There are 514 urban areas in the archipelagic nation of Indonesia (Ministry of Home Affairs, 2016). There are many cities in Indonesia that are able to provide a sense of comfort and security for their residents, this of course has an impact on population growth. However, the amount of waste that can be generated and stored is limited by the carrying capacity of the urban environment. Using the idea of a "green city" which consists of nine elements of road infrastructure, traffic, green open space, clean water, noise, energy, housing, clean air and buildings is one way to overcome the above problems. All these qualities need to be utilized immediately with a comprehensive systems approach and in accordance with economic, social and environmental principles in sustainable development. Blue economy approaches can be used to eliminate waste. The “blue economy” is a term that is becoming increasingly popular in today's seas and oceans. The aim of this concept is to combine sea base development opportunities with environmental management and protection. Four conceptual interpretations of the blue economy were determined through research into the dominant discourse in international economic policy documents. How the blue economy works is also examined through an “in practice” analysis of the blue economy and related actors. Next, the scope and focus of the blue economy is explored specifically on the maritime industry, which is included or excluded in various conceptualizations. This analysis reveals areas of agreement and conflict. The consensus range reflects the growing trend towards the commercialization and valuation of nature, delineating and defining maritime boundaries and enhancing the security of the world's oceans. There are several areas of conflict, particularly disputes over the legitimacy of individuals as part of the “blue economy”, highly carbon-intensive industries such as oil and gas and the growing deep sea mining industry. Oceans are becoming increasingly important in terms of potential international trade opportunities through intermediaries and buyers. the behavior of the model supporting such a relationship in the ocean is acceptable from a regular and economic point of view. The relationship between land and sea is increasing in the role and importance of the "blue economy" as the term emerges in the background. . A literature review was conducted to analyze the correct definition of the blue economy. This definition is analyzed based on the minimum requirements that are important for the blue economy. This article also tries to compile various types of activities related to marine services. This is done to determine what can be considered priority areas for blue economic growth. The blue economy concept is based on national economic development. This is comprehensively useful for achieving overall national development. Environmental accounting is stated as a process of reducing negative values and creating positive values in environmental accountability.

Policy regulations are free policy products determined by state administration officials in the context of carrying out government tasks. The policies set by the government in the form of policy regulations are not based on orders from the law or not based on authority based on the law. The policies of state administration officials are then outlined in a certain format so that they can be applied generally or apply equally to every citizen. The format of policy regulations is simpler than the format of statutory regulations. Policy regulations are enforced and obeyed like other legal regulations. Policy regulations are formal forms of policy determined by state administrative officials based on the principle of discretion. In the practice of government administration, policy regulations and statutory regulations coexist. Policy regulations are not statutory regulation. Policy maker does not have the authority to form laws and regulations. Policy regulations generally provide instructions regarding how a government agency will act in carrying out government authority that is not bound to any person. The formation of policy regulations by state administration officials expressed in formats such as announcements, guidelines or circulars are not based on legislative authority, but based on government authority.

This research aims to: (1) determine the level of student policy regarding social media (2) determine the level of student social media policy before being given classical guidance services. (3) find out whether or not classical guidance services are effective in increasing students' social media skills. This type of research is Pre-Experimental Design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest model. The population in this study was class VIII.2. The sample for this research was 27 people taken using a total sampling technique, which means that the entire population was the sample for the research. Data was collected using a scale for developing wise social media skills. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon test. The results of the research show that: (1) the wise description of students' social media before being given classical guidance services is in the medium category with a mean of 27.41. (2) after being given classical guidance services, they are in the medium category with an increasing score with a mean of 34.56. (3) classical tutoring services are effective in increasing students' social media skills. This statement is supported by the asymp sig (2-tailed) results, which obtained a value of 0.000, which means it is smaller than the α value of 0.05. So it can be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, meaning that classical guidance is effective in improving the social media skills of students at SMP N 7 Bukittinggi.

This study aims to analyze the role of the financial sector in poverty alleviation in Indonesia using annual data for the period 1980-2014. The ARDL cointegration approach is used to show the existence of a long-run trade-off between the financial sector and poverty alleviation. In addition, the Granger causality VECM method is also used to detect the direction of the causal relationship between the financial sector and poverty. In addition, to measure the time horizon and relative intensity of poverty in response to shocks experienced by the financial sector, impulse response functions (IRF) and variance decomposition (VDC) are used. Private sector money supply and domestic credit ratio are used as indicators of financial sector development, while poverty is measured by household consumption expenditure per capita and economic growth is measured by gross domestic product (GDP) per capita. The results show that there is a long-run relationship between the financial sector, economic growth and poverty alleviation in Indonesia. Furthermore, the results show that there is a two-way causal relationship between the financial sector and poverty. The contribution of money supply and private credit ratio to poverty shocks is positive. Therefore, to accelerate poverty alleviation, the government can adopt a policy that requires commercial banks to provide convenient lending conditions for the poor and the private sector.

Problems regarding legal justice in cases spread across cyberspace have given rise to paradigm shifts and conflicts in viewing the application of a legal system or product as a means of buying and selling to achieve certain goals such as personal satisfaction which can be very detrimental to other parties. The main focus of improving the ITE Law must be on flexible articles, with the main aim of protecting freedom of opinion as a crucial element in the survival of democracy. Articles that are susceptible to multiple interpretations require proof and data support, especially regarding sanctions for creators and spreaders of hoaxes. Therefore, input from various parties is very necessary to fulfill people's aspirations and answer the nation's needs in the future. Criticism that is based on facts must be respected, while criticism that is slanderous and provocative must face legal consequences. The ITE Law is not aimed at curbing freedom of opinion, but rather at responding to the actions of creators and spreaders of hoaxes, slander and provocation in society. The government is concerned that undemocratic electronic information regulation could undermine national unity and give free rein to unethical content creation. In fact, there are parties who systematically produce and spread content that contains hatred, based on SARA, pornography, radicalism and terrorism through the use of robots, with motives that can be political or economic.

The inventory problem that still occurs at PT Indonesia Plafon Semesta is the accumulation of resin and calcium raw materials which results in considerable losses. PT Indofon began to experience a buildup of resin raw materials in August amounting to 16,100Kg and for calcium amounting to 15,200Kg so that each month it soared until its peak in October, namely a buildup of 23,500Kg of resin, and 23,200Kg of calcium. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time  (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.
