PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. Again, this is because the PKH beneficiaries themselves collect the assistance at the post office or bank that has been determined. So for the constraints of the family program, hope has more or less been able to top it.

This research discusses how to restore the coffee culture of ancient people and its relationship with modern cafes that exist today. In ancient times, people drank coffee by producing the ingredients themselves, from growing the coffee to the brewing process. However, as time progressed, instant coffee emerged which made people start consuming instant coffee because the manufacturing process was practical, the price was relatively cheap and the taste had many innovations. This research uses a systems theory perspective by Walter Buckley and is reinforced by Niklas Luhmann's General Systems Theory. According to him, this systems theory focuses on the relationship of various processes in a social system. The research method used is a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The research results show that many cafes that have been established today have brought back the coffee culture of ancient people. This can be proven by making coffee starting from the coffee beans to the blooming process or brewing the coffee using a coffee maker.

The establishment of an ADIZ in each country is one step in maintaining the sovereignty of each country. This has been a long debate because there are no regulations outlined in international legal conventions. Until now, ADIZ Indonesia is only limited to the island of Java, so the role of ADIZ has not been effective in protecting air space which is included in the country's sovereignty. This research aims to explain the role of ADIZ as a first step in efforts to maintain state sovereignty from the perspective of international and national law. The normative juridical approach method is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations. The research results show that Indonesia needs to re-establish ADIZ not only around the island of Java but also covering the entire sovereign territory of the country.

Procedure For Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Examination Technique In Brain Tumor Cases At The Radiology Installation Of Pertamina Central Hospital Jakarta. MR spectroscopy is one way of describing metabolites in tumor tissue without being invasive. Single spectroscopic approach, which is used in Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and is the most common spectral collection method in MRI modalities. MRi is the establishment of a medical diagnosis based on the principle of magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft produce images in various pieces namely coronal, sagittal, and transverse by not at all using x-rays that produce radiation and also using radioactive substances. Brain tumors are abnormally growing brain tissue cells originating from the brain or meningens, which are benign or malignant tumors that make massive pressure. MRS is a unique non-invasive sequence that helps in the identification of lesion molecules and the difference between malignant and benign lesions. In MRI examination of the brain with tumor cases there are several sequences used, namely Se / Fse Pd / T2, Se / Fse / incoherent spoiled, (DWI) diffusion weighted imaging (1) According to Elmaoglu (2), imaging techniques that can be used for MRI brain tumor cases include axial T1 spin echo, T2 fast recovery fast spin echo, T2 FLAIR, coronal T1 and T1 Axial post contrast injection,  T1 coronal, and T1 sagittal, diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), magnetic resonance angiography, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In taking SVS LESION localizer must be precise on tumor tissue not taking part that is not part of the tumor, analyze tumor area and take SVS NORMAL localizer on other healthy tissue.

Additionally, data from various divorce cases in different regions, along with information from the Gorontalo Family Court, demonstrate that the COVID-19 pandemic has implications for divorce rates, including in Gorontalo City. One of the reasons for the increased divorce rates is partner violence due to stress and decreased financial income resulting from the pandemic situation.
