This research aims to determine the role of social workers (Peksos) in overcoming narcotics problems in Medan Plus. Social workers act as companions, in line with that social workers are involved in the process which includes initial approach, assessment, placement in the program, and implementation of program services. The initial approach, as a first step, is directed at identifying the need for service programs that are appropriate to the client's target conditions. Social workers also play a role in obtaining support and assistance. As intermediaries in social services, social workers have a responsibility to understand the various resources, types of services, and programs available within the scope of their duties. In addition, social workers act as rehabilitation facilitators which include facilitating the process of individual, group and community change, as well as functioning as agents of change by providing the necessary time, thought and resources. Social workers also act as motivators to provide reinforcement and motivation to clients who are victims of drug coverage in Medan Plus.

The era of digitalization has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in security management. The wider application of digital technology requires an adaptive and innovative security approach to deal with evolving threats. In the context of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), the implementation of national values in digital security management is very important. These values include unity, integrity, justice, democracy and diversity, which are the foundations of NKRI. This research aims to analyze the importance of security management in the digitalization era based on the NKRI's national values.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with a literature study approach and document analysis related to digital security policies in Indonesia. The analysis focused on how NKRI national values are implemented in security management strategies and practices to face digital security challenges. The results show that the integration of national values in digital security management plays an important role in strengthening national resilience in the digital space. The implementation of national values helps in building a digital security system that is not only technically robust, but also responsive to Indonesia's social and cultural dynamics. This includes the development of inclusive cybersecurity policies, digital security education for diverse communities, and strengthening collaboration between sectors to strengthen the national digital security ecosystem.

This article discusses the role of Islamic economic mitigation in achieving social justice and economic sustainability in the context of natural disasters. The main focus of this research is how the principles and instruments of Islamic economics, such as zakat, infaq, alms, waqf, andIslamic microfinance institutionscan be used to reduce the social and economic impact of natural disasters. Islamic economics, based on the principles of social justice and redistribution of wealth, offers a holistic and sustainable approach to dealing with disasters. These instruments are capable of providing immediate and effective assistance, as well as supporting long-term rehabilitation and development programs. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a library research approach. The research results show that Islamic economics not only functions as an economic system, but also as a mechanism for achieving social justice and economic sustainability, which can significantly increase society's resilience to future disasters. This paper emphasizes that the application of Islamic economic principles can be an effective and sustainable solution in dealing with the macroeconomic impacts of natural disasters.

Indonesia is one of the world's largest producers and exporters of Crude Palm Oil (CPO). This study aims to analyze the competitiveness level of Indonesian CPO and the competitive position of Indonesian CPO in the target countries of the United States and Pakistan. This research uses secondary data with a time span from 2018 to 2022. The methods used in this research are the Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) method and Export Product Dynamic (EPD). The analysis results show that Indonesia's export competitiveness to the target countries of the United States and Pakistan is high. Then, the majority of the market share to the target countries of the United States and Pakistan is in the Rising Star position, which means there is positive growth. The government needs to synergize policies and create regulations regarding international trade agreements, the government can also simplify export licensing procedures, and Indonesian exporters need to pay more attention to the quality and composition of CPO products

Economic globalization has become one of the main distinctive features in the development of the world economy today. This phenomenon has a significant impact on various aspects of economic life, including the stability of banking financial institutions in developing countries. This study aims to investigate the impact of economic globalization on the stability of banking financial institutions using a case study approach in specific developing countries. Through in-depth analysis, this study will examine the factors affecting the stability of banking financial institutions in the face of economic globalization, as well as their implications for economic and financial policies. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable insights into the impact of economic globalization on the stability of banking financial institutions in developing countries. The practical implications of the research findings will be discussed in the context of economic and financial policy, with the aim of strengthening the financial system and increasing resilience to global market fluctuations

