Teenagers today often experience sleep disturbances, this happens because teenagers prefer to be in front of screens such as gadgets, televisions and computers. In a day, teenagers use gadgets for 5-7 hours, so it takes around 60 minutes longer to fall asleep. Apart from using gadgets, another factor that can affect sleep quality is stress. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in adolescents at Puspita Medika Tapos Health Vocational School, Depok. Method: This research uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 99 students. Results: based on statistical logistic regression tests on 99 respondents, a significant value of p = 0.045 was obtained, namely <0.05 for the gadget use variable and p = 0.001, namely <0.05 for stress levels. Conclusion: there is a relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in teenagers at Puspita Medika Vocational School.

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving labusiam therapy in reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: This research is quantitative using a pre-experimental design method with a one group pre-post test design. The number of samples used was 15 respondents, the sampling technique used an accidental sampling approach. The statistical test in this study used the Wilcoxon Test. This research was conducted in Bogor, West Java. Results: It is known that the average MAP value before the intervention was 117 mmHg and after the intervention it decreased to 106 mmHg. Based on the Wilcoxon test, it is known that there is a difference in the average MAP value before and after the intervention (0.001 < 0.005). Based on the results of direct and indirect hypothesis testing, there is development of human resources and employee work abilities in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the Development of the Alahan Panjang Resort Tourism Object which is located in Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrix approach. With the SWOT analysis, the situation of the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction can be identified by identifying the internal factors and external factors that influence the tourist attraction. The research results based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the coordinate position of the Performance Analysis of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in developing the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in quadrant 1 with a cut point of 0.73; 0.33. This shows that the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in a growth oriented strategy position or implementing a strategy referring to aggressive growth so as to enable the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office to carry out further development.

Background: High levels of stress can result in biological, psychological and social problems and even serious harm to a person. Emotional prevalence in Central Java is characterized by 95,461 depressive symptoms. Stress in students can originate from activities and also academic assignments. Objective: Therapy that can be carried out by Muslims with an Islamic approach, namely psychoreligious by listening to the holy verses of the Koran or murottal Al-Qur'an. This research aims to determine the effect of providing murottal Al-Qur'an on stress levels in students at 'Aisyiyah University, Surakarta. The research respondents were students at 'Aisyiyah University, Surakarta, female, aged 18-22 years, from the faculty of health sciences and not deaf. Methods: This study measured the stress level of the pretest and posttest design. The subjects of this study amounted to 2 respondents. The questionnaire used in this study was the DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire to measure student stress levels. Results: Before being given murottal Al-Qur'an the level of stress was high, and after being given murottal Al-Qur'an the level of stress was mild. Conclusion: The results show that there is a significant reduction in stress levels in 'Aisyiyah Surakarta University students, after being given Al-Qur'an murottals.  

This research is entitled the influence of product quality and price of realme brand smartphones on purchasing decisions (studies in Batuliang sub-district, Central Lombok district). The aim is to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The data collection method used is the purposive sampling. The population and respondents in the study were 60 people in Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the quality of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) The price of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine how the influence of influence and work discipline on the performance of employees at PT. Markasia Communications. PT. Markasia Communication is a full services marketing communication founded in 2008 with a company that has a proven track record of delivering the best results to its clients. PT services Markasia Communication consists of events, designs, and multimedia presented in a creative, unique and integrated approach to meet client needs. This research focuses on employees. PT. Markasia Communication located in South Jakarta. A company in achieving good performance and employee discipline to always be orderly, one of which can be influenced by compensation. This research method uses a quantitative. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and questionnaire techniques. The data obtained from the questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 35 employees. The research obtained is based on the simultaneous test (F) that the variables of pressure and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, where the calculated F value is greater than F table (45.050 > 3.290 , with a significance value smaller than the significance level (0.00 Based on the t test for the coercion and work discipline variables, it has a significant positive effect on the acquisition of a positive beta value of  0.375 and a significance value of 0.006 which is less than 0.05 (0.005 < 0.05), and the t test results for the work discipline variable obtain a positive beta value of 0.553 and a significance value of 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).    

