These tests assessed the electorate's degree of disinterest in voting. It investigated the reasons behind voters' indifference to voting. It also established the voting remedies disinterest from the viewpoints of the voters and, lastly, investigated how factors including socioeconomic position, political party affiliations, and educational attainment affected the voters' degree of voting apathy. The survey research design was used in the study. Using a purposive sampling technique, 350 electorates from seven faculties at Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife made up the sample size. Before being used, a tool called the Voting Apathy Questionnaire (VAQ) was created and verified. Three hypotheses were investigated and confirmed, and three research questions were posed and addressed. Among other things, the results indicated that 50.3% of voters were indifferent to voting. Additionally, the degree of voting indifference among the electorate was significantly influenced by educational levels (² = 161.969a, p < 0.05). Rational Choice Theory was selected as the theoretical underpinning, and the study used both survey research design and secondary sources of data collection as information gathering techniques. The results showed that low levels of education and illiteracy are associated with poor political and voter education, particularly when it comes to the fact that the majority of voters (roughly 50%) fail to pick up their permanent voter cards and are therefore unable to be accredited to vote; that Nigerian politics is another factor, as it is known as a bitter and acrimonious politics; and that because elected officials have failed to fulfill their campaign promises, the electorate has lost faith in the government and finds it difficult to participate in the electoral process.

This study aims to describe and analyze: The Contribution of Migrant Workers in Increasing Money Remittances and Achieving the SDGs.  The research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The data analysis technique uses the technique developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, Identifying bases for interpretation, Developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that migrant workers play an important role in the world economy, especially in developed countries as migration destination countries and contribute to the growth of the economy in their home countries, one of which is through remittances sent to their home countries. Indonesia is one of the countries that still sends migrant workers, where remittances from migrant workers are seen as one of the main sources of foreign exchange after petroleum. Migrant workers contribute to reducing the unemployment rate in Indonesia by: Increasing household income. Helping families left behind not work for a while. Increase family access to capital and credit for entrepreneurship. Encouraging a decrease in child employment rates Helping economic development in the region of origin. Encourage political and social change.  The use of remittances for productive activities is expected to increase investment in recipient countries. Remittances encourage improvements made by households in daily consumption, expenditure on education, health, and other expenses, so that it will affect economic growth. Remittances increase household incomes and are therefore a strong anti-poverty force in developing countries.  Not only that, migrant workers who return to their home countries (return migrants) also contribute to the economic and social conditions of their home countries. Remittances can contribute directly and indirectly to several SDGs. Remittances' contribution to the SDGs: SDG 1: Reduce poverty, SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth SDG 10.c: Reduce the cost of migrant remittance transactions.

The stability of the banking sector is crucial in maintaining a country’s financial system and economic sustainability. This study analyzes the impact of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on banking stability in Indonesia. The inconsistency of previous research findings indicates a research gap that requires further exploration. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from financial reports of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 39 banks with 195 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with classical assumption tests, including normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation, to ensure model validity. The results show that NIM positively but not significantly affects banking stability, while NPL has a negative and significant effect. CAR also significantly influences banking stability. Enhancing banking intermediation effectiveness through NIM and CAR can strengthen financial stability, whereas increasing credit risk, reflected in NPL, can weaken stability. This study provides insights for regulators and banking management in designing more effective policies to maintain banking sector stability in Indonesia.

In the Temanggung District Court there are several lawsuits by Separatist Creditors against Debtors who are in default of the agreed credit agreement. For example in cases 13/Pdt.G/2023PNTmg and 17/Pdt.G/2022/PNTmg. In these cases, Separatist Creditors filed a lawsuit against the Debtor who is in default. In this article, the author discusses the lawsuit for default by Separatist Creditors against their Debtors who are in default and the reasons why Separatist Creditors filed a lawsuit against the Debtor who is in default at the Temanggung District Court using Qualitative research methods and with a Literature Study approach sourced from Case Decisions, Legislation, Journal Articles, and Books. Separatist Creditors have the right to sue Separatist Creditors who feel disadvantaged due to the Debtor's non-compliance in fulfilling payment obligations. However, despite having the right to sue and having suffered losses, the panel of judges emphasized that the Separatist Creditor should not have filed a lawsuit in court, but could have directly sold the existing collateral. This shows that the execution rights attached to the collateral are prioritized over the right to sue in court.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the MSME empowerment program in Madura Regency in improving community welfare. Empowerment programs that include entrepreneurship training, access to capital through People's Business Credit (KUR), and business assistance show positive results in increasing the capacity of business actors. Based on survey data, most of the program participants experienced an improvement in business management and marketing skills. The positive impact was also seen in the increase in average household income by 30% and the opening of new jobs. However, challenges remain, especially related to the equitable distribution of benefits in rural areas, low digital literacy, and program sustainability. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, supported by the Theory of Change theory to analyze the impact of programs on socio-economic changes in the community. The results of the study show that the empowerment of MSMEs makes a real contribution to the welfare of the community, although continuous evaluation is needed to ensure the sustainability and equitable distribution of program benefits throughout the Madura Regency area. By strengthening the synergy between the government, financial institutions, and local communities, it is hoped that the impact of MSME empowerment can be more optimal.

This research discusses legal protection for banks as providers of Home Ownership Credit (KPR) facilities at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cibubur Branch Office. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of legal protection for banks in the event of default by the debtor, especially when the Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights has not been attached to the collateral object due to administrative obstacles. One of the main obstacles is the validity period of the Power of Attorney to Encumber Mortgage Rights which has expired before the process of installing Mortgage Rights is completed. The main problems in this research include: (1) the procedure for granting mortgages at the BTN Cibubur Branch, (2) legal protection for banks if they fail to install Mortgage Rights, and (3) factors that cause delays in installing Mortgage Rights. This research uses an empirical juridical approach with qualitative methods, based on applicable laws and regulations. Data collection techniques include literature study, observation, and interviews. The research results show that BTN Cibubur Branch has carried out procedures according to operational standards and strengthened its legal protection through credit agreements and notarial deeds. However, the relevance of the Power of Attorney to Encumber Mortgage Rights needs to be reviewed, considering the length of the administration process at the National Land Agency.

Pawn is one of the property rights obtained by a person who receives the goods—who provides credit—on a movable and tangible item that is handed over to him by a person who is in debt or by another person on his behalf. Pawning is a common phenomenon in many countries, especially in Indonesia. The regulations related to pawn are determined in the Civil Code, especially in Article 1150 of the Civil Code, and are further regulated in various additional articles in the Civil Code. Pawn requires the existence of two or more parties who are related to each other and agree to make a binding agreement with a certain period of time to receive and provide guarantees to an entity in return for a certain amount of money or other goods, which must then be returned in accordance with the agreement that has been made along with the surplus value that may arise as a result of added value or interest. This is an obligation that must be fulfilled by the party who owes, but the party who provides the credit also has a handful of obligations that must be fulfilled as a form of accountability for the pawned goods that are received and maintained for a certain period of time, for example, maintaining the pawned goods from potential damage or carrying out maintenance so that the pawned goods function properly. However, the party who provides the credit has the right to receive compensation or a refund of the maintenance costs incurred to maintain the pawned goods; this is regulated in Article 1157, Paragraph 2, of the Civil Code, which is a guarantee for every entity that provides credit to obtain its rights or compensation from efforts to "rescue" the pawned goods.