The proportion of the elderly population is increasing every year, and the elderly are experiencing various changes, both in physical, mental and social aspects. The elderly are residents aged over 60 years. Elderly people often experience various psychological problems such as loneliness, isolation, helplessness, lack of self-confidence, post-power syndrome, anxiety disorders and depression. Depression is a mood disorder that can cause prolonged feelings of sadness and persistent loss of interest, characterized by prolonged sadness, mood swings, and lack of interest in activities. The tool used to measure the level of depression in this case report uses the GDS (Geriatric Depression Scale) instrument. In this case report, the results of an assessment of one 66 year old client were obtained with a GDS score of 11 which indicated moderate depression. Management of depression can use pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapy. This case report refers to the Indonesian Nursing Intervention Standards (SIKI) using progressive muscle relaxation (ROP). The ROP intervention was carried out at BPSTW Abiyoso Wisma Talkondo for seven days with three evaluations. The results obtained were that the client experienced a decrease in the level of depression with a score of 5, namely mild depression. It can be concluded that ROP is effective in reducing depression levels in the elderly.

A complication of diabetes that has been going on for a long time and spreads to the bones is called Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis (DFO). The condition Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis is associated with advanced peripheral neuropathy accompanied by peripheral arterial disease and foot deformity. The most serious complication of Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis is amputation of the wound area. The non-operative action that can be carried out is wound care using the Conservative Sharp Wound Debridement (CSWD) technique by removing necrotic tissue, both bone and soft tissue that is infected. The aim of the study was to analyze the results of modern wound care using the CSWD technique in Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis. The research method uses interviews and observation. The sample used was 1 client Mr. T who experienced Diabetic Foot Osteomyelitis using the Bates-Jensen Wound Assessment Tools (BWAT) wound assessment instrument. The results of this research are that the use of CSWD in debridement is effective in helping the wound healing process, this is proven by a decrease in the BWAT score from 34 to 28.. The conclusion of this study is that the use of the CSWD technique is effective in reducing necrotic tissue and bone that has experienced infection so that it can help the wound healing process.

Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya (UBJ) as a higher education institution has an important role in instilling Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience among the younger generation. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ is important in efforts to build a nation's character with morals and integrity. Implementation of Pancasila values at UBJ can be done in various ways, such as: organizing a cultural festival that displays various arts and culture from several regions in Indonesia, education about Pancasila values for UBJ academics, and community service which aims to spread the values -Pancasila values and strengthening cultural resilience in society. Good security management also plays an important role in supporting the implementation of Pancasila values and strengthening security and cultural resilience at UBJ. In an effort to ensure this implementation runs well, security management plays an important role in creating a safe and conducive campus environment, so that UBJ academics can focus on learning and teaching in peace. These efforts are expected to increase understanding and practice of Pancasila values among UBJ academics, as well as strengthen security and cultural resilience at UBJ. This effort needs to be carried out continuously and systematically in order to achieve optimal results.

A correctional institution is a place that has the function of providing training for prisoners to carry out what the court has decided for them. The end of the judicial settlement process lies with the Correctional Institution, whether or not the criminal justice objectives are successful can be seen from the results that have been achieved and issued by the correctional institution in the entire criminal justice process. The type of research used is normative research, namely normative legal research or library research. The position of Correctional Institutions (Lapas) is as the final sub-system which directly deals with prisoners to carry out guidance. Tasked with providing community guidance and community services, guidance for correctional clients in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as rehabilitation and resocialization of law violators, even to crime prevention. The Role of Correctional Institutions in Indonesia is Linked to the Purpose of Punishment. The existence of correctional institutions in Indonesia carries out three very important roles, namely: carrying out law enforcement, the role of coaching and internal strengthening of correctional institutions. The suggestion that the author puts forward is that the government should provide the facilities and infrastructure needed by correctional institutions to develop correctional inmates with the aim of returning correctional inmates to society so that they can live independently and be useful in society. So that correctional institutions can increase their role and function effectively in providing guidance to inmates.

