The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent of the influence of Intrapersonal Constraints, Interpersonal Constraints and Risk Attitude in increasing Travel Intention in Harau Valley Tourist Destinations. The population studies the entire society with an uncertain number. The research sample is West Sumatran tourists who know the Harau Valley Tourism Destinations and will travel as many as 150 people with the purposive sampling method. The survey method was conducted using a structured questionnaire, where respondents were asked to give their responses to experiments in Harau Valley Tourist Destinations. Covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM) is used to analyze hypothetical relationships in research models. The findings suggest that all direct effects in the proposed model have a significant influence

There are three hypotheses developed in this research, namely: 1) Customer quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Data collection method is through distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The respondents in this research were Sumba Kitchen customers. The number of questionnaires distributed was 98. The test technique used uses a validity test and a reliability test. Testing the first and second hypotheses uses a simple linear regression test. The research results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Intersections are the most important factor in determining the capacity and travel time on a road section. The development of transportation in the city of Medan has had an impact on increasing the movement of people, goods and services. This also greatly demands increased transportation facilities and infrastructure in the city of Medan. The increase in the number of vehicles that is not balanced with infrastructure will cause conflicts on roads, especially at the intersection of three Jalan-Sisingamangaraja Jalan .Alfalah To anticipate This requires further study or research. In this research, analysis of intersection performance calculations uses the 1997 (MKJI) guidelines. The survey was carried out on Monday 14 August 2023 to 20 August 2023. Then the peak hours were searched for the volume of vehicle flow crossing the three intersections. Then create a new cycle time for the intersection. The results of the analysis in this research, from survey results, by looking for new cycle times to reduce queue lengths and delays (Delay). The new cycle time obtained to reduce queue lengths and delays for the three intersections on the northern approach is 859.927 seconds/intersection. Then at the southern approach with a total delay of 2,056,013 sec/intersection and at the western approach with a delay of 307,555 sec/intersection. For existing conditions the queue length (QL) is 1321 meters for the northern approach, (QL) 1372 meters for the southern approach and (QL) 1321 meters for the west

The researcher used descriptive observational research methods. The descriptive research method is an Approach that aims to create an objective picture or description of a situation. .    

This study examines the implementation of Qur’anic values in the services of Umrah pilgrims at Safarindo Albarokah Umroh using a Living Qur’an approach based on QS. An-Nahl: 90. The verse emphasizes three core values: ‘adl (justice), ihsan (excellence), and ita’ dzil qurba (social care), which serve as guiding principles in service management. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that all three values have been systematically implemented in administrative services, religious guidance, accompaniment in the Holy Land, and post-travel services. The value of ‘adl is reflected in transparent pricing and fair treatment of pilgrims, ihsan is demonstrated through excellent, responsive, and continuous service, while ita’ dzil qurba is realized through social programs such as scholarships for underprivileged pilgrims and special services for elderly and disabled pilgrims. This study concludes that Safarindo Albarokah Umroh integrates Qur’anic values into its operational system, contributing to the development of Living Qur’an studies in Islamic business practices.

Splazz drinking water depot is a refill drinking water depot and drinking water supplier in the Yogyakarta area which has a distribution/delivery route for drinking water to consumers in several different locations. The distribution carried out does not take into account optimal routes so that the costs incurred in distribution are not optimal. By Therefore, research was carried out at the Splazz drinking water depot to optimize routes and costs for distributing drinking water to consumers using the saving matrix method and the branch and bound method. The initial route for the distribution/delivery of drinking water carried out at depots based on days from the data collected shows a total distance of 66.6 Km to 35 delivery points. Processing the data using two different methods resulted in a route saving of 16 - 18% of the delivery distance with a total distance savings of 54.9 Km for the saving matrix method and 55.8 Km for the branch and bound method, the distribution vehicle used uses a modified motorbike with a carrying capacity of 5 gallons. Then calculate the amount of cost savings after saving the distance on the distribution/delivery routes, resulting in fuel cost savings of 16 – 17%.

