Classroom management is a very important teacher competency to be managed in the context of learning. Therefore, every teacher must have the ability to manage the class. The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and constraints of Islamic religious education teachers in implementing classroom management skills at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi. This research is field research, the purpose of which is to describe accurately the factual description of the phenomenon under study. In this study there were two informants, namely key informants, Islamic religious education teachers, and supporting informants students and school principals. The results of the study conducted at SDN 54/VI Lubuk Birah Jambi show that teachers use their classroom management skills to implement various strategies, namely:Structuring the learning environment, making lesson plans (RPP), how to teach teachers, building student cooperation, creating a learning atmosphere, shaping behavior and motivating students, evaluating learning. The following barriers were observed in the implementation of classroom management skills: student factors, teacher factors, and facility factors.  Student factors, teacher factors and room factors.  

Zakat Management Details the Management of Zakat Given from an Institution to Prospective Zakat Recipients Required in Distributing Zakat. Education is the main foundation in community development and human resource development. In the context of higher education, the quality of the learning process and lecture management greatly affects student success. One aspect that has a significant impact on the learning process is student attendance management. Traditionally, recording student attendance is done manually by using a physical attendance list that must be filled in by students and signed by lecturers. Although it has been used for a long time, this method has a number of limitations that need to be overcome. In the rapidly evolving digital era, we have access to technology that can simplify and improve student attendance management. The use of information technology can provide a more efficient, accurate, and practical solution in recording student attendance. The app was developed using MIT App Inventor, a platform that makes it easy for users to create Android apps without in-depth programming knowledge.  

This research aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving student discipline at Annur Depok Vocational School. The method used in this research is observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results of the research show that Human Resource Management Implementation Planning is Improving student discipline at Annur Vocational School. In implementing Human Resources Management, the steps taken by Annur Vocational School begin with planning everything that will be done to improve the quality of education, such as recruitment and selection of teaching and education staff, then the planning is organized according to the school's needs. The next steps are the implementation of the plan that has been determined and direction, then supervision and evaluation are the final steps in implementing Human Resources Management related to the development of teacher professionalism and discipline in order to improve the quality of education. This study aims to identify the influence of Servant Leadership, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurial Climate, Knowledge Management and Organizational Development on Performance at Private Higher Education in the LLDikti III region. This study uses quantitative, in this research method is a survey method, which is obtained from the results of collection using a questionnaire. The population in this study were lecturers from private universities in the LLDikti III area. The sample in this study were 376 respondents. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3 with SEM (Sctructual Equation Modeling) based on PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study state that SL influences EM, SL influences EC, SL influences KM, SL influences OD, EM influences EC, EC influences KM, KM influences OD, SL influences college performance, EM influences college performance, EC influences college performance , KM does not affect college performance and OD does not affect college performance.

This research will focus on the evaluation of socio-economic development policies in Sape District, Bima Regency, with the aim of understanding the extent to which development efforts have achieved their goals. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method and a Literature Review. The research location includes the Bima Regency Development Planning Agency, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Marine and Fisheries, the Department of Environment, and the Department of Social Affairs of Bima Regency. The research findings indicate that Sape District has significant economic potential in the fisheries and agriculture sectors, but it still faces a considerable level of poverty, especially among coastal households. The economic empowerment of coastal communities needs to be enhanced through skills training programs, financial assistance for business capital, and improved access to business loans. Furthermore, a specific focus on generating employment opportunities, particularly for young people, is essential. Poor infrastructure and limited accessibility pose significant obstacles to economic development. Investments in infrastructure improvement, such as roads and ports, are required to enhance mobility and market access. Sustainable natural resource management is vital for preserving the potential of fisheries and agriculture in the area. Strict law enforcement against illegal fishing practices and educational efforts to promote sustainable fishing practices are necessary. Climate change impacts, including rising sea levels and extreme weather conditions, affect the region. Therefore, strategies for climate change adaptation and mitigation need to be developed. The evaluation of socio-economic development policies indicates that assistance programs have been implemented, but there is a need for improvement in directing policies toward poverty alleviation, economic empowerment, and sustainable natural resource management.