Prisoners are people who are undergoing a period of punishment or punishment in the penitentiary, but however the prisoner is also a human being, so the human rights of prisoners must also be protected. Related to the provision of the rights of prisoners in the Provision of services to the rights of prisoners that have been in the Class II B Tanjung Pura Detention Centre including the revocation of conditional release, granting permission to leave the city, requests for medical recommendations given to prisoners, transfer at the request of their own legal counsel in the region or between regions, delegation of correctional client guidance, social rehabilitation for drug users, referral for further treatment outside the prison, legal consultation in the field of correctional services, legal aid facilities, conditional leave for general crimes and the assimilation of general crimes.

This study aims to describe the use of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) on a child experiencing emotional disturbances following the death of her mother. Healthy psychological development in children plays a crucial role in their ability to learn and adapt. Good cognitive and emotional development enables children to understand and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and build positive social relationships. A child with strong emotional skills tends to be more resilient, better able to cope with stress, and has a higher level of life satisfaction. This study employs a qualitative case study design to gain an in-depth understanding of individual experiences within a specific context. Observations and interviews were conducted with the subject, a 10-year-old girl named Icha, who was identified as having emotional and behavioral issues suitable for REBT intervention. Romans 12:2 provides relevant spiritual guidance in the context of children's psychological development, emphasizing the importance of transforming the mind for a better life. Through the stages of REBT, Icha successfully identified and changed the irrational thoughts that caused her emotional disturbances. Significant changes were observed in the fourth session, where Icha became calmer and was able to accept herself. This therapy demonstrates the effectiveness of REBT in addressing emotional disorders in children, especially those experiencing trauma from loss.

The Indonesian government initiated the Family Planning Program to enhance the welfare of the population, given the high prevalence of couples of reproductive age (CRA). However, the coverage of family planning participants remains at only 57.4% of the total CRA. This research aims to provide an overview of the knowledge levels among family planning acceptors regarding the selection of long-term contraceptive methods (LTCMs) in the working area of Madurejo Health Center. Using a quantitative descriptive approach through a survey method, this study describes the knowledge levels and characteristics of LTCM selection among Madurejo Health Center's clients. The research involved a total of 60 respondents, categorized into LTCM acceptors and non-acceptors. The results indicate that the majority of respondents are aged between 21 and 35 years (46.7%), highly educated (90%), employed (78.3%), and possess a high economic status (63.3%). The most commonly chosen contraceptive methods are implants (28.3%) and IUDs (13.3%). Approximately 58.3% of respondents fall into the category of having moderate knowledge. In conclusion, the majority of family planning acceptors in the Madurejo Health Center area are individuals of reproductive age, with higher education, employment, high economic status, and moderate knowledge of long-term contraceptive methods. It is essential to continually enhance the knowledge and understanding of respondents in selecting suitable contraceptive methods.

Mental health problems that are still of concern to mental health practitioners in Indonesia are serious mental disorders, one of the serious mental disorders that we often encounter and treat is schizophrenia (Mashudi, 2021). According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2022) there are 300 million people worldwide experiencing mental disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, including 24 million people who experience schizophrenia. And one of the most common things found in schizophrenia is the risk of violent behavior. Violent behavior is a response to anger that is expressed by making threats, injuring other people and destroying the environment. To reduce the symptoms of violent behavior, appropriate treatment is needed. One of them is carrying out an implementation strategy. People with mental disorders in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, especially in the Kopeta Community Health Center working area, also need nursing actions such as implementation strategies to speed up the healing process and clients can become independent. For this reason, research was carried out by implementing an implementation strategy as the main intervention, because so far only treatment and home visits were carried out but not routinely.

The digital era brings major changes in various aspects of life, including in the field of national security. National security threats in the digital era no longer only come from military forces, but also from various forms of cyberattacks. Cyber threats become complex and diverse, and national resilience is tested by the emergence of various structured and organized cyber attacks. Pancasila is the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, which serves as the legal basis of the Indonesian state which mandates the implementation of national security to protect society. Security management is key in facing national security challenges in the digital era. This paper discusses the implementation of security management that can improve national security and cyber threats. This research aims to analyze the implementation of security management in national resilience in the digital era. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach.

