The purpose of this research is to find out a review of the compilation of Islamic law regarding interfaith marriages from a sharia perspective. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a comparative approach by conducting literature studies related to studies of theories relevant to the problem of interfaith marriages. In the view of Islamic law, marriage between different religions is strictly prohibited because it is contrary to the rules of Islamic law in maintaining the existence of religion. The goal of marriage is to create a sakinanh, mawaddah wa Rahmah household, but this goal is very difficult to realize if the marriage is built on the basis of different religions. Based on Marriage Law Number 1 of 1974 which is implemented in the compilation of Islamic law, it states that it does not accommodate interfaith marriages to strengthen the arguments put forward in the Koran.

This study aims to determine and analyze the protection of domestic workers related to working time and to determine what legal remedies can be done in the event that working time exceeds working time in general. Researchers use the type of normative juridical research. This writing focuses on literature research in the form of collecting legal materials with legal approaches and concepts that are analyzed in a legal perspective. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Regulation No. 2 of 2015 on the protection of domestic servants (PRT) has not been able to reach the Act No. 13 of 2003 in the employment relationship. Since domestic workers are considered not employed “employers", they do not get the protection that the law gives to other workers. (2) the Ideal worker timing Model for domestic workers in Indonesia is still unclear. Domestic workers in Indonesia are still very vulnerable to exploitation related to inhumane working hours, especially for domestic workers who live with their employers. Therefore, it is expected that the government can immediately ratify the Domestic Workers Bill into the Domestic Workers Act

Administering advanced doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (booster) to the public will provide longer protection against the corona virus. The benefits of booster vaccines from a health perspective have at least 3 important reasons. First, there has been a tendency for the number of antibodies to decrease since 6 months after vaccination, especially amid the emergence of new Covid-19 variants including the Second Omicron variant, as a form of effort to adapt people living during the Covid-19 pandemic for long-term health. And third, fulfilling the right of every Indonesian to access vaccines for self and community protection. Some people have complied with health protocols, but there are still others who lack the awareness to apply the 5M principles, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility. Everyone must be willing and able to make changes in 5M compliance behavior, so as to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The Devotion Team and church servants always remind all members of the congregation to remain disciplined in complying with health protocols and supporting the government's efforts to break the chain of distribution of Covid-19. One of the efforts that can be used to stop the transmission of Covid-19 is by administering the covid-19 vaccine and booster vaccines, using PPE, washing hands, and keeping a distance. The result of this service activity is that all members of the dock seven congregation and its surroundings will receive a complete vaccine starting from vaccines 1, 2, booster 1, and booster 2 so that an immune system and clinical protection are achieved as an effort to maintain long-term health.

The analysis focuses on the legal aspects surrounding marriage dispensations for individuals below the age of 19, as outlined in Law Number 16 of 2019, which amends Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. According to Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law, marriage is permissible only if both the man and woman have reached the age of 19. This provision underscores the necessity of establishing a minimum age for marriage, considering the significant legal implications associated with marital unions, such as alterations in rights and responsibilities. However, a potential ambiguity arises when Article 7, paragraph (1) is juxtaposed with Article 6, paragraph (2) of the same law. While Article 7, paragraph (1) sets forth a minimum age requirement for marriage, Article 6, paragraph (2) does not provide clear legal guidance for individuals seeking marriage before reaching the prescribed age. Despite the provision for dispensation in Article 7, paragraph (2) and Article 6, paragraph (2), some argue that granting dispensations may overlook future familial harmony and reduce the institution of marriage to mere physical fulfillment, contradicting principles of Islamic jurisprudence. Data collection involved observations and interviews with local residents who entered into underage marriages, as well as discussions with the head of the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) of Parung Panjang Subdistrict. The research adopts a socio-legal approach, integrating sociological and juridical perspectives, within a qualitative field research framework. The study aims to comprehend the regulation of marriage dispensation under both civil and Islamic law, examining the consequences of underage marriages in Jagabita Village, Bogor.

This research was motivated by several cases resulting from the actions of naughty debtors which caused significant losses for Indonesia. There is a legal vacuum in Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, making it difficult for law enforcers to determine criminal acts committed by naughty debtors. The problem formulation taken is how banking law in Indonesia is in the perspective of legal objective theory, and what is the juridical review of bad debtors in the banking law. This research uses a normative legal research approach with a theory and legal principles approach. Several things need to be reviewed due to the impact caused by Law Number 10 of 1998 concerning Banking, namely that there is an article that can only ensnare bank employees if there is some form of criminal liability. Apart from that, there is no clause that regulates criminal sanctions for bank employees who collude with debtors. Bank Indonesia can impose administrative sanctions, but this authority is not regulated expressly and unequivocally in the Banking Law. So that Bank Indonesia has the potential to abuse its authority in determining actions.
