Industry clusters, which consist of a group of companies related geographically and sectorally, have become the focus of attention in regional economic and business strategy studies. This study uses an industrial structure analysis approach to understand the strength of competition within an industry cluster. Some of the factors analyzed include the level of industry concentration, new entries, bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, as well as product or service substitution. The data used in this study includes information about the companies that are members of the industrial cluster studied. The research method used includes secondary data collection, such as company financial reports, industry data, and related publications. In addition, interviews with industry stakeholders were also conducted to gain deeper insights into the structure of competitive forces and the factors that influence industrial clusters. The results of the analysis show that the structure of competitive forces in industry clusters can vary depending on the industrial sector studied. This research contributes to our understanding of how the structure of competitive forces and industry clusters can shape a competitive business environment, as well as providing useful insights for the development of effective business strategies within industry clusters.    

This study aims to explore the effect of innovative mathematics learning in the Merdeka curriculum at MIN Kedungwuni.  Using a literature study and interview approach, this research examines the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders, such as teachers, students and parents, related to the implementation of these innovations.  The findings of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness of mathematics learning innovations in increasing students' interest, conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, collaboration, and mathematics achievement.  The results of this study can provide a basis for further development in innovative mathematics learning in elementary schools

This paper discusses the evaluation of educational programs in learning in schools where the implementation of education as part of educating the life of the nation must receive full attention from policy makers in this country, as stated in article 31 of the 1945 Constitution, amendment 4 that every citizen country has the right to education. The main goal of education is to develop human beings from an intellectual, emotional and spiritual perspective. In terms of its objectives, the output of education should be able to produce human resources who have advantages in terms of intellectual, emotional and spiritual. Education must be able to answer the challenges of the development of science and technology which is accompanied by a flow of information that is increasingly developing rapidly. The writing of this article uses the method of literature analysis (library research), namely the study of various scientific sources such as articles in both national and international journals and books that are in accordance with the themes and titles discussed. The literature analysis method makes the writer to read and find sources of reading material that are appropriate to the themes being discussed or are relevant. In this case the method of literature analysis is an appropriate and effective step.

The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

This research is motivated by the effect of securities on financial market development and investment preparation. Securities have a role to determine how to develop financial markets. Talking about securities cannot be separated from trade transactions, because the birth of securities is intended to improve, facilitate and secure transactions in the world of commerce. Based on these problems, the authors conducted research on how securities can be used in developing financial markets and preparing for investment. This research method through the collection of case studies and data from previous journals. The conclusion of this study is that the existence of securities can regulate and control financial markets through existing laws.

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on firm value using ROA as an intervening variable. This study used a purposive sampling method in selecting the sample. The research data used in secondary data obtained from goods and consumption companies that have gone public and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2021. the independent variables used in this study are intellectual capital and GCG in the form of institutional share ownership and independent board of commissioners. And dependent variable is firm value and intervening variable used in this study is profitability. Profitability is able to mediate Intellectual Capital, Independent Board of Commissioners, Institutional Ownership on Company Value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform on the buying interest of digital business students. In an increasingly advanced digital era, digital marketing and the use of marketplace platforms have become important factors in influencing consumer behavior, including students. This research involved digital business student respondents who actively use the Shopee marketplace platform. The data collection method was carried out through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. Digital marketing variables and platform ease of use are measured using a Likert scale. The collected data were then analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study indicate that digital marketing significantly and profitably influences the purchase intention of students studying digital business. Student buying interest can be increased using efficient digital marketing techniques including social media, online advertising and related content. In addition, research findings show that student buying interest is positively and significantly influenced by the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform. Students are more likely to be interested and interested in transacting through platforms that are easy to use, have intuitive navigation and easy payment procedures. In conclusion, digital marketing and the ease of use of the Shopee marketplace platform have had a major impact on the buying interest of students studying digital business. The results of this study provide a better understanding of the factors that influence student buying behavior in the context of digital business. These findings can serve as guidelines for companies or online sellers in designing effective marketing strategies and improving the user experience on the marketplace platform. Learning evaluation is important for an educational institution. With the evaluation, it is hoped that new ideas will emerge from the deficiencies that occur in the field. An evaluation that goes well will be able to provide good development to educational institutions. This study aims to find out how learning evaluation planning is related to school development. This study used the method of literature review (library research). The research results concluded that evaluation planning has a very important influence on implementation in the field. Without a structured plan, the purpose of the evaluation will not be achieved effectively or efficiently. Therefore, it should pay attention to what is the basis or planning in conducting an evaluation. That way, it is hoped that later it will be able to answer what are the obstacles, challenges, and obstacles to learning, both from the teacher and the students themselves.

Discipline in an educational institution is an element that is needed as well as the most effective means in the learning process. Discipline provides many benefits for maintaining a balance between the child's inclination and desire to do something with the rules needed in the environment. And efforts that can be made in instilling a disciplined attitude towards children are providing good examples and habituation to actions that are carried out every day. This research focused on student discipline and the supporting and inhibiting factors of female student discipline at IDIA Prenduan Sumenep. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study type of research. Sources of data in this study were obtained from leaders, naibah, ustadzah and female students. by using interview and observation methods. From this method the researcher analyzed the data and information obtained from the informants, by reducing the data, presenting the data and finally concluding so as to produce information that is in accordance with the focus of the research. Discipline that is applied in the IDIA environment is divided into 3 parts, namely the sharia field (worship) such as congregational prayers, tahajjud prayers, tadarus muajjah and other worship activities. In the field of language, such as female students, they must use the official language (English and Arabic) as everyday language, and in the field of qonun (regulations on clothes that may be used both inside and outside the dormitory, and time for studying. Factors supporting a growing awareness in female students, character or personality that is formed in female students, motivation that can raise the spirit of female students, and tazwidul mufrodat agenda, inhibiting factors that are inherited from home or bad behavior, lack of knowledge of nahwu and sorof, and wrong and socializing or wrong in choosing Friend.  