Family is an intact fellowship or community based on intimate love that occurs between husband and wife and children in building a happy family. Especially in doing faith education for children's faith development, especially in today's digital era. The digital era brings various changes in human life, including in family dynamics. The application of Christian values in families in the digital era is very important to be applied in daily life. Christian values such as love, patience, joy and peace, gentleness, open communication, mutual respect, and forgiveness can be the foundation for everyone in building a strong and resilient family in facing the challenges of the digital era and educating children to apply Christian values in daily life to face the increasingly sophisticated and rapid technological developments wisely.

Administrative supervision is very necessary to implement social rehabilitation services for victims of drug abuse. In this case, there are several things that must be researched in relation to carrying out administrative supervision, consisting of: 1) recruitment and selection of staff, 2) introduction and placement of staff, 3) work planning, 4 ) work assignment, which consists of a) understanding the assignment criteria, b) considering staff duties, c) type of assignment, d) stimulus, e) suitability of staff background with clients, 5) work delegation, 6) monitoring, reviewing and job evaluation, 6) coordination and 7) communication. This research aims to find out how administrative supervision of social rehabilitation services is in handling drug abuse victims at the Galih Pakuan Bogor Center. This research uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation and documentation, determining informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research show that the supporting factors are human resources who can carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures at the Galih Pakuan Center and motivation for staff to be encouraged so that they want to carry out good, effective and efficient administration, the division of work groups into one supporting factors for carrying out staff performance and the existence of e-performance to provide work reports for monitoring. The inhibiting factor is the limited number of multi-service human resources and lack of capability in carrying out tasks, there are still some who do not have priority in distributing each task.

The purpose of this research is to make the younger generation aware of the importance of increasing their potential to compete in the world of work because given the current global situation which is increasingly competitive. The research method used is a qualitative research method using data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined). The results of this study are that the younger generation is said to be competitive if it has the ability to adapt to change, solve problems, think creatively, and communicate well. With the level of education in Indonesia, the quality still needs to be improved. Skills and competencies must continue to develop in the midst of the progress of the current global era. The innovation and creativity of the younger generation has developed positively, this must continue to be monitored for the nation. Character development is also important because it can create independent, resilient and confident young people who are ready to compete in the world of work. The readiness of the younger generation in the world of work also needs to be considered with higher and tiered levels of education being one of the efforts to improve quality in competing in the world of work.

Every day, almost 2.5 million children of the Alpha Generation are born into the world. The generation most familiar with the internet over the long term is Gen A. Mc Crindler also asserts that the Alpha generation is not averse to technology, somewhat socially adept, somewhat creative, and somewhat independent. Alpha generators require quick and somewhat chaotic processes. By enticing them with a technology, they become socially alienated. This article aims to understand the challenges faced by the Alpha Generation in the Industrial Revolution. For many people, literacy is a familiar language. Literasi is a concept with a complex, dynamic, and ever-changing definition that is defined by several methods with extreme caution. Literasi is quality, or the ability to read and write with huruf/aksara that is included in the text. At this point in time, technological advancement is experiencing relatively slow advancement. The idea of technological advancement is to advance technology from one era to the next, making it more advanced or better. The ability of the Alpha generation to communicate (read, write, study, and sketch) has somewhat declined as a result of the rapid advancement of technology. Many Alpha children nowadays are highly dependent on their gadgets (games, YouTube videos, and other apps). In making authentic deeds, it is not uncommon for Notaries to meet with parties who are perpetrators of money laundering crimes with the aim of obtaining protection under the confidentiality provisions of the Notary profession. Isn't the Notary only responsible and authorized to make authentic deeds and other powers, all related to documents, then where are the suspicious transactions carried out by his clients? This problem must be studied in more depth to see how the Notary applies the principle of prudence in getting to know the presenters and the legal consequences of authentic deeds that do not apply the principle of prudence in getting to know the presenters.