The implementation of e-government in public services in the Regional Government is expected to produce faster, better, and more efficient public services, and can improve the application of the principles of good governance. In the context of Riau Islands, the implementation of e-government is very important considering the geographical condition of this area which consists of many islands. With e-government, people in Riau Islands can access public services online without having to travel far to the government center. This research aims to analyze the implementation of e-government in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews with relevant parties, direct observation, and documentation studies. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the Riau Islands regional government continue to improve the implementation of e-government by strengthening information technology infrastructure, increasing people’s digital literacy, and conducting regular evaluations of the quality of public services provided through e-government. In addition, cooperation with related parties, both internal and external, also needs to be improved to ensure the success of e-government implementation in improving public services in the Riau Islands regional government.

Transportation is a service system in which vehicles and infrastructure are used by the community to facilitate travel between cities and countries. One of the modes of transportation at this time that is developing is air transportation. In the changing transportation industry, there is also a need to maintain, develop and provide airport transportation facilities. With the provision of these facilities, passengers are expected to feel comfortable and safe when traveling by plane. Therefore, airport facilities have now been improved with free wi-fi specifically for air transportation service users so that passengers feel comfortable while waiting for the plane to arrive at the airport lounge. Room temperatures that are too hot or too cold can cause interference. A hot or humid room can cause a psychological reaction in humans. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the availability of facilities in the waiting room on passenger satisfaction and to determine how much influence the availability of facilities in the waiting room on passenger satisfaction. The research method that the researchers used in this study is a quantitative method whose processing was tested using the SPSS Version 26 application. Some of these tests include descriptive analysis, simple classical assumptions, coefficients of determination, and hypotheses. Based on the results of the test carried out, a significance test value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained and a calculated t value of 16,273 > t table of 1,660 so that it can be said that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Judging from the R square value of 0.730, which means that the variable availability of waiting room facilities (X) affects the variable of passenger satisfaction (Y) at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Airport Palembang by 73.0%.

Non-destructive tests are currently widely used in evaluating the quality of concrete installed in the field. One NDT is using the Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) method. In general, the use of UPV in concrete is to estimate concrete strength, determine the homogeneity of concrete and detect concrete damage, for example the presence of voids or cracks. This research is intended to determine the accuracy of UPV test results in detecting concrete cracks at several variations in crack depth. In this research, the UPV tool validation process was carried out by making 1 type of test object. Namely 1 beam specimen for testing crack depth (UPV) with 6 variations of artificial cracks where the artificial cracks are made using plywood. Each sample has been treated so that it can describe the crack depth according to the existing plan. In testing, it was found that the estimated crack depth in variation I was 33.2 mm deep, variation II was 18.8 mm deep, variation III was 104.4 mm deep, variation IV was 115.8 mm deep, variation V was 24.4 mm deep and variation VI 159.3 mm deep. And the average accuracy is 13.60%. The smaller the wave travel time, the smaller the crack depth, the smaller the wave emission and the longer the wave path to detect cracks. which means that the accuracy of UPV crack depth testing tends to decrease with the unevenness of the concrete surface.

The footprints built by the Abu Sayyaf tend towards radicalism and acts of terrorism. The Abu Sayyaf carries out many bombings and kidnappings and has expanded into maritime areas by pirating ships. Indonesia became one of the countries that fell victim to piracy in 2016 when the barge Anand 12 and tugboat Brahma 12 were hijacked while traveling to Batangas, Southern Philippines. The aim of the piracy was so that the Abu Sayyaf could receive ransom money to fund their struggle. The Indonesian government has made various efforts to free Indonesian citizens who are being held hostage. The Indonesian government is prioritizing the negotiation route in this case. Indonesia is coordinating with the Philippine government, involving non-state actors in carrying out a social approach. The involvement of non-government actors is an opening to build dialogue with the Abu Sayyaf until the negotiation process is successful.

 Learning media is one aspect of increasing the success of learning. Using creative and interesting learning media will certainly make it easier for students to accept lessons. Kahoot! is a learning media in the form of a game that can be accessed on the website. The purpose of this outreach is to see whether the learning media Kahoot! useful for increasing students' interest in adding vocabulary. The methods used in carrying out this socialization are lecture methods, application use demos and question and answer sessions. The series of socialization activities include: (1) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary manually (without game teaching media) (2) Then go to the step of providing an explanation about the Kahoot! learning application! (3) During this explanation session students will be explained the steps for using the Kahoot! application, (4) Followed by a question and answer session, (5) After the question and answer session several students are selected to come forward to try the Kahoot! (6) Students download the Kahoot! on their smartphone/laptop and work on the questions given. (7) Students do practice questions regarding vocabulary in the Kahoot! application. This socialization was carried out at the Pekanbaru Professional Development Vocational School. The subjects of this socialization are students of class X Tourism Travel Business with a learning time of 2 hours.