This study aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of physical evidence (real) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2. To determine the effect of empathy (emphaty) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 3. To determine the effect of reliability (reliability) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4. To determine the effect of responsiveness(responsiveness)on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5. To determine the effect of collateral (guarantee) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6. To determine the effect of price (price) on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 80 respondents with a sampling technique using the number of samplespurposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique begins with the research instrument test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This study shows the results: 1) Physical Evidence (real) influential and significant to consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 2) Empathy has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer in Padang City; 3) Reliability (reliability) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 4) Responsiveness (responsiveness) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 5) Guarantee (guarantee) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City; 6) Price (price) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at J-Bros Computer Padang City.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and net profit margin on company value in transportation and logistics sub-sector companies with a sample of 21 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange using the purposive sampling method and based on the 2018-2021 sampling criteria. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on the firm value of the transportation and logistics sector studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.003 > 0.05 and tcount 3.040 > ttable 1.989. so it can be concluded that capital structure has a significant effect on value based on statistical analysis it can be concluded that the net profit margin has no effect on the value of the companies in the transportation and logistics sector being studied. this is proven by using the t test with a significant value of 0.205 > 0.10 and tcount 1.277 < ttable 1.989. conclude that net profit margin has no effect on company value. it can be concluded that capital structure and net profit margin have a significant effect on company value in transportation and logistics sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, with Fcount is 5.272 > Ftable 3, 11 significant value of 0.007 is smaller than the targeted significant level of 0.05. R Square of 0.115. This means that there is a contribution of 11.5% from the independent variables, namely capital structure (X1) and net profit margin (X2) to firm value (Y). While the remaining 88.5% is contributed or influenced by other variables.    

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability and company size on earnings management with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are Manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Samples on this research were taken using purposive sampling method and the number of samples used in this research is 25 companies. The results obtained in this study are profitability have a significant positive effect on earnings management, company size do not significantly influence earnings management, and managerial ownership  can moderate the effect of profitability and company size on earnings management.

Based on data analysis and discussion of research results, then associated with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, it was concluded that the validation of the media developed by the researchers received an assessment of 94%, meaning that the reliability of the media obtained results worthy of slight revisions. Validation of the material developed by researchers received an assessment reaches 89%, meaning that the reliability of the material in the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practicality validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment from the teacher validator reaches 95%, it means that the practicality reliability of the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practical validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment From the responses of the students, it was obtained that the percentage mode was ≥ 80% with the category suitable for use. Validation of the effectiveness of the media developed by researchers. From the 10 questionnaire statements, the mode percentage was obtained ≥ 90% with the category suitable for use, and the results of critical thinking test questions from the pretest value of 54% with the value of the increase in the posttest from the value of 95%. Therefore it can be concluded that the pretest data for students' critical thinking skills is very good because they have reached the specified KKM

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), Regional Expenditure and Regional Financing on the Economic Growth of the Regional Government of Pasuruan City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample method used is the Saturated Sampling method. The data used in this study is secondary data consisting of Economic Growth in Pasuruan City, the data obtained from the Pasuruan City BPS website and Budget Realization Report data obtained from the official website of Pasuruan City. Analysis of the data used in this research uses multiple linear analysis which is processed using the SPSS application. The results of this study show that partially there is no influence between Regional Original Income (PAD), Regional Expenditures, and Regional Financing on the Economic Growth of Pasuruan City.    

Career management is an ongoing series of activities that must be prepared, developed, implemented and monitored by employees or Organizational involvement. The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

This study aims to determine the effect of product variations on consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store. Inferential level research type. The population in this study are all consumers who shop at Ramai Semarang Store. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people obtained using the Lemeshaw formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that product variations have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction at Ramai Semarang Store. Testing the feasibility of the model obtained product variations, product quality, and service quality simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction Ramai Semarang Store.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of incentives and organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable in Semarang amil zakat institutions. The population of this study is 265 people and the samples taken as many as 159 people. The data analysis used is path analysis (Path) multiple regression model.The analysis showed that: H1 Incentive positive effect on organizational commitment, H2 Organizational culture positively affects organizational commitment, H3 Komiten organization positive effect on performance, H4 Incentives positive effect on performance, H5 organizational culture brpengaruh positively to performance, H6 organizational commitment can mediate incentives for performance, organizational commitment H7 can mediate organizational culture on performance.

This research was conducted to determine the influence of career progression and work environment on employee performance at PT. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi. Using SPSS Version 25, this analysis uses multiple linear regression which aims to determine the effect of the Independent variable (X) on the Dependent variable (Y). This research involved 170 PT respondents. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi from various divisions. The data collection technique is carried out by distributing statement data that has been previously tested for validity and reliability, then the results of the respondents' answers are processed for analysis. The results of the analysis of this research data can be concluded that Career Pathing does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Performance. However, career progression and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on PT employee performance. Multisrada Arah Sarana Tbk. Bekasi.

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of attractions and facilities on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Data collection through distributing questionnaires to 108 respondents using accidental sampling technique. By using instrument testing (validity test and reliability test), classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test) then multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit, and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit. So it can be concluded in this study that it was found that the variables of attractiveness and facilities had a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Halal Tourism in Padang City.
