Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Website tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework laravel dengan menggunakan database mysql, hasil dari Pembuatan sistem informasi berupa informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada di kelurahan talang jawa serta beberapa fasilitas seperti info pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat yang bisa diakses pada website tersebut. Dengan adanya Pengadaan pelatihan untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan merupakan hal yang positif dikarenakan selain bisa mengaksest website kelurahan talang jawa yang baru dibuat, pegawai kantor kelurahan juga dapat menambah wawasan mengenai pembuatan website yang dinamis.

The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

Rumah  makan  adalah  tempat/bangunan  untuk  mendirikan  bisnis  jual  makanan  yang menyuguhkan  hidangan  siap  saji.  Tujuan  dari penelitian  ini  adalah  untuk  membuat  sebuah  media  bantu  sistem  informasi  geografis  yang  dapat membantu masyarakat dan wisatawan dalam melakukan proses pencarian lokasi dan rute serta menyajikan informasi mengenai  rumah  makan berbasis  android di Kabupaten Fakfak.Pengumpulan  data  dilakukan  pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Data rumah makan yang dikumpulkan  yaitu  nama  pemilik,  alamat,  nama  usaha,  alamat  usaha,  menu,  harga,  waktu  pelayanan dan  nomor  hp.  Metode  perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Waterfall, dimana semua proses kegiatan terlebih dahulu telah direncanakan dan dijadwalkan sebelum dilakukan proses pengerjaan. Sedangkan, pengujian  sistem  menggunakan  metode  Blackbox,  aplikasi  yang  digunakan untuk  membuat  sistem  adalah  Android  Studio  dan  MySQL  untuk  membuat  database.Berdasarkan hasil  pengujian  menggunakan  metode blackbox  bahwa  sistem  yang  di  kembangkan  sudah  dapat memenuhi  kebutuhan   pengguna  dan  berdasarkan  kuesioner  dari  segi  pengguna  didapatkan  sebanyak 90%, menyatakan  sistem ini dapat sangat membantu dan memudahkan pengguna  dalam mencari lokasi dan rute serta informasi mengenai informasi menu, fasilitas, waktu pelayan, alamat dan jenis rumah makan di Kabupaten Fakfak berbasis android.