This study aims to ascertain how service users are supervised by the Apron Movement Control Unit and how service users are dissipated by the Apron Movement Control Unit at Sultan Mahmud Badarudin II International Airport in South Sumatra. This study employs primary and secondary data in a qualitative manner. Three methods of gathering data were employed: documentation, interviews, and observation. The study's findings support the assertion that the AMC unit oversees all tarmac operational activities related to the discipline of service users, including monitoring the speed of GSE and officer vehicles, regulating passenger and person mobility, supervising the use of equipment that agents are required to use, such as safety vests, supervising engine travel, supervising refuelling, and keeping an eye on the apron area's cleanliness. The AMC unit monitors everyone's movement, including passengers, and imposes discipline on service users on the air side (apron). Ground handling agents who violate the guidelines face disciplinary action from the AMC. The person in question receives a straight reprimand, and if they receive one of these actions three times in a row, their airport pass is cancelled or withheld, making it impossible for them to work on the airside or apron areas.

This research is based on the obstacles experienced by sanjai owners in Harau District are limited capital, marketing, suppliers who are often stuck or late in coming so that it disrupts the smoothness of the sales process. And also the sanjai problem faced by the sanjai owner himself is the increase in the price of raw materials which causes an increase in sanjai production costs so that it ultimately affects the income of a sanjai cracker entrepreneur.The method of this research is descriptive qualitative. This research is motivated by the decline in sanjai business income during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then also accompanied by an increase in the price of raw materials which resulted in increased production costs so that the selling price also increased. If the seller does not increase the selling price, the business will suffer losses. With the sanjai business, it can improve the community's economy and also open up jobs for people who are not yet working. The way sanjai owners survive in the era of many competitors is to offer lower prices, work with travel drivers and improve service to consumers. The obstacle that sanjai owners also experience is capital. For limited capital, sanjai owners can be assisted by family or seek loans from outside parties.

This article examines the differential treatment of so-called exiles, people who were sent abroad either to study or to work. During the events of 1965-1966, their passports were revoked. They lived by moving from one country to another in search of a "home" that would accommodate them. The exiles traveled to various countries, including the Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden and the United States. During this time, they experienced various difficulties, economically, socially and psychologically. Economically, they struggled to find work, socially, they experienced discrimination and psychologically, they were deeply traumatized and haunted by fear. The story of the suffering they experience contradicts the rights they should get as Indonesian citizens when they are abroad. The theoretical framework used is John Locke's liberalism, which clearly supports the equal rights of every citizen to ultimately create harmony between them. It is this equality of rights that this study aims to investigate. This research uses a qualitative approach that draws on literature, internet pages and interview narratives. As a result of the research, one of the exiles interviewed admitted that he was still proud to be an Indonesian citizen even though he did not get the same treatment as an Indonesian citizen.

This research shows that incentives can increase work morale and increase achievement, loyalty, discipline, and accountability towards positions. These valuable results can have an impact on improving employee performance. (2) According to the analysis results, PT. Amanah Safari Internasional Tour Travel has an incentive program that suits the needs of its employees, but further research is needed to improve the efficiency of this program. As a result, companies are expected to be able to maintain and improve their incentive policies to improve employee performance.

Urban traffic congestion is a growing problem in Indonesian cities, affecting economic productivity and quality of life. This research explores the development of a smart traffic management system utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to analyze traffic patterns and optimize flow. The proposed system collects real-time data and uses predictive analytics to adjust traffic signals dynamically. Field tests in Jakarta demonstrate a 15% improvement in traffic flow and reduced travel times during peak hours. The findings suggest significant potential for scalable smart city solutions in urban traffic management across Indonesia.

The design method used is the 4-D method which has stages of definition, design, development, deployment. The data analis method uses SWOT to obtain the necessary data according to design needs. This promotional video for ecotourism in Kecamatan Kapur IX subdistrict goes through a creative program with pre-production, production and post-production stages. Results of designing a promotional videos as the main media for conveying information related to ecotourism in the Kecamatan Kapur IX sub-district so that is easy to understand and easy to access. Thispromotional videos also has other supporting media sucht as t-shirt, tote bags, stickers, posters, key chains and banner.
