Mastery of English has become an increasingly important requirement in this era of globalization. As an international language, English plays a crucial role in various aspects of life, ranging from education, career, to cross-cultural communication. In Indonesia, although English has been taught since elementary school level, there are still many students who experience difficulties in English speaking practice. This phenomenon raises concerns among educators and education stakeholders. Many university students have studied English for years but are still reluctant or unconfident to use it in everyday conversation. This reluctance is often referred to as "ignorance" or indifference to the importance of English speaking practice. Various factors can contribute to this problem, including ineffective teaching methods, lack of exposure to the use of English in real contexts, and psychological factors such as language anxiety and fear of making mistakes. Given the importance of English speaking skills in today's globalized world, it is important to delve deeper into the phenomenon of students' indifference in practicing spoken English.

This study aims to describe and analyze the Changes in the Function of Ngadu Tanduk Dance as a Traditional Dance of the Siulak Panjang Village Community. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive method. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself, with supporting instruments such as stationery and mobile phones. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification/conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the Ngadu Tanduk Dance is a dance that originated from Siulak Panjang Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Jambi Regency. The change in the function of the Ngadu Tanduk Dance reflects the social and cultural dynamics of the local community that continues to develop. This dance initially only had a traditional function but now it also has an entertainment and performance function. Changes in function in the Ngadu Tanduk Dance are influenced by internal and external factors that interact in the context of the community. The internal factors that affect are changes in people's mindsets and the need for entertainment and cultural identity. While external factors are changes in the agricultural cycle and the influence of globalization and modernization.

The creative industry sector has become one of the important contributors to national economic growth in many countries. This research aims to explore development strategies for the creative industry sector in Indonesia in order to encourage national economic growth. Using qualitative methods of literature study, this research analyzes various secondary data sources, including government reports, scientific journals, and publications related to the creative industry. The research findings reveal the great potential that Indonesia has in the creative industry sector, such as rich culture and diversity of creative resources. However, there are challenges that must be faced, such as the lack of supporting infrastructure, access to capital, and protection of intellectual property rights. This research proposes a development strategy that includes identification of leading subsectors, increasing competitiveness and innovation, as well as targeted government policies and support. By implementing this strategy, Indonesia can take advantage of the creative industries sector as a driver of sustainable economic growth and increase competitiveness in the global market.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the role of the external environment in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a literature study approach, in other words, the research was conducted without a research location, but all data was taken through previous studies in the form of books and scientific articles relevant to the research theme. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, with data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results found that the external environment helps educational institutions to understand external factors that can affect their performance and success. SWOT is used as a tool to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of educational institutions. The external environment in organizations is divided into two: micro (small scope) involving competitors and partnerships, and macro (general scope) involving economic, political/legal, socio-cultural, technological, and global factors. The steps used in the analysis process involve scanning, monitoring, forecasting, and assessing.

Since the introduction of ChatGPT as artificial intelligence and its massive development over the years, it has had a huge impact on various aspects of life, and it is increasingly visible in the presence of increasingly advanced features, functions, and appearances. Its use in the field of education has not escaped the advancement of artificial intelligence. For some teachers and students, the term artificial intelligence is still very new, as is its use in the teaching and learning process. Currently, Indonesia's use of artificial intelligence faces numerous unavoidable obstacles and challenges. However, in global education, it is becoming increasingly common to use artificial intelligence in the teaching and learning process. The introduction of artificial intelligence to junior high school students is considered very appropriate because students' psychology at this level is more developed, and the learning load begins to increase compared to the elementary level. Math subjects for most students are still a scourge. In this community service, artificial intelligence is introduced to students of the exchange program class at SMP Insan Rabbany, which is related to mathematics learning, so that it can help in student learning. The results of the community service evaluation showed high student enthusiasm regarding the use of artificial intelligence, both to aid learning and for other purposes.

This study explores the rights and responsibilities of teachers as defined by various Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The research underscores the significance of understanding these aspects to ensure the quality of education. The objective is to identify and analyze teachers' rights, responsibilities, and duties in fulfilling their professional roles. The methodology employed is a literature review or library research, involving data collection from diverse library sources including books, encyclopedias, documents, and scholarly journals. The findings reveal that teachers' rights encompass adequate income, career development, welfare benefits, legal protections, and freedoms of organization and expression. Meanwhile, teachers' responsibilities include planning, implementing, assessing, and evaluating quality learning, as well as continuous enhancement of academic qualifications. The study concludes that a comprehensive grasp of teachers' rights and responsibilities enhances professionalism and educational standards in Indonesia. The implications highlight the need for robust regulatory frameworks and policies to support teachers in performing optimally and competing globally.