In distributing zakat, zakat management is required which details the management of zakat given from an institution to prospective zakat recipients. This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. Qualitative descriptive analysis is taken from facts or events and then a conclusion is drawn from the description obtained from the results, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. So that the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah can be achieved optimally.    

The era of globalization is slowly eroding the characters of young people. For this reason, character education is needed. A management is needed so that good and structured character education can occur. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method.  The object of research is the students and alumni of MA NU I'anatuth-Thullab Mutih Kulon to explain the benefits of planting character education with local religious content. Local content that is applied is by studying books so that it is useful as a provision for children's knowledge about religious teachings. In addition, in establishing relationships with parents, teachers, and friends, they can behave with morality. The author hopes that this article can be used as a source of information or reference for all of us so that we can properly implement character education by balancing religion    

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator to see the success of maternal health efforts. MMR is the ratio of maternal deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum which are caused by pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum or its management but not due to other causes such as accidents for every 100,000 live births. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the incidence of anemia in Third Trimester Pregnant Women at PMB Kunti Sari Lubis District. Perbauangan 2023. The type of research used is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women in the third trimester of PMB Kunti Sari Lubis Kec. Perbauangan in 2023 and the sample in this study was 48 people. The data analysis technique used chi square. Based on statistical tests, the results obtained were p = 0.001 < 0.05, which can be interpreted that there is an influence between maternal age and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. . p value = 0.021 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal education and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. p value = 0.010 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal knowledge and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. p value = 0.038 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence between maternal parity and the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women.  

This study aims to determine the effect of student management, especially classroom management in an effort to increase students' learning motivation during the pandemic. During this pandemic, various aspects of human life have undergone many changes, especially in the education aspect. This research uses qualitative research methods and literature review. In collecting the data itself, this study uses a literature study, with data coming from various sources of observational literature studies, such as articles, journals, or books related to the influence of student management in an effort to increase students' learning motivation. Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic uses an online system which causes several problems, one of which is the decline in students' learning motivation. The problem of decreasing learning motivation requires a solution, one of which is good student management. Student management has a major influence on student learning motivation during this pandemic. By managing the class well, it will have a positive influence on students' learning motivation during the covid-19 pandemic, activities that can be carried out such as holding an integrated Distance Learning Program. With this paper, it is hoped that it can be a reference for educators and those who have relationships with the world of education in making good classroom management a solution to increase the potential of existing classes and make classes more interactive so that students' learning motivation increases.

Garbage is a residual material produced by a household. Waste can become a problem if it is not managed properly. MaQis Al-Hamidy 4 Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that is well known among Madurese people. This Islamic boarding school has an environment where lots of trees grow, resulting in quite a lot of dry leaf waste. This of course provides both disadvantages and advantages for the residents of Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training for residents of Islamic boarding schools in the form of making compost from dry leaf waste so that it can provide benefits for residents of Islamic boarding schools and for the environment. The purpose of this training is to provide education about environmental management, especially in the utilization of organic waste which can be used as material for making compost. The method in implementing this training uses descriptive analysis as well as direct waste management practices. The result and impact of this training is that students gain useful skills in organic waste management and become agents of change in protecting the environment.

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine whether or not there is a positive and significant influence of Class Management on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics in students; 2) to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on giving awards to students on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics on students; 3) to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence on Class Management and Giving Rewards to students together on Christian Religious Education Learning Motivation and Ethics. The method used in this study is quantitative research method. The population is all grade XI Christian students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 78 people and 63 people were sampled using a crejcie table. Data was collected with a closed questionnaire of 65 items. The results of the data analysis showed that: a) the Fvalue of the class management table > the class management table on Christian education learning motivation and ethics was 27.110 > 3.15 thus it was known that there was an influence of class management on the learning motivation of Christian education and ethics of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka Central Tapanuli Regency which was 30.8%, b) Fvalue calculated > Ftable of awards for Christian education learning motivation and ethics which was 9.246 > 3.15 with it is known that there is an influence on the awarding of Christian education learning motivation and ethics of grade XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 13.2%, c) F grades are calculated > F class management tables and giving awards to Christian education learning motivation and ethics which is 14,670 > 3.15 thus it is known that there is an influence of class management and awarding on Christian education learning motivation and student ethics Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tukka, Central Tapanuli Regency, which is 32.8%, thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Furthermore, the school principal's efforts to improve the quality of education are carried out, such as grouping the tasks of each teacher and employee according to their abilities and expertise. Apart from that, in carrying out the process of improving the quality of education, the principal mobilizes the resources available at the school by providing encouragement and motivation in implementing each activity. Finally, in terms of achieving educational quality, school principals routinely carry out evaluation activities and make improvements so that the quality of education becomes better. Therefore, school principal management in improving the quality of education can support the realization of eight national education standards, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and teaching staff standards, facility and infrastructure standards, and management standards. standards, financing criteria and evaluation criteria, educate.

