This study aims to look into the effects of employee placement and selection at PT Kahatex in Bandung Regency. Simple random sampling was used in this study's 699-person population, and it produced a sample of 86 participants. The SPSS version 22 program was used to test the hypothesis in this study, which uses descriptive statistical analysis techniques. A significant value of 0.000 0.05 in the F test results indicates that both the selection and placement variables have an impact on employee performance. The t-test reveals that the selection variable only slightly affects worker performance.

The population is all customers who travel through Jenderal Ahmad Yani International Airport, Semarang. The sample in this study used probability sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that service quality had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 5.201 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.000 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H1) is that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Facilities have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 2.653 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.009 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H2) is that facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Ease of access has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction (t count = 3.206 > t table = 1.658 and a significance number = 0.002 <  = 0.05). Thus, the hypothesis (H3) is that ease of access has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The regression coefficient β1 = 0.432, (signed positive) means that the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. The regression coefficient β2 = 0.222, (signed positive) means that the better the facilities provided, the higher the customer satisfaction. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing legal protection for consumers for skincare products without a marketing authorization that are sold online. This study uses normative juridical research methods, namely using data collection techniques through library research or using secondary data. Among them are official documents, books, research results, in the form of reports. In this study, it was concluded that consumers who have experienced losses as a result of skincare products without marketing authorization can take legal action through the courts or outside the courts. However, this legal protection is still underutilized by consumers in the event of a problem, so that the UUPK becomes less effective, because compensation is given within seven days after the transaction. If this provision is maintained, it will be difficult for consumers who experience losses to obtain protection. This is because the negative effects of using skincare can occur after seven days.

Transparent solid soap, namely soap in the form of a bar with a transparent appearance, the resulting foam on the skin is softer. Saffron has been used as a food ingredient, treatment, and traditional medicine since ancient times. The content of saffron is like saponins which can be used in making transparent soap. This study aims to formulate a transparent soap from saffron essence as a skin protecting property. This research includes the manufacture of saffron extract, manufacture of transparent soap and transparent soap test parameters including organoleptic test, pH test, foam stability test, water content test and preference test by respondents. Based on research results, saffron extract can be formulated into transparent solid soap preparations that meet the requirements for water content in accordance with SNI, namely for F0 9.12 ± 0.56, FI 8.6 ± 0.42, F2 8.6 ± 0.43, F3 8.6±0.93. For the results of the foam height test, it was found that the foam results were quite stable. For the results of the irritation test, it can be concluded that soap preparations containing saffron essence are safe to use because they do not show any side effects after use.

This study aims to describe the effect of using Pop Up Book media for Class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of pretest and posttest design, namely an experiment that only uses one class as the experimental class. Data collection techniques in this study were reading tests and observations. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The subjects in this study were 16 students of class I UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. The results showed that there was an influence on the use of Pop Up Book media on the beginning reading ability of the first graders of UPTD SD Negeri 76 Barru. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the average student score, namely the average pretest score of 50 before the application of the use of Pop Up Book media, while the posttest average score of students after the application of the use of Pop Up Book media was 72.5. The results of the hypothesis testing carried out obtained tcount = 9.32 and ttable = 3.073. So tcount > ttable or 9.32 ˃ 3, 073, then H0 is rejected, HI is accepted.

This research was conducted by surveying social media users who follow Christian accounts and are active in participating in online religious activities. Respondents were given a questionnaire to assess their experience in using social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith, including the type of content they liked and their level of involvement in online religious activities. The results of this study indicate that social media can be effective as a medium for teaching Christian faith. Respondents indicated that they had high levels of involvement in online religious activities and that they preferred to obtain religious information and teaching through social media rather than traditional sources such as books or seminars. The types of content most liked by respondents were quotes from the Bible, teaching videos, and personal religious experiences. However, this research also shows that the effectiveness of social media as a medium for teaching Christian faith can be influenced by various factors, such as the quality of the content and the user's trust in information sources. Therefore, there needs to be continuous monitoring and evaluation of content posted on social media so that the religious messages conveyed can be well received by social media users.
