Rossama Prabumulih Clinic Pratama Prabumulih because the information administration system carried out at this clinic is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about the clinic must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because take a lot of time to arrive at the clinic. Therefore, the researcher will create a web informationsystem for the Rossama Pratama Clinic which will be accessed via a browser using the PHP programming language with the help of UML design to help design the system that will be created. The method of developing the system is using the Waterfall method. With this website, hopefully it will help people save time when they want to go to the clinic or seek treatment from home.

The combination of activities carried out by humans and technology is related to administrative systems that create information from organized work processes. PT. Farmhouse Production in the administration of data management is carried out with the help of Microsoft Excel and documents are written, and copied in the traditional way which results in the accumulation of accumulated paper resulting in complexity and difficulty in finding the required documents. Therefore, a balance of human resources, database, hardware, software, and a new strategy is needed to overcome the problems that can burden the company by realizing a website that is easy to apply so that any file is found quickly by paying attention to supervision, control, and methodical organization using PIESCES analysis as a method used to detect deficiencies and weakness in the old system. With this analysis, the new system is the right support in managing data that is collected in an orderly manner and stored neatly in large storage without being randomized and the work is more strategic because the information generated is valuable to the recipient or leader.

Ankai sitelu is taken from the Batak Karo language, the word ankai means understanding and sitelu which means sitiga. If these three words are interpreted, they mean a dance that originates from understanding rakut sitelu. " ankai sitelu" is a dance work inspired by the Batak Karo kinship system, namely rakut sitelu. Rakut sitelu consists of sukut, kalimbubu, and anak beru. Sukut is the party who is the host in a traditional or ritual ceremony, kalimbubu is the party who is highly respected because he is considered to be the representative of dibata (god) on earth who gives tendi and blood, while anak beru is the party who does the sukut work in traditional ceremonies and rituals. This work takes the essence of balance in the rakut sitelu system with traditional karo dance movement patterns which are developed according to broader teba movement intensity, volume, level and time. Ankai Sitelu's work is a group choreography consisting of three female dancers, a total of three dancers who will be composed in a large group and small group composition by paying attention to the composition of the parts. The number of three dancers is analogous to three social positions in the Rakut Sitelu kinship system. This work uses the exploration method as an initial part in developing the creativity of the creation process, improvisation to find movements by chance or spontaneously, composition to arrange the movements that have been obtained, as well as periodic corrective evaluation of the process. . In today's rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of global trade. However, the proliferation of online fraud incidents has given rise to significant ethical concerns. This study delves into the ethical ramifications of online fraud profiles and tactics within the cybercrime domain, particularly their impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. Ethical considerations play a pivotal role in shaping behavior within e-commerce, safeguarding consumers, and guiding the formulation of effective policies by both e-commerce entities and governments. This research scrutinizes the phenomenon of online fraud in e-commerce transactions through a survey involving two respondent groups: Information Systems students at ITS and students from other departments. The survey results reveal that online fraud inflicts substantial emotional distress on victims, including feelings of panic, anger, and sadness. Financial losses and the potential exposure of sensitive data are prevalent repercussions of online fraud, eroding consumer trust and prompting questions about the ethical conduct of fraudsters. To address these issues, recommendations encompass heightened awareness of online fraud risks, increased transparency among e-commerce sellers, streamlining fraud reporting procedures, and a commitment to upholding higher standards of business ethics. The overarching objective is to foster a more ethical, secure, and sustainable e-commerce environment. In summary, this research offers comprehensive insights into how respondents perceive and experience online fraud in Indonesian e-commerce transactions, providing valuable guidance for more effective mitigation.

The purpose of this study is to tell the folklore of Dua Hale and the meaning contained therein in Natakoli village, Mapitara district, Sikka regancy.The researcher used qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation.Based on the results of the study, Dua Hale folklore is one of the folklore that is, abandoned and forgotten by the surrounding community. it was found too that cultural meaning in folklore of Dua Hale are: Didactic meanings In folklore the didactic meaning is implied in the form of educational and teaching values society about how to be ethical and etiquette in context social life.There are several meanings implied in the didactic meaning namely: responsibility, willing to sacrifice, courage,and customary law. The historical meaning in folklore, historical meaning is also revealed which is reflected in two parameters general history, namely the time and place contained in the folklore in question. Regarding the time parameter, it is said that folklore takes place in the past and the historical meaning of place names in the story that are still relevant today at the moment, utan welak and hegin and economic meaning. The economic meaning of folklore is reflected in the disclosure or relevant information the economic system of society in which some of the main sources of livelihood are farming and fishing.