Pasar tradisional sebagai entitas ekonomi dan budaya dihadapkan pada tantangan keberlanjutan, terutama di era globalisasi dan modernisasi. Artikel ini mengusulkan konsep "Pasar Rakyat Glura Srawung" sebagai inovasi desain untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Pasar Keputran Selatan di Kota Surabaya. Konsep ini mengintegrasikan fleksibilitas aksesibilitas pasar, modul lapak yang fleksibel, dan penerapan nilai-nilai budaya Srawung dalam lingkungan pasar. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menghasilkan desain pasar yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan vitalitas pasar, mempertahankan budaya lokal, dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pelestarian pasar tradisional. Penelitian ini juga membahas potensi konsep Glura sebagai model untuk diterapkan pada pasar tradisional lainnya dan memberikan landasan bagi studi lanjutan dalam pengembangan desain pasar yang berkelanjutan.

Dalam era globalisasi dan integrasi ekonomi, banyak entitas melakukan ekspansi dan membangun jaringan bisnis dengan menjalin kerja sama, sehingga tercipta hubungan induk-anak antar perusahaan. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif ini menemukan bahwa menghadapi tantangan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan proses konsolidasi entitas berstruktur keuangan kompleks, panduan internal yang jelas, penerapan teknologi dan sistem informasi canggih, serta investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi manajerial. Dengan strategi ini, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan konsolidasi entitas, meningkatkan akurasi laporan keuangan, dan mengurangi risiko terkait kompleksitas struktur keuangan. Implementasi langkah-langkah ini diharapkan menciptakan landasan kuat bagi praktisi akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan dalam menghadapi tantangan konsolidasi, meningkatkan kualitas dan keandalan pelaporan keuangan, serta mendukung keputusan strategis yang lebih baik dalam bisnis global yang dinamis dan kompleks.

Assessment and evaluation in the context of Indonesian learning plays an important role in assessing and improving the quality of student learning. Effective assessments not only provide an overview of a student's abilities but also provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes. Specific and timely feedback, as well as technology integration, are critical to improving assessment efficiency. The differentiation approach is discussed to adapt the assessment strategy to the individual needs of the students. Overall, an assessment approach that is inclusive, competency-oriented, and relevant to the times is expected to help students prepare for global challenges.  

The development of the business world in the current era of globalization is increasingly sharpening competition, especially in the management of automotive company units. One type of automotive that is widely favored by Indonesians is motorcycles. This study aims to determine the Effect Social Factors, Prices, and Product Features on Purchase Intention of Yamaha NMAX Motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis Students. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection techniques are carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used non- probability sampling method, data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, data conclusion with T test, F test and the coefficient of determination (R2), while data processing used SPSS version 26 program. The findings indicate that social factors and product features variables have an effect, meanwhile the prices variable does not have an effect on purchase intention of Yamaha NMAX motorcycles at State Polytechnic of Bengkalis students. This study provides the insight that Yamaha can direct efforts and resources towards social marketing and product feature enhancement rather than focusing on price adjustment strategies.

Having ideal Muslim characteristics is the ideal for every Muslim. This study aims to discuss the characteristics of the ideal Muslim according to the hadith perspective. This study uses a qualitative method with a thematic approach. The formal object of this research is the characteristics of the ideal Muslim. The material object is the low characteristics of Muslims in the current era of globalization. The results of this study indicate that hadith themes can be formulated within the theoretical framework of ideal Muslim characteristics in the perspective of hadith including, imitating the morals of the Prophet Muhammad, strengthening aqidah (salimul aqidah), shahihul worship, qowiyul jismi, broad-minded, not wasting time, and beneficial for others. This study discusses that the characteristics of the ideal Muslim are needed in the current era. The conclusion of this study is the importance of being an ideal Muslim with character to be able to balance the times. By following the various characteristics of the ideal Muslim that has been formulated according to the hadith thematic framework.    

The narratives of identity politics emerging ahead of the 2024 Elections threaten the unity of Indonesia's pluralistic nation. This research explores how Pancasila can reinvigorate the spirit of unity in the face of this unsettling vortex of identity politics. Employing a qualitative approach, the study investigates Pancasila's role as the unifying thread of diversity in bolstering public accountability and good governance. The findings reveal that identity politics jeopardize social stability and public trust in the government. Therefore, strategic steps are needed to implement Pancasila's values, such as transparency, participation, and non-discriminatory law enforcement. Pancasila must serve as the moral foundation for clean, effective, and integrity-based governance in weaving the nation's diversity. This research recommends revitalizing the understanding of Pancasila and integrating good governance principles into government policies. It is expected to guide Indonesia towards dignified progress by uniting to face global challenges.  This study aims to investigate the patterns of Indonesian use by students on social media, identify the factors that affect the use of the language, and formulate strategies to strengthen national identity through the good and correct use of Indonesian in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature analysis study approach. The results of the analysis show that social media has a significant role in shaping communication patterns and student lifestyles in the digital era. The use of Indonesian by students on social media tends not to be in accordance with the correct rules, influenced by global culture, the role of social media, understanding of the Indonesian language, social norms and values, and campus policies related to the Indonesian language. To strengthen national identity, the suggested strategies include Indonesian education and literacy, the role of communities and student organizations, and the implementation of campus policies that support the good and correct use of Indonesian on social media. 