Occupational Safety and Health  (OHS) is a crucial aspect in energy infrastructure maintenance operations, such as Distribution Substations (GD) owned by PLN. Cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN is a critical activity that involves high risks to worker safety and health and has an impact on the continuity of electricity supply.   This study aims to analyze the application of K3 to 20 kV  cubicle maintenance work at GD PLN. Through a qualitative approach, data are obtained based on observation, interviews and  literature studies. The results showed that the application of K3 was obtained through  safety briefing activities  and  K3 documentation which included SOPs, inspectors, HIRARC and JSA. While the maintenance process  of  the 20 kV  cubicle includes preparation, implementation and completion.

Kali beldang is one of the areas located in Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency East Nusa Tenggara. This time it was one of the times that looked very dirty. There is a lot of garbage scattered around the river, even in the water stream. There are various kinds of waste, ranging from garbage, waste from animal feed disposal, livestock manure, waste in the form of torn cloths, to plastic waste that is very difficult to decompose and Masi many more hazardous waste that cannot be recycled. This research will be carried out with qualitative methods as research observation, with the aim of the researcher, The qualitative approach is to observe, explain, describe, describe critically.

The aim of this research is to increase students' social studies learning motivation through the application of the mind mapping learning model, this is due to the low level of students' learning motivation towards social studies subjects at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngeni Wonotirto Blitar. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) The steps for implementing the mind mapping learning model begin with determining the objectives to be achieved in learning, determining the material that will be presented in the mind map. After the material is determined, the next step is to prepare supporting tools. The next step is the learning process using the mind mapping learning model. (2) Student responses to the application of the mind mapping learning model get a good response from students. Students are more enthusiastic when learning activities use the mind mapping learning model. (3) The implications of applying the mind mapping learning model are a) students are interested in paying attention to the material presented, b) students become easier to understand the material, c) students become more enthusiastic about learning than usual, d) students become more active in learning activities using mind mapping model, e) student learning motivation has increased, besides that it will affect student learning outcomes.

This research was conducted at Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs which is located at Jl. Cempaka No. 20 Karawang Sari Rejo Medan, Medan Polonia District, North Sumatra. The subjects in this study were the Madrasah Head, Deputy Madrasah Head, and Teachers. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The analysis technique in this study uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Guarantees for the validity of the data in this study are credibility, transferability, reliability, and confirmability. The results of the research show that (1) The leadership of the Head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs Madrasah has seven roles in improving teacher discipline, namely as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. (2) The attitude of the madrasa head in forming the teacher's attitude is good because the head of the Nurussholih Medan Polonia Private MTs madrasa is able to set an exemplary example for the teachers at the madrasa. (3) The madrasa head's efforts to improve teacher discipline are very strict in terms of teacher attendance, and the problem is that there are still teachers who do not come to the madrasa on time because the distance from home to school is quite far so they lack discipline.

This study generally aims to describe (1) how the principal's policy planning is in improving school facilities and infrastructure (2) how is the implementation of the principal's policy in improving school facilities and infrastructure (3) how is the evaluation of the principal's policy in improving facilities and school infrastructure. And (3) Evaluation of the Principal's Policy in Improving Facilities and Infrastructure and Learning Achievement at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH. a) The evaluation of facilities and infrastructure at SMPS IT AL HIJRAH is the responsibility of the principal and representatives of the facilities and infrastructure sector through supervision, b) input and processes, c) products and results of facilities and infrastructure.  

In the current era of globalization, there is a lot of competition from various schools or madrasas, to offer the best quality from their institutions. This can be seen from the various forms of promotion and strategy, moreover educational institutions with a private background are certainly required to have higher quality and competitiveness compared to other educational institutions, especially those with a state label. This research in general, aims to describe (1) how the recruitment of students is carried out at Karya Bunda Middle School (2) What is the strategy used by Karya Bunda Middle School in recruiting new students (3) What are the obstacles faced by the school in the student recruitment process at Karya Bunda Middle School. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, educators, students, education staff, and two students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with research extension, increased persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate (1) the implementation of student recruitment with technical instructions from the Education Office, the recruitment process does not have selection and applicant tests only need to pay administrative costs and have actually passed SD (2) The strategy used in recruiting students is a promotion strategy, namely a strategy from door to door, distributing brochures and placing advertisements on social media, visiting SD/MI, community activities, and working with students (3) in the process constraints the recruitment of these students is due to limited classroom space, unable to compete with the country and less desirable.

