The rapid evolution of digital technology has significantly impacted various sports, including niche ones like petanque. This study explores the perceived benefits and barriers of using an Android-based application for scoring and statistics management in petanque, a sport gaining popularity in Indonesia. Traditionally, performance assessment in petanque relied on manual, paper-based methods, prone to inaccuracies and inefficiencies. An Android app, Petanque Match Statistics, was developed to address these challenges, offering real-time data accuracy, improved workflow, and enhanced performance analysis. This study employed a quantitative approach, surveying 50 participants (35 players and 15 coaches) in Surabaya, Indonesia, to assess their impressions of the app's usability, accuracy, efficiency, and overall satisfaction. Results indicated high ratings across all parameters, with no significant differences between players and coaches. The app was commended for its intuitive design, reliability, and time-saving efficiency. Findings highlight the potential of digital solutions to modernise petanque match administration, enhance strategic decision-making, and improve the user experience. The study underscores the importance of user-centred design in facilitating the adoption of digital advancements in sports, offering valuable insights for future developments in petanque and other emerging sports.

Sharia cooperatives are Sharia-based economic institutions that play a strategic role in empowering the economy of the Muslim community. By adhering to principles such as the prohibition of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty), and maysir (gambling), as well as implementing profit-sharing systems (mudharabah or musharakah), Sharia cooperatives provide a fair, transparent, and inclusive alternative to support economic activities in society. These cooperatives aim not only to achieve financial gains but also to fulfill social missions, such as poverty alleviation, equitable welfare distribution, and holistic improvement of the community’s quality of life. Various products and services offered—such as Sharia savings, halal financing, and Sharia-compliant investments—provide financial solutions that align with Islamic values and meet societal needs. Nevertheless, the implementation of Sharia cooperatives faces several challenges, including limited public understanding, competition with conventional financial institutions, and constraints in human resources and capital. Through public education, capacity building for cooperative managers, and comprehensive government policy support, Sharia cooperatives hold great potential to become a key instrument in fostering a more just, equitable, and sustainable economy. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating Sharia values into cooperative management to ensure its contribution to the sustained welfare of the community.

In this study, researchers found problems such as undisciplined performance in terms of time and responsibility as a mentor to mentor children at PPA IO 0164 Bethlehem Rote. Mentors who often arrive late for class. Mentors who are not responsible for teaching in class. There are even mentors who cannot be role models for children. The aim of this research is to reveal the causes of indiscipline in mentor performance and how to overcome it through the method that the researcher has prepared, namely a qualitative method with a research design, namely observation, interviews and literature study. Based on research findings, it is stated that there are still many mentors who do not carry out their responsibilities well. The most dominant reason for some mentors not being disciplined in their performance is that they have other work that interferes with their responsibilities as a mentor in PPA IO 0164 Bethlehem Rote activities. Apart from that, there are already disciplinary measures for mentors who are still undisciplined, but there are still mentors who still do it. The solution that researchers can provide is that a mentor must be able to understand that what he does as a mentor is a calling to be carried out because taking care of and even saving children through mentoring at PPA is a very significant responsibility.

Road maintenance is a strategic effort to support community mobility and economic development. This study aims to determine the optimal duration and analyze the cost impacts of implementing the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method. The method is applied through critical path analysis and adding overtime hours to reduce the project duration. Data is collected from project documents such as daily reports, S-curves, and cost budget plans, then analyzed using Microsoft Project software. The results show that the project duration can be shortened to 117 days with an additional cost of IDR 176,614,724.00, which is lower than the potential delay penalty of 1% per day. This adjustment leads to a time savings of 8.6% without causing significant changes to the project's organizational structure. The TCTO method proves to be a practical solution for addressing delays while maintaining a balance between time and cost.
