This research was conducted based on the importance of the image of educational institutions in gaining public trust, making the role of Public Relations (PR) as a public communication manager highly essential. MTs Fathur Rahman Sukorambi Jember was chosen as the research site because the institution is currently striving to enhance its positive image through the optimization of media and sustainable publicity strategies. The aim of this study is to describe the role of PR in building the image of the madrasah, as well as to analyze the communication strategies employed, the forms of publicity implemented, and the challenges faced in its execution.This research applies a qualitative approach with a field research design. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, involving parties considered relevant and knowledgeable about public relations activities, such as the head of the madrasah, PR staff, teachers, students, and parents’ representatives. Data were collected through observations of madrasah activities, in-depth interviews, and documentation in the form of archives and published media. The data were analyzed descriptively, emphasizing the researcher’s interpretation of communication patterns, publicity strategies, and their impact on public perception of the madrasah’s image.The findings reveal that PR functions as a communicator, mediator, and builder of a positive madrasah image. The use of conventional media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Groups has proven effective in reaching a wider community and enhancing public interaction. Documentation of academic and non-academic activities also strengthens the legitimacy of the institution’s achievements. The main obstacles encountered include limited human resources, technological facilities, and consistency in information management. Nevertheless, overall, the role of PR has been proven significant in improving the positive image of MTs Fathur Rahman Sukorambi Jember.

This study examines how changes in company value are affected by profitability, liquidity, and asset structure using a case study of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from 2017 to 2024. The Fixed Asset Ratio (FAR), which serves as a proxy for asset structure, the Return on Assets (ROA), which measures profitability, and the Current Ratio (CR), which measures liquidity, are the independent variables in the Price to Book Value (PBV) ratio. The study data came from BCA's public annual financial reports, and SPSS software was used to do multiple linear regression analysis. The findings demonstrate that changes in firm valuation are significantly positively impacted by profitability, suggesting that improved profit performance fosters favorable investor attitudes. On the other hand, throughout the observation period, changes in the company's value are not significantly impacted by liquidity or asset structure. This result is consistent with some earlier research, although it varies in the area of liquidity's impact, indicating a lack of consistency among investigations. Practically speaking, banking management may utilize the study's findings to develop financial plans that emphasize boosting profitability in order to optimize business value. Academically, this study adds to the body of knowledge on the elements that influence corporate value, particularly in the Indonesian banking sector, and addresses the present research gap on the impact of liquidity and asset structure.

This research aims to analyze the role of internal social media (ISM) in facilitating collaboration and innovation among employees within organizations. With the increasing adoption of digital platforms in the workplace, ISM has become an important tool for enhancing communication, knowledge sharing, and social interaction. This study explores how the use of ISM influences employee collaboration, leading to increased innovation and overall organizational performance. Through surveys and interviews with employees across various industries, this research gathers data on ISM usage, perceptions of collaboration, and levels of innovation. The results of the study indicate that ISM plays a significant role in enhancing employee collaboration by providing a platform for easy communication, information sharing, and community building. Furthermore, the study finds that collaboration facilitated by ISM positively impacts employee innovation, leading to the development of new ideas, improved processes, and enhanced products. This research highlights the importance of ISM in fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within organizations and provides practical insights for organizations looking to leverage ISM for competitive advantage.

Food-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in supporting household economic growth, including in Sialang Village, Bangkinang Subdistrict. One of the local businesses, “Keripik Cabe dan Mie Kuning Bu Inun,” produces cassava chips using traditional frying methods, which result in high oil absorption, inconsistent quality, short shelf life, and low production efficiency. Limited knowledge of food processing technology, sanitation, and food safety standards further hinders business development. This community service program aims to address these challenges through the application of low-oil frying technology, training on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), production assistance, and periodic evaluation. The implementation method includes field observation, technical training, technology demonstration, production mentoring, and monitoring. The results show significant improvements in product quality, indicated by lower oil content, crispier texture, brighter color, and longer shelf life. Efficiency in oil usage and process stability also increased. Moreover, the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in sanitation, food safety, and production management improved considerably. Overall, the program successfully enhanced the competitiveness of the MSME, strengthened production sustainability, and provided positive economic impacts. This initiative can serve as a replicable model for other food MSMEs facing similar challenges.

