Stikubank University (Unisbank) Semarang has implemented a web-based learning system known as a smart campus in which there is an integrated smart campus e-learning model. E-learning applied by Unisbank management is an online learning medium by utilizing information technology to make it easy for all students and lecturers to use in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to analyze the success of university e-learning based on the adaptation of the Delone and McLean information system success model. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study, a questionnaire instrument was used to obtain primary data. Furthermore, the data is processed quantitatively using the Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the data test were then analyzed descriptively to provide a narrative description of the research results. The results of research data processing showed that (1) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system had no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.729; (2) Student assessment of system quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.002; (3) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.025; (4) Student assessment of information quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (5) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system has no significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.166; (6) Student assessment of service quality in the e-learning system will have a significant effect on user satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000; (7) User satisfaction related to the e-learning system has a significant effect on intention to use with a p-value of 0.000; (8) Intention to use e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits p-value 0.004; (9) User satisfaction in the e-learning system has a significant effect on net benefits with a p-value of 0.000. The quality of financial reports is the most important factor in government organizations such as the Class 1 Agricultural Quarantine Office in Semarang. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-procurement, the application of government accounting standards, and the internal control system for the quality of financial reports. The population in this study were all employees of the Class 1 Semarang Agricultural Quarantine Center with 110 employees. The number of samples in this study was 110 employees with the sampling method using the census. The data analysis method used is the path analysis model. The results of the research are the simultaneous effect of the use of e- procurement,  the  application  of  government  accounting  standards,  and  the internal control system together have a significant (0,000) and  effect (122,450) on the quality of financial reports. The effect of the use of e-procurement, implementation of government accounting standards, and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports is 77%. The results of the partial hypothesis testing of the use of e-procurement have a positive (0,379) and significant (0,000) effect on the quality of financial reports. The application of government accounting standards has a positive (0,397) and significant  (0,000)  effect  on  the  quality  of  financial  statements.  The  internal control system has a positive (0,186) and significant (0,016) effect on the quality of financial statements.

In the process of distributing electricity from the generator to the consumer, it goes through many processes and passes through several parts. Starting from the electric power distribution system, one of which is the distribution system. Considering that the scope of this distribution network is directly related and is located in an inhabited area, in addition to meeting technical quality requirements, it must also meet the requirements for being safe for users and familiar with the environment. In this distribution system there is a very important equipment in distributing electric power, namely the distribution substation. Because of the important role of the distribution substation, it must be protected from disturbances that may occur. One of them is the load imbalance between phases. In practice and in reality, in various locations of electric power distribution, a completely balanced load condition is obtained, mainly because of the large number of single-phase load groups that are serviced by a low-voltage three-phase distribution system. This is because the characteristics and types of electrical power user equipment vary with different consumer conditions and activities. To obtain load balance, load balancing is carried out between phases for load distribution so that load adjustments occur at distribution substations.

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji menganalisis, menguji, dan membuktikan pengaruh variabel sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan dengan good corporate governance sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk. Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran angket atau kusioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan. Good Corporate Governance Sebagai Variabel Moderasi berpengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan.

Rice is the most important staple food for humans to have energy to carry out activities. The purpose of this study is to provide information to the public in the form of a reference for selecting rice based on consumer interest, so that it can be used as a decision making in buying rice. The Mamdani method is a method that is able to solve problems in the case of rice selection based on consumer references. The work process of the Sugeno method consists of four parts, namely fuzification, inference engine, implication function amplification and the last one is defuzzification. The final result, the Mamdani method has the characteristics of using the AND operator and using the min-max value. This research is in the form of a decision-making system in rice selection based on references from consumers by looking at four aspects of criteria such as price, quality, taste, and shape variables, these four aspects can be used as a reference in rice selection. Sugeno fuzzy logic to get the final value.The Mamdani method is a very effective method in selecting rice according to the needs and interests of consumers so that potential consumers can easily choose rice according to their interests and desired criteria.