Supervisor I Hilmi Hambali and Supervisor II Irmawanty.This study aims to (1) To find out student learning outcomes after using audio-visual animation media in Class IV SD Inpres Lasepang, Bantaeng Regency; (2) To determine the effect of using audio-visual animation media in class IV of the Lasepang Presidential Instruction, Bantaeng Regency. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research approach with a research design using an experimental method that also uses two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. Then the sample is class IV with a total of 40 students. With a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that there are science learning outcomes with material on force and motion of objects. This can be seen in the average posttest score for the experimental class which reached 85.35, while the average posttest for the control class only reached 65.70. Based on hypothesis testing using the independent sample t test, the t count value = 6.231, while the t table value = 2.024. Based on the results obtained t count < t tabel (t count=6.231< t tabel=2.024. Thus Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

This research aims to find out whether the Village Financial System influences the Performance of the Village Government in Doreng District. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative research. The population in this study was 30 people with the research sample using a saturated sample. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and t test using IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the respondents' perceptions of the Village Financial System variable (X) is 90% with very good criteria. Meanwhile, the respondent's perception of the Village Government Performance variable (Y) was 86% in the very good category. The research results show that the Village Financial System variable has a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the α value (0.05), so Ha is accepted. Thus, the Village Financial System variable partially influences the performance of the Village Government in Doreng District.

This study analyzes the causes of self-censorship in the Japanese mass media. Japan is now considered a country that has low press freedom. Approved by PM Koizumi`s cabinet in 2002 against a bill banning excessive reporting activities which caused strong protests from newspapers and broadcasters. The purpose of this research is to explain the causes of self-censorship in the Japanese mass media. This study uses qualitative research methods with the Thematic Analysis Approach approach and model of analysis data taken in The Journalist series. The conclusion of this study is that the Japanese mass media exercise self-censorship due to pressure from outsiders which makes it difficult for them to present the news and sources who refuse to be interviewed.

This research aims to describe the planning, implementation and assessment of increasing students' interest and courage in responding in speaking learning through the Response Readers model for class VII.1 students at SMP Negeri 17 Makassar. This research approach uses a classroom action research (PTK) approach. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research was a test technique and observation with two cycles. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the implementation of increasing students' interest and courage in responding in learning to speak through the Readers Response model for students in class VII.1 of SMP Negeri 17 Makassar showed significant results which were marked by an increase in the number of students who had very good and good grades. decrease at the level of sufficient and poor student categories.

This research is conducted to find out the meaning and symbolic on tembang campursari. This research using a qualitative descriptive approach with Roland Barthes semiotic perspective. Data is collected by using documentation collection techniques on the song Campursari entitled Kelayung Layung by Deny Caknan. The results of the analysis indicate that (1) in the meaning of the denotations, connotations, and myths contained in the song Campursari Kelayung Layung has the meaning that humans as God’s creatures cry a lot for fear of death. In fact, as a human being, we must be aware that death will definitely come, but we never know when death will come.; (2) The symbolic meaning of the song Kelayung Layung has a meaning about the symbol of death. Humans die have no meaning anymore, both rank, degree, and wealth. Implication of this research shows that humans have to be aware about death.

This research analyzes the Kansai dialect, Standard Japanese, and the perspectives of native Kansai dialect speakers towards both languages. The purpose of this study is to find out what native speakers of Kansai dialect feel about their dialect and their views on Standard Japanese. This research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. The data for this study were gathered from comments on threads and questions posted on the jp.quora.com website. The researcher's conclusion is that native Kansai dialect speakers have a sense of pride in their language and do not hold any particular views towards Standard Japanese.
