The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of work motivation variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. to examine the impact of competency variables on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents using saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are sampled, using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) multiple linear regression and t test, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Langkisau. Which means the first hypothesis is accepted and the second hypothesis is accepted.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.

This type of research is an explanatory study, with a population of around 100 respondents who are interested in buying a house in Bale Agung Pemalang Housing. The sample collection uses non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used purposive. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using correlation, regression, using the SPSS application. This study concludes that price, promotion and brand image have an effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and stimulantly, the price variable has a greater influence than the promotion variable.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. The research explains the relationship between employee recruitment and work placement on employee performance at CV Trans Berjaya, the research sample used is a saturated sample because population under 100. The research instrument used a questionnaire, tested data through partial and simultaneous tests, multiple regression test using SPSS 25 software. Partial test results revealed that variabel X1 recruitment affected employee performance by 0,722 or 72,2% and variable X2 work placement influenced performance employees by 0,631 0r 63,1%. And the simultaneous test of recruitment and work placement variables on employee performance has an impact of 0,731 or 73,1%. Thus, the performance of Trans Berjaya employees is influenced by recruitment and job placement. Variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect variable Y.  

Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand trust and product quality on customer loyalty through customer engagement with Toyota car users in Medan City. The research was conducted on Toyota car users in Medan City. The population of all Toyota brand car users in Medan City. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula of 150 respondents. Data analysis was performed using path analysis in the SPSS program. The results of the sub-1 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer engagement. The results of the sub-2 analysis prove that brand trust and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

Sampang Regency has tourism potential, one of which is the Klampis Reservoir in Kedundung Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding accounting, internal control systems and information technology on the quality of CV's financial reports. Woodpoindo Semarang in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population in this study are managers and their staff and the financial management section, while the sample is 45 employees. The research data were tested for normality with classical assumptions and processed with the SPSS Version 23.0 program, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are as follows: 1.) Understanding of accounting has no effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-value of 0.468 which is less than the t-table value of 1.682 and the significance number of 0.642 is greater than the α value of 0.05. Thus H1 is rejected. 2.) The internal control system has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-count value of 19.785 greater than the t-table value of 1.682 and a significance number of 0.000 which is less than the α value of 0.05. Thus, H2 is accepted. 3.) Information technology has an effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.576 greater than the t-table value of 1.682 and a significance number of 0.001 which is less than the α value of 0.05. Thus, H3 is accepted.

This study aims to determine the effect of tuition fees, promotions, facilities, infrastructure, and also reputation on student decision-making in choosing the Islamic Economics study program, at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Diponegoro University, Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach. The variables used in this study are tuition fees, promotions, facilities, and infrastructure, reputation, decision-making. The method used in this study was by taking questionnaire data which was distributed to active students of the Islamic Economics study program at Diponegoro University. The population used in this study is the number of active students in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 which total 615 students. The samples taken were 97 students using the proportional random sampling technique. This study used multiple linear regression which was processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results showed that the infrastructure and reputation variables influenced student decision-making in choosing a study program, but the tuition and promotion variables did not affect student decisions in choosing the Islamic Economics study program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Diponegoro University Semarang.

This study concerns profitability, aiming to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL) and capital structure on profitability mediated by credit growth. The population of this study were all Rural Banks (BPR) in Central Java province, totaling 257 BPRs. This study used purposive sampling, with the criteria being a private BPR with its head office in Central Java province and reporting complete financial data for the 2019-2021 period. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on credit growth. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on credit growth. Credit growth have a positive but not significant effect on profitability. Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant negative effect on profitability. Capital structure have a significant positive effect on profitability. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found that credit growth cannot mediate the effect Non Performing Loans (NPL) against profitability.Credit growth cannot mediate the effectcapital structure on profitability.

The aim of this study was to evaluate brand awareness, customer happiness, and customer experience in relation to consumer loyalty to Aminda Skin Care at the Makassar Branch. The population of the study consists of Aminda Skin Care customers. The sample for the study consisted of 96 individuals, and information was gathered using a questionnaire. The data are analysed using SPSS 20 after the hypothesis is tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that customer experience has little impact on loyalty. Brand recognition and customer satisfaction have a significant impact on consumer loyalty.    

This study aims to look into the effects of employee placement and selection at PT Kahatex in Bandung Regency. Simple random sampling was used in this study's 699-person population, and it produced a sample of 86 participants. The SPSS version 22 program was used to test the hypothesis in this study, which uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques. A significant value of 0.000 0.05 in the F test results indicates that both the selection and placement variables have an impact on employee performance. The t-test reveals that the selection variable only slightly affects worker performance.

