Employee work productivity is a hot issue and there will be no end to discuss it. Problems related to productivity are also strategic issues for companies that are programming human resources. There are many internal and external aspects that support the creation of effective and efficient work productivity in corporate culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational climate and incentives on the productivity of employees of PT Sai Apparel Industries. The approach used in this research is the quantitative approach. The results of this study are leadership style, organizational climate have a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. In addition, incentives have a negative and  insignificant effect on employee productivity.    

As software technology becomes more complex, software maintenance costs become more expensive. In connection with this, the development of software engineering makes the software system has many Composition choices that can be adjusted to the needs of the user. Error fixing involves analyzing Error Summary and modifying code. If bug-fixing steps are made as efficiently and effectively as possible then maintenance costs can be minimal. The purpose of this research is to establish a tool of machine learning for identifying Composition Error Summary and to find out the types of special Composition choices that can be used to save costs, time, and effort. In this study, the T-test was applied to appraise the analytical implication of conduct metrics when the “F-test” was taken to the Variance’s test. Classifiers used in this study are “All words” or “AW”, “Highly Informative Words” or “H-IW”, and “Highly Informative Words plus Bigram” or “H-WB”. Identical validation and Vexed validation techniques were used to calculate the effectiveness of machine learning tools. The results of this research denote that the instrument is competent for definitive Composition Error Summary and other Composition choices for definite Error Summary. This research determines the practicality of machine learning techniques in corrective issues relevant to Error summary. The result of this study also explained that Composition/non-Composition Error Summaries have contrasting aspects that can be accomplished by machine learning devices. The advanced tool could be upgraded in some areas to create it more powerful. The array identification section of the current study has limitations, an array with different words and Composition recognition tools tend to prefer Compositions with more words, so improvements to this could implicate consideration of the semantics of Error Summary, equivalent, and use of n-grams. Also, in using the technology of machine learning and Natural Language processing some advancements to be made to the present characterization structure so for future research it is highly recommended to clear up the first’s Error Summary before operating several operations in the present study.Composition Error Summary  

Introduction: Nutritional status is a balance between a worker's nutrient intake and better endurance. Nutritional status is one aspect of occupational health that has an important role in terms of work productivity. The nutritional intake of workers will be directly proportional to the nutritional status of the worker which can be translated through a normal Body Mass Index (BMI) in the range of 18.5 to 25. Work productivity is the ability of a person or group of people to produce goods or services. Increasing work productivity is required so that the employees can have more efficient, effective, and productive performance. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe nutritional status in workers at the PT. Bina Sukses Lestari. Methods: This study uses observational (non experimental) method with semi quantitative approach. Data  is  obtained  directly  and  virtually  through  interview  methods  and  anthropometry  measurements  so that the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The instruments used are microtoise, weight scales. Result: The sample count consisted of 16 hotel employees with different positions and levels of physical activity. Based on the results of the calculation shows there are 5 people (31.25%) who have a skinny BMI and 11 people (68.75%) have a normal BMI. Conclusion: the BMI avarage of  workers in normal status, with an avarage working time in 8 hours/day.

During the training, participants will be taught about mail merge concepts, data preparation steps, creating letter templates using word processing software, and merging data into templates. The training will also discuss the benefits of using mail merge, including time efficiency and accuracy in conveying information to parents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants are expected to master the steps in making mass invitation letters using mail merge. The results of this training are expected to give participants the ability to create personalized and efficient invitation letters to parents in various contexts, including education and other organizations. Telemedicine, as a form of evolution in the field of health services, has emerged as a response to the challenges and opportunities arising from advances in information and communication technology (ICT). In the era of globalization and digitalization, the concept of telemedicine has revolutionized the way medical services are provided, providing broader, more efficient, and innovative access to healthcare. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between service quality and satisfaction among telemedicine users in Surakarta City. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method by distributing online questionnaires (google form). The population in this study are telemedicine users in the Surakarta City area. While determining the number of samples using the Lemeshow formula with a sample of 96 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents were aged 36-45 years (30.2%), female (51%). The education level of the majority of respondents graduated from high school or equivalent (31.2%). The level of employment of civil servants and self-employed (18.8%) and the activity that is often used is to consult a doctor (66.7%). A total of 3 - 4 times using telemedicine a total of 42.7%. While the results of the description of the quality of services provided are in the good category (72.9%) and the description of satisfaction is in the satisfied category (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between service quality and satisfaction with the use of telemedicine services indicating a significant and positive relationship (p value = 0.000).

Trade liberalization or free trade is a condition in which a country engages in trade with other nations without any barriers. The process towards achieving free trade is referred to as trade liberalization. One of the goals of trade liberalization is to promote economic growth by capturing both static and dynamic benefits of trade through more efficient allocation of resources. This research aims to examine the impact of international trade liberalization on export-import growth in five ASEAN countries. The study employs a qualitative descriptive research approach using literature review methods, drawing information from previous research journals and utilizing data obtained from the World Bank. The research is conducted in five ASEAN countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The results of this research explain that trade liberalization and economic openness provide access to knowledge for developing countries and create a more competitive environment, forcing domestic producers to improve the quality of their products to remain competitive with foreign producers. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

Bar bending schedule is a systeem of bending patterns of reinforcement that includes data on diameter, shape, length and number of reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to obtain images of bar bending schedule documents, pile cap foundation iron volumes and find out whether Autodesk Revit software is more efficient and effective than conventional methods. This research uses quantitative methods and the manufacturing process uses the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with autodesk revit software. The results showed that the use of Autodesk Revit software makes it more effective, especially in making bar bending schedule documents, because everything is made automatically. The volume of pile cap iron produced by Autodesk Revit software is 46,878 kg has a difference with the existing (conventional) volume. The volume result of autodesk revit software is less with a difference of 1.29%. This shows that Autodesk Revit software is more efficient in terms of calculating the volume of concrete iron.