This study aims to provide an explanation of management processes related to actions and activities related to communication management carried out within the organization. This method uses qualitative descriptive methodology. Literature research methods are used. With this method, authors collect data using note-taking techniques to check relevant information, such as books, literature, and other library materials. Elton Mayo's theory of human relations was used in this study. This research gives results that the management process is to carry out communication activities systematically and organized. Since organizational communication is the way all members interact with each other, the existence of an organization is determined by their interactions. As a result, communication management must be implemented to manage these interactions. However, the implementation of management in organizational communication means aligning management functions, namely planning, organizing, directing, and supervising communication with communication within the organization. This function flows from top to bottom within the organization, in the form of tasks, orders, delegation, etc., to ensure that communication goes well and organizational goals are achieved.

This journal discusses the information system that will be designed as a means of selling electric motor by PT Talabu.Traditional motor cars are being replaced by more ecologically friendly electric motors, which are growing in popularity. PT. Talabu, an electric motor sales company, faces problems in inventory management and sales processes. This study's primary goal is to develop a sales information system that can help PT. Talabu in managing inventory and its operations. This research uses system needs analysis, database design, and user interface development. At the stage of analysis of system needs, the researchers found the primary needs of PT. Talabu to conduct sales operations and inventory management. This analysis shows that a database is intended to store data about customers, electric motors, and sales transactions. In addition, the app is simple to use and user-friendly.

This article discusses the impact of self-assessment, tax socialization, and tax information systems on the compliance level of taxpayers using a qualitative method and literature review from various sources. Its aim is to evaluate the influence of three main factors: self-assessment emphasizing direct responsibility on taxpayers, efforts in tax socialization to enhance public awareness, and the impact of tax information systems on the ease of taxation processes. The findings indicate a beneficial and significant impact of these three factors on the compliance level of taxpayers.

Land and Building Rights Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) is a tax imposed on the acquisition of land and/or building rights. BPHTB payments in Magelang Regency require validation from BPKAD to be used as a condition for the process of transferring rights to land and buildings. The validation process usually takes quite a long time. This requires a special strategy to increase regional tax revenues in Magelang Regency. This research uses qualitative methods, namely data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research provide information that has been carried out by BPPKAD Sleman Regency to maximize regional tax revenues by developing the E-BPHTB system, so that the regional tax collection process is easier and faster. However, the problems in using the new system are still unfamiliar, so time is needed to adapt to using the system.

This article aims to find out what the flow of learning objectives and Principles. The flow of learning objectives is a series of learning obectives that are arranged systematically and logically in the learning phase so that students can achieve learning which is the limit of learning echievement. The flow of learning objectives becomes a guide for teachers and students to achieve Learning outcomes at the end of a phase. Teachers can develop a flow of learning objectives, each according to the context and needs of students in the class taught. The government provides several examples of learning flows that can be directly used or modified, and creates guidelines for preparing teaching tools.Asement can be defined as the activity of collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or information about study participants and their environment to obtain an overview of the individual’s condition or environment.

The sources of information in this study are reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, scientific essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to Understanding Charisma and Leadership in the Context of Education Management: A Review Based on Max Weber's Theory. The results of this study show that educational leaders have a key role in shaping a more inclusive and socially just future for education. With characteristics of charisma, strong leadership and commitment to social justice values, educational leaders can help create equitable learning environments, provide every student with equal opportunities to grow and develop, and drive positive change in the education system. With charismatic and committed leaders, education has the potential to be a powerful tool in creating a more inclusive and socially just society.