This study shows that the work environment has a positive effectand significant to the performance of employees of the Regional Representatives Council of Sumatra ProvinceWest. tested and acceptable based on the t-count value of Variable X1 3.258 t-table 1.663 andsign value (0.002 < 0.005) The magnitude of the influence of the work environment (X1) on performanceemployees (Y) of 0.191 units. Work facilities have a positive effect on employee performance.tested and acceptable based on t-count (5.480) t-table (1.663) and sign (0.00) < 0.05.the magnitude of the influence of work facilities (X2) on performance (Y) is 0.445. which meanevery time there is a good work facility it will increase performance by 0.445 units. R² valueis 0.467 which indicates that the independent variable (X1,X2) explains the effectto the dependent variable namely Employee Performance of 0.467 or 46.7%. conclusion onIn this study, the work environment and work facilities have a positive and significant effecton the performance of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council office of Sumatra ProvinceWest.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price on Switching Barrier, Trust in brand on Switching Barrier and to determine the Effect of Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand on Customer Loyalty (Survey on customers of PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera Garudafood Depo Tasikmalaya Distribution Division). The method used in this research is quantitative method, the research sample is 80 respondents and the analytical tool used in this research is path analysis using SPSS version 25. The method of determining the sample uses probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on the Switching Barrier; Trust in Brand has a significant effect on Switching Barrier; Price, Switching Barrier and Trust in Brand simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price partially has no significant effect on customer loyalty; Switching Barrier partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price through Switching Barrier has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Trust in Brand through Switching Barrier has no significant effect on Customer Loyalty.

This research aims to determine the effect of applying a problem-based learning model with the following variables: 1) teacher activity, 2) student activity, and 3) cognitive learning outcomes of grade XI students, on competency standard choux paste at SMKN 2 Mojokerto. This type of research is experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design and uses two classes that act as experimental and control classes. The instruments used were pretest-posttest questions and observation sheets of teacher and student activities. Data analysis was carried out by independent sample t-test using SPSS 25 for Windows. The results of the independent sample t-test test for the pretest showed that the pretest in the two classes was not significantly different and it could be concluded that the two classes had the same initial ability. While the results of the independent t-test test for the posttest obtained a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.034 which means that the significance value is <0,05. The conclusions on the results of this research are: 1) teacher activity is classified in the very good category, 2) student activity is classified in the very good category, and 3) student's cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental class have increased more than the control class.

Supervisor I Sitti Aida Aziz and Advisor II Syahruddin.This study aims to determine the relationship between reading skills and learning outcomes for Indonesian language students in class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is a quantitative correlation research. The population of this study were all students of class IV UPTD SPF at SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. The sample of this research is 19 people. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis techniques and correlation analysis between the independent variables and the dependent variable by utilizing SPSS version 23.The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes is rxy = 0.947, this correlation is included in the very strong category and sig. shows the number 0.000 which shows that there is a significant difference between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes because p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reading skills and the results of learning Indonesian for class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency.

Education plays an important role in all aspects of human life. Education is the most effective tool to improve the quality of individuals to be more productive. Competition between formal educational institutions, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, so that schools compete to improve the quality and quality of education to attract attention and seize market share and offer the services provided. Therefore, schools must design strong marketing strategies in order to make students interested and satisfied with the services provided. Several aspects that affect student satisfaction such as education costs, location and quality of service. This study aims to determine and analyze which factors are the most dominant influencing student satisfaction among education costs, location and service quality. The population in this study were 855 students at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. With the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 86 students of SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. Data were taken by distributing questionnaires to students which were then measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. This study uses SPSS 20 as data processing. The results showed that simultaneously the cost of education, location and service quality had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction. While partially the cost of education, location and service quality have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.    

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze empirically Influence Persistence of Earnings (X1), Company Size (X2), Allocation Tax (X3) on the Earnings Quality (Y) in manufacturing companies listing on the Stock Exchange. This type of research is classified as research that is causative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 until 2021. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method, to obtain a sample of 10 manufacturing companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collected by using documentation obtained through the official website IDX: www.idx.co.id and obtained from the website: www.yahoofinace.com. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. The data obtained were then processed using descriptive statistics test, classic assumption test (Normality Test, Test Multicolinearity, Hesteroskedastisitas Test), Regression Test, Test The coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (F-test, t test) were analyzed with SPSS software elp.

This study aims to determine the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on basic seasoning material to the knowledge and skills of grade X culinary students at SMKN 1 Cerme Gresik. This study used a type of Quasi-Experimental research using a Post-test Only Control Group Design research design. Data were obtained using Post-Test questions and assessment sheets of the results of the practice of making basic and processed seasonings. Data analysis techniques were carried out with the Independent Sample T-Test and Mann-Whitney test with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the average value of knowledge and skills of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. Based on the results of the Independent T-Test Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) from the post-test value for the experimental class, which is 0.000, there is an influence of the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on the results of student knowledge of basic seasoning material. While the skill results are based on the Mann-Whitney Asymp test. Sig. (2-tailed) from the practice value of making basic seasoning of 0.000, there is an influence of the use of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on the results of psychomotor skills in basic seasoning material.