Being an MSME actor definitely requires good financial management so that income and expenses can be recorded systematically. The results of the research conducted show that there are still many MSMEs in Sait Buttu Saribu Village who still use manual financial bookkeeping records. And quite a few of them often miscalculate their balances or their financial records in the form of paper or books are lost and scattered. Without this socialization and workshop, people will continue to use manual methods and experience problems with calculation errors that make balances unbalanced or incorrect. This outreach aims to provide education and insight to MSME players, especially in Sait Buttu Saribu Village, so that it is easier to use digital applications for bookkeeping their business finances. There were around 20 participants who took part in this socialization and workshop. And during the event, people were very enthusiastic about asking about digital bookkeeping. Which means that in this village there are still many who don't understand digital financial bookkeeping.

  "Mangga" Integrated Health Post is one of the Integrated Service Posts located in Tumpangkrasak Village, Jati Subdistrict, Kudus District. There are approximately 80 toddler members who participate in activities every month on the 25th. "Mangga" Integrated Health Post utilizes the home of the health worker as its location, equipped with basic tables and chairs. In broad terms, this dedication aims to (1) Improve services by providing information and education on stunting prevention through the use of a website and (2) Assist in providing facilities such as equipment for "Mangga" Integrated Health Post. The expected outcomes include (1) Publication of articles in a Service Journal. (2) Documentation of activities will be published in the online mass media Jawa Pos Radar Kudus. (3) Publication of photos and videos of activities to be uploaded on the institution's YouTube channel. (4) "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website www.manggahealthpost.com. With website management training, it is possible to enhance the skills of village health workers in developing the "Mangga" Integrated Health Post website, thereby educating residents of the village, especially parents with toddlers, and achieving the goal of stunting prevention.

Some of the data management processes for facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash still run manually and some are in the form of files, but there is no system that accommodates the facilities and infrastructure processes as a whole. So it is difficult for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure to find out and search for data held by the school, as well as control the inventory of facilities and infrastructure, especially those in condition that can be replaced for further improvement. The aim of this research is to design and build a website-based information system for facilities and infrastructure that is used to simplify the process of collecting data on facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darul Ikhlash so that management becomes more effective and efficient. This information system planning was created using the waterfall method. This research has produced a web-based Facilities and Infrastructure Information System for Data Collection and Loans at MTs Darul Ikhlash, which will make it easier for the school to recapitulate facility and infrastructure inventory data more quickly and accurately.

This research is motivated by the function of communication in a mosque management which is very important in managing mosque management. In the management of the mosque, of course, there are problems that arise both within the administrators and the relationship between the congregation and the mosque's management. Given the importance of administrator communication in mosque management to achieve mosque prosperity because administrators must be able to manage mosques. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mosque management communicates in the management of the mosque in the mosque. This study used a qualitative research method by collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation on the management of the Baburahmah mosque. The data collection technique that the authors did was interview, observation and documentation with the management of the Baburahmah mosque and the congregation of the Baburahmah Jorong Tiakar mosque. The data analysis technique that the writer uses is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that in mosque management there are two types of management, namely Idarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) and Idarah Bina Ar-Ruhi (function of the mosque). In the communication of mosque administrators for the management of the Baburah Jorong Tiakar mosque, the function of communication here is very important in carrying out the management of the Baburahmah mosque. From Iarah Binail Maaddiy (physical management) there are three discussions, namely the communication of mosque administrators in creating a large and beautiful mosque, the communication of mosque administrators in creating a clean and healthy mosque and the communication of mosque administrators in secretarial management and administration.