Global economic developments show the acceleration of the adoption of circular business models, where resource efficiency and waste reduction are the main focuses to answer sustainability demands and SDGs targets. Although this trend is strengthening globally, MSMEs, especially those based on family businesses, are still lagging behind in their implementation, even though digitalization is increasingly opening up opportunities for operational optimization and innovation. The urgency of this research arises from the need to understand how the digital mindset and transformation of family business management can accelerate the readiness of MSMEs in implementing circular business practices. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of the three strategic concepts into a single analytical framework through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), a perspective that has rarely been combined in previous studies. With the SLR method based on the PRISMA protocol, this study shows that MSMEs already have a strong foundation in the digital mindset, including technology readiness, innovation orientation, and adaptation of digital business models. Family business values have also been proven to support business continuity through knowledge transfer and long-term investment. However, the implementation of circular business practices is still weak, especially in resource cycle management, sustainable product design, and environmental impact measurement. The implication is that the synergy of digital mindset and family business governance can strengthen the transition of MSMEs to a circular economy that directly supports the achievement of the SDGs, especially in the areas of sustainable consumption-production and industrial innovation.

. Industrial Internship (KPI) is a form of student learning that emphasizes the direct application of knowledge in the workplace. This study aims to describe the procedures for employee competency development at PPSDM Migas Cepu as an effort to improve organizational performance. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that competency development at PPSDM Migas is carried out systematically through three main stages: identifying and planning development needs, implementing training programs, and evaluating outcomes using the CIPP, Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick-Philips models. Training activities include courses, workshops, on-the-job training, and certification programs. Evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational needs. These findings highlight the importance of human resource management and supervisor involvement in maximizing competency development outcomes. The results of this internship can serve as a reference for designing training programs in similar institutions.

Hypertension substantially increases the risk of developing secondary conditions, including stroke, renal disease, coronary heart disease, and heart failure. Early management is therefore essential to prevent complications and adverse outcomes. Evidence indicates that untreated hypertension contributes to approximately 60% of stroke cases. Public knowledge regarding hypertension-related complications remains limited, and many individuals are unable to identify early signs of stroke the most common complication associated with hypertension. This study aimed to assess the knowledge of hypertensive patients regarding stroke risk and management at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan in 2024. A descriptive research design was employed. The sample consisted of 67 hypertensive patients attending the outpatient clinic, selected through purposive sampling. Data were presented using frequency distribution tables. The findings revealed that 52.2% of respondents demonstrated poor knowledge, 32.8% had moderate knowledge, and only 14.9% showed good knowledge regarding stroke risk and management. These results underscore the need for patients to adopt healthier lifestyles and for the hospital to strengthen educational efforts by providing more engaging and interactive learning materials for patients and their families.

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder caused by inadequate insulin action. Poor disease control can lead to complications such as neuropathy, commonly marked by tingling or sensory loss. Effective prevention requires structured management through the five pillars of diabetes care. This case study describes the application of these pillars in a patient with hyperglycemia. Case: A 58-year-old male with diabetes mellitus presented with reduced sensation in the feet, abdominal discomfort, and consistently elevated blood glucose levels. The patient had limited disease knowledge and misconceptions related to diabetes self-management. Intervention: Education on the five pillars of diabetes was provided using a structured approach consisting of three self-care pillars and two collaborative pillars. Leaflet-based educational materials developed by the author were used to facilitate understanding for both the patient and family. Results: Following the intervention, the patient demonstrated increased knowledge, awareness, and improved ability to manage hyperglycemia. The family also showed enhanced understanding and support for diabetes care. Conclusion: Nurse-led education using the five pillars of diabetes effectively improves knowledge, awareness, and self-management abilities in individuals with diabetes mellitus, contributing to better glycemic control and prevention of complications.

This study aims to analyze the impact of participative leadership on voice behavior with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable among employees at PT. Jambi Ekspres Televisi. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) technique analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The sample consists of 30 respondents selected through saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire that measures the variables of participative leadership, voice behavior, and knowledge sharing. The results of the study show that (1) participative leadership, voice behavior, and knowledge sharing are at a high category; (2) participative leadership has a positive and significant impact on voice behavior; (3) participative leadership has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing; (4) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact on voice behavior; and (5) knowledge sharing significantly mediates the relationship between participative leadership and voice behavior. This study recommends that PT. Jambi Ekspres Televisi enhance participative leadership practices by strengthening two-way communication and implementing a more structured knowledge management system to improve performance and collaboration among employees.

First aid is the initial action taken quickly and accurately for someone who has experienced an injury. One way to improve knowledge about injury management is by providing education or counseling. This study aims to determine the relationship between first aid counseling experience and knowledge of the PRICE technique for first aid for minor injuries. The study design was correlational. The study population was 68 members of the Indonesian Red Cross (Rural Red Cross), with 30 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Spearman's rho test. The Spearman's rho test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (α: 0.05) with an r (correlation strength) of 0.796, indicating a significant relationship between counseling experience and knowledge of the PRICE technique for first aid for minor injuries. Experience is a valuable learning experience that can enhance one's knowledge in dealing with health problems encountered in the surrounding environment. It is recommended that respondents increase their experience in various ways to address health problems that frequently occur in daily life.