A This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of Blended Learning models towards Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities and Self-Regulated, (2) the improvement of student’s mathematical problem solving and self regulated learning (3) the advantages of the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning model. This type of research includes descriptive qualitative research using library research methods. The data in this study were obtained from a collection of literature such as theses and journals that are relevant to the topic of discussion, namely Mathematical Student’s Problem Solving Abilities And Self-Regulated. The results show that, 1) Blended Learning Model has a great effect on students' problem solving abilities based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.56 where this number is included in the high category and Blended Learning Model has a great effect on student’s self-regulated based on the overall effect size calculation which produces an average effect size of 1.73  2) There is an increase in  mathematical the student's problem solving abilities and self-regulated learning that are taught through blended learning models. This can be seen from the achievement of N-Gain value and indicators in the experimental class in the literature which is generally better than the control class. 3) Based on the analysis, it was found that the advantages and disadvantages of blended learning. it can be obtained that the advantages of blended learning models as follows: (a) Learning is more effective and efficient, (b) Improve accessibility. with blended learning, it is easier for learning participants to access material learning. and disadvantages of blended learning is Not evenly distributed facilities owned by students, such as computers and internet access. The community service program carried out by UPN Veteran East Java, especially the KKNT 06 group, aims to improve the knowledge and skills of the duck breeding community in Nglebak Jombang Village, especially in the aspect of hatching. Group 06 focuses on MSMEs of duck breeders because one of our flagship programs is to make an egg incubator machine. After the use of this egg incubator machine, the hope is that business people know that there is a more efficient way to improve the welfare of their business, and another thing that is desired is that the people of Nglebak Village are not left behind about technology in the current era of globalization. This community service activity is a service which explains and teaches how to use an electronic English dictionary application from free to paid. The targets of this service are teachers and students of MTS Diniyah Putri. The method used in carrying out this community service is the method of preparation, implementation and monitoring of what has been explained to find out how far the PKM participants understand the use of the English electronic dictionary application This. Financial management is one of the main courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business. However, this course is often considered a difficult subject for some students. This study is a qualitative study with a theoretical perspective by constructing a financial management visualization scheme. The aim is to provide illustrations that provide a complete view to make it easier to understand financial management. The discussion is given in a comprehensive manner regarding the function of financial management, namely seeking funds in an efficient composition, making investments effectively, and dividing profits (dividends) strategically as shown in a brief financial report. This financial management function is carried out to achieve company goals, namely the value of the firm in the form of stock prices. The results show that it does not only provide benefits for shareholders or owners, but also long-term benefits for stakeholders or related parties in the form of corporate social responsibility.

In this research we design and build a portable gas leak detection system for household gas distributors. The performance of the designed system is described and evaluated. The system aims to speed up the time in detecting gas leaks. System portability allows implementation and monitoring in the form of a website. System design and performance are assessed and proven effective in detecting gas leaks, providing a reliable and efficient solution for gas distributors. The method used is the conditional method where the gas leak detection system is made with Nodemcu esp8266, sensor mq6, buzzer, step-down lm2596, and led. The results obtained from testing the leak detection system explain the testing and evaluation of the gas cylinder inspection system. The system is designed to check 3kg gas cylinders, category level 1 with numbers 300-500, category level 2 with numbers 500-750, category level 3 with numbers 750-1000, and category level 4 with numbers higher than 1000. Detection of gas leaks in each valve takes about 13 seconds to detect leaking gas, send data to the website and provide output to the buzzer.

Regional autonomy is an important concept in the system of government in Indonesia, which aims to give freedom and authority to the regions in managing government and development affairs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of regional autonomy from the perspective of national legal politics by focusing on several regions in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with local government officials, legislators, academics and other stakeholders involved in the implementation of regional autonomy. Apart from that, data was also collected through analysis of documents and policies related to regional autonomy. The results of the research show that the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia still faces several political and legal challenges. There are tensions between the central and regional governments regarding the division of powers and the allocation of resources. Some regions have succeeded in implementing autonomy properly, while there are also regions that have experienced problems in optimizing the authority they have. Political factors, such as local political dynamics, the influence of political parties and certain political interests, influence the implementation of regional autonomy. In addition, legal aspects, including complex laws and regulations and differences in legal interpretation between the central and regional governments, are also obstacles in the implementation of autonomy. This research produces policy recommendations to improve the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. A more comprehensive approach is needed to improve coordination between the central and regional governments in making strategic decisions. Strengthening capacity and fostering human resources at the regional level is also the key to increasing the implementation of regional autonomy that is more effective and efficient from the perspective of national legal politics.