The more rapid development of universities in Indonesia, the competition between universities is getting bigger so that the quality and facilities of each university greatly affect the attractiveness and competitiveness of universities. College of Computer Informatics Management (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang has 672 students. The campus of STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang has three departments, namely, first-class informatics engineering, undergraduate information systems and D3 informatics engineering with each accredited B. The development and improvement of lecture and practicum facility services at (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang is very important to be monitored and maintained. If the campus has provided services and facilities for students but these services and facilities are not monitored and maintained, sooner or later the services and facilities provided will be damaged and can no longer be used. The purpose of this research is to build a complaint information system website for lecture facilities and practicum to help and facilitate students. Based on the results of the test analysis using the Slovin method, there is an average value of 87% with Strongly Agree (SS) criteria. Even with the index value, when viewed based on the type of variable, there are several question items with unfavorable criteria. Question items with these criteria need to be considered for future website development. In the future, the website development will take into account the lowest index value of each indicator, especially those with poor and bad criteria.

The computer has a function as a data processing tool that will assist in completing work quickly and precisely. MA Nurul Ulum as an educational institution, especially in the implementation of payment administration activities, still uses a manual or conventional system, so there are still many shortcomings and obstacles that result in a job not being able to run properly. Therefore we need a new system, namely a computer-based payment administration system in order to be able to manage and process payment data quickly, because with computer technology both students and other parties who want to know information related to tuition payments can get it quickly. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of service to students or parents in making tuition payments. The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. With an administrative information system that has been integrated in a database, it will facilitate the process of financial calculations and the existence of a Client Server-based school administrative information system will connect between sections, namely the administrative section, school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation making it easier to access financial information. school any time

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. In the field of computer education it is also very helpful, especially in terms of payroll services for teachers and employees who work as educators. MTs NU Jogoloyo Wonosalam Demak as an institution that has a large number of teachers and employees, besides that every day attendance officers are absent which results in difficulties in making payroll reports, especially recording and reporting still using manual methods so it takes longer time to record and deliver. report. In addition, sometimes there is a misunderstanding between attendance officers and teachers and employees regarding remuneration at the end of the month. In solving this payroll problem, the writer uses the Research and Development (R & D) method, while making applications can use high-level programming languages ​​such as Microsoft Visual Basic Ver 6.0. and SQL Server 2000 for data base management. Payroll applications are needed to simplify transactions and reporting on a monthly basis. With the use of this new payroll system software, it is hoped that it can produce quality information, improve service to employees and can assist in the decision-making process

Clinic is a health service institution that is used to provide medical services needed by the community. The clinic aims to help improve the quality of health in the community and the clinic can be managed by the government or the private sector. In order to create good and fast service to the community, it can be supported by computerized accounting records. The purpose of this study is to determine the appropriate cash management accounting information system at DYNA Clinic in Banjarmasin, as well as to produce a Web-Based Cash Management Application Program This study found that all cash records at the DYNA clinic were still manual. The author suggests using a web-based cash management application program to help DYNA Clinic record patient data, record cash management transactions and make it easier to find information on cash receipts and disbursements.

Multimedia learning software development requires design methods, development tools, examination models and proficiency in Information Technology systems. It is necessary to formulate a Holistic Method which considers all related aspects in order to guide the quality of good design in designing Multimedia Learning. Implementing the findings of the Holistic Method formulation to build multimedia learning with good design quality. This study formulates the stages of multimedia development which include: Creative Brief, Design, Material Preparation, Compiling, Testing, Distribution. The multimedia software development process will be guided by 15 guiding elements which are grouped into 5 elements, include : content, appearance, utility aspect, user caracter, and didactic. These guiding elements are used to produce good quality learning multimedia designs. The methodology is called Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM).

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

The state considers that all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, constitute violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity. The objective of this study was to demonstrate that the integrity and harmony of a household can be disrupted if the quality and self-control cannot be maintained, ultimately leading to domestic violence and causing a sense of insecurity or injustice to those within the household. This qualitative research used a descriptive approach to systematically gather data that were factual and rapid in line with the condition when this study was conducted. The results showed that every individual within a household, in carrying out their rights and responsibilities, must be guided by religion. Such principles need to be nurtured and developed to build the integrity of a household.