Cooperatives need to strengthen their digital marketing capabilities to remain relevant and competitive in the digital era. This community service program was designed to enhance the digital literacy of cooperative managers and administrators in Semarang Regency by introducing essential knowledge and practical skills in social media management, content creation, and simple digital automation. The activity was conducted in Semarang Regency with a total of 32 participants representing various cooperatives. The training lasted for one full day and combined short lectures, guided demonstrations, hands-on practice, and consultation sessions. Pre-test and post-test assessments were used to measure learning improvement, while observation and participant feedback were employed to evaluate practical application. The results show a significant increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing tools, with post-test scores rising by an average of 38% compared to the pre-test. Participants were also able to create basic promotional content using platforms such as Facebook and Canva, and several cooperatives began implementing these tools shortly after the training. The activity demonstrates that targeted digital marketing training can effectively support cooperatives in expanding their market reach, improving promotional efficiency, and strengthening member empowerment. Future programs are recommended to include advanced modules on data analytics and e-commerce integration to ensure sustainable digital transformation.

This community service activity aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of the Muaro Saiyo Farmers Group through the integration of entrepreneurial independence and sustainable irrigation management. The main issues faced by the group are the weakness of the organizational structure, low entrepreneurial skills, and poorly coordinated irrigation management. The implementation methods include field surveys, socialization, thematic training (institutional management, post-harvest processing, and sustainable irrigation), mentoring, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in knowledge. The results of the activity show a significant increase in participants' knowledge, which improved from 25.9% in the "good" category before the training to 88.9% after the training. In addition, the group formed administrative documents, value-added rice products, and a trained irrigation management team. This program successfully created social changes in the form of new norms in farm management, strengthened the culture of mutual cooperation, and fostered the emergence of local leaders capable of mobilizing the group. Future recommendations include the development of more sustainable farming business units and continuous mentoring to strengthen the group's independence in the long term.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the global health challenges that continues to rise, including in Indonesia. However, the lack of education and counseling from pharmacists regarding the use of natural ingredients medicines has the potential to affect the effectiveness of treatment and the management of DM. This study aims to measure the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behaviour of DM patients, related to the use of natural ingredient drugs in DM management. This study uses a cross-sectional method design, starting with the collection of quantitative data. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique over a period of four months. The research involved 101 DM patients from 15 pharmacies in Kendal Regency. The level of knowledge (44.6%), attitude (66.3%), and behaviour (39.6%) of patients in the moderate category. However, the limited knowledge of pharmacists remains a barrier to optimizing pharmaceutical services related to educating patients about natural ingredient medications.

Knowledge must be managed effectively to facilitate transfer between individuals, groups, and organizations. The Informatics Engineering study program currently lacks a system for knowledge management. Currently, the study program facilitates offline discussion forums for the sharing of knowledge gained by lecturers and students. These offline discussion forums require significant costs, time, and space, often resulting in delays in knowledge sharing. This research focused on the analysis and design of a Knowledge Management System to meet the needs of Informatics Engineering students at Universitas PGRI Madiun. The system development method used was the Knowledge Management System Lifecycle (KMSL). In this study, the TIF KMS system using the KMSL method has been successfully built. The results of testing using the Blackbox Testing method showed that 5 scenarios and 18 cases were successfully executed as expected with a 100% success rate. Based on the system test results, the TIF KMS is ready to proceed to the implementation stage. Future implementation can be done by developing additional features such as a digital library

This community service activity aims to optimize the Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) at SMK Negeri 1 Jember as an effort to improve the quality of human resources and student productivity. The main problems identified include low nutritional literacy, undeveloped healthy consumption habits, and weak synergy between schools, families, and local food businesses. The community service was implemented using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach through the Plan, Act, Observe, and Reflect stages, involving teachers, students, parents, and SPPG. The results of the activity showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of school residents regarding nutrition management and food safety, the formation of a healthy consumption culture, and the strengthening of the nutritious food supply chain involving MSMEs and local farmer groups. In addition, collaboration between parties has become more solid, thus supporting the program. This activity demonstrates that the participatory approach can strengthen the institutional capacity of schools while serving as a model for implementing adaptive and replicable nutrition programs for other educational institutions.

