This research is motivated by the increasing threat of global terrorism and the importance of the role of civil society in the prevention and countermeasures of terrorism crimes. In Riau Islands Province, civil society involvement in security still faces various obstacles, including a lack of awareness, fear of reprisals, and a lack of resources, all of which have an impact on the effectiveness of counterterrorism efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the participation of civil society in counterterrorism efforts in the Riau Islands, identify the obstacles faced, and provide suggestions for increasing community involvement. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of documents related to security policies. Respondents included security forces, NGO activists, and civil society members involved in security initiatives. The results show that despite the recognition of the importance of community involvement, there are still shortcomings in the implementation of effective programs. These shortcomings include a lack of training, a lack of protection for whistleblowers, and a lack of resources. These barriers limit the active participation of the community in terrorism prevention and countermeasures activities. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the government increase the allocation of resources for community participation programs, develop safe and anonymous reporting mechanisms, and conduct extensive education and socialization programs to increase public awareness and skills in identifying and reporting suspicious activities. Security forces must also strengthen relations with civil society through more open communication and confidence-building

The utilization of technology in environmental law has become crucial in enhancing the efficiency of monitoring and enforcement of environmental violations, with the use of technology-based monitoring systems such as sensors and drones enabling more accurate and real-time monitoring. Engaging inclusive and sustainable community participation is also a key step in achieving environmental justice, with efforts to improve accessibility of environmental information to the public and address challenges such as information gaps and access limitations. Furthermore, addressing the equitable distribution of environmental burdens and benefits among all members of society is a primary focus, by applying the principles of environmental justice and strengthening community involvement in environmental decision-making to reduce social and economic inequalities. Finally, creating an adaptive and responsive environmental legal system is increasingly important as environmental issues continue to evolve in complexity, requiring flexible environmental regulations, monitoring institutions capable of keeping pace with technological and environmental advancements, and collaboration among stakeholders to effectively address future challenges in a comprehensive manner.

The activities of Al Hikmah Mosque Perumdim Jubung are not running optimally due to manual and traditional processes. Management of prayer schedules, event announcements, and donation tracking is still conventional, leading to inefficiency and lack of transparency. Congregants often struggle to get up-to-date information, limiting their participation in events. Additionally, the mosque's manual financial management often lacks transparency, causing distrust. This highlights the need for a modern, efficient information system to support mosque operations and improve services. E-MOSQUE aims to streamline mosque functions, including prayer schedules, event management, donation tracking, and announcements. By developing a centralized, mobile-accessible platform, congregants can easily access information and participate in activities anytime, anywhere. Monetary policy in Islamic economics is an important aspect in maintaining economic stability and promoting the welfare of the people. In the Islamic economic paradigm, monetary policy aims to create a balance between sustainable economic growth and fair distribution of wealth. Principles such as fairness, sustainability and fairness are the basis for formulating monetary policy. First, monetary policy must ensure that the creation of new money is carried out responsibly, avoiding inflation that is detrimental to society. In addition, the Islamic monetary system encourages the use of financial instruments based on sharia principles, such as mudharabah and musyarakah, which encourage healthy economic participation. Second, monetary policy must pay attention to aspects of wealth redistribution to reduce economic inequality. This can be achieved through collecting zakat, infaq and sadaqah as well as channeling funds to sectors in need, such as education, health and poverty alleviation. By implementing monetary policy in accordance with Islamic economic principles, it is hoped that an economy that is inclusive, sustainable and fair can be realized for all members of society.

Catholic young people (KMK) or commonly called Catholic Young People (OMK) are the next generation of the nation, especially in the Catholic Church, these young people play a very important role. In the Catholic Church, young people participate more. The problem here is that young people's participation in deepening their faith in this environment is very lacking. From the formulation of this problem, the aim of this analysis is to understand the extent of participation of the young Catholic generation in deepening their faith in the MDKS Parish environment, using qualitative methods involving interviews with parents of the young generation at St. James. This research also involves literature analysis which includes books, journals and articles relevant to the research title to be discussed. Findings from interviews with key informants show that the lack of young people's participation in this matter is often caused by the large number of school or college assignments that have to be done, as well as by the influence of sophisticated technology. This phenomenon shows that young people tend to be fixated on their own digital world, which sometimes makes them forget their responsibilities as members of Catholic Young People (OMK) or young Catholics. The conclusions of this research illustrate the complexity of the challenges and opportunities faced by young Catholics in their participation in deepening their faith in the St. James, MDKS Parish.
