They are responsible for planning, managing, and implementing construction projects, both for infrastructure and commercial buildings. The previous assessment did not have a weighting of the criteria assessment and took time to process the value of each employee because the assessment still used a manual method (assisted by calculator calculations) so that the employee calculation process was processed one by one. This is not in accordance with the director's expectations and has an impact on the assessment being inaccurate and detrimental to the company in terms of time. Therefore, to evaluate the performance of top employees at PT XYZ, this decision support system application was created, with the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which can produce a simple Decision Support System with an easy-to-understand and logical concept in the PT XYZ Employee Performance Assessment.

Mental health issues are still a hot topic being discussed amidst a generation flooded with vast amounts of information. The information that arises correlates with the impact felt by various groups, including the general public, students, and university students. Positive information that is informative or other information that is trivial can influence how someone behaves. The tendency for students to experience excessive anxiety, commonly referred to as overthinking, stems from their habit of scrolling through and comparing themselves with the achievements of others on social media. This is one of the disorders that contributes to the mental health issues caused by frequent consumption of social media. A lack of religious knowledge plays a significant role in how individuals process information. The awareness of the importance of religious knowledge needs to be instilled in every educated student so that their academic pursuits do not overshadow their obligations as servants of Allah, who are still given the opportunity to accumulate good deeds. This research employed a qualitative approach over four days using a Google Form survey as the questionnaire tool. The purpose of this research is to process the data obtained to provide clear facts from the field.

This study aims to examine the factors affecting the use behavior of the Flip.id application using the UTAUT2 framework. The results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence positively affect behavioral intention. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions and behavioral intention positively influence use behavior. The study found that facilitating conditions and performance expectancy are the strongest antecedents in this research. The findings also reveal a negative effect of hedonic motivation on behavioral intention, while price value does not influence behavioral intention to use the Flip.id application. The moderation testing of experience on facilitating conditions and hedonic motivation shows a positive relationship. However, perceived credibility does not moderate the relationship between behavioral intention and use behavior. Based on the findings, it is evident that the ease of application use, adequate facilities, usefulness, and recommendations play crucial roles in increasing behavioral intention. Conversely, emotional and financial aspects do not demonstrate significant importance for users. This study provides implications for Flip application developers to enhance functional features, user education, and other facilities that support transaction processes within the application.