The issue of inorganic waste such as plastic and used paper in industrial environments remains an important issue that affects the cleanliness and aesthetics of work areas. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Fuel Terminal Rewulu faces challenges in managing non-hazardous solid waste due to limited sorting systems and waste transportation frequency. This Community Service activity aims to improve workers' understanding and skills through socialization and training in making ecobricks as a solution for utilizing inorganic waste. The methods used include pre-activity stages, socialization and hands-on practice, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in participants' knowledge after the training, proving the effectiveness of interactive methods in strengthening understanding of the 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) concept. In addition to reducing waste volume, this activity also fostered awareness and participation among workers in creating a clean and sustainable work environment. The results of this community service are important as a first step in building a culture of independent waste management in industrial environments and can be replicated in other locations with a similar approach. Mistakes in obtaining, using, storing, and disposing of medication (DAGUSIBU) remain a major issue in Indonesia, including in Kedungpring Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency. This study aims to improve the knowledge of PKK mothers in Kedungpring Village regarding DAGUSIBU practices through interactive counseling. The method used is a community-based empowerment approach, involving active participation of PKK members in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of activities. The results showed a significant improvement in the participants' knowledge and behavior regarding proper medication management, including proper storage and disposal of expired medication. This activity also encouraged the formation of medication health cadre groups at the RT level to continue educating the community. This DAGUSIBU counseling was proven effective in improving medication literacy at the household level and reducing the risk of medication errors.

Malaria remains a significant health issue in the coastal areas of Yapen Islands Regency, particularly among children who are at high risk of morbidity and mortality. To address this, a community empowerment and mentoring activity was conducted in Kampung Turu, the service area of Serui Kota Health Center, with the aim of increasing knowledge and practices related to malaria prevention through a community-based education approach. The program involved 60 respondents and was carried out in three stages: preparation, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The interventions included malaria education, demonstrations on the use of insecticide-treated bed nets, environmental management, and training community health workers as education agents. Pre–post test evaluations showed an improvement in community knowledge and awareness regarding malaria prevention in children. The community empowerment approach was proven effective in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the capacity of parents and health workers to carry out sustainable malaria prevention efforts. This program is expected to serve as a model for public health interventions in coastal areas aimed at reducing the risk of malaria in children.  

This study examines the implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing students’ understanding of moral values in Islamic Religious Education at the tenth grade of MA Yapina. The research is motivated by the urgent need to strengthen character education through learning experiences that are meaningful, contextual, and aligned with the challenges of contemporary moral degradation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study analyzes learning activities, instructional documents, and students’ project outputs to explore how PjBL shapes their comprehension of akhlak as both knowledge and practiced behavior. Findings indicate that PjBL encourages active participation, collaboration, creativity, and reflective thinking, enabling students to interpret moral values through real-life situations and group-based problem solving. Projects assigned to students, such as posters, videos, and thematic presentations, foster deeper understanding because they require the integration of moral concepts into practical tasks. The role of the teacher as a facilitator further supports the learning process by guiding students in inquiry and project management. Despite challenges such as variation in student discipline and time constraints, the overall implementation of PjBL demonstrates positive effects on students’ cognitive and affective grasp of moral values. This study underscores the relevance of PjBL as an innovative pedagogical model for Islamic Religious Education and highlights its potential for strengthening character formation in madrasah settings. It also suggests the need for further research involving direct classroom observations and interviews to enrich empirical evidence on the long-term impact of PjBL on student character development.

The digital era demands that organizations be fast-moving, adaptable, and innovative. With the advancement of information technology, changes in work methods, global competition, and stakeholder demands are becoming increasingly complex. Knowledge Management (KM) plays an important role as a strategic mechanism for identifying, acquiring, storing, sharing, and utilizing knowledge to improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In this context, knowledge management becomes one of the important elements for organizations to enhance performance. Knowledge management is not just about collecting data or information, but how organizations can store, share, create, and utilize knowledge to gain a competitive advantage. This article aims to analyze the importance of knowledge management for organizational performance in the digital age, including how the digital era changes the dimensions of knowledge management, how knowledge management contributes to organizational performance, the challenges faced, and their implications. The data obtained for this study were gathered from observations thru interviews with relevant parties and a literature review study by examining the results of empirical research from the past five years (2020–2025). The method used was descriptive literature analysis of 15 scientific articles from accredited national journals. The analysis focuses on the relationship between knowledge management dimensions (knowledge creation, storage, sharing, and application) and organizational performance indicators (financial performance, innovation, productivity, and customer satisfaction). The study results show that the implementation of knowledge management significantly contributes to improving organizational performance, both directly thru increased efficiency and effectiveness of work processes, and indirectly thru strengthening a culture of innovation and organizational learning. This article asserts that an organization's success in the digital age is not solely determined by its ability to adopt technology, but also by its ability to manage and leverage knowledge as a strategic resource. Therefore, knowledge management needs to be systematically integrated into the organization's digital strategy, accompanied by strengthening a learning culture, human resource training, and adaptive information technology systems.