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management information systems on the work effectiveness of outpatients at the Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Regional General Hospital, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. This research method uses primary data through a survey using a questionnaire as many as 73 outpatient employees of the Regional General Hospital Prof.Dr.H.M Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng as the research sample. Data were analyzed through univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test using SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) The quality of the system showed a value of p = 0.001 < from = 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, meaning that the system user has an effect on the work effectiveness of outpatients at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu 2020, (2) The quality of information affects the work effectiveness of employees with a p value = 0.000, (3) System users affect the work effectiveness of outpatients with a p value = 0.000, (4) User satisfaction affects the work effectiveness of outpatients path with p value = 0.000. This shows that the quality of the management information system can increase the work effectiveness of outpatient employees at Prof. Hospital. Dr. H. M. Anwar Makkatutu Bantaeng. If the management information system is good, it will increase the work effectiveness of outpatients and increase employee satisfaction.

Wood is an important element determining the quality of a product on furniture. The lack of knowledge of the furniture industry in this industry causes problems to choose a decision in determining the wood material to produce quality and quality furniture products. Development of a decision support system using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method uses wood quality feasibility parameters consisting of five criteria, namely Physical Physical Properties, Mechanical Mechanical Properties of Wood, Wood Grade, Wood Age and Wood Substance from several samples. The results of this study were to produce a decision from the data to determine a decision, a decision support system for the purchase of wood materials for a furniture industry company using the Analytichal Hierarchy Process method. After testing, it can be concluded that the decision obtained is appropriate for use by staff and superiors and is ready to be implemented.

The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Strengthening public awareness about the concept of Islamic economics towards the provision of high quality and highly competent human resources to be able to compete and innovate through research and development.

Background: Improving the quality of life of Indonesian people can be done through educational efforts both at school and outside of school. The School Health Business (UKS) is a basic health business aimed at schools and is the duty of the public health center to achieve health and improve learning achievement of school children). One of the functions of the UKS is as a forum for providing early health education especially for school children. Method: Before the implementation of the activity, the number of students involved amounted to 40 people, while the selection of students based on grade 8 and grade 9 would be selected again after getting extension activities and transforming as a UKS cadre. Activity Methods Used (1) Lecture and Demonstration Methods to discuss General Knowledge about School Health Enterprises (UKS), the role and participation of students in UKS activities, Efforts to Encourage, (2) Learning Methods Used to Transfer Assistance or Skills from the Value System Owned resource person to students. As a guest speaker providing health examination exercises for special UKS cadre students consisting of general physical examination and vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse and breathing). Results: The results of the data collection obtained for SMP did not have its own UKS room ,but it was still combined with the primary school room which was still in the same building. Schools do not have UKS cadres and have never done UKS program activities. The level of student knowledge related to UKS is also very low. Conclusion: the level of student knowledge after counseling was found as many as 36 (86%) people have good knowledge and 6 people (14%) have enough knowledge. This shows that the provision of counseling and training can increase student knowledge. Suggestions, for SatyaSai Junior High School and Denut 3 Public Health Center to make a policy about the importance of UKS and to continue the program to have UKS space and to form a UKS structure so that good student behavior is formed to increase PHBS in schools and to follow up 

In the daily use of technology, humans cannot be separated from the internet as a need to exchange information. People at this time spend more time in front of computer screens, laptops, even smartphones to find out information, send data to some of their friends. One of the information that is often sought or sent is a file. Apart from that, image files are files that are much searched for and sent, and many also contain important information in them. Image file security is of course very important so that unauthorized parties do not hack or manipulate information from the image. There is a way to secure information so that it does not leak to unauthorized parties, namely by using cryptography and steganography. By combining these two methods, you can maintain the confidentiality and security of a file, especially image files. In this study the algorithm and method used is the AES cryptographic algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) 256 and the LSB (Least Significant Bit) steganography method. Data integrity needs to be tested to ensure that the encryption and decryption processes are running properly. Data integrity testing uses the SHA-1 method. Likewise, the image quality after insertion will experience a decrease in quality. To evaluate this, it is necessary to test using the PSNR method. From the results of data integrity testing by comparing the hash value of the decrypted image file with the original image file, there is no difference. So this shows that the encryption and decryption process was successful. While in testing using the PSNR method, the average PSNR value is 44.14086 dB and with an average error value of 2.830403 dB, which means there is a small decrease in quality. From the implementation and testing results, it can be concluded that the AES 256 cryptographic algorithm and the steganography method LSB can be implemented in maintaining the confidentiality and security of secret messages.