The method used in this study uses qualitative research procedures using a research approach in the form of a literature study. The sources of information in this study were reviewed from various novel sources of literature, research reports, essays, theses, dissertations and posts both print and electronic related to the Dynamics of Mechanical Solidarity and Organic Solidarity in Education Management: A Durkheimian Perspective. The results of this study show that education management should be able to create the right balance between these two types of solidarity. This means understanding the importance of maintaining valuable social norms while accommodating individual diversity. In a modern society, education management should allow students to grow according to their potential, enable student participation in decision-making, encourage collaboration between stakeholders, and respond with flexibility to social change.

The method used in this research is descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method whose data sources are in the form of text, images and in the form of sources from books. and information from employees and the head of the Medan Industry and Trade Office. This research uses written data sourced from interviews during college internships, scientific journal books and previous research. The results of this study indicate that the process of handling incoming letters includes receiving letters, recording letters, sending letters, and processing letters. While the processing of outgoing letters includes preparing letters, typing letters, signing letters, recording letters, copying letters, and sending letters.

This research uses a qualitative approach by means of library research, namely collecting research sources from books, journals, proceedings, which are then analyzed and conclusions are drawn. The results of the research show that the solution to education today and in the future is to increase human resources, including the ability to produce people who can contribute to national development, the ability to produce people who can appreciate, enjoy and maintain the results of development, and the ability to give birth to a humanizing process. and humanity is continuously moving towards a nation that is just and wise and virtuous. This study explores the implementation of the SiskeuDes application in financial management in Pijot Utara Village. SiskeuDes, as a village financial information system, aims to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of village financial management. This study identifies and analyzes the stages of SiskeuDes use, namely planning, implementation, administration, and reporting, and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the system in the village context. At the planning stage, SiskeuDes assists in the preparation of planning documents such as RKPDes and APBDes through village deliberations involving village officials and the community. This system supports the accuracy and efficiency of budget planning despite challenges such as network disruptions and HR skills. At the implementation stage, SiskeuDes facilitates verification and budget preparation and reporting, with the active role of the Village Secretary and the Village Financial Management Unit (UPKD). Financial administration has also progressed thanks to this system, which reduces the risk of manipulation and increases transparency. The reporting and accountability process is carried out in a structured and integrated manner with SiskeuDes, although there are obstacles in conveying information to the community. The advantages of using SiskeuDes include increased efficiency of financial recording and reporting, real-time transparency, and support for community participation. However, disadvantages include limited infrastructure, suboptimal HR skills, and challenges in delivering information to the community. Improvement efforts such as increasing training and improving infrastructure are being made to address these shortcomings. Overall, SiskeuDes has made a positive contribution to village financial management, but still requires adjustments to address the various challenges that exist.  

This service is about system utilization (enterprise resource planning) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Applying enterprise resource planning to MSMES can help increase flexibility and integrate entire business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, the implementation of enterprise resource planning requires mature preparation, including proper selection of suppliers, optimization of internal teams, and preparation of human resources. The research methodology used is a participatory action learning system with the active participation of MSMES stakeholders and enterprise resource planning providers. The implementation process of the ENERPRISE Resource Planning system in MSMES includes the phases of meetings, planning, system design, training, and support, as well as the use of the system in business operations. The implementation steps of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in MSMES include business information documents, functional requirements documents, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live.

HIS supports the creation of telemedicine services through the concept of telemedicine.  This study uses the Narrative Literature Review (NLR) method on the concepts of Health Information Systems (HIS) and Telemedicine. Integrating HIS and Telemedicine provides promising opportunities for healthcare improvement, offering data accessibility, and efficient remote consultation. However, addressing privacy, security, infrastructure, and regulatory challenges is critical to the successful implementation of such integrations. Collaborative efforts between healthcare providers, policymakers, and technology developers are critical to ensuring the ethical and effective implementation of integrated systems.

There are jobs in the warehouse that are still not optimal, one of which is managing administration and other activities related to warehouse mechanics and inventory. In the warehouse management section, employees record incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock of goods by recording them in the inventory book, resulting in a buildup of inventory which often causes discrepancies between the release of goods and transaction funds. The research method used to solve problems is by using interviews and observation methods and for system development using the object oriented method. The results of this research produce a warehouse inventory information system that is capable of carrying out web-based warehouse recording transactions, so it is hoped that it can help with problems in PT Laz Coal's warehouse inventory.