The quality of human resources that has progressed can be caused by an increase in employee performance through the provision of appropriate compensation as remuneration to employees for the efforts they make for the company. In this era of globalization, companies are expected to be able to develop and experience changes for the better and earlier through employee work. One of the aims of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta.The type of research used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. The population of this research is all employees of PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta, with a sample of 13 employees.The analysis technique used in this research uses simple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. And the results of this analysis can be interpreted to mean that compensation variables which include salaries, allowances, benefits and facilities have a significant influence on employee performance variables at PT Panorama Alam Tropika, South Jakarta. Coefficient of determination of compensation on employee performance at PT. The Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta is 0.627 or 62.7%, while the remaining 37.3% is due to other factors outside the variables studied. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the t test (partial) which showed the calculated t value > t table (4,300 > 2.22814), with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that there is a significant positive influence of compensation on the performance of PT employees. Tropical Natural Panorama of South Jakarta.

To achieve this objective, a wide range of scholarly sources, including as academic journals, books, and educational reports, have been consulted. The primary focus of this study is to identify the existing obstacles in religion and culture education and propose recommendations for its successful implementation.

Kopiko's positive reputation as a global brand is a consideration for PT Mayora Indah Tbk in innovating its marketing by choosing a product placement strategy. Product placement is a form of brand placement, product packaging or certain logos that are integrated with the film plot. PT Mayora Indah Tbk chose to market Kopiko in Korean drama series considering that Korean dramas are currently popular and have many fans in the world. This research aims to analyze the use of Korean drama entertainment as a marketing strategy for local Kopiko products. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data comes from search results in various official publications and relevant digital databases. The research results show that the product placement that appears in the drama is done by inserting advertisements naturally in an effort to touch the thoughts and feelings of the audience by clearly displaying the product, brand and logo of the Kopiko candy. Product placement in popular dramas accompanied by the attractiveness of the actresses involved can arouse curiosity in potential consumers to find out more about the product that appears. Kopiko's first appearance in the Korean drama entitled 'Vincenzo', followed by other Korean dramas, became a hot topic of conversation on social media. Indonesian people seem enthusiastic about the emergence of Indonesian brands and quite a few feel proud because local products appear in Korean dramas which have recently been in great demand by people from various parts of the world.

Local culture, including the practice of weaving Buna motifs, is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved in the era of globalization which, if not maintained, could hinder the development of traditional practices. This research aims to determine the importance of combining management principles and Christian values ​​in maintaining the practice of weaving Buna motifs. This research used a qualitative approach involving the principal, teachers and students of Nunkolo State High School as participants. Data collection was carried out through unstructured interviews, observation and analysis of related documents. The research discussion was analyzed descriptively which showed the results that the school principal plays a very important role in the world of education with his leadership in developing educational programs that support the preservation of local culture, as well as exploring how the Christian values ​​adhered to by the school can provide a moral and ethical foundation in preserving cultural heritage. The school principal's management seeks to strengthen Christian values ​​through the practical activity of weaving Buna motifs as a means of forming cooperation between students and craftsmen which has an impact on student behavior which increasingly respects traditions that have been maintained for a long time.

This study aims to understand the role and significance of the Palang Pintu tradition in Betawi wedding ceremonies and its impact amidst modernization and globalization. Utilizing a qualitative research method with a literature study approach, the research relies on secondary data sources such as books, journal articles, documents, and related research reports. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques to identify the main themes and categories from the collected data. The results show that the Palang Pintu tradition remains relevant and valued by the Betawi community, both natives and immigrants. This tradition is seen as an important way to preserve culture, protect families, and serve as a symbol of respect in wedding ceremonies. These findings highlight the importance of maintaining local traditions as an integral part of cultural identity in Indonesia and integrating cultural values into a multi-ethnic society increasingly open to globalization.

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce economic competition, industrialization has become the main pillar in efforts to increase a country's competitiveness and economic growth. In Indonesia, strengthening industrialization does not only aim to increase production and exports, but must also be directed at sustainable investment that pays attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. This research aims to analyze the strategies and policies needed to strengthen industrialization within the framework of sustainable investment in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach with policy analysis and case studies of key industries, it was found that the integration of sustainability principles in industry can increase efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and provide broader social benefits. In addition, government support through appropriate regulations, fiscal incentives, and increasing human resource capacity are key factors in realizing sustainable industrialization. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for policy makers, industry players and investors in designing and implementing investments that support economic growth while maintaining environmental sustainability and social welfare.
